[00:00] It's pretty insane that every person at
[00:01] TPUSA told us a different story of what
[00:04] happened on 10th of September and even
[00:06] before that. You'd think that at least
[00:08] over time as they speak about it over
[00:10] and over again, they would stick to
[00:12] their stories, but nope. It's not going
[00:15] to come as surprise that we are
[00:17] discovering new lies and new
[00:18] inconsistencies in Erica Kirk's speeches
[00:21] and interviews. Last night, Candace
[00:23] Owens episode was explosive in itself
[00:26] because she discovered more lies that
[00:28] came from Erica. So, of course, I had to
[00:30] help out and find even more. And those
[00:32] are interesting because they involve
[00:33] Charlie Kirk's necklace, Mikey McCoy
[00:36] phone calls, Frank Turk's testimony
[00:37] about Erica's heroic behavior in the
[00:39] hospital that day. Of course, he called
[00:41] it heroic. We call it suspicious. So,
[00:44] let's dive right in. You remember in one
[00:46] of my recent episodes, I talked about
[00:48] the same clipping from a New York Times
[00:51] article that Candace did. It's this one.
[00:53] The president's tone, she said, was soft
[00:55] and embracing. I could tell he wanted to
[00:57] hug me. Others have responded in the
[00:59] same manner to Mrs. Kirk, now left to
[01:02] care for a three-year-old daughter and
[01:04] one-year-old son. That new life, Mrs.
[01:06] Kirk said, is actually the least
[01:09] traumatizing thing for me since she
[01:11] herself had been raised by her mother
[01:13] after their parents divorced when she
[01:14] was young. I said this was weird. This
[01:17] is only 8 days after Charlie's
[01:18] unaliving. The sentiment and this choice
[01:20] of words, not to mention that this was a
[01:22] sitdown interview. So I got a free trial
[01:25] subscription to New York Times
[01:26] suspecting that there is going to be
[01:28] much more weird stuff in there in that
[01:30] article. See at the beginning those
[01:33] first week's interviews and testimonies
[01:35] are raw, fresh, more bold. Now that they
[01:38] know we are on to them, they are much
[01:40] more careful with what and how they say
[01:42] things. That's when we catch them lying
[01:45] somewhere in between. So let's read bits
[01:47] of this interview together. I'm allowing
[01:50] myself to feel this so deeply, she said
[01:52] without medication, without alcohol. The
[01:54] Lord is giving me discernment. She sat
[01:56] in workout clothes with her legs folded
[01:59] under her on a couch in a rented
[02:01] condominium in Scottsdale, Arizona. Her
[02:04] husband often used this condo as a waist
[02:06] as a way station between their home in a
[02:09] gated community outside Scottsdale and
[02:11] the Turning Point USA headquarters in
[02:13] East Phoenix. Around her neck was the
[02:15] pendant of St. Michael that her husband
[02:18] was wearing when he was shot. The medics
[02:21] had ripped it from his body while
[02:23] attempting to stop the bleeding. A trace
[02:25] of blood remained in the crevice of the
[02:28] cross. The medics had ripped it. Are we
[02:32] sure? Because I've seen that necklace
[02:34] with my own eyes in 4K flying off of
[02:36] Charlie's neck. People first thought it
[02:38] was some cables, but it was confirmed
[02:40] later that the chain broke upon impact.
[02:43] There was not medical team working on
[02:45] Charlie at UVU as soon as he went down.
[02:48] It was his security team who are
[02:50] supposed to be trained to perform first
[02:52] aid, but that's not the same as medics.
[02:55] And by the time Charlie got to the
[02:57] hospital, his necklace was allegedly not
[02:59] on him anymore. Why am I hyperfocusing
[03:02] on that? Ah, nothing. Just that Frank
[03:04] Turk told us a completely different
[03:06] story. Take a listen.
[03:08] >> When we were about to leave, we finally
[03:10] got access to the car again. And Erica
[03:13] was asking for a necklace that Charlie
[03:15] was wearing. It's a cross necklace and
[03:17] had some medallions on it. And when I
[03:19] went into the backseat of that car, I
[03:21] pulled my bag out and that necklace was
[03:23] attached somehow just kind of draped
[03:26] over the bag.
[03:28] So I gave it to Mikey and I said,
[03:29] "Mikey,
[03:32] I want you to give this to Erica." It
[03:36] was a comfort to
[03:36] >> So which one is it? Was it the medics
[03:39] that took the necklace? Was it Frank
[03:41] Turk climbing into the backseat of the
[03:43] car, grabbing it from there,
[03:44] miraculously having it wrapped around
[03:46] his bag? See, there is one more detail
[03:48] in the story that he talks about, and
[03:50] this is all one evening. They are all at
[03:52] the hospital. They waited for Erica, who
[03:54] Turk said got there at around 400 p.m.
[03:57] They are all there, including Charlie's
[03:59] parents. And this is how he describes
[04:02] what was happening.
[04:03] >> Meanwhile, the car that we came in had
[04:05] been
[04:07] considered a crime scene for whatever
[04:08] reason. I don't know why. We were had
[04:11] nothing to do with the crime, but we
[04:12] couldn't get anything out of it. So, I
[04:14] couldn't get couldn't get my wallet out,
[04:15] couldn't get my bag out, couldn't get my
[04:17] computer out. Charlie was actually
[04:19] laying over my computer bag on the way
[04:22] to the hospital. And so, we really
[04:24] couldn't do anything or go anywhere. We
[04:26] were just there to support. Meanwhile,
[04:28] the hospital staff brought us food.
[04:30] Anyway, when Erica did come down into
[04:34] the hall where I was,
[04:37] she [snorts]
[04:41] She came up and she said he loved you
[04:43] and he was doing what he wanted to do
[04:46] and then we just held one another and
[04:49] she
[04:51] expressed that she wanted to keep
[04:52] Charlie's legacy going.
[04:54] >> So was the car a crime scene or it
[04:56] wasn't? Did they have access or they
[04:58] didn't? Or maybe one hour they did, the
[05:01] next hour they decided, oh maybe not.
[05:02] Maybe. Which one is it? They couldn't
[05:04] get the stuff out of the car or they
[05:06] could freely climb in and get strictly
[05:08] just the jewelry because it can't be
[05:10] both. Either the necklace was locked up
[05:12] in the car as evidence together with
[05:14] Frank's wallet and laptop or the medical
[05:17] team ripped it off Charlie's body or
[05:19] there is something else that happened
[05:20] with it. See, if that necklace broke on
[05:22] an impact when Charlie was fired at,
[05:24] then it's evidence. It should be in the
[05:27] police's possession, right? So, how is
[05:30] it possible that we have multiple
[05:31] stories of how the necklace ended up on
[05:33] Erica's neck? Because yes, she's wearing
[05:35] it now. And also, what do you mean
[05:37] Erica? So, Frank hugged him and what
[05:40] came out of her mouth wasn't, "Oh, I
[05:43] can't believe it. What am I going to do
[05:44] now? How did this happen? Who did this?"
[05:47] No, she says, "I want to keep Charlie's
[05:50] legacy going." Did that really happen?
[05:53] Did she really say that? And I noticed
[05:55] another thing. It's a trend whenever
[05:57] they speak at the beginning in in their
[05:58] interviews, they have this need of
[06:00] saying, "We had nothing to do with the
[06:03] crime. We didn't do it. We're not
[06:05] guilty." Everyone is just like casually
[06:08] throwing it in there. I don't have a
[06:09] need of saying it. I don't know anybody
[06:11] that would have a need of saying it.
[06:14] Why are they saying it? Notice when they
[06:16] all speak about those events, it reminds
[06:17] me of reading a book. It's not natural.
[06:20] It's not organic. and thee ascended and
[06:23] spoke his legacy shall continue. I know
[06:26] not like this this level but I keep
[06:28] getting this from Erica Frank Andrew
[06:30] Kovette. Either they are all advanced
[06:32] speakers or this was practiced and
[06:34] written to sound much more heroic,
[06:36] dramatic and elevated. They all speak
[06:39] like Tyler Robinson in those messages to
[06:43] his BFF
[06:45] boyfriend fairies forever. Now, I want
[06:47] to bring up the timeline that Candace
[06:49] created and talked about on her show.
[06:51] Just quickly, September 8th, Charlie
[06:53] Kirk's schedule, local time, 10 to 11,
[06:55] Charlie appears from his home studio
[06:57] live on Charlie Kirk show, Salam
[06:58] Network. 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Erica woke
[07:01] Charlie up from his nap for his Fox News
[07:03] hit. According to Erica, 400 p.m. to
[07:06] 5:00 p.m., Charlie Kirk appears from his
[07:08] home studio on Ingraham's angle. The
[07:11] show is shot from Charlie's home studio.
[07:13] This is also the day the article appears
[07:15] in Jezebel regarding a witch's curse. So
[07:17] like someone paid on Etsy to some witch
[07:20] to curse Charlie apparently. 5:24 p.m.
[07:24] Erica arrives home per her alibi given
[07:27] to Candice. 6:06 p.m. Erica claims she
[07:30] made dinner for Charlie after arriving
[07:32] home. But where was she? That's the
[07:35] question. 8:00 p.m. Per Frank Turk.
[07:38] Charlie went to dinner with family and
[07:40] then went on a walk with Frank around
[07:42] 800 PM. He also says he saw Charlie
[07:44] earlier in that day at Charlie's home,
[07:47] but unclear when Frank says this was a
[07:49] long walk to figure out how to talk to
[07:51] students about the resurrection of
[07:53] Christ and also about family. This seems
[07:56] implausible. Source Megan Kelly show
[07:59] episode 1153.
[08:02] 9:00 p.m. Charlie is seen with his
[08:04] bodyguard and accompanied by a tall man,
[08:07] not Frank Turk, spoke with his neighbor
[08:10] for a few minutes about his upcoming
[08:12] tour and said hello to her dog. Who was
[08:14] this man? Some tall guy next to him.
[08:18] So on September 8th, RCH72
[08:22] leaves Colorado is the plane leaves
[08:24] Colorado Springs for Tucson on the
[08:26] ground for less than five hours. It then
[08:29] takes off at 4:19 p.m. local time before
[08:33] turning off its transponder and 4:32
[08:36] p.m. to go to Fort Wuka airspace. Then
[08:39] September 9th,
[08:42] there is a lot going on on September 9th
[08:44] and I discovered a lot of things. 1 p.m.
[08:47] Charlie Kirk appears on the Will Kane
[08:50] show from his TPS USA office studio. 3
[08:53] p.m. Erica says Charlie had the call
[08:55] with Josh Hammer around this time. Erica
[08:57] told me she was getting her nails done
[08:59] around this time.
[09:02] Okay.
[09:03] 3:54 p.m. Charlie sends out It's weird
[09:06] because didn't didn't Andrew Kovet say
[09:09] that they spend all day in the office.
[09:12] Yes, he did together. 3:54 p.m. Charlie
[09:15] sends out texts regarding leaving the
[09:17] pro little hats land cause. 6 p.m. local
[09:21] Josh Hammer and Rabbi have a Zoom call
[09:23] with Charlie. 7 PM onward, Charlie will
[09:27] have dinner with the priest Erica and
[09:29] his children. He will also send out a
[09:31] text message to both Dan Flaud and
[09:33] Andrew Kulv indicating that they are
[09:35] going to Other notes that Candace put
[09:38] here say Erica says Charlie was at the
[09:41] office all day and they met up for
[09:42] dinner with a friend to pray for them.
[09:45] This slightly disputes what Andrew said
[09:47] via text to Paramount Tactical. Andrew
[09:49] Coven wrote that both Erica and Charlie
[09:51] were at the office all day. Erica never
[09:53] made this claim. Erica Erica claims she
[09:56] was doing her nails. And then Erica
[09:58] tells Megan Kelly she had a priest pray
[10:01] over them for the Jezebel curse article
[10:04] dinner at a restaurant. Erica and the
[10:06] kids both confirmed present at the
[10:08] dinner by multiple locals. They are with
[10:10] their kids. So obviously we know Erica
[10:12] lied twice in this instant. This is the
[10:14] first time. It's interesting because we
[10:17] always we have I mean I still I have
[10:20] unbelievable amounts of death threats.
[10:22] My kids have kidnapping threats, death
[10:25] threats. Our whole team has death
[10:27] threats. We we knew that there was
[10:29] always going to be a threat. But Charlie
[10:31] and I always we promised each other we
[10:33] would never live in fear.
[10:34] >> And he would say, "If they're going to
[10:35] get me, they're going to get me." But he
[10:37] was not messaging people the day before
[10:40] saying, "I'm going to be murdered.
[10:42] They're coming after me. someone's going
[10:44] to kill me. He didn't he didn't say
[10:46] that. And I have his cell phone.
[10:48] >> So, the obvious lie is that he didn't
[10:50] message anybody that that night about
[10:52] being afraid they were going to. He did.
[10:55] She then lied to Candace again, saying
[10:57] that that message was sent from a
[11:00] different app, not iMessage. That's why
[11:02] Erica didn't know about it. But Candace
[11:05] went back to the source and confirmed
[11:06] that those messages were sent via
[11:08] iMessage. It looks super shady already.
[11:10] Well, I am going to pack on top of that.
[11:13] Look at that.
[11:14] >> Didn't say that. And so, what I do know
[11:18] is that we believe in the power of
[11:19] prayer. And what I do know is that we
[11:21] believe in our sovereign God. And what I
[11:24] do know is that that night before we did
[11:27] what we usually did before tours, we
[11:30] said our prayer and we asked the Lord to
[11:32] protect us and we asked the Lord that
[11:35] his will be done. That's what we did.
[11:38] >> That's all they did. They prayed and
[11:40] hoped to God everything will be fine.
[11:42] Well, here is what she said in the New
[11:44] York Times interview about the same
[11:46] evening. On the evening before, Mr. Kirk
[11:48] traveled to Utah. He and his wife met
[11:51] for dinner in the Phoenix area with a
[11:53] friend who was a faith leader. The
[11:55] purpose was to pray together over Mr.
[11:57] Kirk's imminent tour of roughly 20
[12:00] compasses. Both Mrs. Kirk and the friend
[12:03] were worried. Mr. Kirk, whose
[12:06] appearances on college campuses drew
[12:08] ardent support on and fierce
[12:10] condemnation, had received numerous
[12:12] death threats over the past year and had
[12:14] been traveling with the security team
[12:16] for months. Over dinner, Mrs. Kirk
[12:18] implored her husband to start wearing a
[12:21] bulletproof vest. When he demured, the
[12:25] friend suggested that Mr. Kirk speak
[12:27] behind bulletproof glass.
[12:29] Why not to say it in all the other
[12:31] interviews? Why not to say that she was
[12:33] asking him to wear a vest? Why after
[12:35] this interview they make it seem like
[12:37] they just left it to God and didn't look
[12:40] back and why were they so insanely
[12:42] worried that night? Obviously not
[12:44] because of some witches from Etsy. Like
[12:46] Candace said, it all points out at
[12:48] little hatwearing donors. Charlie said
[12:50] that day that he is leaving the pro
[12:54] cause then has a call with Josh Hammer.
[12:58] Then texts Andrew Kvette and Dan Floa
[13:00] they are going to kill me. And then he
[13:02] has a dinner with his wife and the
[13:04] priest. And both of them are like,
[13:05] "Well, maybe you better wear a vest or
[13:07] have a bulletproof glass tomorrow at
[13:09] UVU." All of this allegedly, of course,
[13:12] but this timeline, at least for now, is
[13:14] the most compelling one I've seen in
[13:15] this investigation. Here is a bit of
[13:17] candies for you guys. There's nobody
[13:19] that can explain it better.
[13:20] >> I don't buy any of these stories. I
[13:21] don't buy Charlie suddenly need advice
[13:23] from a pastor, a priest, and a rabbi. It
[13:25] sounds ridiculous, okay? I think
[13:27] something was happening. I think Charlie
[13:29] was fearful of his life. don't think it
[13:31] was about a Jezebel curse. I think
[13:32] everything that was going on in his day
[13:34] reveals that Charlie was stressed out
[13:37] about pressure that was being put on him
[13:39] regarding Israel and he was instructing
[13:42] to his team that he was done with them
[13:43] and he was happy to lose money. So it
[13:45] would not track that then after dealing
[13:48] with this having a call with the rabbi
[13:49] who should be asleep in Israel but is
[13:51] staying up to give you advice on a
[13:53] debate like this couldn't have been a
[13:54] freaking email. It would it would follow
[13:56] that he then sent to Andrew Kovvat and
[13:59] Dan Flood that they meaning the were
[14:03] going to kill him. That's what I
[14:05] believe. That's what I believe happened
[14:06] on that day. And as far as why Erica is
[14:10] lying and covering for Dan Flood, we're
[14:12] going to we're going to need to get to
[14:13] the bottom of that. These are not little
[14:14] lies. These are huge lies. These are big
[14:16] lies. She's covering up for bad people.
[14:18] >> You know what I'm also wondering about?
[14:20] Kenny spoke about her dreams. Everyone
[14:22] made fun of her. Then she spoke about
[14:24] Charlie who was saying that he was a
[14:27] time traveler. It was just like an
[14:28] innocent friendly conversation when they
[14:30] were at the meeting and he was she goes,
[14:32] "I'm an alien. I don't fit in here." And
[14:34] he's like, "I'm a time traveler traveler
[14:36] and I came to find you." People also
[14:38] made fun of that. But it's perfectly
[14:40] acceptable and super [clears throat]
[14:42] real to people that Erica Kirk said they
[14:46] believed that some Etsy witch put a
[14:49] curse on Charlie and that's why they did
[14:51] the dinner and they prayed and they I
[14:54] don't know if they did some kind of
[14:56] sance I whatever they did this is fine
[14:59] this no nobody's crazy in this story
[15:01] right okay but did everyone close to
[15:04] Charlie knew what was coming on that
[15:06] evening of 9th of September when he was
[15:08] being asked to wear a vest or speak
[15:09] behind the bulletproof glass. Were they
[15:11] maybe speaking about what they would do
[15:13] if the worst happened? That's why they
[15:16] keep pushing this narrative that Mikey
[15:18] McCoy was instructed and trained by
[15:20] Charlie that if that happened, if the
[15:22] worst happened, he is supposed to pick
[15:24] up the phone immediately and inform
[15:26] Erica. Hi, Erica. You know, in the
[15:29] article, she recalls Mrs. Kirk was
[15:31] sitting in her mother's hospital room at
[15:33] 11:23 a.m. That's the local time in
[15:35] Phoenix. when she was uh when she saw
[15:37] the number of her husband's longtime
[15:38] assistant, Michael McCoy, appear on her
[15:41] phone. In retrospect, she said she knew
[15:44] the words he's been before Mr. McCoy
[15:48] screamed them. Okay. And I want to
[15:51] remind you his call log that we were
[15:53] presented say something like 12:23, that
[15:57] would be 11:23 Phoenix time, Charlie
[16:00] Kirk shot at Utah Valley University.
[16:02] 12:24 Charlie is brought to the SUV by
[16:06] security. TW 12:24
[16:08] Mikey McCoy calls Elizabeth McCoy, his
[16:11] wife. They stay on the phone for 10
[16:13] minutes. 12:24 Blake Nefusa producer
[16:16] calls his mother. 45 second call. 12:26.
[16:20] So not 12:23. 12:26 Mikey McCoy adds
[16:24] Erica Kirk to the call with Elizabeth.
[16:26] Three-way lasts two minutes. 12:28. Mike
[16:30] Mikey drops Erica from the call. Did
[16:33] Erica say 12:23 or 11:23 where she was
[16:37] just to be more dramatic. And from the
[16:39] call logs, we see the conversation
[16:41] lasted 2 minutes. After that, it said in
[16:44] Candace's timeline, Erica ran out into
[16:46] the parking lot and collapsed screaming.
[16:49] I find this reaction very weird.
[16:50] [clears throat]
[16:51] And I know that to some of you this
[16:53] would seem like the most normal reaction
[16:54] because it's at least a sad emotion
[16:56] pouring out. But if someone called me
[16:58] with news like that about my loved one,
[17:01] I'd start crying, but I'd be running to
[17:03] get to them immediately. I wouldn't run
[17:05] out to the parking lot and collapse and
[17:08] start screaming. Unless that someone who
[17:10] called me told me that person that was
[17:12] hurt actually didn't make it, then I'm
[17:14] collapsing. Then I'm like, you know,
[17:16] leave me alone. I'm staying here
[17:17] forever. And we know there was no way
[17:19] for Mikey to know that, right?
[17:23] Well,
[17:24] >> they just shot Charlie. They just
[17:27] Charlie.
