[00:00] Erica Kirk is demanding a speedy trial
[00:02] in the case against her husband's
[00:03] accused killer, Tyler Robinson, after
[00:05] she claims his defense team is delaying
[00:08] proceedings.
[00:09] >> Something doesn't add up here. Erica
[00:12] Kirk is suddenly pushing the court to
[00:14] rush Charlie's case right as more
[00:17] strange details from her past start
[00:20] resurfacing. Is she suddenly eager to
[00:23] find out the truth or is something else
[00:26] forcing her hand? Now, I'm sure some of
[00:29] you have already seen this news, but if
[00:31] you haven't, let me give you a quick
[00:33] recap.
[00:34] >> Erica Kirk is demanding a speedy trial
[00:36] in the case against her husband's
[00:38] accused killer, Tyler Robinson, after
[00:40] she claims his defense team is delaying
[00:42] proceedings. The new filing from Erica
[00:45] Kirk's attorney reads in part, quote,
[00:47] "Nobody believed in the importance of
[00:49] the United States Constitution more than
[00:51] Charlie Kirk. And although the United
[00:53] States Constitution guarantees criminal
[00:55] defendants many rights, it does not
[00:56] guarantee them the right to cause undue
[01:00] delay in the criminal justice process.
[01:02] This follows Friday's hearing on a
[01:04] defense motion to disqualify the
[01:05] prosecution team for conflict of
[01:08] interest after they argue one of the
[01:10] prosecutor's children was present when
[01:12] Charlie Kirk was assassinated.
[01:14] >> Now, keep this in mind. she's allowed to
[01:16] request a speedy trial because as far as
[01:20] the court is concerned, she's the
[01:22] designated victim in this case
[01:24] >> is one of the many states that also
[01:26] grants victims the right to a speedy
[01:29] resolution.
[01:30] >> Thanks, your honor. Yes, just the matter
[01:31] of uh having Mrs. Erica Kirk designated
[01:35] as the victim representative in this
[01:38] case. uh she has filed through her
[01:40] council a request to be designated as
[01:43] the the victim representative.
[01:46] >> This court will uh recognize Miss Erica
[01:50] Kirk as the designated victim
[01:52] representative in this case. Thank you.
[01:56] >> So the real question is why now? Why all
[02:00] of a sudden does she want this case
[02:02] wrapped up as fast as possible? And
[02:05] honestly, there are two very different
[02:08] ways to look at this. On one hand, you
[02:10] could say she's just tired of all the
[02:12] legal drama and wants justice to finally
[02:15] be served. That sounds reasonable at
[02:18] first, but that explanation starts
[02:21] falling apart when you remember she's
[02:24] publicly forgiven the alleged assassin
[02:26] multiple times already.
[02:33] Father, forgive them for they not know
[02:37] what they do.
[02:41] That man,
[02:44] that young man,
[02:49] I forgive him.
[02:51] So, if she's not doing this to see Tyler
[02:54] Robinson actually get punished, then why
[02:57] ask for a speedy trial at all? Well, her
[03:01] own interviews might give us a clue as
[03:04] to why she suddenly wants this case over
[03:07] and done with.
[03:08] >> Come after me. Call me names. I don't
[03:10] care. Call me what you want. Go down
[03:13] that rabbit hole, whatever.
[03:15] But when you go after my family, my
[03:18] Turning Point USA family, my Charlie
[03:20] Kirk show family, when you go after the
[03:22] people that I love, and you're making
[03:25] hundreds and thousands of dollars every
[03:28] single episode
[03:30] going after the people that I love
[03:32] because somehow they're in on this.
[03:35] No, I want justice for my husband.
[03:39] Anytime we have leads, anytime we hear
[03:41] anything, we send it to the authorities.
[03:43] We're not messing around.
[03:46] None of us are involved in my husband's
[03:49] murder. None of us.
[03:52] >> Here's the simple reality. As long as
[03:55] this case drags on, people are going to
[03:58] keep digging digging into her past and
[04:01] digging into the organization she now
[04:03] runs. And the timing matters. She gave
[04:07] these interviews right when people were
[04:09] already furious over that $10,000 a
[04:13] plate fundraiser she held at Mara Lago.
[04:16] Erica Kirk is concerned. So over the
[04:17] weekend, Erica Kirk and Turning Point
[04:19] USA, they held a high dollar gala at
[04:22] Mara Lago and they brought in millions
[04:25] of dollars and they partied the night
[04:27] away. Now Turning Point has held
[04:29] [clears throat] these parties in
[04:30] previous years, but this one it was the
[04:33] biggest, the most extravagant yet. And
[04:35] it carried this special focus of gearing
[04:37] Turning Point USA around Erica Kirk and
[04:41] of course its donors
[04:44] moving the organization forward as a
[04:47] controlled organ. This is a dinner that
[04:49] was worth tens of millions of dollars at
[04:51] least. This was a $10,000 a plate dinner
[04:54] at bare minimum. That was just the
[04:57] bargain basement rate to get in. And
[04:59] roughly a thousand so-called
[05:01] conservatives, they all showed up to
[05:03] this party. Then things only got worse
[05:06] when people didn't like the way she was
[05:08] acting at Amfest.
[05:14] [music]
[05:26] And you can see from behind me, this is
[05:28] a a recreation of the tent where Charlie
[05:31] Kirk lost his life at Utah University.
[05:33] um in September and people are taking
[05:35] selfies with it.
[05:36] >> And over the last couple of weeks, a
[05:39] very different side of Erica has been
[05:41] introduced to the public as more and
[05:44] more strange details from her past keep
[05:47] coming out.
[05:48] >> With that, I just cuz I've lived all
[05:50] over the country too or all over the
[05:52] world and country. But when I lived in
[05:55] China, I saw firsthand
[05:58] the freedoms in Technicolor that I take
[06:01] for granted
[06:02] >> that they have no idea what it's like to
[06:04] experience. And I'm here today with the
[06:06] incredible Dr. Peter Pry. He is the
[06:08] executive director of the task force on
[06:11] national and homeland security and
[06:13] director of the US Nuclear Strategy
[06:15] Forum, both congressional advisory
[06:17] boards. He has served on the Congression
[06:20] EMP Commission, the Congression
[06:22] Strategic Posture Commission, the House
[06:24] Armed Services Committee, and the CIA.
[06:27] He is also the author of Apocalypse
[06:29] Unknown. Thank you so much for being
[06:30] here.
[06:31] >> Well, thank you for having me, too.
[06:32] >> I mean, just the other day, I came
[06:34] across this video, which claims that
[06:36] someone named Lorie France, allegedly
[06:40] connected to a Tech, was using multiple
[06:43] names. It also claims that her companies
[06:46] were listed in leaked documents
[06:48] alongside NSA linked suppliers.
[06:53] [music]
[07:01] [music]
[07:07] [music]
[07:11] Now, to be clear, we don't actually know
[07:14] if this person is Lorie or Lauren or
[07:17] even if it's Erica's mother at all, but
[07:19] you can understand why people are
[07:21] digging into Erica's family background.
[07:24] A lot of folks are trying to figure out
[07:27] how she was able to get close to not
[07:30] just former highranking CIA officials,
[07:33] but also people like Dr. Ben Carson, who
[07:36] served under President Trump during his
[07:38] first term. Um, our country was founded
[07:41] on faith just how you said and I and
[07:43] also the American dream and so often I
[07:46] find that we are so caught up on being
[07:49] politically correct and I feel like
[07:51] that's made us a softer nation. Um, I
[07:54] would like for you to just highlight on
[07:55] the fact of political correctness and
[07:58] what you think generation, my
[08:00] generation, generation prior and
[08:02] previous, what we can do to make us not
[08:04] seem so soft as a nation. Someone else
[08:07] also pointed out that Erica is Facebook
[08:10] friends with the guy who removed the
[08:12] cameras. The same guy who also happened
[08:15] to be the first person to publicly
[08:18] announce Charlie's death.
[08:22] >> There's a shot. Sorry.
[08:38] >> He's dead.
[08:41] >> God help him.
[08:43] >> And then you've got people making even
[08:46] wilder claims on top of that.
[08:48] >> This is Erica Kirk. Another Erica Kirk.
[08:51] Same exact name, same exact spelling,
[08:53] both political wives, both married to
[08:56] outspoken Republicans. Current Erica is
[08:58] nicknamed Miss Arizona, and the first
[09:00] Erica was nicknamed Madame X. People
[09:02] called the first Erica Kirk Madame X
[09:04] because they say she just kind of showed
[09:06] up out of nowhere. Both have striking
[09:08] blue eyes and blonde hair. They even do
[09:10] their eyeliner the same, and personally,
[09:11] I think they have the same face
[09:13] structure. The first Erica Kirk passed
[09:15] away now, but was from Palm Beach
[09:16] County, Florida, which raises another
[09:18] huge red flag. If you've been following
[09:19] my videos, you know why I don't want to
[09:21] tell you guys what to think. I'm simply
[09:22] giving you the information. Do you think
[09:24] these are like all coincidences or is
[09:27] there something else going on here?
[09:28] >> So, yeah, you can see how all this
[09:31] digging really isn't doing her any
[09:34] favors, especially at the same time
[09:37] she's out there announcing new TPUSA
[09:40] tours.
[09:49] We also know she has big plans for this
[09:52] organization moving forward and all this
[09:55] public scrutiny is probably getting in
[09:57] the way of those plans.
[09:59] >> What do you hope to achieve for Charlie
[10:01] and for the country?
[10:02] >> Oh my goodness. All of his wildest
[10:05] dreams for this organization and more.
[10:07] He left me a blueprint in all of his
[10:11] journals. But more so than that, I was
[10:14] his vault for literally everything. He
[10:16] shared everything with me, his vision,
[10:19] his dreams. And
[10:22] I know now more than ever, I mean, he
[10:24] was always a hard worker, but now more
[10:25] than ever, he's up in heaven
[10:27] orchestrating and sitting and
[10:29] strategizing. And I can just feel it. I
[10:31] can feel it. And so, all I want is to be
[10:34] able to make sure we honor Charlie. So,
[10:36] it wouldn't be crazy to think she just
[10:38] wants all of this behind her as fast as
[10:41] possible. That said, there are a lot of
[10:43] people who believe a speedy trial might
[10:46] actually prevent us from finding out the
[10:49] full truth. Normally, I'd agree with
[10:51] them, but in this case, I'm not so sure.
[10:55] Because, let's be honest, a lot of
[10:57] people don't even think they caught the
[10:59] right guy in the first place. Most
[11:01] people tuning into the court proceedings
[11:03] aren't expecting answers. They're
[11:06] watching to see how the prosecution
[11:08] explains those fake sounding texts or
[11:11] how they explain why the people running
[11:14] the investigation kept making statements
[11:16] that later looked flatout wrong.
[11:23] In less than 36 hours, 33 to be precise,
[11:28] in 33 hours, we have made historic
[11:31] progress for Charlie.
[11:32] >> I think the process went uh went pretty
[11:35] well considering we got him in 30 33
[11:37] hours.
[11:38] >> We apprehended our suspect in 33 hours
[11:40] because we were transparent and open
[11:42] with the American public and we're going
[11:44] to continue to do that
[11:45] >> for 33 hours. I was
[11:49] I was praying that uh that um if this
[11:53] had to happen here that it wouldn't be
[11:55] one of us that somebody drove from
[11:58] another state, somebody came from
[12:00] another country. They're also going to
[12:02] have to explain all the weirdness around
[12:05] the rifle. The same rifle we never
[12:08] really saw in Tyler's hands in any of
[12:10] the videos released so far.
[12:14] >> [music]
[12:20] >> In fact, Tyler Robinson might be the
[12:23] only guy at UVU who wasn't actually seen
[12:26] holding a gun, even though multiple
[12:29] people there were reportedly armed.
[12:32] [music]
[12:37] [music]
[12:44] >> [music]
[12:48] [music]
[13:10] >> Hey. Hey. officer. Officer, [music]
[13:14] do you mark out with your team?
[13:19] [music]
[13:20] >> And personally, I'm very interested to
[13:23] hear what they have to say about the
[13:25] autopsy because we all know how strange
[13:28] that whole situation was. First, we were
[13:31] told no autopsy was performed.
[13:34] >> So, I did do the request. They emailed
[13:36] me back. Um, they did he did not go in
[13:40] for an autopsy. The death certificate
[13:41] was signed by the doctor at the
[13:42] hospital.
[13:44] >> Okay. Can you just do a field clip
[13:46] documenting that?
[13:48] >> Sorry, 109.
[13:49] >> Can you just add us up to the case
[13:51] documenting that there was no autopsy?
[13:53] >> Then suddenly we found out that an
[13:56] autopsy was completed, but apparently
[13:59] everyone involved was brand new on the
[14:01] job.
[14:02] >> Also, I told you there was a new CEO and
[14:05] therefore a new lead surgeon, Andrew
[14:08] Zanger, over at the hospital. the
[14:10] regional hospital that Charlie was taken
[14:12] to, although that was not the nearest
[14:15] hospital from the university. And it
[14:17] also ranked extremely low in terms of
[14:20] the most uh best equipped hospital, if
[14:23] you will, to deal with the sort of
[14:25] trauma uh that Charlie was suffering
[14:27] from, a neck wound. Obviously, I was
[14:29] also informed that the coroner in this
[14:33] case was also brand spanking new. That
[14:36] name has not yet been released. I am
[14:39] told that person is new.
[14:40] >> I really want to hear how they explain
[14:42] all of this madness, but I don't think
[14:44] the full truth is going to come out in
[14:46] court. From day one, this investigation
[14:49] has looked shaky with the FBI arresting
[14:52] Tyler before interviewing key witnesses
[14:55] or following every lead. Well, here's a
[14:58] good example. Harrison, you posted two
[15:00] weeks before Charlie Kirk died that
[15:02] there was a credible threat against his
[15:04] life. Has the FBI reached out to you to
[15:06] ask you about that?
[15:09] Uh, no.
[15:10] >> If you're new to seeing my face, I was
[15:14] in the front row of the Charlie Kirk um
[15:18] thing. It's kind of hard for me to say
[15:19] it, but
[15:21] um I was there. The interview that I had
[15:24] on Real America's Voice, they reached
[15:27] out to me after seeing my videos. Long
[15:28] story short, they reached out to me like
[15:30] on an interview like on the news. at the
[15:32] end of the interview basically he was
[15:34] like okay real quick like long story
[15:36] short um has the FBI like reached out to
[15:39] you yet to see like your witness
[15:41] statement like what whatnot and I just
[15:44] said no. So basically it was like a
[15:45] super dramatic thing and then the next
[15:47] day I get a call from an unknown number
[15:51] and I was like huh that's weird. I
[15:53] wonder who this is. Like I literally
[15:54] thought in my head I'm like oh this has
[15:56] to be like the FBI. He called me and he
[15:58] was like hey is this Chance Gilbert? And
[16:00] I was like, "Yes." Like, "Hey man, um,
[16:04] in our records somehow we found you and
[16:07] were you there on like the day of
[16:09] Charlie Kirk's assassination?" And I was
[16:11] like, "Yes, I was." So, no, I don't
[16:14] think a speedy trial is going to help us
[16:16] find the truth. But I do think there are
[16:19] a lot of people who would be very happy
[16:21] to see this case closed as quickly as
[16:24] possible.
