Several independent YouTube investigators have examined video and photo evidence from the September 10 shooting of Charlie Kirk, reaching different conclusions. One eyewitness who filmed the rooftop shooter has claimed, according to a secondhand account relayed on one channel, that the person he saw was wearing tactical gear and a face mask rather than the blue jeans and dark clothing described in the official account, though this claim has not been independently verified. A separate creator, RangeDayBro, used ballistic dummy tests and physics-based analysis to systematically rule out eight alternative theories about the shooting, including drones and hidden weapons, concluding the evidence still points to a single rifle shot from behind. Other videos in this pool include timestamp analysis matching security-camera footage to the shooter's movements and previously unreleased footage showing the suspect's inconsistent limp near campus before the shooting.
