He walked through the probable cause statement filed against Tyler Robinson in detail, citing DNA evidence on the rifle's trigger, surveillance footage tracking Robinson's movements across campus, and his parents' role in identifying him, and separately debunked claims that Kirk never received an autopsy by explaining standard homicide investigation protocol and citing new details about the recovered bullet that could only have come from one. Tatum directly confronted commentator Stew Peters over theories involving Israel, Erika Kirk, or Kirk's own security team, arguing that gag orders and standard evidence-release timelines explained the information gaps conspiracy theorists were exploiting rather than any cover-up.
