[00:00] We are going to get my husband's friend
[00:01] JD Vance elected for 48 in the most
[00:04] resounding way possible.
[00:09] >> This is at America Fest, Turning Point
[00:11] USA's largest event with the CEO in a
[00:13] flashy pants suit giving a speech
[00:14] endorsing a political candidate. This is
[00:16] strictly forbidden under the law for a
[00:18] 501c3. You cannot endorse political
[00:21] candidates. That is political activity.
[00:22] In my opinion, what Erica Kirk just did
[00:25] was illegal.
[00:28] I want to show you and it comes from
[00:30] Zach again over at Wolves and Finance
[00:32] and he's going to show you uh exactly
[00:35] the kind of shady dealings that he's
[00:37] uncovering in fact that they're breaking
[00:39] election law. Uh this is just one of the
[00:42] things, right? So there's many other
[00:43] things that he's already uncovered. This
[00:45] is just the latest. So let's listen.
[00:48] >> We're going to ensure that President
[00:49] Trump has Congress for all four years.
[00:54] We are going to get my husband's friend
[00:56] JD Vance elected for 48 in the most
[00:58] resounding way possible.
[01:03] >> This is at America Fest, Turning Point
[01:05] USA's largest event with the CEO in a
[01:07] flashy pants suit giving a speech
[01:08] endorsing a political candidate. This is
[01:10] strictly forbidden under the law for a
[01:13] 501c3. You cannot endorse political
[01:15] candidates. That is political activity.
[01:17] In my opinion, what Erikica Kirk just
[01:19] did was illegal. This is effectively
[01:21] using their tax exempt donations to
[01:22] create a campaign commercial for JD
[01:24] Vance. And before you say, well, maybe
[01:26] it was paid for by one of the other
[01:27] companies that allow political activity.
[01:29] No, no, no. It says Turning Point USA
[01:33] behind her head during the speech. The
[01:35] tickets for the event were sent out from
[01:36] TurningPoint USA. The fact page for the
[01:38] event is hosted at TPUSA.com. And at the
[01:40] bottom of the web page, it explicitly
[01:42] says Turning Point USA is a 501c3. It
[01:44] looks to me like the executives at
[01:46] Turning Point are playing pretty fast
[01:47] and loose with the laws concerning
[01:48] 501c3s. Remember why this is important.
[01:51] A 501c3 is taxexempt, which is a tax
[01:53] subsidy. You are paying more in taxes so
[01:56] that they do not have to. So, is it fair
[01:59] that Democrats are paying taxes that
[02:00] fund a campaign commercial for JD Vance?
[02:03] This is so unjust, which is why there
[02:05] are so many laws against what Erikica
[02:06] Kirk just did. If she wants to endorse a
[02:08] candidate, that's fine, but she needs to
[02:10] pay for it out of Turning Point pack.
[02:12] I'm going to give you the exact wording
[02:13] from IRS revenue rule 2007-41. A 501c3
[02:16] does not participate in or intervene in,
[02:18] including the publishing or distributing
[02:19] of statements. Any political campaign on
[02:21] behalf of or in opposition to any
[02:23] candidate for public office. That seems
[02:25] pretty clear that Erica Kirk's statement
[02:26] was illegal. So, the only nonprofit that
[02:28] is supposed to do political activity is
[02:30] the 501c4 turning point action. There is
[02:32] a special section on their 990 form
[02:33] where they are supposed to list out the
[02:34] political activity they are engaged in,
[02:36] schedule C. Now, everyone should go
[02:38] check out schedule C for turning point
[02:40] action because it is quite shocking. for
[02:42] FY24. On line two, they listed that they
[02:44] spent $637,500
[02:47] on political campaign activity
[02:48] expenditures. Now, just let that sink in
[02:50] for a moment. Out of Turning Point
[02:52] Actions $21 million budget, they only
[02:54] spent 3% on political activity. Now,
[02:57] just from what you know about what
[02:59] Turning Point Action does, does that
[03:01] seem right to you? Now, they actually
[03:03] provide a description of what the
[03:04] $637,500
[03:05] was spent on. They claim it was
[03:07] specifically political campaign
[03:08] activities include event expense. So,
[03:10] they spent this money on some kind of
[03:11] event. I'm guessing it was a campaign
[03:13] rally for Donald Trump. And they are
[03:15] claiming that this is the only thing
[03:16] that Turning Point Action does that
[03:18] qualifies as political activity. All of
[03:20] the rest of the millions of dollars that
[03:22] they have spent was not for political
[03:24] activity. I have a really hard time
[03:26] believing that. We're going to take a
[03:27] closer look.
[03:28] >> So, so do I. Uh, go. Let me throw it to
[03:31] you, Stu. What What do What do you make
[03:33] of that? It's obvious that they're
[03:35] breaking campaign finance laws, but
[03:37] again, it doesn't matter if you break a
[03:39] law if there's no one in power there to
[03:41] prosecute you, which they seem to have a
[03:44] prosecution shield from the Trump
[03:45] administration. What do you think?
[03:48] >> Yeah. Well, it's criminal. Not only are
[03:50] they defrauding their own donors, but
[03:51] now they're defrauding every American
[03:54] taxpayer while they pretend to be a
[03:56] taxexempt
[03:57] nonprofit, and they're raking in
[03:59] hundreds of millions of dollars. And you
[04:01] got Tyler Boyer on the screen there,
[04:03] too. This guy and his super feed tech
[04:06] and what that whistleblower told me
[04:08] yesterday about,
[04:10] you know, all of this election law,
[04:12] ballot chasing, ballot harvesting, voter
[04:14] intimidation, using that super feed tech
[04:16] to work handinhand with the Trump
[04:17] administration and with the GOP to steal
[04:20] and manipulate voter data. It's a big
[04:22] deal. That is that is a critical part of
[04:27] this whole machine because what have
[04:28] Republicans constantly done? They have
[04:31] whined and bitched and moaned about
[04:34] Democrats doing that exact same thing.
[04:37] And all the while, their favorite little
[04:39] activists here at Turning Point USA have
[04:41] been doing this to the tune of hundreds
[04:43] of millions of dollars to ensure that
[04:45] Miriam Adlesen is able to get her
[04:46] shekels worth after she pays $100
[04:48] million in one election cycle to make
[04:50] sure that Donald Trump is the president
[04:51] to exact Project Esther. If you haven't
[04:54] read that, read that. That's 34 pages.
[04:56] It's the blueprint. It tells you exactly
[04:59] why it is that we're seeing all of this
[05:00] happen on the trajectory and at the
[05:03] scale that we are because there has been
[05:06] a very specific initiative that's been
[05:08] laid out. So yeah, not only are they
[05:10] committing fraud against their own
[05:12] donors, but they are against every
[05:13] American taxpayer. It's criminal. They
[05:15] should be going to jail. And the
[05:17] Treasury letter was to say you're not
[05:19] being investigated for crimes of
[05:21] financial malfeasants.
[05:23] But the Cash Patel narrative is a
[05:26] message to say you're not going to face
[05:28] accountability or any kind of real
[05:30] criminal justice investigation. We've
[05:31] got your back there, too. And the reason
[05:34] why all of these bases systematically
[05:35] are being covered is because at the end
[05:38] of the day, if the truth comes out about
[05:39] what happened to Charlie Kirk, there's a
[05:41] lot more people than I believe just
[05:42] Erica going to prison. There's a lot
[05:44] more people than just Brian Harpole or,
[05:46] you know, some of these people that are
[05:47] committing financial crimes. some of
[05:49] these people dealing with these shadowy,
[05:51] strange relationships with Romanian or
[05:53] Eastern European orphanages. I think
[05:55] that this is uh probably one of the most
[05:58] unprecedented cover-ups because it goes
[05:59] all the way to the top. And I think that
[06:02] you would see in a just world where
[06:06] courts are actually participating in the
[06:09] examination of evidence and real juries
[06:12] are presented and law enforcement is
[06:14] tasked with doing their job and they all
[06:17] actually do it in a morally upright way
[06:20] and in accordance with the law,
[06:21] scrupulously adhering to all of the
[06:23] procedures, these people would all be
[06:25] going to prison. Every one of them. I
[06:26] believe that Donald Trump would be in
[06:28] prison for a lot of things. Uh, and you
[06:30] know, this is coming from a guy who I
[06:32] loved Donald Trump. I did. I was a huge
[06:35] supporter in 2015. I bought it hookline
[06:37] and sinker. I thought that this guy was
[06:40] going to be the human hand grenade that
[06:41] was thrown into the system. But in
[06:42] retrospect, you can see this was the
[06:45] message. They use it to manipulate. They
[06:48] use it to jin up the hype. Just like
[06:50] they get us to cheer on wars when Toby
[06:52] Keith writes a song. Go put a boot in
[06:53] their ass. That's the American way. Wave
[06:56] your flag. It's patriotic. We got to go
[06:58] get these sand people before they come
[06:59] and get us. They did this to these
[07:01] towers. George Bush, let's go get these
[07:03] people. It's the same thing. They have
[07:06] to get Americans to believe that all of
[07:08] this is real. All of the elections are
[07:11] real. The two-party system is real. And
[07:14] when you see people who have this kind
[07:16] of boost in their algorithm and you see
[07:18] what it is they're talking about, if
[07:20] they're weighing in on political issues,
[07:21] whether it be domestically or foreign
[07:23] policy related, the ones that are
[07:25] getting the most boost, the Alex
[07:27] Joneses, who Liz Harris said is
[07:28] controlled by the MSAD, and I believe
[07:30] that um whether it be by blackmail, I
[07:33] bet there would be a lot. That guy sat
[07:35] across from uh a woman that's pretending
[07:38] to be a man and said, "When I look at
[07:41] you, I see nothing but woman. And I just
[07:44] see you're a beautiful woman. That's
[07:46] what I see. You know, I mean, so it's no
[07:49] doubt that there's probably some
[07:50] blackmail material. You wouldn't have to
[07:52] work too hard to get that from Alex
[07:53] Jones. But these people are very easily
[07:55] controlled by money. And when when that
[07:59] machine realized when Donald Trump won
[08:03] in 2016 largely by demonizing the media,
[08:07] there was a mass exodus. People didn't
[08:09] pay attention to the things that the Fox
[08:10] News Channel or CNN or M, you know, any
[08:12] of these major or cable broadcast news
[08:14] networks were saying anymore. They went
[08:16] to the information superighway. They
[08:19] went to places like Rumble. They went to
[08:21] your show on YouTube. They found me on
[08:23] Twitter. They went, you know, to
[08:24] Instagram. They found Candace Owens.
[08:27] They're getting real information. And
[08:30] the beast saw that
[08:32] they already had a machine in place to
[08:34] subvert and to circumvent any kind of
[08:36] criticism. and that was Turning Point
[08:38] USA. And by using censorship to shield
[08:40] out everybody else, all they have to do
[08:43] is just deny, deny, deny. These people
[08:45] are the ones that are responsible for
[08:47] investigating themselves. Are they going
[08:49] to do that?
[08:50] >> No.
[08:50] >> It's like asking if Congress people are
[08:52] going to vote for term limits. Yeah. I'm
[08:54] not going to work myself out of a job.
[08:55] These people are the criminals. What are
[08:57] they doing investigating criminals? It's
[09:00] just a really It's a situation that is
[09:01] really dire. Uh but you know, God
[09:04] willing and all glory to God, people are
[09:06] waking up and I see this happening. I
[09:08] see it happening quickly and I think
[09:10] that there is a breaking point and I
[09:13] think that the breaking point is going
[09:15] to be in the Epstein Files Transparency
[09:17] Act. I saw that you had Thomas Massie on
[09:19] the other day talking about that. I
[09:21] think that that is kind of
[09:24] really going to be the straw because no
[09:25] matter where you align ideologically,
[09:27] politically,
[09:29] this is the hill that everybody can die
[09:30] on. You don't touch our kids. And when 8
[09:34] and a half billion people worldwide or
[09:36] 350 million in this country realize
[09:38] who's implicated in those files and on
[09:40] those tapes and what they're doing to
[09:41] those innocent children,
[09:44] I don't think there's going to be a safe
[09:45] place for these people to hide. So, and
[09:49] I think that's coming. I think that
[09:50] there's enough pressure. I think that
[09:51] there is enough uh global knowledge that
[09:54] these things exist and that they are
[09:56] real. And I think that the message here
[09:58] also needs to be that whether Epstein is
[10:01] dead or living very much alive and
[10:03] partying it up with Tupac on some island
[10:05] or maybe he's maybe he's just in Israel
[10:07] just living uh with Tom Alexanderich and
[10:09] the rest of these people. Uh I think
[10:13] that people should probably understand
[10:15] that there are a lot more than just
[10:16] Jeffrey Epstein. These operatives are
[10:18] currently working right now all over the
[10:20] place to keep this kind of to feed the
[10:23] beast, to keep this power alive, to keep
[10:26] this blackmail, to keep this control
[10:28] happening. And I think the straw that
[10:31] breaks the camel's back is what these
[10:32] people are doing to kids. I think that
[10:34] that crosses all political lines. I
[10:36] think that it crosses all race lines,
[10:38] all faith, spiritual, religious lines. I
[10:41] think that pretty much everybody except
[10:42] for the people that are hurting children
[10:44] are going to have a really big problem
[10:46] with that. So, I think that's coming and
[10:48] I pray that that's the lynch pin.
[10:50] >> Stu Peters, I appreciate you uh making
[10:52] time for our show. Thanks for your
[10:54] insight. Everybody check out Stu Peters
[10:56] Show. Are you back on YouTube? I know
[10:59] you're on Rumble.
[11:00] >> I'm on Rumble. I'm on X. Uh you can find
[11:03] me there, the Stu Peters Network, or
[11:05] just real Steu Peters on X, Twitter,
[11:07] whatever. Uh and then on Spotify and
[11:09] Apple Podcast, just search SPN Live as
[11:12] in Stu Peters Network.
[11:13] >> Okay. uh SPN Live and so we're there.
[11:16] We're on Spotify and Apple Podcast.
[11:18] Thank you, Jimmy. I appreciate you
[11:19] having me.
[11:19] >> All right.
[11:20] >> I've been excited about coming on.
[11:22] >> Oh, it's great. It's great to have you.
[11:23] I appreciate it. You're a wealth of
[11:25] information. Hey, let me ask you about
[11:27] that book that you have in front of you.
[11:29] It says, "It's really fun to be white."
[11:31] What is
[11:32] >> It's really fun to be white. Yeah. So,
[11:34] never thought, it was never on my bingo
[11:36] card that I would be a published author,
[11:38] but you can find this on Amazon. It's
[11:41] really fun to be white. I you know when
[11:42] you go into these public schools and you
[11:44] look at the bookshelves you can find all
[11:47] kinds of things that talk about how
[11:48] great it is to be a little black boy or
[11:50] a little Jewish girl you know or or
[11:54] anything. You just you would be
[11:55] hardressed I think it's impossible
[11:56] actually to find a children's book
[11:59] specifically for white children that
[12:01] tells them about their history and about
[12:04] their culture. It's 48 pages long. I'm
[12:06] really proud of the illustrations in
[12:08] here. It's just a book that properly
[12:10] represents my people. Um, you know, and
[12:13] it tells white children that they have
[12:15] value because it's my opinion that in
[12:18] this war on whites and this anti-white
[12:20] agenda that our children unfortunately
[12:22] have bore the brunt of that. And so this
[12:24] was just a little relief. If you have
[12:25] little important white children in your
[12:27] life, order a copy for every one of
[12:28] them.
[12:29] >> Uh, I've always said, Stu, it's tough
[12:31] being white.
[12:33] >> It is. It is. It's It's a It's a
[12:35] constant uphill battle. It's like, you
[12:37] know, trying to climb the side of a
[12:38] building and get up on top of it with a
[12:40] rifle or something. It's nearly
[12:41] impossible.
[12:41] >> When When is Whitey going to get his
[12:43] day? When
[12:44] >> When can I just get a win? When can
[12:46] Whitey get a win? Just give me one win.
[12:48] So, here we are. It's a micro win. But
[12:50] here it is. It's a great win, though,
[12:52] because our children are our future. And
[12:54] that's like the whole reason why I do
[12:55] this every day. It started because I was
[12:57] fighting for my kids.
[12:58] >> It's millions of kids. This platform is
[13:01] is going to be in existence for the sole
[13:03] purpose of fighting for kids. So, there
[13:05] we go. All right. Okay. All right,
[13:08] brother. It's great to talk to you and
[13:10] uh I'll see you Friday. Hey, come see me
[13:12] live on tour February 20th in Lancing,
[13:14] Michigan. February 21st in Milwaukee,
