Charlie Kirk on Christian Leadership: Conviction, Marriage, and Here I Am
Showing 14 Christian Leadership videos from Charlie Kirk's video collection.
Christian leadership, in Kirk's own telling, started with a specific posture rather than a skill set: answering God's call with Here I am, the phrase he drew from Abraham, Moses, and Isaiah and used repeatedly to press audiences past comfortable, spectator Christianity toward actually doing something with their convictions. He treated willingness as the qualifying trait ahead of talent, arguing God uses available people more than gifted ones, and extended the same logic to marriage: he described interviewing Erika almost as directly as a job candidate, on the theory that dating without the clear intent to marry wastes time for everyone involved.
That model of leadership, conviction paired with structure rather than charisma alone, became the one Erika Kirk had to step into without warning. Colleagues describe her law degree, her own faith-based clothing brand, and years spent, mostly out of public view, building toward exactly this kind of platform, now applied to leading Turning Point USA and, separately, articulating her own vision of biblical womanhood to the young women in Kirk's audience. The through-line both Kirks kept returning to was that leadership grounded in scripture doesn't wait for ideal circumstances, it answers whatever moment it's actually given.
