Charlie Kirk Refused Benjamin Netanyahu's Podcast Request Before His Assassination and the Boston Consulting Group Connection

In July 2025, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu embarked on an unusual American podcast tour during wartime, requesting to appear on Charlie Kirk's show. Charlie refused him. This refusal came after Charlie's change of heart regarding Israel following the Hamptons intervention of August 5th. Netanyahu proceeded to appear on multiple other podcasts while Charlie faced mounting pressure from friends and allies over his evolving stance on Israel. The connections between Netanyahu, Mitt Romney, Trump appointees, and the Boston Consulting Group reveal a network that extends from corporate consulting to intelligence operations, with ties to controversial projects in Gaza.

Netanyahu's Unprecedented American Podcast Tour

During July 2025, while serving as Israel's sitting prime minister during wartime, Benjamin Netanyahu embarked on an unusual American public relations blitz. He requested to appear on Charlie Kirk's show, but Charlie refused him. This marked a significant moment in their relationship, particularly given that Netanyahu would later describe Charlie as "a great friend" following his assassination.

Netanyahu proceeded with his podcast schedule anyway, appearing on the Nelk Boys (released July 21st), Triggernometry (released August 20th), the Patrick Bet-David show (recorded and released August 26th), the Officer Tatum show (released September 4th), and sitting down with Erick Stakelbeck of TBN (also released September 4th).

The timing and nature of this podcast tour raised questions. It was bizarre and unusual for a sitting prime minister of a foreign country to stop what he was doing amidst a war to go on an American podcast tour. Prior to this PR blitz, Netanyahu had not sat down with an American podcaster in years, since 2023 to be precise, when he sat down with Lex Fridman. For that interview, he made Fridman fly to his office in Israel to conduct the interview.

The Context of Charlie's Refusal

The crucial point is that Charlie Kirk declined to have Netanyahu on his show. The reason: Charlie had a change of heart regarding Israel, and the Hamptons intervention which took place the weekend of August 5th only furthered Charlie's growing resentment against their strong-arming influence.

The period of July brought undue stress upon Charlie from his friends and his allies. The stress being added to his life was because of the friend and the ally, Israel. This was the context in which Netanyahu was making his rounds on American podcasts.

Egyptian Planes and Suspicious Flight Patterns

Investigation into Egyptian planes revealed plausible evidence that they were being used by Israel to shuttle VIPs during points of military inflection. These planes tend to turn off their transponders when making short trips around Cairo, approximately hour-and-a-half flights, before returning back to Cairo. When calculating the distance of where these planes could be going in the allotted time frame, the destinations consistently point to either Israel or Jordan.

The planes seem to move always when Israel is on the brink of trouble. On October 7th, 2023, the Egyptian plane SU BTU flew from Cairo at 8:50 a.m. shortly after the attacks began. It flew from Cairo to Paris, then from Paris to St. Louis, Missouri, staying for 5 days.

Similarly, on April 14th, 2024, during Operation True Promise when Israel was being bombed by Iran and Hezbollah in retaliation for Israel bombing the Iranian embassy in Damascus, that same Egyptian plane took off, flew from Cairo to Paris, and stayed there for six days.

It's possible these are Egyptian VIPs concerned about what's happening in Israel who feel safer in Paris and beyond. Or it's possible these are Israeli VIPs using Egyptian planes, something they have done historically in the past.

The Utah Connection and the Romney-Netanyahu Bromance

Utah holds special significance to Benjamin Netanyahu because of the Romney family's considerable political power there. The Romney family is effectively Mormon royalty. Mitt Romney and BB Netanyahu are best friends with a bromance documented for over 50 years. They met at the Boston Consulting Group where they both worked and haven't stopped working together and supporting each other since.

Mitt Romney's presidential campaign team actually went over to BYU Jerusalem, where a lot of CIA agents are recruited from and approached to work while they're in school during their studies. From the Boston Consulting Group, Mitt Romney founded Bain Capital with an Israeli spy, Robert Maxwell (Ghislaine Maxwell's father), as one of his seed investors.

Fort Huachuca and SAM702

SAM702, an Air Force plane given the designation SAM because it is carrying a VIP, departed from Fort Huachuca. This designation is used to transport the president, vice president, cabinet members, commanders, congress and other high-ranking government officials or foreign dignitaries.

Investigation focused on who was aboard that plane heading from Fort Huachuca to El Paso, Texas in a time frame that would work with an alleged meeting on the morning of September 9th. The name of one of those VIPs who was aboard the plane, apparently with four other people, was Bradley Hansell.

Bradley Hansell: Trump Appointee with Boston Consulting Group Ties

Bradley Hansell was nominated by Trump to be the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. He was confirmed by the Senate and sworn in on July 25th, 2025. Per the Department of Defense website, Mr. Hansel exercises authority, direction, and control on behalf of the Secretary of Defense (Pete Hegseth) over all intelligence and security organizations in the Department of Defense, including the nine Department of Defense components that are members of the intelligence community. He also serves as the director of defense intelligence and the principal adviser to the director of national intelligence on defense intelligence matters.

He reports directly to Pete Hegseth and was selected by Trump. An argument could be made that it makes sense that he would be at an intel base given his position. But he has a background that cannot be ignored.

After serving in the military, first in the Navy and then the Army Special Forces Airborne Division, Brad Hansel immediately went to work for the Boston Consulting Group. After some years, he was then picked to work under Trump's first administration as a member of the National Security Council as the special assistant to President Donald J. Trump for National Security Affairs. When Trump's first term concluded, he went back to the Boston Consulting Group as a principal of the firm for years. He then did a one-off year before being selected again by Trump for his new term as the Under Secretary.

Like Mitt Romney and BB Netanyahu, Mr. Hansel was formerly employed by the Boston Consulting Group, raising questions about whether this firm serves as a pipeline to the White House and whether there are ties to Israel.

Project Aurora: The Boston Consulting Group's Gaza Scandal

In the very month that Mr. Hansel was sworn in, the Boston Consulting Group had a massive scandal uncovered by reporting at the Financial Times. Whistleblowers at the Boston Consulting Group revealed a secret project known as Project Aurora.

Launched in late 2024, Project Aurora was originally framed as a pro bono feasibility study for the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, a Geneva-registered NGO created with backing from US and Israeli security-linked interests. Over 7 months, the project evolved into a fully built consulting contract reportedly worth $4 million.

According to leaked documents obtained by the Financial Times, the core of the work focused on estimating the financial cost of various scenarios for Gaza's post-conflict future. Two primary models emerged:

  • One proposed a voluntary departure plan: $9,000 in cash per person aimed at relocating around 500,000 Palestinians outside of the Gaza Strip
  • A second model lowered direct payments to $5,000, but added four years of subsidized housing and one year of food assistance

Neither model specified destination countries, but internal documents suggest that analysts expected relocation to lower-cost regions, likely outside of Israel or occupied Palestinian territories. The total costs ranged from $2.5 to $5 billion. The numbers obscured a deeper reality: they converted displacement into a solvable financial problem. The people of Gaza, already facing displacement, trauma, and siege, were treated as units in a logistical matrix.

By April 2025, BCG's senior leadership claimed they had issued internal guidance to halt the project because concerns began to mount internally about the nature of the client (Israel), the implications of the work, and the potential reputational damage. But the firm would then say that two senior partners continued the project in defiance of their directives, maintaining an unofficial team and billing through alternative structures.

The project continued through May of 2025 when the Financial Times story broke. In July, BCG quickly dismissed the two partners and launched an external audit. The CEO of BCG, Christoph Schweizer, described the episode as "reputationally very damaging."

The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation and the Killing Fields

The Boston Consulting Group was instrumental in setting up the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. The consulting firm helped develop the logistics, the organizational structure, and set the pricing for paying and equipping private security contractors to operate food distribution hubs in Gaza. This was backed and funded by Israel.

It was then discovered these were effectively just killing fields. Videos showing starving Palestinians being led to the slaughter as the IDF fires upon them are available online. The Boston Consulting Group withdrew, likely to save face.

Enter Reverend Johnnie Moore

Following the Boston Consulting Group's exit, another Trump appointee was tapped to become the new chairman of the foundation: Reverend Johnnie Moore, one half of the Cyros Company duo with Andrew Kolvet. Andrew Kolvet worked for Johnnie Moore at Cyros before finding Charlie Kirk.

According to the Times of Israel, Moore was appointed as the new executive chairman of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, the US and Israel-backed organization providing aid to Gazans. Its previous CEO, Jake Wood, quit, and the Boston Consulting Group abandoned the project. Moore would eventually abandon the project in November. There was no fixing it.

The Network Revealed

The connections form a clear picture: Brad Hansel (Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security), Benjamin Netanyahu (Prime Minister of Israel), and Mitt Romney (US Senator) all worked for the Boston Consulting Group. The firm was engaged by Orbis, a Washington area security contractor, to help with a feasibility study for a new aid project. Orbis was prepping the study on behalf of the Taklith Institute, an Israeli think tank. BCG was chosen as that consultant because of their long-standing relationship with Phil Riley, an ex-CIA operative who worked for Orbis.

The Boston Consulting Group's connections extend from Project Aurora to the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation to Trump appointees, revealing a network that raises questions about who is really running operations and whose interests are being served.
