[00:12] I'm just going to speak for a minute and

[00:14] then I want to lead us in prayer for

[00:16] Dennis and and for our nation. When I

[00:18] was first asked to do this, I was of

[00:19] course humbled. I I think and I'm not

[00:22] certain of this, I've listened to more

[00:24] Dennis Prager than almost anybody alive.

[00:27] Now, has anybody listened to the entire

[00:29] Dennis Teaches the Torah on Dennis

[00:31] Prager.com? I don't think so. For those

[00:34] that didn't know this, for 25 years,

[00:37] Dennis would go on week nights to I

[00:40] think Hebrew University in LA and would

[00:42] teach every single verse of the Torah.

[00:46] He literally went through the entire

[00:47] Torah. This is before he wrote the

[00:49] Rational Bible. And you can go back. It

[00:51] is one of the most incredible things.

[00:53] You can buy it at denner.com. You can

[00:55] listen to it. And I decided, my wife

[00:56] Erica will tell you, at the beginning of

[00:58] 2023, I started listening to this. I

[01:00] said, "This is really good. This is

[01:02] amazing." And it's this incredible

[01:04] passage of time, and it shows Dennis's

[01:06] commitment to truth and to goodness. I

[01:10] mean, reading the entire Torah for most

[01:13] Americans is an accomplishment, teaching

[01:15] it verse by verse, rationally. And then,

[01:18] this is what's incredible. So, Dennis

[01:20] then writes the rational Bible. And so I

[01:22] assume when he writes the rational

[01:24] Bible, he just went back to his notes

[01:26] when he taught the Torah and then just

[01:29] relisted to it. And he's like, "Oh yeah,

[01:31] I forgot I did that. I just rewrote the

[01:33] books." I said, "Wait, so you wrote the

[01:35] books and you didn't even relisten to

[01:37] the fact that you taught it for 25

[01:38] years?" Everybody, just just so we are

[01:41] clear, Dennis Prager is without without

[01:44] a doubt one of the most important moral

[01:46] teachers in American history.

[01:50] and

[01:52] he has immensely blessed my life and the

[01:55] lives of millions of other people. This

[01:57] is somebody who has been so consistent

[01:59] for one main goal his life which is to

[02:02] bring the ten commandments to the world.

[02:05] Now he's done a lot of things in his

[02:07] life but you think about it that is

[02:08] basically his singular mission which is

[02:11] he believes and we all as Christians

[02:13] believe this that there was something

[02:15] divine that was brought down at Sinai

[02:19] for all of us to be brought to the rest

[02:21] of the world. And we we we think in our

[02:25] world today and what happened on

[02:27] November 5th where I truly believe that

[02:30] God spared us and delivered us from evil

[02:33] on November 5th. That it was God who

[02:37] voted early

[02:39] on July 13th.

[02:42] On July 13th, we were inches away from

[02:45] what could have been Civil War. And

[02:47] instead, we now have an American

[02:50] renaissance, an American renewal. the

[02:52] likes of which we couldn't have

[02:53] imagined. And I know this would make

[02:55] Dennis happy. Do you know that in the

[02:57] last couple of months, Bible sales are

[02:59] up nearly 25% in this country. Church

[03:02] attendance is up. There is a spiritual

[03:04] awakening happening in this nation. And

[03:07] I'll close with this, which is, and I

[03:10] will actually do Marissa one better, and

[03:12] she'll love this. Here I am at a Prageru

[03:15] event. Everyone, you should give

[03:16] generously to Prageru. I'm making up for

[03:18] all of Dennis's plugging of me. Okay?

[03:22] the most important organizations. But I

[03:24] can tell you as someone who works on

[03:25] campuses, the impact of what Prageru has

[03:28] done to millions of young people to

[03:31] educate them about these topics, what

[03:33] you saw on November 5th was a byproduct

[03:37] of PragerU doing the work for the last

[03:39] decade to get young people to think

[03:42] correctly about America. Make no mistake

[03:46] that these victories do not happen

[03:48] overnight. They are years and years of

[03:51] work and billions and billions and

[03:52] billions of views. And Prageru is to

[03:54] credit for that. So please uh bow your

[03:56] head in prayer. Dear heavenly father, to

[03:59] quote two of Dennis's favorite verses,

[04:01] Micah 6:8, he has told you, "Oh man,

[04:04] what is good and what does the Lord

[04:06] require of you but to do justice and to

[04:09] love kindness and to walk humbly with

[04:11] your God?" As Dennis would commonly say,

[04:14] he is far more interested in what you

[04:18] ask of us than what we ask of God. But

[04:20] we ask, Lord, of something of you

[04:22] tonight. We ask you to heal Dennis. We

[04:26] ask of you humbly to bring back our

[04:29] friend to the front lines, to restore

[04:32] him, to give his voice back because we

[04:37] need him and we do not believe his work

[04:39] is done. We are here gathered to also

[04:42] celebrate a victory that you and you

[04:44] alone gave this nation. A victory that

[04:47] we did not deserve and that we did not

[04:49] earn, but a second new birth of freedom.

[04:52] As Dennis would commonly quote his

[04:54] favorite verse, Psalm 97:10, "Let those

[04:58] of you who love the Lord hate evil." And

[05:02] Lord, we know you are a hater of evil,

[05:05] and we thank you for rebuking that evil

[05:07] in early November. We pray for our

[05:09] nation. We pray for President Trump. We

[05:11] pray that we may step up and meet this

[05:13] moment and that in days time, weeks

[05:17] time, months time that you will work in

[05:19] miraculous ways heal our friend as you

[05:22] have healed our land. In your beautiful

[05:25] name we pray. In Jesus name we pray.
