Video Transcript
Hello and welcome back for another
episode of Patriotic Housewife. You
guys, I have for you today a video of
Rob McCoy at it again. He is just the
gift that keeps on giving. I have to
say. We're just going to roll right into
this video and we're going to pause it
here and there to stop for commentary. I
also heard that it helps when it comes
to um sharing videos just, you know, not
getting in trouble. we have to pause and
give commentary. So, we'll be doing that
a little bit more often. So, just bear
with me. Without further ado, let's
listen to Rob McCoy.
>> Way Max next steps, decisions, and
future service to Montgomery County.
Please welcome Pastor Rob McCoy.
I don't know why you invited me because
I I have a gift of preaching a church
down to a manageable size,
but I I'm honored. Um,
I met Judge Mack when uh, well actually
I was in Wyoming at a retreat and I'd
been invited by a pastor to go to do
some trout fishing and um, I hadn't
gotten away in a while and I met the
vice president of the premier speaker
bureau. He said, "You know, I want to
feature you as one of our speakers." And
I said, "What's that entail?" He said,
"Well, we'll put your bio up there and
if somebody wants you to come and speak,
we'll take care of the the issues." And
I said, "Okay." And so he put me on
there and um I got one call.
It was from [laughter] Judge Wayne Mack.
And uh I thought he must be desperate.
[laughter]
And then it was a a prayer breakfast and
I'm flying in from California and I'm
thinking,
you know, I deserve the money they're
going to give me.
It was so early.
>> Did you Did you guys hear what he said?
Did you guys hear that? He's saying he
deserves the money that they give him.
And don't you love the uh freedom shirt?
Interesting, huh?
>> But but I I came out I I met the man
over the phone and and I loved him
before I knew him. Loved his heart.
I came out and met the folks of Conroe
and all of you in Montgomery County.
Just fell in love with you all. And then
uh Judge Mack and I became friends
and um close friends. I had him come out
and preach in our church.
He he lit it up. He hit the ball so far
out of the park. It's still going.
Folks, our church
want Judge Wayne Mack back.
And I was blessed. And it was there that
we had a chance to talk. And then uh he
came out for the gala when Charlie Kirk
spoke
and it was touching. I didn't realize be
the last time that Charlie would speak
at our fellowship. Shortly thereafter,
he'd be murdered.
As I was I was praying about speaking
tonight, the Lord put on my heart my
son,
not just Michael, but also my older son,
Daniel.
And I thought about your character,
Judge Mag.
It's really rich when he speaks about
character considering what he is and who
he is.
Um, yeah, that's all I got for that.
>> And you can't fake good kids and a happy
wife.
Mindy, you strike me like my wife. You
don't like public speaking. You're dying
a thousand deaths. When you get up
there, you deeply love that man. Did a
great job.
When my boys turned 13,
I took them on what I called a
walkabout.
And I kind of got the idea of a Jewish
culture of a bar mitzvah and a bach
mitzvah when they become sons of the law
where in a Jewish culture there's
there's children and there's adults.
There's no teens.
When you get to 13, you become an adult.
become accountable to the law, the moral
law, the decalogue, the ten
commandments.
And I thought, I'm going to do something
similar.
And at 13, when they each turned 13,
I took them on the walkabout. The first
thing I did is I brought them to the
cemetery.
We stood over the tombstone of a friend
of mine who was my same age who I had
buried. He was a close friend and he was
beloved at the school as a teacher for
many years. A year later when I went to
go put flowers on his tombstone,
there were 15 students from the high
school there.
He had an enormous effect
on that school.
As we stood over the tombstone, I said,
"Son, what do you observe?" And this was
for both of my boys. each on their
respective 13th birthday. I said, "What
do you observe?" And they said, "Well,
there's nobody here, Dad." I said,
"Bible says like the flowers of the
field, you're here today and gone
tomorrow. Remember no more."
I said, "What else do you see?" Well,
the tombstone, I see a name, a year of
birth, a dash, and a year of death. I
said, "That's what life is. It's a dash.
But more importantly, I see a name."
Judge Wayne Mack.
And I I I thought about your name
and I thought about being with my boys
cuz when I had to observe my friend's
name on a tombstone, I quoted to them
Ecclesiastes 7:1.
A good name
is like a precious greatness.
But better is a day of a man's death
than the day of his birth.
Solomon wrote that. He was the wisest
man who ever lived.
You think why would a man's death be
more important than his birth?
He did a form of rhetoric called sinia
where he combined two senses of the
human body to cause the mind to
ruminate.
A good name, the sense of hearing is
like a precious fragrance, a sense of
smell. The oldactory sense,
the oldactory sense is the number one
sense for memory recollection. That's
why women understand the power of
perfume.
A smell can take you right to a location
in a place.
>> What?
Oh, this guy is a I don't even know.
Clown.
>> I told each of my boys respectively, I
said, "When you were born, you were
given a name.
And whether that name at the end of your
life is a is a fragrance or a stench is
dependent on how you live.
>> I would have to say, not to be rude, but
his is going to be a stench. And it
already is. And Mikey's not really far
behind him.
>> You honor God and obey him, your name
will be a fragrance.
You'll stand before him and give an
accounting of your life.
And today you become a man.
And a man is a provider and a protector.
And as Thomas Jefferson said, freedom is
having choices.
And so if you're going to be a good
provider and a good protector, you're
going to need choices.
You need to frontload your life with
education.
I looked at him and I said, 'What is
money?'
And they go, "It's the thing that you
need to buy stuff with." I said, 'N no,
money is a representation of your
contribution to society.
You have no money because you made no
contribution.
>> Oh my goodness, he is unbearable.
>> There's a reason why we pay doctors more
than we pay hamburger flippers.
They've contributed more to society to
help society.
The more you educate yourself, the more
options you're going to have, the more
choices you're going to have, and the
better provider you're going to be.
But you can't lose your character in the
midst of that. You don't run for money.
You seek to honor the Lord. And
>> you don't run for money, but yet that's
exactly what he is, a moneyhungry
monster. And judging by all of the
corruption at TPUSA, all they chase is
money,
him and his son included,
would they would they have been doing
what they were doing if they didn't have
these huge homes and this uh nice lavish
lifestyle? Hm. I wonder [clears throat]
>> community in which you live.
Judge Wayne Mack didn't grow up in the
healthiest of homes. But you don't get
to pick the parents you get in this
world, but you can pick the kind of
parents you're going to be. A lot of us
were chipped,
but he's a good father. He's a good
husband.
I don't know much about his opponent,
but I do know this that when I ran for
office
for the state assembly,
I had a
>> By the way, could you guys imagine him
running for office and winning in like a
big government position and or being a
governor and representing people? How
awful.
>> Consultant.
I think they're ministers of the devil
myself, but that's just me. Nobody's
laughing.
Tough crowd.
>> Well, you are too. And is this a comedy
show or curious what's going on here?
Where's the crowd? Show us the crowd.
>> Their job is to win and they'll do
everything to win. It's Makavelian.
The ends justify the means. They wanted
to come after my opponent.
She she served on the city council. They
wanted to come after her and attack her
character and they wanted to post ugly
pictures of her. And I said, "No, you
treat her like you're going to treat my
wife. You put good pictures of her and
we're running on issues, not on her."
They said, "Well, you're not going to
win." I said, "Then I don't want to
win."
You know, I had a friend once tell me as
a coach,
he said, "Compete in such a way that
your opponent and your teammate are both
Jesus.
You see, I don't know who his opponent
is. I don't know much about him. But I
do know this.
Whoever's going to win this race,
they're going to push each other to
improve Montgomery County. Because if
you're going to win, you're going to
have to win on principles that matter to
the folks who are present.
>> You're here tonight because you know
this man will make a difference.
>> You know what you're getting.
>> In California, we rested on our laurels.
We used to have Reagan as our governor.
We got lazy
and apathy set in. And now we're the
most liberal state. Well, we're vying
with New York.
Used to be a red state. Now it's dark
blue.
And the reason why I share this is
because in Montgomery County, which is
probably one of the most conservative
counties in America, don't rest.
Don't buy into easy slogans.
Dig deep.
When someone runs for office and they
come for my endorsement, I I ask them,
"Can you name for me the seven articles
in the US Constitution?"
If they can't answer it, I say, "I'm not
voting for you. You don't have my my
endorsement."
>> Here he goes with the crossed arms
again. He just can't stop crossing his
arms.
>> And they go, "Why?" I said, "How many
rights does the Constitution give us?"
They say, "I don't know." And I said,
"None,
the Constitution with its seven articles
was designed to protect us from you
usurping our sovereignty because the
preamble says we the people of the
United States, we're the sovereign and
your powers on loan and we are protected
by those seven articles from you
usurping our authority and you have to
live within those constraints."
I asked him how many amendments. They
don't know. I said, "Go do your homework
before you run for office and ask for
for the privilege to represent us.
This is a republic.
And just because most of the populace
doesn't know any of these things anymore
because we don't teach civics in school,
if you want my endorsement, you got to
do your homework."
I guarantee you, Judge Mack knows the
answer. He knows how many amendments
there are.
And the reason why I say that is because
I won the primary,
but I lost the general election. And I
remember the Lord gave me two verses.
>> He's so nauseating. I had to take a
break. I don't even know how much
commentary I have, you guys. But I got
to take a break. And really towards the
end of the video, it gets, you know,
more Rob. Um, yeah, he's just he's a
hard watch.
>> Give me joke 13:15. Yay. Though he slay
me, yet will I praise him. And I thought
this is going to be a brutal election.
[laughter]
And I'd been a minister
long time at that point.
And I read the biatitudes where you're
persecuted and reviled and they say
terrible things about you. Rejoice and
be exceedingly glad. I'd never face
persecution in the pulpit. A couple of
disgruntled congressmen get never
persecution in the
>> Oh, this is about to get good
>> community. Maybe an article or two that
Oh. When I ran for office, it was like I
just hit the devil in the face. My My
car was keyed, windows were broken,
death threats.
I realized then
the public square is the last place that
the devil wants godly people.
>> Good government happens to good people.
>> When good people don't choose to
participate in a constitutional
republic, you get bad people.
>> You're lazy. You don't want to do your
homework.
Well, you're here tonight because you
know and you've seen who this man is. I
know. That's why I came out from
California. This I was telling Judge
Mack last night, the toughest three
weeks in my 61 years on this earth. It's
been awful.
And I got on the plane. I was sick as a
dog. The fever broke last night. And I
feel like a new man. I wouldn't have
missed it.
>> Do you, Rob? Do you feel like a new man?
I crawl over bro bro bro bro bro bro bro
bro bro bro bro bro bro bro bro bro bro
bro bro bro bro bro bro bro bro bro bro
bro bro bro bro bro bro bro bro bro bro
bro bro broken glass to endorse this fan
it's a rarity that
>> guy side note we need to dig into this
dude's past like who he's endorsing cuz
if you platform
files to be near children at church then
I'm seriously going to be vetting the
background of the person that you are
saying that people should vote for
>> have someone like this run for office.
A man who enters in and he he's poorer
than when he began. That's a rarity of
politics.
And as I thought about that,
I remember when I
I lost that. Well,
Job 13:15, he gained though he slain the
praise. And the other one he gave me was
1 Corinthians 9.
Run in such a way as to win. I worked
hard.
I raised more money than any any
candidate. And we had the largest
grassroots effort in California politics
in the last 25 years.
And the reason why I lost is because
Christians didn't show up.
>> Is that the reason he didn't win?
Because Christians didn't show up.
Really, rap? You mean no one saw through
your BS and your closed off stance of uh
lying um body language? Really? That's
why you lost? H
>> I had more
>> could have fooled me
>> show up.
I had everybody show up but Christians
Christians have well they're the worst
voting block in the United States.
There's 60 to 80 million and half of
them are registered to vote and only
half of those vote. That's in a
presidential election. 12% in a
non-presidential election. In the LGBTQ
community, it's 93% registration and
almost 90% voter turnout.
And we just think someone else is going
to do it.
And I know you you said,
>> sorry guys, I had to pause it for a
minute. My dog started to bark. is we
miss the great because we demand the
perfect.
There's no candidate who's going to meet
all of your perfection.
But you look for character and I see
this man.
>> Do we believe his judgment of character?
I mean, honestly, we've all watched this
man get on stage at church and totally
display no characteristics
of a good pastor, let alone so you're
clearly not, you know, good judgment of
character. Your discernment is
absolutely horrible and you're a liar.
So, why would anyone value anything
coming out of this man's mouth as far as
this man running for office?
Makes no sense. And when I lost that
night, I was so discouraged. I thought,
Lord, I ran in such a way as to win. And
I knew it was going to be hard. My face
a lot. But if you told me I wasn't going
to win, he said, 'You did win.
He ran an honorable campaign.
Then they came to me and they said, "Run
for the seat that she vacated on the
city council."
>> Do you guys really think he ran an
honorable campaign?
>> Asking for a friend.
>> That's the last thing I want to do. I
prayed about it. Lord said yes. I was
exhausted.
And I remember on election night, I was
losing by 200 and something votes. And
the guy who had made 40,000 phone calls
for me, he's the one who first told me
to run for office, I went to visit him
after he had a stroke. He couldn't
speak. He said, "Mom, you need to run
for office. And if you do, I'll make
phone calls for you." I said, "Please
don't." [laughter]
And the Lord healed him. He's just got a
sweet voice in the gateway about he led
countless people to the Lord on those
phone calls.
>> Oh, wow. And that night he turned to me.
He says, "You're going to win by a
little under a 100 votes tomorrow." I
said, "How do you know?" He goes, "I
make calls." I won by 52 votes.
You know what you call a guy who wins by
52 votes?
>> Winner.
>> The winner. [laughter]
I won re-election by over thousands.
I became mayor of the city. And screw
that. I met Charlie Kirk and he said, "I
didn't know a guy like you existed." I
said, "What's that?" "A pastor who's in
politics." I said, "I didn't know a guy
like you existed." He said, "What's
that?" "A young conservative.
>> [laughter]
>> We became friends.
>> Wow, you're so funny, Rob. You're so
funny. You should take up a career as a
comedian.
>> Judge, you have a good name.
And I turned to my boys and I said,
"Whether your name is a fragrance or a
sense depends on you from this day
forward.
You got all the equipment
to become a father.
But until you're ready to be a provider
and a protector with options and
choices, you'll never be a dad.
Those boys took it to heart at the
conclusion of my walkabout. I surrounded
them with friends. And had I known you,
you would have been in that circle
and I had them speak into my son's life.
Before they did that, I told my sons why
each of these mens are my friend. Why
each of these men are my friends?
And unsolicited, they responded the same
way of why they chose me as a friend. so
that my son could see how to choose good
company.
And at the end, we voted whether or not
he should be welcome into manhood was
unanimous. And then I gave him each
gift. My oldest son, I gave him my
father's command sword. United States
Navy captain, three tours of Vietnam,
Bronar, Legion of Merit.
from Mikey. I gave him my autograph
from Ronald Reagan that I got when I was
nine.
It said, "Best wishes, Robert McCoy."
Ronald Reagan. He rubbed my head. He
didn't realize back then that he was
endorsing me today.
>> Insert vomit face here.
>> I gave that to Mikey. Interestingly
enough, both of those boys with those
gifts and that blessing, my son Daniel
is now Lieutenant United States.
>> What gifts do your sons have? What gifts
do your son sons have? Mikey McCoy
apparently is a general who has
quivering uh lip issues and walks away,
does not look back and can't dial 911,
but can call everybody else. So, I'm not
really sure um what talents he has and
also makes it seem like he went to the
hospital, but we actually find out later
that he was in Salt Lake City and not at
the um hospital. So, actually, we
learned he went to the hospital before
it was for a short time, but he was not
standing there when they announced that
Charlie had passed. I'm not really sure
how admirable and successful and
honorable your children are, considering
they are your offspring.
>> States Navy and Michael was chief of
staff at Charlie, now chief of staff for
Erica. I think one's going to be
president of the United States and the
other's going to be
>> Oh, no. Absolutely not in my lifetime.
No McCoy is going to be a president.
That is crazy. What are they trying to
tee us up for? Absolutely not.
>> Secretary of the Navy.
>> That's a father's hopes.
>> His son is a secretary in the Navy. Kind
of goes with Candace's uh lots of
military going on here. I wonder what
plane he flew there on. Was it a
private? Was it commercial? H I have
questions.
I say this to you, Judge M.
I came here tonight
because you're a man worth fighting for.
Definition of a friend is when the whole
world goes out, they come in. That's
you. To me, when I was at the lowest
point, all this was hidden. Your your
greatest concern was not asking me for
something, but want to serve me.
And there's anything I wouldn't do for
you. You say jump. I'll say how high I
want to conclude tonight by saying
something very exciting.
This campaign is going to require a lot
of money. It's not judge.
>> Oh, here we go with asking for your
money, guys. Take out your pocketbooks.
Give money.
>> Max campaign. It's yours. He's asking to
represent you. You want him to win, you
got to invest. But the good news is the
campaign has all the money it needs.
>> Bad news is it's still in your pockets.
>> [laughter]
>> That's a funny joke. You better laugh
louder.
>> See what I'm saying? They got to cue you
to laugh because you don't think it's
funny. Is there like a sign, you guys? I
feel like there might be someone in the
crowd that like flips the sign. It says
laugh now. Laugh.
Quiet.
Cuz why don't we ever see the crown?
This is crowd. This is kind of like a a
Biden um rally, right? Where they would
never show the crowd. I swear this is
what exactly what this looks like.
You're like, "Oh, he's hitting me up."
Yes, I am.
Good candidates don't just happen. This
is everybody's lift. Everybody carries a
corner of the stretcher.
My wife and I during election year, not
only tithe to our church, but we
contribute 10% of our income to
political candidates.
The first thing we do is start local and
then we do county. We'll do state. And
we seldom do federal because at that
point they've already gained enough
support.
But all politics are local. You have a
chance to have one of the most powerful
positions in your county represented by
one of the most godly men I've ever
>> One of the most powerful positions in
your county. Power. Power. Power. Power.
It's all about power.
And I don't know what that's worth.
If you get apathetic tonight, you're
getting a flood of Californians in here.
You be careful cuz Texas may be red, but
it's just one generation away from blue.
>> And I I I would beg God
to have a candidate like Judge Mack of
California.
You have no idea what you have. Yeah,
you do. What am I talking about? You're
here.
But I I'm blessed by you.
And I want you to win. I want you to win
big
>> and and I don't wish you on any of your
opponents. I want their lives to be
blessed.
But I I want God's hand in there. And
you know what? God appoints all
positions of authority. again goes back
to the church with he allows somebody
who um hurt a child to be around
children and endorses them.
So your word means nothing.
>> Our job is to run in such a way as to
win and I know you're going to do
everything in your power and I know all
of you will as well. God bless you,
Judge Mack. God bless Montgomery County.
God bless Texas and God bless United
States of America.
Okay, so my first comment coming out of
this, you guys, and sorry, I'm probably
still half asleep, is going to tell him
that this is not as good of an idea as
he thought it was to go out there and
talk like he just can't stop talking.
He can't stop himself from praising
himself, his family, himself, his
family. He's so narcissistic and in love
with himself. I I can't I can't even
watch this guy. It makes me want to gag.
I actually feel sick.
And don't you love the freedom shirt? I
mean, that was like the icing on the
cake.
I don't know, guys. Let me know what you
guys think. I got this sent to me. I
actually was like praying again the
other night and I know you guys like at
the end of the videos when I have kind
of like a faith message and um I prayed
that someone would come along where they
could help me research because it is a
lot you guys even to do like 15 20
minute videos to actually turn around
and research stuff and try to put
something together um is really hard.
And so it's really hard to have a super
professional sounding show when you
don't have the time to write scripts the
way you want to. And if you're going to,
you know, share certain footage or share
certain information, make sure that what
you're sharing is actually true. Because
as I told you guys, I will never share
something that I do not know is true and
accurate. I do not want to spread
information. Um, I do not want to ruin
my credibility when I'm just starting
out my channel. So, anyways, I pray this
prayer and a girl in one of my comments
reaches out and says, "Hey, listen. Um,
I don't work. I would love to help
research, you know, yada yada." I told
her to email me. She emails me. I'm
like, "Hey, can you talk on the phone?"
And um turns out Kristen was my answer
from my prayers. Again, God just keeps
on blessing me and I am just I I'm I'm
overwhelmed because I just feel so
grateful for just the love that I'm
getting, the support I'm getting.
Kristen is amazing. She has a news
background, so she is a very good veter.
She is very good at research
and um absolutely wonderful. Like
totally amazing. When we talked, it was
like we've lived the same life, but
obviously we're two different people.
And she actually I hope Kristen doesn't
mind telling me telling you guys this,
but she has MS and she cannot um work.
It's hard. You know, she's like me. You
know, your body hurts and you feel sick
and it's really difficult to live a
normal life. And she wants to fight for
truth. and she actually offered, you
know, to do totally free like, "Hey, I'm
doing research anyway. I'm looking into
this stuff anyway because I just want
the truth. I just want to find out what
happened to Charlie. Let me help you."
And she has been helping me in the
background and when I talked to her on
the phone, she shared with me that she
had prayed like I, you know, God, I
never reach out to anyone. I usually
just keep to myself, but I I saw her and
something about it. I just wanted to
reach out to her and you know, if this
isn't for me, God, and she doesn't
answer, then I understand. but please
give me a sign if this was like meant to
be. And she said literally within 5
minutes I responded to her email and was
like, "Hey, can I call you?" And we just
spent 5 hours on the phone yesterday
talking about our lives and and how we
ended up really, you know, coming into
this point where not only do we just
want to dig into everything and and
spread truth, but she's like, "Even if I
could just, you know, I don't have to be
the face of it." She's like, "But even
just help with the research and and
putting scripts together." and she has
that background of being in newscasting
and it's just I don't know I just feel
like she's such a blessing and uh you
know it's amazing that we found each
other and I told her um eventually if
the channel gets you know huge I will
literally pay her. She is outstanding.
She deserves you know to be paid for the
work that she's doing to help me because
you guys whether you think it or not
people that create content this is a lot
of work. The equipment is not cheap and
um it takes time you guys. It's when I'm
not on here talking to you guys, I am
living on the internet and reading and
searching and and and looking through AI
and doing all these different things.
And it is a lot. And so most of my day
is that. And I do have a husband and I
do have a house to clean and um walls to
paint certain things. So um I just want
to say that I'm so grateful for Kristen.
Shout out to Kristen. um for for being a
blessing from God. And like I said, I
think it was meant to be for her and I
to be friends. And I'm just so thankful.
Maybe one day she'll come on here and
show face and we can like do an
interview about, you know, her life in
media and how she got here and all kinds
of things or talk about autoimmune. I
don't know. We'll see. But um I hope you
guys enjoyed the video. Please be sure
to like, share, comment. It helps my
video, uh get pushed out to the al
algorithm. It helps the channel grow. I
appreciate all the new subs. You guys
are just so kind, so sweet. The support
has been so overwhelming. I just I can't
state that enough. And I just feel um so
blessed and grateful to God. Um glory be
to God. It's because of him that I'm
even here doing this right now. So I
will see you all in the next one. Let me
know what you guys think in the comments
because yeah, he just he can't stop,
guys. So we're going to keep tabs on on
him and and see what he's saying all
over the place. So, I will see you all
in the next one. Have a great rest of
your weekend, guys.
