[01:59] looked into his performance, the more it

[02:01] felt like Phil was there to keep an eye

[02:03] on what he was saying. Also, just notice

[05:01] special access badge and standing behind

[05:04] Phil while wearing a Phil Lyman campaign

[05:10] wearing gloves for some reason and

[05:12] carrying a backpack as well as a flag.
