Charlie Kirk and Jack Hibbs Expose the Great Reset's War on Biblical Values

Charlie Kirk and Pastor Jack Hibbs examine the World Economic Forum's Great Reset agenda through a Christian worldview lens. Kirk argued that "western values" are code for biblical values, and that elites seek to systematically break each of the Ten Commandments. The discussion explored property rights, climate policy, and the Genesis 11 principle, that God scatters anyone who tries to build a tower to challenge His authority. Hibbs emphasized that believers should find hope in biblical prophecy and God's sovereignty over world events, while Kirk encouraged citizen activism, pointing to the rise of school board engagement and homeschooling as direct threats to globalist agendas.

Western Values Are Really Biblical Values

Charlie Kirk explained that when globalist elites speak of dismantling "western values," they are actually targeting biblical principles. Western values, he argued, are an extension of the Judeo-Christian worldview—specifically New Testament teaching—encompassing God-granted natural rights, separation of powers, and consent of the governed. These values reject the notion that a single individual can rule without accountability. Kirk emphasized that western values are the fruit of the Enlightenment blended correctly with biblical truth, and they have enabled the technological, medical, and communication advancements we enjoy today.

Pastor Jack Hibbs agreed, noting that the World Economic Forum uses "western values" as code to avoid directly saying "biblical values." He pointed out that by 2030, the stated goal is to break these values—more specifically, to systematically break every one of the Ten Commandments.

The Attack on the Ten Commandments

Kirk and Hibbs outlined how contemporary movements are actively working to undermine each commandment. Kirk highlighted the concerted effort to break the bond between parents and children—the commandment that comes with a promise and involves one's nation: "Honor your father and mother, so you might live long in the land." Without strong parent-child bonds, the Great Reset cannot succeed. The discussion then turned to the abortion debate, with both noting that the push for abortion-on-demand represents a direct assault on the commandment against murder.

Hibbs emphasized that the attack is not only through legislation but also through cultural normalization—making these violations acceptable and even celebrated. The strategy is to invert moral truth, as prophesied in Isaiah: "Good must be called evil, evil must be called good."

Private Property and Biblical Stewardship

The conversation then addressed the World Economic Forum's infamous slogan: "You'll own nothing and you'll be happy." Kirk explained that the first recorded real estate transaction in history was Abraham purchasing land in Hebron to bury himself and future generations. God never condemned owning property; in fact, He encouraged it through parables like the talents and other teachings. Private property, Kirk argued, is essential to freedom because it acts as a stop sign against tyranny. Without the ability to protect what is yours, the state can confiscate it at will—as demonstrated recently in Canada, where bank accounts were frozen based on political views.

Hibbs added that private ownership is central to biblical stewardship, and believers will one day be judged on how they used what God entrusted to them. The Great Reset seeks to abolish this principle, positioning a god-like entity to own everything and reduce individuals to peasants. The United States has been the most generous nation for over 90 years precisely because private ownership enables benevolence. The middle class, not the poor, feeds those who cannot make it. God promises that if we are faithful with a little, He will make us faithful with more. The issue is not wealth itself but what one does with it—and that is between the individual and God, not the government.

Climate Change as a Tool for Control

Kirk then deconstructed the climate change debate, arguing it is fundamentally disingenuous. If elites truly believed in the crisis, they would embrace natural gas and nuclear energy—both highly efficient and environmentally friendly—but they do not. Kirk said the climate debate fails to answer three critical questions: First, how much are human beings contributing to climate change? Second, what specific actions could actually lower temperatures if human activity is the cause? Third, what is the cost of proposed solutions? Adults ask about costs; children do not, he noted, quoting Dennis Prager.

Kirk emphasized that the overarching goal should be to provide the world's poorest people with access to the cheapest energy as quickly as possible to break them out of poverty. It is easy for those in wealthy western nations to lecture about solar panels and electric cars while hundreds of millions of people in places like Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and India lack running water and toilets. From a Christian perspective, Kirk argued, God gave us fossil fuels to flourish and exercise dominion over the earth, and using them to extend life expectancy is a moral good. If one does not believe in God but instead worships the earth and sees humans as mere clumps of cells, then depopulation becomes the logical endpoint.

Hibbs recalled growing up in southern California in the 1960s, when smog alerts forced schools to cancel outdoor activities and lungs burned from the air. Today, despite double the population, the skies are crystal clear due to technological advancement. He saw the climate narrative as fear-mongering designed to control people.

The Genesis 11 Principle: God Scatters Those Who Challenge Him

Kirk introduced what he called the "Genesis 11 principle": anyone who tries to build a tower to challenge God's authority will be scattered into confusion and chaos. He believes this principle is eternal and applies directly to the globalist elites of today. The World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, Leonardo DiCaprio, Bill Gates—all believe they are god. But God will scatter their plans, just as He did at Babel.

Kirk recounted speaking at Hibbs' church on January 21, 2021—the day after the inauguration—when the congregation was deeply discouraged. He had to force himself to bring optimism. In the year that followed, instead of giving up, citizens went to work: showing up at school board meetings, running for office, homeschooling in record numbers (the American homeschooling population quadrupled). School boards flipped. The political landscape shifted in Virginia and New Jersey. The elites thought they could break the will of the people by calling them insurrectionists, deploying the Department of Justice against parents, and using COVID mandates and economic pressure to force surrender. They were wrong.

Kirk said the globalists are now panicked because the people they expected to be meatless, owning nothing, and passively happy are instead righteously angry, yet still joyful because they believe in something greater. Citizens are organizing, learning, and preparing to displace the ruling elite from power. The strategy of "break it, reset it" will not work because the people are restoring and strengthening what the elites seek to destroy.

Hope in Jesus Christ

Pastor Jack Hibbs closed with a gospel message. He emphasized that hope is found in Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins out of love and rose again from the dead. Salvation is not achieved through religious works, baptism, or penance. Hibbs pointed to the thief on the cross who simply recognized Jesus and asked to be remembered. Jesus responded, "Today you will be with me in paradise." The thief was not baptized or religious—he simply recognized who Jesus was.

Hibbs encouraged viewers to turn to Christ, emphasizing that God is so great that He tells the future in advance through prophecy—not to scare us, but to prepare us and give us comfort in His promises. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is the God of all hope, and anyone who turns to Him will never be abandoned. Hibbs invited those interested in knowing more to visit jackkibs.com.
