The Assassination of Charlie Kirk: Investigation Updates, Evidence Analysis, and America's Divided Response to Political Murder
The day after Charlie Kirk was assassinated at Utah Valley University, the investigation continues with more questions than answers. The FBI released photos of the suspected shooter after failing to identify him through their databases, offering a $100,000 reward for information. Exclusive documents obtained by Steven Crowder reveal the weapon was an older model Mouser .306 caliber bolt-action rifle with ammunition engraved with transgender and anti-fascist ideology. Evidence suggests this may have been a professional hit rather than a random attack, with the shooter arriving just 30 minutes before the event, taking one precise shot to the throat, and disappearing without a trace. Meanwhile, the nation's response reveals a disturbing divide, with some Democrats and college students celebrating the murder of a conservative leader, dancing on social media, and expressing joy that someone was killed for their political views.
Day After the Assassination: FBI Investigation Update
On September 11th, the day after Charlie Kirk was assassinated at Utah Valley University, the FBI held a press briefing providing limited details about the ongoing investigation. Commissioner Bo Mason of the Utah Department of Public Safety acknowledged the significance of the date, noting that law enforcement typically comes together on 9/11 to honor those who sacrificed to preserve American freedoms, but instead found themselves hunting a murderer who violated those very rights.
At approximately 12:20 p.m. on September 10th, Charlie Kirk was shot while participating in a student-sponsored event with Turning Point USA as part of the American Comeback Tour. He was transported to a local hospital where he later passed away. His body was moved to the state office of the medical examiner, with arrangements being made to return him to his family.
The investigation has tracked the shooter's movements starting at 11:52 a.m., when the suspect arrived on campus. Within approximately 30 minutes, the suspect moved through stairwells, onto the roof of the Losee Center, across the roof to a shooting location, took one shot, then fled to the other side of the building, jumped off, and escaped into a nearby neighborhood. The spent cartridge was still chambered in the weapon when recovered.
FBI Releases Photos After Identification Attempts Fail
Initially, investigators stated they would not release photos of the suspect because they were confident in their ability to identify him using technologies including facial recognition and artificial intelligence databases. However, hours later, the FBI Salt Lake City office posted images of the suspected shooter, asking for public help in identification. This suggests their technological efforts failed to identify the individual.
The photos show a person of apparent college age wearing a shirt with an American flag and eagle design, sunglasses, a hat, and carrying what appears to be a backpack. The suspect's face is partially obscured by the hat and glasses, making identification challenging. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the identification of the shooter.
Special Agent in Charge Robert Bees confirmed that investigators have recovered what they believe is the weapon used in the shooting - a high-powered bolt-action rifle found in a wooded area where the shooter had fled. The FBI laboratory will be analyzing the weapon for ballistics. Investigators have also collected footwear impressions, a palm print, and forearm imprints for analysis. As of the morning briefing, the FBI had received more than 130 tips from the community.
Exclusive Evidence: Crowder Obtains ATF Documents Revealing Weapon Details
Steven Crowder received an exclusive email from an officer at the ATF containing a screenshot from what appears to be an internal message describing the weapon and ammunition located near the scene. According to the ATF document, the weapon was an older model imported Mouser .306 caliber bolt-action rifle wrapped in a towel, found in a wooded area near campus.
The location of the firearm appears to match the suspect's route of travel. The spent cartridge was still chambered, with three unspent rounds in the top-fed magazine. Critically, the document states that all cartridges have engraved wording on them expressing transgender and anti-fascist ideology. An emergency trace has been submitted, and ATF Salt Lake City is working leads generated by the trace. The firearm and ammunition have been taken by the FBI for DNA analysis and fingerprint impressions.
This information was later partially confirmed by Fox News reporters David Spunt and Bill Melujan, who confirmed through sources that investigators are looking at what appear to be messages on the shooter's gun and ammunition, though the content of the messages was described as unclear in their reporting. The pattern of engraved messages on weapons mirrors the previous school shooting at a Catholic school by a transgender shooter who also had messages inscribed on weapons.
Questions About Professional Hit vs. Amateur Attack
Former FBI Special Agent Stuart Kaplan appeared on Jesse Watters and stated his belief that this assassination was indicative of a professional hit, very different from the attempted assassination of President Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania. Kaplan noted that Thomas Crooks in Butler was bumbling around for hours, leaving the venue, coming back, being questioned - an amateur scenario. In contrast, the Charlie Kirk assassination appears to have been very well-planned and orchestrated, put in motion days before.
The shooter had a plan of escape to elude detection while on the rooftop and to evade law enforcement after the shot was taken. Kaplan emphasized that the shooter had to be perched in a position to lay his sights perfectly for what was essentially a head shot to the throat. The shot was taken to immediately incapacitate Charlie Kirk, not the work of an amateur who spontaneously decided to do something crazy.
The shooter got onto the rooftop well in advance, was clearly undetected with no indication anyone saw him on the rooftop, and after taking one single shot, was able to quietly and systematically elude detection and escape. There has been no indication of a vehicle identified or any mode of escape. Kaplan concluded this indicates someone with experience and sophistication who mapped out exactly how the operation would go down.
The shot itself presented significant challenges beyond just distance. The elevated position required shooting down through overhead cover created by the tent, with a crowd underneath creating a narrow window of opportunity. The shooter had to hit between the top of the tent and above the crowd while taking a 200-yard shot from elevation in approximately 30 minutes from arrival to escape.
Suspicious Flight Activity Raises Questions
Open source intelligence analysts identified suspicious flight activity from Provo Regional Airport, located just 5 miles from Utah Valley University. A private jet under tail number N88KG left Provo airport approximately one hour after the shooting at 19:12 hours. Thirty minutes into the flight, the aircraft turned off its ADSB radar illegally, going dark at 19:44 hours, and reappeared about an hour later when headed back to Provo.
The flight path led in the direction of Arizona, potentially toward Tuba City Airport, a remote location that would be perfect for a quick landing and transfer. Questions have been raised about why the airport 5 miles away was not locked down if FBI and Orem police supposedly set up a manhunt in the vicinity. Time-lapse footage of Provo airport traffic immediately following the assassination shows numerous flights coming and going with no apparent flight restrictions.
Reporter John Solomon mentioned cryptically that there is "a little bit of foreign intelligence" involved in the investigation, though he did not elaborate on what that meant or whether it refers to foreign intelligence assistance or foreign intelligence involvement in the crime itself.
George Zinn: Decoy, Distraction, or Just Disturbed?
George Zinn was initially taken into custody as a person of interest immediately following the shooting. He was later released and charged with obstruction. According to the Salt Lake County District Attorney, Zinn is a well-known gadfly with a serious criminal history who has been prosecuted and arrested numerous times.
Court records from Utah Courts show Zinn has an extensive criminal history with cases dating back to 2011, with an increasing frequency in recent years - five cases in 2022, cases in 2023, and multiple cases in 2024. Most recently, he was charged on September 4th with criminal trespass at another university (BYU) for an incident on August 22nd, 2025 - just weeks before the Charlie Kirk assassination.
Video footage shows Zinn being walked out in custody, shouting "shoot me, shoot me" and invoking his right to remain silent. Questions remain about whether he was a decoy who captured police attention allowing the actual shooter to escape, whether he was part of a broader operation, or whether he is simply a disturbed individual who coincidentally was causing a disturbance. The obstruction charges against him had not yet been filed in court records as of the investigation.
Presidential and Political Tributes
President Trump announced at a September 11th observance event that he will be awarding Charlie Kirk posthumously the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Trump stated, "Charlie was a giant of his generation, a champion of liberty and an inspiration to millions and millions of people. Our prayers are with his wonderful wife Erika and his beautiful children. We miss him greatly. Yet, I have no doubt that Charlie's voice and the courage he put into the hearts of countless people, especially young people, will live on."
First Lady Melania Trump posted a tribute stating, "Charlie's children will be raised with stories instead of memories, photographs instead of laughter, and silence where their father's voice should have echoed. Charlie's life should serve as a symbolic reminder that compassionate awareness elevates family, love, and country."
Vice President JD Vance posted an extensive tribute detailing his friendship with Charlie Kirk, which began in 2017 when Charlie sent him a direct message on Twitter after a Fox News appearance. Vance described how Charlie was one of the first people he called when considering running for Senate in 2021, how Charlie introduced him to people who would run his campaign, and how Charlie introduced him to Donald Trump Jr. Vance wrote about Charlie's profound faith, his love for his family, his ability to organize and convene, and how much of the success of the administration traces directly to Charlie's work. He concluded, "You ran a good race, my friend. We've got it from here."
Dan Scavino posted a photo of Charlie giving President Trump a hug after Trump was sworn in, calling Charlie "a warrior whose movement just got a whole lot stronger." Florida Governor Ron DeSantis honored Charlie while speaking at a 9/11 event, noting that Charlie always operated in good faith and wanted a free exchange of ideas on college campuses. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth read from Romans 5:3-4 at a ceremony, emphasizing that suffering produces endurance, endurance produces character, and character produces hope.
The Demonic Response: Dancing on Graves and Celebrating Political Murder
In the aftermath of Charlie Kirk's assassination, numerous Democrats and college students posted videos and statements celebrating the murder. One woman posted a TikTok video dancing while singing "ding dong, the witch is dead," gleefully celebrating the assassination. The video reveals the disturbing reality of how some on the left view political violence against conservatives.
Video taken on a college campus shows multiple students responding to news of Charlie Kirk's death with celebration. When asked how they felt about Charlie Kirk being shot and killed, responses included "happy," "that's good," "someone had to do it," and "I don't really have any feelings about it." One student elaborated that she wouldn't press a magical button to prevent his assassination because "things happen for a purpose" and she believed he was a "misogynist" and "disgusting person with disgusting beliefs."
These responses demonstrate the result of years of indoctrination at universities where students have been taught that conservatives are equivalent to Nazis, that conservative speech is violence, and that certain people deserve to be silenced permanently. The universities have created what can only be described as little demons who are happy with political murder in America, celebrating the death of someone solely for their political views.
CBS Morning host Nate Berles used the assassination as an opportunity to blame conservatives for political violence, suggesting that political misinformation and disinformation shared by the right is responsible for causing violence. This represents an attempt to shift blame for the murder of a conservative leader onto conservatives themselves, despite the fact that it is consistently left-wing individuals carrying out political violence.
The Case Against Reconciliation
The response to Charlie Kirk's assassination makes clear that there can be no reconciliation with a party whose members are gleeful and giddy to see conservatives dead. While establishment figures like George W. Bush call for civility, the reality is that attempts at civil conversation have been tried repeatedly. Charlie Kirk literally made his career having conversations with people who disagreed with him, and he was shot in the neck while doing exactly that.
The universities have been brainwashing and weaponizing the minds of Americans in favor of leftist political ideology for generations. From seventh grade lessons about affirmative action teaching that white people are bad and everyone else is good, to college courses in women's studies and humanities that have matured into teachings that conservative speech is a threat to democracy or literally killing transgender people, the indoctrination has created a generation that celebrates political murder.
The question facing the country is how to address universities that produce students who dance and celebrate when political opponents are assassinated. One proposal would be to eliminate federal funding for any university with liberal arts, humanities, or similar programs, restricting federal education funding only to STEM fields - science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The current system of funding institutions that produce Americans who are happy about political violence cannot continue.
The Investigation Continues
As of the latest updates, the shooter remains at large and unidentified despite the FBI's best technological efforts. The release of the photos to the public represents an acknowledgment that federal databases and facial recognition technology failed to identify the suspect. The FBI continues to work through the 130+ tips received, analyze the weapon and ammunition recovered, process fingerprints and DNA evidence, and track down all leads.
The American people are left mourning the loss of a young political leader, a husband, and a father of young children who will grow up with photographs instead of memories. Vigils have been held across the country with an outpouring of love and support. The nation remains divided between those genuinely grieving this loss and those celebrating it, revealing the true state of America's political divide in the starkest possible terms.
Video Transcript
Yes. Hello, my beautiful friends. What a day it is. Thank you so much for joining us. It's 911. It's the day after Charlie Kirk was assassinated. Lots of emotions out there and we're going to get through it together. Thanks for being here and joining us on the show today. We've got a bunch of stuff queued up. We're going to go through some of the tributes that have been posted from some of our world leaders about Charlie Kirk and some of the 911 ceremonies that are happening right now. We'll then watch the most recent press briefing that came out this morning, just a few hours ago that gave us a little bit more detail on what happened with Charlie Kirk and where the investigation is currently. We'll then take a look at a very interesting post by Steven Crowder who got an email to him courtesy of the ATF and we'll pull together some of the documents and the information surrounding that because we got Bill Malujan who's confirming Crowder and we've got more reporting on flights leaving and landing. And you remember that one guy called George Zinn who was arrested yesterday and then released and charged with obstruction. Well, I pulled up some of the court documents on that. The obstruction charges have not been filed yet, but he just got charged in August for trespassing on a university campus. And so, he might just be a nut, but I've got the documents pulled up, including his most recent criminal case. He's got a bunch of criminal cases in his background. And so, we'll go through all of that. We also will then take a look at unfortunately some of the absolute demonic ghouls that are out there and the reaction from some people on the Democratic side because yesterday we came out and we said that there was no reconciliation with this people with this party who wants and is gleeful and giddy to see conservatives dead. And there's a bunch of that going on. They're literally dancing around on TikTok and posting videos making jokes about it like it's nothing. And so the reason I want to share it is because this is the state of our nature. This is the state of our reality. And to deny it and to continue to plate or to continue to listen to George Bush call for civility. We're all tired of that. We've tried to be civil. We've tried to have conversations. Charlie Kirk did that literally and he was shot in the neck while he was doing it. So we'll go through that and we'll get some reaction. There were a bunch of vigils yesterday. I mean, the outpouring of love is just amazing and outstanding. And I know we're still filled with emotions, man. I know I am. I had a tough time even processing the night after the show because of what we were able to go through together. And so, I'm just really grateful you're here. Thanks for being here. Thanks for supporting everybody else around you. I know I've gotten text messages about this from people I've never heard, you know, I haven't heard from in a long time. And a lot of people are rattled about it. So, thank you for spreading your love, for continuing to pray, and for supporting the country really in this time of need as we're all awakening to the true demonic forces that are out there that we'll unpack here together today. So, let's take a look at the presidential schedule, shall we? It's Thursday, September 11th. We pause to remember and pay our respects. The president is doing the same. First lady and the president attend a September 11th observant event. This was all this morning. And then later tonight, the president is going to be attending a Yankees game. So, he'll be c or honoring remembering 9/11 for most of the day. And in Congress, we've got a bunch of other stuff happening. So, the House is in session. There's a hearing on pre uh pending presidential nominations, bipartisan senators all talking. So, Congress marches on as a huge part of America mourns. We also saw some tributes that were posted coming out of the White House from Melania Trump. She said this, "Charlie's children will be way raised with stories instead of memories, photographs instead of laughter, and silence where their father's voice should have echoed. Charlie's life should serve as a symbolic reminder that compassionate awareness elevates family, love, and country. And we appreciate Melania for saying that because that is what he stood for. We also saw the president was out this morning delivering his speech at one of the 9/11 events and was at the event announcing that Charlie Kirk posthumously is going to be awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Welld deserved. Before we begin, let me express the horror and grief so many Americans at the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk have felt. Charlie was a giant of his generation, a champion of liberty and an inspiration to millions and millions of people. Our prayers are with his wonderful wife Eric and his beautiful children. fantastic people they are. We miss him greatly. Yet, I have no doubt that Charlie's voice and the courage he put into the hearts of countless people, especially young people, will live on. I'm pleased to announce that I will soon be awarding Charlie Kirk postumously the Presidential Medal of Freedom. The date of the ceremony will be announced and I can only guarantee you one thing that we will have a very big crowd. >> Y >> very very big. >> And that's good news. I mean Charlie deserves it as much as anybody. And now the president will award it. We're happy to see it. Now JD Vance also posted a very nice tribute. And so I'd like to share this with you today. JD Vance posted the vice president of the United States says, "A while ago, probably in 2017, I appeared on Tucker Carlson's Fox show to talk about god knows what." Afterwards, a name I barely knew sent me a DM on Twitter and told me I did a great job. It was Charlie Kirk. And that moment of kindness began a friendship that lasted until today. Charlie was fascinated by ideas and always willing to learn and change his mind. Like me, he was skeptical of Donald Trump in 2016. And like me, he came to see President Trump as the only figure capable of moving American politics away from the globalism that had dominated for our entire lives. When others were right, he learned from them. When he was right, as he usually was, he was generous. With Charlie, the attitude was never, "I told you so." But welcome. Charlie was one of the first people I called when I thought about running for Senate in early 2021. I was interested, but skeptical. There was a pathway. We talked through everything from the strategy to the fundraising to the grassroots of the movement he knew so well. He introduced me to some of the people who would run my campaign and also to Donald Trump Jr. Quote like his dad, he's misunderstood. He's extremely smart and very much on our wavelength. Don took a call from me because Charlie asked him to. Long before I ever committed, even in my mind to running, Charlie had me speak to his donors at a TPUSA event. He walked me around the room and introduced me. He gave me honest feedback on my remarks. He had no reason to do this. No expectation that I'd go anywhere. I was polling at that point well below 5%. He did it because we were friends and because he was a good man. When I became the VP nominee, something Charlie advocated for both in public and private. Charlie was there for me. I was so glad to be part of the president's team, but candidly surprised by the effect it had on our family. Our kids, especially our oldest, struggled with the attention and the constant presence of the protective detail. I felt this acute sense of guilt that I had conscripted my kids into this life without getting their permission. And Charlie was constantly calling and texting, checking on our family and offering guidance and prayers. Some of our most successful events were organized not by the campaign, but by TPUSA. He wasn't just a thinker. He was a doer, turning big ideas into bigger events with thousands of activists. And after every event, he would give me a big hug, tell me he was praying for me, and ask me what he could do. You focus on Wisconsin, he'd tell me. Arizona is in the bag. And it was. Charlie genuinely believed in and loved Jesus Christ. He had a profound faith. We used to argue about Catholicism and Protestantism and who was right about the minor doctrinal questions. Because he loved God, he wanted to understand them. Someone else pointed out that Charlie died doing what he loved, discussing ideas. He would go into these hostile crowds and answer their questions. If it was a friendly crowd and a progressive asked a question to jeers from the audience, he'd encourage his fans to calm down, let everyone speak. He exemplified a foundational virtue of our republic, the willingness to speak openly and debate ideas. Charlie had an uncanny ability to know when to push the envelope and when to be more conventional. I've seen people attack him for years, being wrong on this or that publicly, never realizing that privately he was working to broaden the scope of acceptable debate. He was a great family man. I was talking to President Trump in the Oval Office today and he said, "I know he was a very good friend of yours." I nodded silently, says JD. And President Trump observed that Charlie really loved his family. The president was right. Charlie was so proud of Erica and the two kids. He was so happy to be a father and he felt such gratitude for having found a woman of God with whom he could build a family. Charlie Kirk was a true friend, the kind of guy you could say something to and know it would always stay with him. I am on more than a few group chats with Charlie and people he introduced me to over the years. We celebrate weddings and babies. We bust each other's chops and mourn the loss of loved ones. We talk about politics and policy and sports and life. These group chats include people at the very highest level of our government. They trusted him. They loved him and knew he'd always have their backs. And because he was a true friend, you could instinctively trust the people Charlie introduced you to. So much of the success we've had in this administration traces directly to Charlie's ability to organize and convene. He didn't just help us win in 2024, he helped us staff the entire government. I was in a meeting in the West Wing when those group chat chats started lighting up with people telling Charlie they were praying for him. That's how I learned the news that my friend had been shot. I prayed a lot over the next hour. His first good news and then bad trickled in. God didn't answer those prayers and that's okay. He had other plans. And now that Charlie is in heaven, I'll ask him to talk to big man directly on behalf of his family, his friends, and the country he loved so dearly. You ran a good race, my friend. We've got it from here. JD Vance, beautiful tribute. And you know, I didn't know I I knew Charlie was a force of nature, but this this is why they had to take him out. This is why they had to kill him because of this. And it was obviously an intentional act. It was motivated by what? We don't know exactly, but we're pretty damn sure this person didn't like what Charlie was saying and wasn't willing to talk about it, so they killed him. So JD Vance with a beautiful statement and we're happy to see it. Dan Scavenino also said after four years of political lawfair against us, the first hug after Trump was sworn in is a Charlie Kirk, a warrior whose movement just got a whole lot stronger today. and he would want us to keep up the fight fight and never ever give up [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] >> and Charlie was very instrumental in that. Now, Governor Ronda Santz was also out today honoring 9/11 and he had something to say about Charlie Kirk. This is what Ron was up to this morning. >> Yesterday, we saw the assassination of a young political leader, uh, Charlie Kirk, who I knew, many of you probably knew. And, um, you see the some of the evil that's lurking within. And we've got some problems in this country. You know, you can have disagreements. Sometimes these are really fierce disagreements, but the the viability of a republic really depends on our ability uh to fight those battles in the proper arena uh leading into voting, leading into debate, all that. Um and then being able to move forward uh as one country. And what happened yesterday was somebody that was assassinated just because they were bringing different viewpoints to college campuses. You know, it isn't easy to go on to college campuses um and express views that that Charlie have or for for me for that matter uh that you go in. That's usually pretty hostile terrain. But he always did it in good faith. He always wanted to have a free exchange of ideas. And the response to that, if you don't like it, is not to shout or scream someone down. It's not to create unrest so that the mob makes the event not happen. And it is certainly not that you kill somebody in order to silence them. So let's not so as we commemorate the lives we lost that day because of that terrorist attack and as we recognize the evil that was present in this country uh as a result of of this uh external force and this external ideology. Let's not now 24 years later uh succumb as a country uh to some of those forces inside our country uh who are really trying to upend uh what America's all about. Yeah, they are and they're here. There's enemies behind the gates and so we are paying close attention to that obviously. Hegath was also out this morning speaking next to Trump and here is what the new secretary of war has to say. in the history books for our youngest. We must teach our children that the price of freedom we love is eternal vigilance. Instill in them the importance of upholding America's Constitution, holding tight to our freedom and our faith and relentlessly pursuing our enemies. Prepare them to defend this nation by the ballot, the wallet, and when necessary, the cloth of our country. Because the world remains a viper's nest. It requires us. As I speak, hostile elements plot to curb our power and slaughter our people in our homeland, in our hemisphere, and halfway around the globe. Not everyone needs to wear a uniform, but some of us do. That is our profession and our promise to this nation. In closing, a reading from scripture. Romans 5:es 3-4. We rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, endurance produces character, and character produces hope. Well done, Hegsth. So, that's a little bit of the roundup. And it looks like we just got some, I would say, breaking news here because we have the FBI releasing an image. And let me get this queued up. Here we go. FBI Salt Lake City now posting images of the suspected shooter. And this is curious because we're going to watch the press briefing that just happened a few hours ago where they said they were not going to release the photo because they were pretty sure that they were going to be able to find this guy using their databases, their searches, their artificial intelligence to do facial recognition to pull out his ID. And they would release it if they couldn't do that. So now they've released it, which is interesting. So they haven't been able to find this dude, it sounds like. So, here he is. We are asking for the public's help in identifying this person of interest in connection with the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University. Yeah, very interesting. So, we take a look and zoom in on the photo. Looks like he was, you know, matching the description, matching what looked like we saw on the roof of the shooter kind of running across the rooftop. We'll come back to that. He's got this shirt on with a flag and an eagle. An American flag and an eagle is what it looks like. And it might actually be this shirt over from eBay. This fella, Frank, Frankly Frank, he posted this says in the land of the free, home of the brave. It might have been that shirt, right? So, he's going to like blend in with mega or something. Here's the shirt sold over on eBay. Looks pretty close. Here's more. You can see sunglasses, a hat. Here's the other image. And that's the guy is what they say is is what they've captured for us. And so they talked about this just minutes ago or hours ago. And here is what the press briefing sounded like. Not a lot of information, not a lot of questions. They came out and here's what they said today. E U last name M A S O N. Anyone need me to repeat that one more time? Robert BS for the Utah >> safety. >> And introduce Commissioner Bo Mason. >> Good morning. I'm Bo Mason, Commissioner for the Utah Department of Public Safety. I'd be remiss if we didn't start off today and recognize the significance of of the day. Um, historically on 911, law enforcement has come together as a group to recognize and honor those that sacrificed to preserve the ideals of this country, the freedoms of this country. and instead we find ourselves today hunting a murderer who chose to violate our rights, the rights of an individual within this country. Just to recap yesterday's events, at around 12:20 p.m., political influencer Charlie Kirk was at Utah Valley University participating in a student sponsored event with Turning Point USA. Charlie was shot at that event. He was transported to a local hospital where he later passed. Last night, his body was moved to the office, the state office of the medical examiner. We will continue to facilitate movements um to get him home today um and with his family. Yesterday during the investigative process, we located a couple of persons of interest. We interviewed those individuals and after releasing them and after clearing them of being suspects, they faced scrutiny. They faced threats. We ask the public to be patient with the investigative process. These individuals were not suspects. They were people of interest. Um we ask that you do not impose into those in those people and that investigative process. Um they don't deserve that harassment for for being subject to that. I'd like to thank all the investigators that are involved in this. They have worked around the clock all day yesterday through the night last night. Investigators from the State Bureau of Investigations, from county, from city agencies, the university, our federal partners with the FBI, the ATF, um, and many others. Th those are just a few of the people that we have involved in this. I'd like to thank all of them for their for their strong work. Through all that work last night, we were able to make a few few breakthroughs. Um, we were able to track the movements of the shooter. Starting at 11:52 a.m., this subject arrived on campus shortly away from campus. We have tracked his movements onto the campus. >> So, like 30 minutes >> through the stairwells up to the roof, across the roof to a shooting location. After the shooting, we were able to track his movements as he moved to the other side of the building, jumped off of the building, and fled um off of the campus and into a neighborhood. Our investigators have worked through those neighborhoods, contacting anybody they can with doorbell cameras, um witnesses, and and have have thoroughly worked through that those communities, um trying to identify any leads. We do have good video footage of this individual. We are not going to release that at this time. Uh we are working through some technologies and some some ways to identify this individual. If we are unsuccessful, we will reach out to you as the media and we will push that publicly to help us identify them. But we are confident in our abilities right now and we would like to move forward uh in a manner that keeps everyone safe and moves this process appropriately. >> Okay. So obviously they were not successful. That's why we now have the photos that are being released because maybe they it's too pixelated. They can't ID this dude. He looks too much, you know, like a generic guy. They can't find any features. He had a hat on. He had glasses on. And now they need help. Last night, I communicated with Erica. That family's devastated. As a commissioner of public safety, as a father, as a husband, I can only imagine what that family is going through. The heinous event that happened yesterday is not Utah. This is not what we're known for. Over the sea past several weeks, we've seen this state come together to help families in mourning. come together as a community to show what Utah is known for, for a state of of character, of service, of camaraderie, of a of a neighboring field. We will not stand for what happened yesterday. We are exhausting every lead. We have every officer invested in this, every investigator, every local agency. The outpouring of support support from the law enforcement community has has been astounding. Uh we are we are investing everything we have into this and we will catch this individual. Having walked through the crime scene through the hallways of this school through the classrooms I can't imagine what the people on scene felt as well. A horrific event where some of them barricaded in classrooms some of them ran in fear. can't over overstate the tragedy and the horrific event that yesterday was and how we will work to to bring to justice the actions of one individual or any other individuals that assisted in that. Our state has gone through a lot and we will come out successful. With that, I'll turn the time over to special agent pulse charge >> FBI. >> Good morning. My name is Robert BS and I am the special agent in charge of the Salt Lake field office. Following yesterday's tragic shooting of Charlie Kirk, FBI agents have been working around the clock in coordination with our law enforcement partners. We are and will continue to work non-stop until we find the person that has committed this heinous crime and find out why they did it. This morning, I can tell you that we have recovered what we believe is the weapon to be that was used in yesterday's shooting. It is a high-powered bolt-action rifle. That rifle was rec was was recovered in a wooded area where the shooter had fled. The FBI laboratory will be analyzing this weapon. >> Ballistics. >> Investigators have also collected footwear impression, a palm print, and forearm imprints for analysis. Now, I understand there are a lot of questions about motive. I assure you that all leads, tips, and tips are being fully investigated. As of this morning, we have received more than 130 tips. We thank the community for that. The FBI has brought every resource to bear, and we will continue to do so throughout the course of this investigation. The FBI's mission is to protect the American people. It's to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Any attack on the First Amendment is an attack on the very foundation of our democracy. That is why we will we will relentlessly pursue this case and the shooter until we find him. We also continue to grieve with the family and the community. It's our community. Did they just kill his mic in this feed? Okay. So, sorry about that. I don't know why. I don't know why C-SPAN just cut out in the middle of it. They just turn the mic off, I guess. All right. Hang on. Let me find a different feed for this. How's the microphone just go off? Uh, all right. So, press briefing. See if we can get it. How quickly we can get it. Boom. >> The heinous event that happened yesterday. We thank the community for that. The FBI has brought every resource to bear and we will continue to do so throughout the course of this investigation. The FBI's mission is to protect the American people. It's to uphold the Constitution of the United States. We also continue to grieve with the family and the community. It's our community. If you have any video or images from the shooting, we ask you to please submit them to our digital media tip website at ww.fbi.gov/utah valley shooting. You can also call the FBI at 1800 call FBI. We truly rely on the public's help in these types of cases and no tip is too small or insignificant. Thank you. Um, Commissioner James Matthews from Sky News. Can I ask about the shooter? There's clearly information about him or her. You say you're confident at this stage in terms of tracking down who they are. Can you talk to us about their movements, their demeanor? Do you think it's a man? And also, can I ask what were the security arrangements in place? Was that worth being monitored? Suspicion many people will have particularly after. >> So what I'll release about the suspect is uh suspect blended in well with with a college institution. Um we're not releasing any details right now and and we we will soon. Um but right now we're not. But that that individual um appears to be of of college age. Um, we are confident in our abilities to to track that individual. If we're unsuccessful in identifying them immediately, uh, we will reach out to the public's help and the media's help in pushing those those photos. >> So, they've done that. >> That was a new development overnight, working through the night, studying those cameras. So, that's that's something that's new and that we're working through right now. >> Um, as far as the security, I cannot speak to that. Neither the Department of Public Safety nor the Federal Bureau of Investigation was involved in in the planning or security of this event. And that'll have to be a question later for for other agencies. >> In this charge, I wanted to ask you, you mentioned that you found the gun in a wooded area. Do you believe that the suspect could be hiding in the woods and is that suspect possibly still in this area? So, that's a good question and it's it's a question that goes to the safety of the community, right? Um, no, not in those woods. We've walked through through those woods and secured it. Um, as to the community, I can tell you that this was a targeted event. Um, we don't believe the community is is at risk. However, we are exhausting every resource to find him and we will we will do so. >> The BBC from the images you have, can you see clearly the suspect's face? You say college age. Do you believe he was from this university? And how far do you think he may have gone in this time span? So, I can't comment specifically on his face or any details such as that, uh, as it's continuing to be a part of the investigation and and again, we'll release that shortly. Uh, however, um, we're we're doing everything we can to find him and we're not sure how far he has gone yet. >> Clear image of his face. >> We we >> we don't know how far he's gone yet. Okay. Put a pin in that cuz we're going to talk about these flights coming up. >> We have images of the of the suspect. So, between those images and the gun that you've been able to recover, do you believe you know who this person is? The person that you're looking for at this point? >> Uh, again, as part of the investigation, we're not releasing any details that >> any fingerprints or DNA. >> We are we are exhausting all of our resources to be able to collect those. Uh, but that's again part of the investigation. >> You found the owner of the gun. >> Excuse me. >> You said you found the the weapon. Have you been able to trace back the owner of that weapon or who purchased it? We are working on that but again part of the investigation I can investigation. There's been a lot of turnover at the FBI. Do you think that's impacting the investigation at all? >> Not at all. We've got complete and total support from everyone from the director on down and uh it's it's been an incredible supportive uh environment uh so far. >> Are tweets like the one yesterday useful though where we announced that there's a suspect in custody? All I can say is that we're working the investigation the best we have in the with the environment we're in. >> Those are all the questions for right now. Thank you everybody. >> All right. So, just I think basically that means that they don't have an ID and they don't know how far this dude went. And we got some photos that they have shared with us. And let's get that back up for us here. As you can see, this is the guide. So, maybe college age, maybe not. Could be, you know, skinny dude. Who knows? And I don't know if he's got gloves on. Does he have gloves on? Maybe, maybe not. And there's this thing kind of cutting off the hand. Is that Oh, it's a person. Looks like a person there. Okay. So, he's walking by somebody in this image, walking up the stairs. This guy's walking back down. Might have the gun in that backpack that he's wearing. They got the shoes on. And a lot of the other identifying features are not there. So, very interesting. Here's because he's got a hat on, he's got glasses on, so you can't make out things about that. His hands are closed as he's walking down this corridor. And it looks like he's got something on, right? Like a backpack or something. I don't know if that's part of the wall. There's other dots on the wall there. I don't know if that's something. This is looks like a backpack for sure right there. So, he's got something there. Does he still have that on in the second photo? Yeah, probably. Looks like that is maybe the strap that's creating that uh you know black protrusion right there. So FBI doesn't know uh what they have or who this guy is. I hope they can figure it out. And so if you are in the public and you have were there or you know anything about this dude, this is what to call 1800 call FBI. Please call. Even if it's just minor little I don't know you know I just was there I walked by I don't know call digital media tips are also over here and we'll repost this at the top of the timeline so that max people can see it but not much detail from the press briefing other than we got photos now so I think we know what that means is they could not identify him using their tools whatever those happen to be. So, if you know who this dude is, thank you for your assistance in finding him. All right, so we've got that. Now, we also had this breaking story from Crowder. Steven Crowder got an exclusive email sent to him from inside the investigation and he's sharing it with us over on his exac account at S. Crowder. He said, "Exclusive, this morning my team received an email from an officer at the ATF." The email included a screenshot from what appears to be an internal message describing a weapon in cartridges located by an ATF and other law enforcement near the scene of the Charlie Kirk shooting at Utah Valley State University. And this is the screenshot right here. You can see teams.doj.gov. And it looks like a log of some type. And if you scroll down here to the bottom, right, this one comes out of Charlotte. So there's this first entry down here in this first row from the rally field office. And there's some entry, right? There's a row. I don't think it's related to anything we're talking about. It says in October 2023, it's a long time ago. OCDF operation, initial high dive, was initiated by the ATF rally field office as a joint investigation targeting armed drug trafficking in the Pool Road area, North Carolina. This investigation sought to, it's cut off. So, I don't think that's relevant and but it's interesting. So, I'm at I'm trying to I What What kind of list is this? Is this like a case log where you're going to have a bunch of notes, right? If you're an attorney working on a case, you'll generally have a case file and you'll leave your notes and your assistants will leave their notes. You'll go to court, you'll add their notes, right? Cops do the same thing. They write a report. They add addendums to the reports. They supplement their reports. So, are these linear or is this just some sort of um some database somewhere? I don't know. But this is another report on September 10th, 2025 out of the Denver FD. So Denver FD right next door over to Utah in Colorado says at on September 10, 2025 at approximately 12:24 p.m. conservative political influencer Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at the Utah Valley University in Oram, Utah. Mr. Kirk was speaking at the university as part of the American Comeback Tour. Multiple Salt Lake City one and three agents responded immediately. The suspect fired one shot from an elevated position on a rooftop in an adjacent building on the campus and surveillance video shows the suspect jumping off and fleeing the area on foot. ATF and other law enforcement located an older model imported Mouser 306 caliber boltaction rifle wrapped in a towel in a wooded area near the campus. And that matches what this FBI agent just told us in this morning's press briefing that they found a weapon. So that is validated right there. Says the location of the firearm appears to match the suspect's route of travel. The spent cartridge was still chambered. So we'll see if ballistics can match that to the bullet that killed Charlie. In addition to three unspent rounds in the top fed magazine. All cartridges have engraved wording on them expressing transgender and anti-fascist ideology. An emergency trace has been submitted and ATF Salt Lake City is working leads generated by the trace. The firearm and ammunition have been taken by the FBI for DNA analysis and fingerprint impressions. Upon completion of forensics, the firearm will be disassembled for additional importer information. Multiple people of interest have been contacted or detained because of eyewitness testimony and review of video footage. The primary suspect is yet to be identified. ATF is assisting in the investigation with multiple other federal, state, and local partners. And the case is co-led by the FBI and Utah's State Bureau of Investigation, their SBI. And so very interesting, right? We were talking yesterday about that person over on X who was named Omar who was over at this account Najra Gves who's locked his account down or their account down or whatever and and this person's bio said non-binary but they said right Charlie Kirk is coming to my college tomorrow. I really hope someone evaporates him literally is what the psycho said. Let's just say something big will happen tomorrow. We covered this yesterday, but this is the account that was making what sound like open threats to us. And then if you click the profile, it was uh, you know, transgender or non-binary person. Let's see. Username. Okay. So, the original older changed their handle or something. So, this the person nuked their account that. So, that account's gone. Somebody else took it over. Okay. So, very interesting. And this person says, "My friends and condolences to the families of Charlie Kirk." So, took over that account handle, but it said non-binary uh historically on there. Now, what's also curious about this is the FBI is confirming some of this, okay, in their statement. And if we look at the photo of this person, is this maybe a transgender person? Is this a man who was pretending to be a woman or is this a woman who's pretending to be a man? In other words, is there any indishia of transgender ideology in this person? I'm not sure that I see it. So when you have that right, then the question is, is this just an orgy of evidence as they call it? Okay, they you talked about this if you saw ever saw the movie The Minority Report with Tom Cruz. You show up, there's all the photos on the bed detailing every single element of your role in the crime. You go, "What the heck? Why?" It's like a like an or smorgish board of evidence. So, is it the trans is it the trans community who or the you know trans individual who shot and killed him because they were very unhappy with a lot of the things that he was saying? So, that's a curious one. Now, this has been backed up also. So, shout out to Steven Crowder for sharing this with us. We're appreciative of that. And it sounds like it was being confirmed at least a bit by Fox News. Says, "Breaking, investigators are looking at what appear to be messages on Charlie Kirk Kirk's shooters gun and ammunition. Sources confirm to David Spunt and Bill Malujan. The content of the messages is unclear. So, gun and ammo, just like the other trans shooter who killed the Catholic kids, had all the messages on his guns. So, is that that same pattern? We're going to find out. But the sources are telling Fox that there are messages on there, but they're not wanting to tell us what they are. This looks like a an actual picture, like from a report. Somebody pulled the report, took a picture, sent it over to Crowder. And if it's from, you know, a DOJ.gov website like teams.doj.gov, It sounds like it might be straight from the source. So, and we know that historically they don't want to tell us about the trans manifestos or anything that they wrote in their journals lest it agitate America and cause violence. Okay. Yeah, we don't want to cause violence. You you people just shot up a church. All right. Anyways, so teams.doj.gov is where that came from. And so Stephven Crowder shared that Fox News is reporting it. We know who this person is. Omar just nuked his account. And there's other questions about the flights. This is an interesting development. And of course, we're still in the fog of war. We have no idea ultimately what the FBI knows or what they're working on. But public source uh the like the o what open source intelligence OSENT is very good and very sophisticated and they can identify very interesting anomalies. And somebody called stellar man22 over on X did that 15 hours ago. He posted, you know, a private jet under the tail number N88 KG left Provo, Utah airport an hour after the shooting. Identified it, all of it's public, right? Just go on these logs and just say what's going on over there. So he did that. Here you can see Provo Regional Airport is 5 miles from Utah Valley University. So, you just hop in a car and you're there. The time of the assassination was at 18 hours 10 minutes. The time of this takeoff of this flight was at 19 hours 12 minutes. And then something strange happened. They turned off their radar illegally. Turned off the ADSB radar at 19 hours and 44 minutes. They went dark and they just went over to a website and obviously, you know, plugged this in. You can see everything. You can see, you know, wind speed, altitude, signal, spatial, right? The planes are all being tracked so that everybody knows where they are. And so very curious, 30 minutes into the flight, it drops off the radar illegally and reappears when it's headed back to Provo about an hour later. Why did this plane turn off its radar? Where is the shooter? He asks. Then you see back here at 2030 they reappear back on radar and he tracked the whole thing. He's got the screenshots of it right there. Here is more says this aircraft is not available for public tracking per request from the owner operator is a screenshot that he took and he provides more. Other people are dump are jumping in on this. They say, "Look, the flight path leads to Arizona, Paige, Arizona, way up north here, to a super remote town called Tuba City Airport. Tiny. Perfect for a quick landing and a hit team transfer if you needed to do that. So, this direction, right? You maybe uh you know, from Utah to this small airport, hop on there, and then boom, take another shot right out to Mexico or somewhere else." So, don't know if they landed in Tuba City, but he's saying that's kind of right in the, you know, line of of of sight there. And if you keep following that down, you might run into Phoenix or Mesa, but you might just bypass all of that completely. So, if you're not landing there, where are you going? Unless you're going to make, you know, turn and go land somewhere else. But interesting developments and you can see that there is more. Somebody else was posting this. Is this important? and track in the flights. So, people don't know what exactly is going on. So, were the flights, you know, locked down? Was there a shooter on board of that plane that turned off its radar? Who knows? Stellar man also posted this. He says, "Attached is a 2-hour time lap lapse of Provo airport traffic immediately following the assassination. If the FBI and the Oram police supposedly set up a manhunt in the vicinity, why was an airport 5 miles away not locked down? Where were the flight restrictions? What kind of manhunt is this? And so here's two hours, right? So let's start at the beginning. Looks like lots of stuff coming in, landing, coming out. So is the dude gone? I sure hope not, man. But lot of activity and a lot, you know, lot lot can happen very quickly and they don't know who he is and they don't know where he is according to the FBI. So not ideal. Now we also saw this Carly Bonnie clipping it and our friend Nick Sord sharing it said from John Solomon this weird little phrase about a little bit of foreign intelligence might be helping out on this helping out or foreign intelligence is involved in it. We don't know. John Solomon being very mysterious >> and uh we all lost uh no matter what side of the political aisle you're on, we lost something important in America today. But uh the case goes on, the investigation goes on. There's a lot of piecing of evidence together. We don't have a shooter tonight. We have a couple leads, couple people that were released that probably aren't the shooter. There's a couple hot leads. There's a little bit of foreign intelligence. And I think over the next couple of days, we will learn a lot more. Hopefully, we will bring to justice the evil person who did what uh they did to Charlie today. >> A little bit of foreign intelligence. Nobody really knows what that means, but that's what John Solomon, who does great reporting, had to say about it. Now, there's also some drone footage of the scene. And if you if we play this, we'll just get a little bit of an aerial overview. Right. So, Charlie Kirk was over there. And I'm not exactly sure where the shooter was. cuz I've seen a couple different locations. So, don't not sure I could point it out. Oh, they'll point it out for us. So, Charlie's tent is right over here. We saw the video. Students all over the place. You're just kind of like in a, you know, pillbox down there kind of a situation. So, the somebody's flying a drone out. Let's see if they pinpoint where the shooter was. This is the direction the shooter ran. And that's where he was on the roof. Okay. So over there is where they're saying he was. And of course we want to know where he went. So that's that report. Here was another video from Osent Technical. And they're thinking that's the guy right there on the roof. And this is maybe before or right as the shooting happened. He's not running or anything. >> Let's see. >> He justing right up. >> Yeah. You think he'd already be in place? >> You would think that. So, there's somebody on the roof right there. Just saying. >> Huh? >> He just ran from uh over Where's my finger? Who from over there ran in and now he's right there. Just saying. justing right. >> Yeah. And I don't know if that was before the shooting or not, but that's the location of the videographer where he was standing. Additional information shows an individual running across the roof of the lossi center in the moments after the shooting. That individual right there, you see rough view to the stage from where the shooter might be perched. Some great images and details so you can see what the shot might look like. And yeah, it appears the shooter was on the roof. The position roughly correlates to known statements and the lossi center is being highlighted here. Purple is where Charlie Kirk was on the map. Yeah, very people are noticing the similarities between Butler. Yeah, very very good reporting there from Osent. Now, FBI, Salt Lake City, created a tip line, as we've seen, and they also just posted something six minutes ago. The FBI is offering a reward up to $100,000 for information leading to the identification. So, if you needed any other justification for it, you'll now get 100 G's, too. Also, in addition to being an American national hero responsible for the murder of Charlie Kirk, please call us and submit photos. And can you confirm if this is the shirt that that had this writing on it? If that's the shirt that he was wearing. Yeah. No longer available. So that's from the FBI. Now, we also saw footage of this guy. This guy we believe is called George Zinn. And very curious situation. Questions about whether he was a decoy who captured the cop's attention so that the actual shooter could get away. Is he just a crazy person? Is he a part of it? Were there other people in the background sharing hand signals? And was this a broader operation or was this just kind of a lone individual? Well, the video. So, I've got the court documents about uh what's going on with this guy. Not the most recent ones cuz the obstruction charges haven't hit the docket yet, but he's been charged a bunch with a bunch of other crimes. And here is just this short video of him getting walked out. >> We don't know if it's him or not. [Applause] So that was George Zinn and you could hear him saying, "Shoot me. Shoot me." and he was invoking his right to remain silent and all sorts of stuff and so he got charged with obstruction and just the news gave us some reporting on this says the Utah man who was arrested in the immediate aftermath of the fatal shooting is a well-known gadfly according to the Salt Lake County District Attorney following the shooting the Utah Department of Public Safety said that they initially took in George Zinn as a suspect later released and charged with obstruction and we'll do a new search on this to see if it shows up but Kirk is a conservative activist we know he was killed and there are no current ties to the shooting with Zinn or another man who was arrested and released. There is an ongoing investigation and a manhunt. Now, Zinn has been at various political speeches and protests throughout the years and he's got a serious criminal history. Yeah, he's been prosecuted and arrested numerous times and he was just accused of trespassing. And I went over to the Utah docket and pulled up some of the records here. And so, here's what we've got. This is, and we'll do a new search on this in a second, but this is over here from the Utah courts.gov website. And here, if you search for George Zinn, as we have now done, statewide for district and justice court cases, he's got a bunch of them. And you can validate that it's him, right? All the names, George Zinn, and the birth date matches on a lot of them. Not all of them, but it's probably the same dude. But you can see the laundry list here. So if it's the same guy born 1954, George Zinn has been charged a bunch. 0809 2 in 2011 13 and 15 1 in 16 20 21 2 in 20 four. Wow. So he's getting worse. So 1 2 3 4 5 in 2022. Then we got a 2023 case. Then January this year and then this one. Okay. So 94 is the filing date, right? Charlie Kirk was killed on the 10th. So he got charged on September 4th for an offense that took place before then. So he might just be a crazy person who just was just screaming shoot me cuz he's just, you know, nuts. And when you see like a long history of this and this is, you know, I don't know what's going on here, if these are all misdemeanors or if some of these are felonies, but this is the type of situation like we saw with the Carlos Brown Jr. like 13 different charges, 13 different releases. Some of these might be just traffic tickets, you know. It might you might just like the speed or something. I don't I didn't go through them all, but I did look up the last one here that was filed in September. And so I got some of those documents queued up. Nothing too interesting, but it was another university case. Okay. So he was there at another university on August 22nd, 2025. And he got charged with a crime for this, which is criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor. The case got filed. they the with an information and indictment the arraignment is going to be scheduled for October 14th so coming up and he's got to appear so they released him for that right so misdemeanor trespass I don't know what his bond was or if there was anything there but here is what the information looks like so Provo City Justice Court one count criminal trespass upon an institution of higher education and This is before Charlie Kirk got shot. So, class B misdemeanor in violation of the law. He did enter or remain on a property that was controlled by a higher education institution. After being ordered to leave by the chief administrative officer or without authorization to remain, it was given to him by communication. That person has the authority to act for the university. The posting of signs he should have seen. fencing. It explains that he's not supposed to be here or any of these other things is the law, right? And he violated that. Now, this information is based on the following witness, which is John Hansen. So, another BYU college cop, police department. He said, you know, I I'm reporting this over to you, Mr. Prosecutor. And Robert Trombley, Provo City Attorney's Office, brought the case. So, that's what we've got on the guy. I'm not sure if there's more to that or if he was just a convenient distraction for whoever the shooter happened to be just coincidentally. But he did draw a lot of attention. People thought he was the guy and he was screaming, "Shoot me." He was invoking his fifth amendment right now. He's going to be charged, they said, with obstruction of justice. And let's do a new search on this. Gota log back in. Don't you hate when they make you do that? All right, let's see if we can get this logged in real quick. Got to do the capture. Uh, AWMR. Pretty sure you guys can validate that for me. Let's see if we get logged in here. No, that was wrong. See, let's do this. Try it again. I just wanted to do one fresh search. I did a search this morning, but I wanted to see if the docket would hit. All right, it's not logging me in for whatever reason. Maybe my password is wrong or something, but uh as of this morning, the charges on the obstruction case have not been filed and I'll do another search for that tomorrow to see if anything comes down the pike. But we saw this interesting statement. Some people calling this thing a professional hit. And now that we've got a photo of the guy, no ID, and apparently a very wellthoughtout escape plan, you start to ask yourself that question. Maybe the sho the shot itself, and I'm not a marksman, could have been accomplished by a non-professional, but I don't know. I mean, I think about even just the nerves. Like, how do you how do you accurately have, you know, shoot somebody if you don't have a lot of experience with this at a rally? You got there 30 minutes before, set up, deployed, got in position, took the shot, and then left, and you're gone, right? I mean, they can't find you currently. And maybe they will, but maybe they won't. So, here's what this guy had to say. who is better qualified uh to talk about professional hits than your boy here. He's former FBI special agent called Stuart Kaplan and he was on with Jesse Waters yesterday and here's what he said about this. I think this assassination uh different than the assassinated attempt back in Butler, Pennsylvania, was a very wellplanned, very well orchestrated plot that was put in motion days before. And this individual had a plan of escape to elude detection of being out up on a rooftop and also being able to evade and elude law enforcement after that shot was taken. When you take a look at what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania, Krooks came onto the venue. He left the venue. He came back. He was questioned. I mean, it was really an amateur uh scenario. >> Yeah. and and Krooks was kind of bumbling around, right? Like people identified him with the viewfinder. He was coming and going. Cops were taking pictures of him. Like he was a clearly suspicious suspect. Yeah. And he was there for hours. I believe he was there for, you know, even before a lot of this started to take place and they had a good indicator about that. So he was kind of setting up and you know getting in position for a while and I don't know how that was allowed to happen but it did because of the Secret Service. Good job. So that happened and there's a dead man as a result of that and other people injured and Trump shot in the head as a result of it. But this feels different and if that FBI agents uh press briefing where they said that they identified this dude right at about 11:50 arriving on campus, he got onto the roof, set up, took the shot all within about 30 minutes and then fled the scene and they can't find him. that feels more professional than just focusing a more narrowly on the shot itself. And we had many people here, many people here have way more experience with firearms than I do, telling us that a 200 yard shot is not that difficult to make. And I'm thinking to myself, that's two football fields. Like, I don't know if I could make that, you know, not that I would ever do that, but especially in a, you know, do or die situation, literally. So maybe there is some professionalism to this. >> This assassination of Charlie Kurt to me is indicative of a professional hit and I'm not so sure that we are going to quickly be able to apprehend this individual without some luck. Uh hopefully. >> When you say professional hit, what do you mean by that exactly? Do you mean one shot, one kill, escape already planned and at large? Uh, it looks clean. Yes. But could this be done by anybody with any sort of basic training? Well, when you take a look at the video and you take a look at the uh venue and the spectators and how close they are to Charlie Kurt and then you have that kind of like umbrella over him, that kind of tent, you have to know that this shooter had to be perched in a position with respect to being able to lay his sights perfectly uh basically uh a head shot. And the shot that was taken was taken to immediately incapacitate Charlie Kurt. And so this was not some amateur who just, you know, got up on a rooftop because it was, you know, what I consider spontaneous combustion. He got up this morning, decided he was going to do something crazy. This seems the earmark of a professional that got up onto this rooftop well in advance of the venue being occupied by the spectators. He was clearly undetected. There was no indication that anybody saw him up on this rooftop. Obviously, after that one single shot was taken, he was able to basically very quietly and systematically elude any further detection and escape. There's been no indication that there's been a vehicle identified or any mode of of how he actually uh escaped the venue. And so to me, this is someone who had some experience, some level of sophistication to have mapped out exactly how this was going to go down. >> Yeah. And that is a scary prognostication if that is true. And we just had a great super chat come in from Sean of Thime. Thank you, Sean, for this one. I wanted to bring it up right now because it was relevant. Sean says, "Elevated position, overhead cover, crowd under creating a narrow window." Right? He had the top of the tent. So, if you're in an elevated position looking down, the tent is going to block and cover some of your range of view. So, you got to get under the tent and above the crowd. So, now you're taking your 200 yard shot from an elevated position looking down. You got to hit this window. And I mean, you just take the the same thing like what if it was you and Osama bin Laden or something like that. You're on Seal Team Six and you're a sniper. They're like, "Hey, you got to get on the roof in 30 minutes. Set it up. Take the shot and don't miss and get out of there before Osama's people kill you." And you've never done it before. You're an amateur. You've gone to the gun range a couple times. You're not a trained sniper. You're not shaken. You're not gonna miss that shot. I don't know. And Shauna Thime says he was shot in the throat. It's more than about distance. It's about the window of opportunity. Yeah. And the the the speed according to the FBI, he was there within 30 30 arrive 30 minutes on the roof, shot, gone. The whole thing might be might have been under an hour, right? I mean, just rapid. And he arrives on campus and then how long does it take him to get on the roof? Like 10 minutes. So he's lying in wait for maybe 20 minutes until the question comes about the trans. Then he shoots for the trans. Then he flees. Then we get this orgy of evidence. It's all, you know, these trans shooters and this dude might be gone. So who knows, man. It is troubling. And the FBI doesn't seem like they've got a good handle on it, quite frankly. Cash Patel got a little over a skis yesterday coming out, we got the guy. An hour later, we don't got the guy. It's like, all right, people asking about the airports being shut down and more and so we'll keep our eye on it. But once again, shout out to Crowder on this one. Seems like a very pertinent and well-corated detail. And maybe there is more evidence that will support this and tie it all to this person. But I'm much more interested in making sure we capture the person than believing the evidence that they may have left behind for us essentially, right? To push a certain narrative or to distract from another narrative or whatever. It's not, you know, blame the trans. There's already a long history of them shooting people, so it's easy to do that. But is that accurate? We'll have to wait and see. So, shout out to Crowder for sharing that. All right. Now, yeah, Crowder did a great job breaking that story. Very cool. And, you know, if you want to send us any ATF agents, I'm not soliciting you to breaking the law, but if we got an email, we'd share it. You know, just saying. Crowder's live right now, man. Good for him. Yeah, a lot of people paying tributes to Charlie and that's just amazing to do that. So, all right. Now, my friends, we've got to talk about the scum that are out there. And I understand if you don't want to be here for this, but I think it's important that we understand who we're dealing with. And this is what's happening out there. Democrats and people in the media wasting no time to blame the right for their murder of one of our leaders. Steve Guest shared this clip from CBS Morning host Nate Berles and he's explaining that it's basically you you guys have shared political misinformation and disinformation and that is causing the political violence. Let's listen to this clip and see what went down on CBS. >> And as Tony mentioned, not everyone took to his words or his rhetoric. you know, at times um they were offensive to specific communities. But with that said, this is not the time to focus on that. We are focused on this tragedy. Speaking of this tragedy, is this a moment for your party to reflect on political violence? Is it a moment for us to think about the responsibility of our political leaders and their voices and what it does to the masses as they get lost in misinformation or disinformation that turns in and spills into political violence? >> I say both parties. You know, I >> I don't even say parties, I say a nation. Okay? If there's a moment in time we want to look to and and I looked back and I watched this again when um >> Robert F. Kennedy is running and he's in Indianapolis and he just got the news that Martin Luther King was killed and he has to tell the crowd cuz we don't have social media at that time. And it was remarkable the words he said. He said, "We have to ask as a nation, who are we and how do we want to move forward? We have watched this political attack on both sides. We watched what happened in Minnesota. We watched what happened to President Trump. We we've we've watched this on both sides. This is not a question about parties. This is a question about nations. We we cannot >> uh it is a question about parties. So I don't know what kind of dumb statements these are, but that guy should you know Kev should have come back on him and saying our side thinking about political violence. Your side keeps shooting people now taking out Charlie Kirk. And in the aftermath of that, their side didn't disavow at all. In fact, many of them were giddy and gleeful about this. And so, I'm going to share with you some of the worst people in the country, like this woman who is literally gleeful and excited about it. Dancing. Okay, dancing. This I'm just going to play just a little bit of these. I know it's demonic and disgusting, but this is the party that they're trying to tell us to talk to and be civil with and we should just be one nation and get along with them. Absolutely not. Because this is what they think when they kill leaders. They have a blood lust and they're little demonic figures. >> Dingdong, the witch is dead. >> You get it right. Sick. Carly Bonnie, hideous piece of s this woman is. And she's dancing. She's gonna give a whole little talk and she's over at the prettiest post something on TikTok. So, don't know what you know her employers or anybody's going to think about it, but if you know I was employing somebody like this, I would uh fire them immediately and never hire a liberal again, quite frankly. But that's one of them. Now, here's another That one was very obnoxious. Uh, Elizabeth Warren is obnoxious, but this was a pretty shocking video as well. It's not just random people. This guy is walking around a college campus and these are college students reacting to it. And this is why the universities are broken. This is why Charlie was working so hard to fix the universities because they are creating little demons who are happy with political murder in America. Listen to this. >> Charlie Kirk got shot and killed. How do you feel? >> Uh, happy. Goodbye. >> Wow. Did you see that Charlie Kirk just got shot and killed? >> That's good. >> Wow. That's good. That's good that people are getting shot just off a political view. >> Good that people are dying in America. >> Doesn't want to talk now. >> Did you see that Charlie Kirk got shot and killed today? >> Uh, yes I did. >> How do you feel about that? >> Um, I don't really have any feelings about it. Um, who are you? Charlie Kirrick gets shot and killed today. We're just getting people's opinions. How do you feel about that? >> Girl, someone had to do it. >> Crazy. >> That's how I feel at this point in time. But >> yeah, I appreciate you. >> Crazy. Their brains are totally fried. They're mushballs. They have been going to the universities and been indoctrinated to think that we're Nazis and we're murdering all their trans friends and we're mean to illegal aliens and all this crap. So they want us dead and they're happy about it. They're gleeful about it. So how can we reconcile with them at all? How can we do anything other than completely defeat them and really purge the universities of this type of thinking? And I don't know how exactly you affectuate that, but honestly, there should not be a dollar of federal funding go to any one of these universities that has a liberal arts programs or humanities or if you have to study women in other cultures, although they don't even define women anymore. Whatever these were, I had to take a stupid class like that at ASU where I was called, you know, a male chauvinist essentially for an entire semester. That's what they do and this is what it results in. So you could, you know, how about you just get money for STEM, for the science, the technology, the math, and all the engineering stuff, but we don't need to fund. I don't know what these people are studying, but their brains are totally fried. And they have been doing this for generations, my friends. They have been brainwashing and weaponizing the minds of America in favor of their political ideology. And I've explained it multiple times this year, but or or this week, but about, you know, affirmative action. They've been doing it since I'm seven in seventh grade. Explaining white people bad, everyone else is good. And they're still doing it now. It's just matured into a threat to our democracy. Turned into now you're you're killing trans with your speech or something like that. These people are completely lost. So what do we do in response? your honesty. I truly do. So, you said someone had to do it. >> Yes. [Music] >> Try not to get all pulled up into that, but he was a misogynist. Uh he was a disgusting person with disgusting beliefs. >> So, if you had a magical Why was he a misogynist? He had a beautiful wife, babies. I think he had he hosted women's conferences. I never heard him say anything misogynist at all. >> Wand a magical button that you could press >> and keep him from being assassinated. Would you press that? Nope. I think things happen for a purpose. Um, and if that's how his life was ended, then that's how it was ended. So, >> do you know who Charlie Kirk is? >> Yeah, he's a who? She I'm I'm I'm like, "Yeah, he's an you know, I wouldn't wish it to anyone, but I don't think his political views are correct." You know, >> we're going to step away from this because you're just trying >> Well, let him talk. He wants to talk. What you >> I'm not talking to you. I'm talking to him. >> Anyways, >> I love the
