The FBI Didn’t Just Fail Charlie Kirk — They Lied

[00:02] Watching Candace, Baron, and Ian kind of

[00:05] reiterate some of the things that we've

[00:07] seen, go over like the latest evidence

[00:09] and information, and also kind of go

[00:10] down memory lane made me want to do the

[00:13] same, but this time for the FBI and how

[00:15] they've handled this investigation. So,

[00:17] let's start off with this. Do you

[00:19] remember this interview?

[00:20] >> Um, it was about the time I saw them.

[00:24] >> I would say about two weeks ago. And do

[00:26] they so they look like they were couple?

[00:51] see him in court walk in or out. They

[00:53] only let us see him sitting down or

[00:55] standing up. Very interesting. And then

[00:57] this, many of you have not heard this.

[00:59] This was a phone call about the supposed

[01:02] shooter that day.

[01:03] >> Is going to be wearing all black, black

[01:05] long gun, black tactical helmet. A black

[01:09] mask, possibly wearing a tactical vest

[01:12] and jeans. Is going to be wearing all

[01:14] black long gun black tactical helmet. A

[01:19] black mask, possibly wearing a tactical

[01:22] vest and jeans. So, this was the

[01:24] description of the shooter. And if you

[01:26] remember afterwards, some people got

[01:27] interviewed and they said they saw

[01:28] someone in black wearing tactical gear

[01:31] with a black long gun. Then they sold us

[01:34] this. Correct. Yes. Yes. So, um, so when

[01:38] he's first spotted on campus, he has

[01:40] different clothing on and then he

[01:43] changes clothing on the roof and then

[01:46] changed back into that clothing at some

[01:48] point so that when when he was uh when

[01:50] he was apprehended when he when he was

[01:52] arrested, um, the clothing matched the

[01:54] clothing he had on before the shooting

[01:57] here at UB.

[01:58] >> That makes a lot of sense. And watching

[02:00] him explain this, he doesn't even

[02:01] believe it himself. Then we have Cash

[02:03] Patel himself. complete, it seems to me,

[02:05] complete operational failure in terms of

[02:08] protecting him. What's your reaction on

[02:10] that as more of those details have come

[02:11] out as well?

[02:12] >> Look, I've done 50 trip 50 trips with

[02:14] the president around the country

[02:15] overseas when he was in office since

[02:16] he's been out of office. I know the

[02:18] Secret Service guys really well. And it

[02:20] is a mech mechanical failure of epic

[02:22] proportions. And here's the thing, I

[02:24] have an op-ed coming out later on it.

[02:25] You know, we cannot rely, in my opinion,

[02:28] on this FBI and this DOJ who set up

[02:30] Donald Trump who tried to weaponize

[02:32] justice against him to kneecap him

[02:33] politically and take him out of the

[02:34] race. We cannot say, "Oh, let them do

[02:36] their investigation." We cannot have

[02:38] Congress where we have a Republican

[02:39] majority in the House say, "Let the FBI

[02:41] and DOJ investigate." No, they lost that

[02:43] mandate. And also, Congress is a

[02:45] co-equal coordinate branch of

[02:46] government. So, I outlined an entire

[02:48] investigative process. I don't want to

[02:49] get ahead of the facts. I don't want to

[02:50] say it was this person's fault or that

[02:51] group's fault or lack of funding or lack

[02:53] of resources. I want to find out the

[02:54] answers and they should be giving the

[02:56] American people those answers on a daily

[02:58] basis. And they should be giving the

[02:59] American people those answers on a daily

[03:01] basis.

[03:01] >> How much information have we gotten from

[03:03] this FBI? Since all this started, since

[03:06] Charlie was shot, there's been what, one

[03:09] or two press conferences and no other

[03:11] information? [clears throat]

[03:24] You all remember that. And a lot of

[03:26] people think that that's why maybe he

[03:27] faked his death or something similar,

[03:30] but just these very cryptic, very

[03:32] strange things.

[03:34] Not to mention the fact that they said

[03:36] they caught him after 33 hours.

[03:41] the suspect was taken into custody at 10

[03:43] p.m. local time.

[03:45] In less than 36 hours, 33 to be precise.

[03:54] strange. That's a strange way to say

[03:55] that. So obviously 36 hours is a day and

[03:59] a half, but to say, you know, we got him

[04:02] in less than 50 hours. 33 to be precise.

[04:06] No one really talks that way. So very

[04:08] strange. Something is intentional. Maybe

[04:10] some form of messaging subliminal, but

[04:14] basically the way this was handled was a

[04:16] huge mess. And I want to go through the

[04:18] timeline of all the stuff that we've

[04:20] seen up to this point through the FBI

[04:22] and the government. But real quick, I

[04:24] want to hear from you guys down in the

[04:25] comments. Do you think that Cash Patel

[04:27] and Dan Bonino and the Trump government

[04:31] did a good job handling this and being

[04:33] transparent with the people? What I did

[04:35] here is I used chat GPT and information

[04:39] that I inputed as well as Grock and then

[04:43] I had Grock take the chat GPT stuff and

[04:45] double check it and verify it since it

[04:47] tends to be very leftleaning based on

[04:49] what I could see. And I made this

[04:52] compiled list of some stuff that's

[04:54] confirmed and some stuff that is alleged

[04:57] and cover-ups and all those different

[04:58] things are all in one timeline. And

[05:01] we're going to review that. September

[05:03] 10th, 2025. Assassination and immediate

[05:06] response. 8:29 a.m. Suspect Tyler

[05:10] Robinson arrives on UVU campus in a gray

[05:13] Dodge Challenger captured on

[05:14] surveillance footage. Official note,

[05:17] this establishes Robinson's premeditated

[05:19] presence per FBI surveillance analysis.

[05:23] 11:50 to 12:02. Robinson's movements are

[05:26] tracked on campus, including entering

[05:29] the Losi Center and accessing the roof.

[05:32] Official note: FBI timeline confirms

[05:34] these details via video evidence. Have

[05:37] they released that? Has anyone seen

[05:39] this? The stuff that we've seen so far

[05:41] was just snapshots or the person on the

[05:44] roof jumping down. We haven't seen

[05:46] anything else they're talking about

[05:47] here. 12:20 to 12:24.

[05:51] Charlie Kirk is fatally shot in the neck

[05:54] while speaking at an outdoor Turning

[05:55] Point USA event at UVU in ORM, Utah. The

[05:58] suspect is seen in footage climbing onto

[06:01] a rooftop, firing downward, then jumping

[06:04] off and fleeing into a nearby wooded

[06:06] area north of campus, leaving behind a

[06:09] rifle wrapped in a towel. Official note,

[06:13] fatal shot timed around 12:23, 12:24.

[06:17] Kirk pronounced dead at the scene.

[06:20] Okay. Now, we heard from the surgeon

[06:23] supposedly in the hospital that there

[06:25] was a heartbeat and or they were able to

[06:28] resuscitate him and that he went into

[06:30] surgery. UVU issues an emergency alert

[06:32] at 12:48 claiming a suspect is in

[06:35] custody, adding to early confusion. Now,

[06:38] you remember that they went through two

[06:40] or three different suspects, including

[06:43] the old man, George Zen, who is now in

[06:46] jail, and he's going through hearings

[06:48] for inappropriate

[06:51] possession of youthful adult material.

[06:54] We'll say public controversy and

[06:56] critique. Initial K9 searches by police,

[06:59] these are bomb sniffing dogs, reportedly

[07:02] swept the wooded area without finding

[07:04] the weapon. Now, remember, these dogs

[07:06] are very highly trained. They can smell

[07:08] a tiny tiny minute amount of something

[07:11] from a decent distance and track just

[07:13] about anything. They didn't find it. It

[07:15] was only recovered after FBI agents

[07:17] arrived, raising suspicion of staging,

[07:21] which would be a lot of people's first

[07:23] thought, or oversight in social media

[07:25] threads and podcasts. So, we had Stu

[07:28] Peters and Project Constitution talk

[07:29] about that. No official explanation for

[07:32] the delay in FBI reports. Witnesses and

[07:34] online commentators note not so loud

[07:37] gunshot and wound discrepancies such as

[07:40] no exit wound feeling conspiracy

[07:42] narratives. 12:26 to 1236 local dispatch

[07:46] audio reports gunshots and describes the

[07:48] suspect on the roof with a long rifle

[07:50] wearing black clothing. Official note

[07:53] coordinated response begins between UVU

[07:55] police or PD and the FBI. And now

[07:58] remember from the interview that we saw

[08:00] earlier and other reports from other

[08:01] people that they describe a person in

[08:04] all black with tactical gear, not just

[08:07] like a black t-shirt, right? And a mask.

[08:10] Some even saw like a mask or some kind

[08:12] of uh tactical headgear, right?

[08:14] Afternoon post shooting, Robinson

[08:16] reportedly eats a medium rare steak out

[08:19] Cowboy Smokehouse Barbecue in Panguitch,

[08:21] Utah, and he pays with a credit card

[08:24] hours after the assassination. That does

[08:26] not sound like something that you would

[08:27] expect from a high IQ criminal. Why

[08:30] would you use your card and give away

[08:31] your position? We have also learned that

[08:34] Panguage, Utah may be the location of

[08:36] his grandmother, or she may be nearby.

[08:39] So, he may have went there, ate this

[08:41] steak with apparently mashed potatoes

[08:44] and vegetables, according to the staff

[08:46] there who contacted Candace. And they're

[08:49] saying that he was quiet and he didn't

[08:52] do much. He didn't really talk to

[08:53] anyone. He just ate, paid with his card,

[08:56] and then he left. That's a 3-hour drive

[08:59] from where he was at UVU supposedly.

[09:01] Official note: FBI received over 7,000

[09:04] tips during that manhunt. But this lead

[09:07] was allegedly ignored or overlooked,

[09:10] extending the 33-hour search despite

[09:13] card transaction traceability. So

[09:16] knowing that he was there, according to

[09:18] the staff that works there in Panguish,

[09:20] Utah, it makes you wonder why the FBI

[09:22] would purposefully ignore a tip that he

[09:26] was there. Public controversy. Anecdotal

[09:29] reports on X and YouTube claim the FBI

[09:31] dismissed similar sightings and tips

[09:34] criticized as investigative failures. No

[09:37] official FBI law confirms prompt action

[09:40] on this particular tip. 2:40 p.m.

[09:42] President Trump confirms Kirk's death on

[09:44] True Social. Official note: Mark's

[09:47] official White House acknowledgement.

[09:49] 4:00 p.m. Utah Governor Spencer Cox

[09:53] holds a press conference calling it a

[09:55] political assassination and mentioning a

[09:57] person of interest in custody. Official

[10:00] note, it echoes the early FBI

[10:02] communications. And just a side note,

[10:05] clearly Charlie Kirk was not a

[10:06] politician. He had a lot of influence

[10:08] and he had a huge role in President

[10:10] Trump getting reelected, but he is not a

[10:13] politician himself. Does that still

[10:15] identify as a political assassination?

[10:18] Possibly. 421 FBI director Cash Patel

[10:21] tweets that the subject is in custody.

[10:24] The first of multiple premature

[10:26] announcements. Is that something that

[10:28] you would expect from a government

[10:31] that's efficient, following tips and

[10:33] being thorough? It seems as though he

[10:36] was more chasing attention and

[10:38] recognition than actually doing a

[10:41] thorough investigation. Official note,

[10:44] this aligns with the initial detentions.

[10:46] Public controversy widely cited as a

[10:49] communication failure. Critics such as

[10:51] Senate Minority Whip Dick Durban called

[10:54] it amateur hour. Social media

[10:56] highlighted how this field mistrust.

[10:59] 5:59 p.m. Cash Patel tweets the subject

[11:02] has been released after interrogation.

[11:06] Two individuals were detained and

[11:07] released that day. Three total, I

[11:10] believe, including a libertarian who

[11:12] falsely claimed responsibility, and that

[11:14] was George Zen. One charged with

[12:49] were supposedly not the official weapon

[12:52] described in reports, but no public

[12:54] images were released on the gun or the

[12:56] bullets. Now the bullets they were

[12:59] saying were engraved from this

[13:01] transifment

[13:03] supposedly. There were no pictures.

[13:06] Public controversy. Dogs reportedly

[13:08] missed the gun earlier. Discovery only

[13:11] after FBI arrived, sparking staging

[13:13] theories on X and YouTube. Lack of

[13:15] imagery fosters speculation. Critics

[13:18] demand transparency. Early leaks claimed

[14:31] there was the entire Discord log um I

[14:35] guess conspiracy that came out and it

[14:37] showed the way that they lived and

[14:39] interacted with each other and pictures

[14:41] that Lance Twig supposedly drew and how

[14:43] dirty the house was and all these

[14:44] different things. Um, that has since

[14:46] been I I wouldn't say it's been debunked

[14:49] or anything, but it was just very

[14:50] interesting and the timing was

[14:51] interesting. So, people question the

[14:53] validity.

[14:55] 10 p.m. Robinson turned in by his father

[14:59] who recognized him from photos and

[15:00] arrested in Washington, Utah,

[15:02] transferred to FBI custody. Official

[15:04] note, he confesses or implies

[15:07] involvement.

[15:09] Family friend facilitates surrender at

[15:11] sheriff's office. So according to this,

[15:15] it's saying the father recognized him

[15:16] and turned him in, but a family friend

[15:19] facilitated the surrender and there was

[15:21] a pastor supposedly and maybe like some

[15:23] retired sheriff or something that was

[15:25] involved in the surrender. Now, we do

[15:27] know that there was no there's no

[15:29] footage now of that surrender.

[15:33] And there is like a 30-day period where

[15:37] if you don't use certain footage or need

[15:39] certain footage, then they just let it

[15:41] get recorded over. They can't keep all

[15:43] footage forever. So, this footage was

[15:45] not recorded or kept and or was allowed

[15:48] to be recorded over because it wasn't

[15:50] requested. Now, you would think him

[15:52] turning himself in at the sheriff's

[15:53] office would be pretty important

[15:54] information. September 12th through the

[15:57] 16th, arrest confirmation charges and

[16:00] narrative development. Now, I would

[16:02] argue that the narrative developed

[16:04] immediately when people said it was a

[16:06] gunshot, a 306, and that there were

[16:09] these what they said cultural, right?

[16:12] But hate speech basically carved into

[16:14] the cartridge casings.

[16:17] September 12th, Trump announces suspect

[16:19] in custody on Fox and Friends. National

[16:22] confirmation, guys, we got them.

[16:26] September 12th, 7 a.m. Press conference

[16:29] identifies Robinson. Authorities claim

[16:31] he acted alone, tying to digital

[16:34] evidence, including monitoring Kirk's

[16:36] schedule, chat messages, etc.,

[16:38] characterized as obsession with Kirk

[16:42] messaging. Now, remember that the

[16:44] parents supposedly said that he had been

[16:46] more radicalized in the last year or so

[16:49] and that he was saying specific things

[16:52] about Charlie Kirk, saying that he was

[16:55] spreading hate. Okay. September 13th

[16:59] through the 14th, FBI emphasizes

[17:01] Robinson's ties to transgender partner

[17:04] Lance Twigs, transitioning male to

[17:07] female, who cooperates with texts about

[17:10] the rifle and motives linked to Kirk's

[17:12] hatred. Governor Cox and Patel amplify

[17:15] this. Heritage Foundation petitions for

[17:18] transgender ideology inspired violent

[17:22] extremism TIV designation. Official note

[17:26] partner's identity initially hidden for

[17:29] cooperation. So that means FBI knew

[17:32] about this connection between them and

[17:34] hid it at first. Now we haven't heard

[17:37] from Lance Twig since. He could be in

[17:39] protection. We don't know. He wasn't in

[17:41] court either. Critics argue that this

[17:44] pushes an anti-trans agenda.

[17:47] Early false online links to trans

[17:49] individuals field debate. Social media

[17:51] sees it as narrative framing to deflect

[17:54] from other possible motives. September

[17:56] 15th, FBI announces DNA match from

[17:59] Robinson to rifle towel and screwdriver.

[18:02] This strengthens the case. Now, remember

[18:04] that DNA being on the rifle doesn't mean

[18:07] anything because he owned the rifle or

[18:09] his father did and he probably shot it.

[18:11] They also mentioned that there was

[18:12] multiple people's DNA now on this rifle.

[18:17] So to say that because the rifle had his

[18:19] DNA on it, he's guilty doesn't make a

[18:22] lot of sense yet. The towel we

[18:24] supposedly saw when he jumped off the

[18:26] roof, it is damn near impossible to see

[18:28] any of that. But if you zoom in and play

[18:30] it slow, you can see something, right?

[18:32] It feels like there's something there.

[18:34] And then the screwdriver.

[18:37] I've heard multiple stories about this,

[18:38] but he clearly didn't have time to take

[18:41] it apart, and he clearly wouldn't take

[18:44] time to put it back together to throw it

[18:46] into the forest. So, the screwdriver

[18:49] never made sense, and I think they

[18:50] walked that back later because they had

[18:52] to. September 16th, Robinson charged

[18:55] with aggravated murder. Prosecutors seek

[18:57] the death penalty. Patel testifies

[19:00] before Senate Judiciary Committee

[19:02] defending the investigation. Formal

[19:04] charges are filed. Now remember, I've

[19:07] covered this. There were interviews.

[19:10] Many different layers of people said

[19:13] death penalty right away. He should get

[19:16] the death penalty. I recommend the death

[19:17] penalty. So that seemed very strange

[19:20] that they were pushing so hard

[19:22] immediately.

[19:24] Immediately for the death penalty.

[19:26] September 17th, Patello testifies before

[19:29] the House Judiciary Committee. DOJ

[19:31] removed study on far-right violence from

[19:34] website post assassination. Official

[19:37] note ongoing oversight seen as

[19:39] politically motivated suppression. All

[19:41] right. Now, post September 2025, we have

[19:44] the ongoing investigation up through

[19:46] January 7th. Ongoing post arrest Patel

[19:49] blocks National Counterterrorism Center

[19:51] Director Joe Kent's review of FBI files

[19:55] for foreign involvement accompllices,

[19:58] viewing it as overreach. Now, this is

[20:01] extremely important. We have Patel

[20:03] blocking Kent and Kent's whole purpose

[20:05] was to review the FBI files for foreign

[20:08] involvement. Many people do believe that

[20:12] there was a foreign nation state

[20:13] involved in this, which also means that

[20:16] could also imply our own government's

[20:17] involvement in this allegedly. Right?

[20:20] So, it's very interesting that Patel

[20:23] worked so hard to block this

[20:25] investigation. This leads to the White

[20:27] House meeting with DNI Tulsi Gabbard and

[20:30] VP JD Vance, who Nicki Minaj called an

[20:33] assassin. Patel accuses Kent of

[20:36] interfering. Utah prosecutors maintain

[20:38] the lone wolf narrative. Public unity

[20:41] statements are issued and the

[20:44] controversy. Candace Owens and others.

[20:46] Alleged coverup tying to Epstein file

[20:48] suppression and foreign ties. Leak

[20:51] reports criticize Patel's tirades.

[20:53] Social media demands transparency on

[20:55] evidence, weapon photos, ballistics,

[20:58] which we are still waiting for. December

[21:01] 11th, 2025. Robinson's first in-person

[21:04] court appearance, procedural milestone.

[21:07] The primary purpose of that appearance

[21:10] was to decide if media could be present.

[21:12] Could cameras be used in court? And as

[21:15] of right now, it appears that yes, they

[21:18] can be. December 20th, Patel's testimony

[21:21] includes Epstein related criticism over

[21:23] case handling. Context provided. January

[21:27] 2026, Dan Banchino resigns as FBI deputy

[21:30] director after less than a year, citing

[21:33] return to his show per president Trump.

[21:36] Immediately attacks Black Pillars and

[21:38] Grifters and conservative movements on

[21:40] X, vowing not to let them hijack Mega.

[21:45] So, I have a feeling Dan Banino is going

[21:48] to start ripping into everyone who has

[21:50] anything to say against the current

[21:52] administration

[21:54] and he might have been more useful in

[21:56] this way than he was in the FBI. Maybe

[21:59] that's the reason for this. His

[22:01] resignation was announced. Public

[22:03] controversy follows clashes over Epstein

[22:05] files and Kirk case speculated to allow

[22:08] freer commentary on cover-ups. X

[22:11] discussions linked to targeting creators

[22:13] questioning the official narrative.

[22:15] Okay, so that's a good overview of the

[22:17] timelines for the FBI and kind of what

[22:19] we've gotten from them so far. Now,

[22:21] we're just going to go over some general

[22:22] notes, narratives, and possible

[22:24] critiques, and then um we're going to

[22:26] wrap this up. So, first we'll cover the

[22:28] weapon, the 306. Official descriptions

[22:30] exist, but no FBI released images of

[22:32] rifle or bullets, fostering lots of

[22:35] speculation. engravings clarified as

[22:37] non-political but early leaks tied to

[22:39] trans motives unverified.

[22:42] That is what they said initially in the

[22:44] press conference and since then it's

[22:46] kind of just been allowed to fade away.

[22:48] People have been testing the 306

[22:50] including frangible rounds which I've

[22:52] done as well as Jesse and heavy duty

[22:55] country and we did not see any case yet

[22:59] where the wound that we saw without an

[23:02] exit wound would match anything that

[23:04] we've seen in testing. Is there a chance

[23:06] that that one in a million shot happened

[23:08] and it's a magic bullet? Possibly, but

[23:15] steakhouse sighting and similar stem

[23:17] from social media complaints, not

[23:18] official logs perceived as failures.

[23:21] Then we have the trans narrative being

[23:22] pushed amplified by FBI Patel seen as

[23:25] biased deflection and possibly an

[23:29] attempt to start a war between the left

[23:30] and the right. More division.

[23:33] It's not uncommon in these type of

[23:34] situations to push your specific agenda.

[23:39] And we know whenever there's a shooting,

[23:41] one side always pushes gun control, for

[23:44] example. Leadership critiques. Patel's

[23:47] premature announcements, blocking of

[23:49] foreign probes, which is huge. And

[23:51] Bonino's exit targeting of critics

[23:53] highlight internal tensions and possibly

[23:56] disagreements. Public discourse. We have

[23:59] conspiracies staging foreign ties

[24:01] dominating X and YouTube. Citizen

[24:04] journalists are demanding fuller

[24:06] evidence release. Now, could you imagine

[24:09] if they were to release the evidence?

[24:11] Maybe Tyler sitting up there on the

[24:13] roof, eating a Nature Valley bark, hurts

[24:17] his tooth, pulls up the gun, takes a

[24:19] shot, all on beautiful 4K video right on

[24:22] the roof where there's cameras right

[24:23] next to him. that could allow a lot of

[24:25] people to move on with their lives and

[24:28] not be so obsessed with all this

[24:30] research and all these different

[24:31] theories, but they're not releasing

[24:33] anything. And it could be for good

[24:34] reason. It could be because it could

[24:37] hurt the case in some kind of way. I

[24:39] don't see how, but that could be a

[24:41] possibility. And then my sources here,

[24:43] if anything isn't perfect, put it down

[24:45] in the description. And if there's

[24:46] something else, you know, if there's

[24:47] something I missed, if there's something

[24:48] that should have been on the timeline,

[24:50] put that down below because I would love

[24:51] to not only get on the same page as

[24:53] everyone else, but also correct myself

[24:57] here because again, this was pulled from

[24:59] AI. And this used FBI press releases,

[25:03] timelines, bulletins, all the different

[25:05] news sites, leaked reports, social

[25:07] media, and Wikipedia, and basically

[25:09] every possible source it could find to

[25:11] compile this list. So, now that we've

[25:13] reviewed the FBI timeline and mistakes

[25:16] and lack of transparency and internal

[25:19] turmoil, I'd love to hear your thoughts
