Charlie Kirk's Final Trip to South Korea Before His Death
Showing 14 Korea videos from Charlie Kirk's video collection.
South Korea became the site of one of Charlie Kirk's final public appearances, part of an Asia trip with Japan that Turning Point staffers Michael McCoy and Blake Neff later described as a longtime dream of Kirk's, completed just three or four days before his assassination in Utah. Kirk used a speech captured during the trip to frame the visit as part of a global movement for freedom, arguing that liberty is not a uniquely American or Western value but one shared across nations united against a common globalist enemy that seeks to erase the distinct national cultures and civilizations built over centuries. Pastor Rob McCoy later cited the same Korea trip in his memorial address, framing it specifically as an effort to support persecuted Christians rather than a purely political or diplomatic visit, consistent with Kirk's broader view of politics as what McCoy called an on-ramp to Jesus. McCoy and Neff, who traveled with Kirk and filmed the trip, described the footage as never-before-seen material that would surface later in speeches and podcasts, treating the Asia trip's proximity to Kirk's death as part of what made the recordings feel especially significant to release.
