Charlie Kirk argues that biblical principles, specifically the Old Testament instruction not to favor rich or poor differently before the law, form the foundation of Western blind justice, a framework he says should apply as much to a Wall Street banker as to anyone else. In a widely shared church address, Kirk names what he calls five false religions competing with Christianity in modern America, including what he terms the cult of diversity and anti-racism, arguing each borrows Christian concepts like community and atonement while redirecting them away from biblical truth. Separately, a Black engineer at Hasbro recorded and later leaked a mandatory diversity training session claiming young children develop racial bias by their toddler years, a training whose broader framing he argued treated all children as inherently prejudiced; his contract wasn't renewed months after the recording became public. Kirk also argues for merit-based college admissions untethered from race, citing Trump administration executive orders enforcing the Supreme Court's affirmative action ruling and criticizing how some universities previously factored race into standardized test evaluations.
