[00:00] And if you can find a way to harness
[00:02] your tongue in a way that's biblical and
[00:04] you dress appropriately, you don't have
[00:08] everything hanging out,
[00:10] >> you you will attract a different type of
[00:13] guy.
[00:14] >> Missing evidence, contradictory
[00:17] testimony, and a prosecution riddled
[00:20] with holes. Charlie Kirk's case isn't
[00:23] just falling apart, it looks engineered.
[00:26] And at the center of it all is his wife,
[00:29] whose past raises far more questions
[00:33] than answers. Surely by now you've seen
[00:36] the clips people are digging up of Erica
[00:38] Kirk, apparently tied to an unreleased
[00:41] film from the early days.
[00:55] [music]
[01:21] Heat. Heat.
[01:22] Heat. Hey, Heat.
[01:42] [music]
[01:46] [music]
[01:51] >> [music]
[01:59] [music]
[02:08] >> Heat. Heat.
[02:12] [music]
[02:18] >> [music]
[02:20] >> And this wasn't just any film. It was
[02:23] centered around military assassinations.
[02:26] In one of the photos, you can even see
[02:29] her standing on a rooftop with a sniper
[02:33] rifle in her hands. If someone had
[02:35] uploaded this picture a couple of months
[02:38] ago, there would be calls to arrest that
[02:40] person for this sick joke. And yet, this
[02:44] is the reality today, folks. And this is
[02:48] not even the full story of this
[02:50] unreleased film.
[02:51] >> Erica in this film was set to play a
[02:55] character named Evelyn Matthysse. We
[02:58] know this because we found the remnant
[03:00] of a Kickstarter that was still
[03:02] available to the public. Now, I wish I
[03:04] had given to this when it was first put
[03:06] up back in 2012, 2013 because I would
[03:10] then be able to open all of these
[03:12] posters and learn more about that
[03:13] particular character. But I can tell you
[03:15] definitively that this was a movie about
[03:16] corporate espionage,
[03:18] assassins, and technology, nanotech, all
[03:22] used to help the government and
[03:26] corporate financial institutions
[03:28] maintain power. I am not kidding. I'm
[03:32] going to read you the description here
[03:33] before showing you a video. It says, "In
[03:35] the world of tomorrow, the mind has
[03:37] become a hard drive linked to the
[03:39] internet and once the present divide
[03:41] between technology and humanity has
[03:44] become next to non-existent. Driving
[03:46] this world forward are the many emerging
[03:48] multinational corporations that have
[03:51] grown in power far beyond the control uh
[03:55] of world governments. In this reality,
[03:56] financial institutions vy for dominance
[03:59] through corporate black ops. These
[04:01] clandestine endeavors are carried out by
[04:04] figures known as proxies, cloak and
[04:07] dagger assets that are hired in secret
[04:10] to remove rivals from power or to
[04:14] protect corporate capital from harm.
[04:17] >> Now, there are only so many coincidences
[04:20] people are willing to ignore. And
[04:22] somehow this story just keeps getting
[04:26] stranger. No matter how much propaganda
[04:29] is pushed, Erica's past refuses to stay
[04:33] buried.
[04:35] [music]
[04:36] >> Sydney, you got this. Jordan's probably
[04:39] a virgin. So, I'm sending Jordan up with
[04:41] my friend Erica. She's beautiful and she
[04:44] happens to be religious.
[04:46] Jordan, if you don't take this to the
[04:48] next level, God help you.
[04:50] >> But here's where it gets even more
[04:52] unsettling. The Erica we see in those
[04:55] clips is nothing like the woman we see
[04:58] today. In fact, Erica herself has
[05:01] suggested that her former self wouldn't
[05:04] have even been capable of attracting
[05:06] someone like Charlie.
[05:08] >> What is one thing young women can do
[05:10] better to make themselves more appealing
[05:12] to men who say that the current dating
[05:16] pool of young women is lackluster?
[05:19] >> People pick up on the way you speak. I'm
[05:22] not talking about if you sound smart or
[05:23] whatever. I'm saying they will pick up
[05:25] if you curse. They will pick up if
[05:27] you're speaking life over someone. Men
[05:29] hate when women are gossiping.
[05:32] Literally, the fire behind your lips is
[05:35] so powerful. And and if you can find a
[05:38] way to harness your tongue in a way
[05:39] that's biblical and you dress
[05:41] appropriately, you don't have everything
[05:45] hanging out. Amen.
[05:47] >> You you will attract a different type of
[05:50] guy. Be the type of woman, the godly
[05:52] woman that God needs you to be to
[05:53] attract the man that he made for you.
[05:56] >> This could also explain these strange
[05:58] marks that are spotted on her hands.
[06:01] marks that some believe may have been
[06:04] tattoos, possibly removed shortly before
[06:07] she met Charlie.
[06:09] [music]
[06:17] [music]
[06:23] [music]
[06:28] Now, people are justified in looking
[06:30] into Erica's past, but we can't lose
[06:33] sight of the real objective here. The
[06:36] goal has always been to find out what
[06:39] actually happened to Charlie Kirk. For a
[06:42] while, many believed that answers would
[06:44] finally emerge as Tyler Robinson's case
[06:47] moved forward. But that's not really
[06:50] going to happen. You see, instead of
[06:52] pushing toward clarity, Tyler's own
[06:55] legal team now appears focused on
[06:57] disqualifying the prosecutors
[06:59] altogether.
[07:00] >> Lawyers for the man accused of killing
[07:02] Turning Point founder Charlie Kirk are
[07:04] trying to disqualify one of the
[07:06] prosecutors on the case, claiming he has
[07:08] a conflict of interest.
[07:11] >> We firmly believe that the law supports
[07:14] the conclusion that that particular
[07:18] prosecutor should have been screened
[07:19] off. So, I just think this is ambush
[07:24] and another stalling tactic
[07:27] to delay these proceedings. There's no
[07:30] reason that they could not have at least
[07:32] filed the motion and asked for uh asked
[07:35] for time to brief it.
[07:37] >> And honestly, this case is going exactly
[07:40] where many of us expected it to go,
[07:43] nowhere. The judge has already ordered
[07:46] that Tyler's face not be shown publicly,
[07:50] allegedly out of concern that a lip
[07:52] reader might decipher what he's saying.
[07:55] >> That's not material. I I do find that um
[08:01] and I'm not a lip reader so I don't know
[08:03] what the standard is for lip reading but
[08:05] I do note that nine seconds in that
[08:09] first clip one could see his lips moving
[08:12] and it is a it is a significant time for
[08:17] as it relates to this particular issue.
[08:19] It wasn't a passing shot. it was focused
[08:23] on these two persons and and so I find
[08:26] that the decorum order as it relates to
[08:30] section paragraph 48 as it relates to no
[08:33] visual recording is permitted of a
[08:34] person's lips so as to be decipherable
[08:36] by a lip reader I find that that has
[08:39] been violated. I almost expected him to
[08:42] ban cameras from the hearing, but he
[08:44] denied that motion.
[08:45] >> Given given the motions that have been
[08:47] filed publicly online, and I have to
[08:50] leave it to council in deciding how you
[08:51] present the evidence, how you state the
[08:54] names, I I'm willing to to abide by the
[08:58] format used in those public motions, but
[09:01] this court denies the request to close
[09:03] the evidentiary hearing. And again,
[09:05] we'll take witness by witness uh a
[09:08] motion if if that particular witness
[09:10] needs closure uh uh from well that that
[09:15] particular witness's
[09:17] examination needs to be closed.
[09:20] >> At this point, it's hard not to describe
[09:23] the prosecution as a complete circus.
[09:26] We've been asking for months why UVU
[09:29] allegedly paved over a crime scene just
[09:33] days after Charlie's assassination, but
[09:36] apparently prosecutors didn't even know
[09:38] this happened. And if I recall
[09:41] correctly, it was either the second or
[09:43] third day after the assassination.
[09:45] And a lot of people, this made a lot of
[09:48] news and and I've talked about it on
[09:52] several talk shows and podcasts that
[09:54] that would have been absolutely criminal
[09:57] for anyone to have done that. And and
[10:00] the thing that really made me shock was
[10:04] this attorney who works for the
[10:06] prosecution prosecution office did not
[10:09] even know that that had happened. And he
[10:11] goes, "Oh, I doubt that very seriously."
[10:13] And so I had to tell him, uh, you need
[10:16] to look at the Salt Lake Tribune because
[10:19] >> that very seriously, this is publicly
[10:21] available information that people are on
[10:23] the internet complaining about, raising
[10:25] alarms about, screaming and yelling
[10:26] about. They're covering the crime scene.
[10:29] That should tell you how seriously this
[10:31] case is being handled. I mean, here's
[10:34] our own FBI director talking about a
[10:37] screwdriver with Tyler's DNA. And what
[10:40] we learned was there was evidence, DNA
[10:43] evidence that could be collected and had
[10:45] been collected, including a screwdriver
[10:47] that was found on the rooftop. Also, we
[10:49] went over to the scene in the wooded
[10:51] area where the firearm was discarded and
[10:54] the firearm had a towel wrapped around
[10:56] it. It's important. I'll get back to
[10:58] that later. I even walked into the
[10:59] wooded area in the ravine so I knew from
[11:02] my investigative experience what I could
[11:04] bring to the table and what decisions I
[11:05] needed to make. and having the support
[11:08] of President Trump and the full support
[11:09] of the White House was what we needed
[11:11] for these resources to happen. And I can
[11:13] report today that the DNA hits from the
[11:17] towel that was wrapped around the
[11:19] firearm and the DNA on the screwdriver
[11:22] are positively processed for the suspect
[11:24] in custody.
[11:26] >> This screwdriver is important because
[11:29] even experts need it to assemble and
[11:31] disassemble the rifle within such a
[11:33] tight time frame.
[11:42] >> [snorts]
[11:48] [snorts]
[11:53] [snorts]
[11:54] >> And yet somehow this screwdriver never
[11:58] even appears in the indictment. That
[12:01] contradiction has never been explained.
[12:04] Instead, Cash Patel is saying stuff like
[12:06] this.
[12:07] >> The reality is again with social media,
[12:10] when you have hysterical conspiracy
[12:12] theories filling the void, you're
[12:13] harming Charlie and his family and a
[12:15] rightful prosecution of his alleged
[12:17] assassin who we have in custody. And
[12:19] rightly so, in my opinion, and if anyone
[12:22] helped him, do you think that we at this
[12:24] FBI are literally going to let them get
[12:25] away with it? Now, even though the
[12:27] hearings have provided very few answers,
[12:31] they've raised some deeply unsettling
[12:34] questions. For example, how did Tyler
[12:37] Robinson grow a new set of ears while in
[12:40] jail? And why does the man presented in
[12:43] court look so different from the one we
[12:46] saw in the videos near UVU on the day of
[12:49] the shooting? In fact, the only time we
[12:52] see this guy is right before the
[12:54] shooting.
[13:10] >> [music]
[13:19] [music]
[13:20] >> Heat up here.
[13:23] >> [music]
[13:33] >> Even though he can't walk straight, he
[13:35] somehow managed to cover a significant
[13:38] distance and climb a long staircase in
[13:41] mere minutes.
[13:43] >> There's no way you're bending your
[13:44] You're not You're not
[13:48] There's just no way. There's no way
[13:50] you're not bending your leg coming up
[13:53] these stairs.
[13:54] There's no way he had that that rifle.
[13:59] [snorts] Um,
[14:02] there's no way he had that rifle hidden
[14:04] down his pant leg. Physically
[14:07] impossible. Okay, there's just no way I
[14:11] could have a 30 six up my pant leg going
[14:15] up these stairs. And after going to
[14:17] great lengths to conceal the rifle,
[14:20] we're supposed to believe he suddenly
[14:22] abandoned it in the bushes next to a
[14:25] busy road.
[14:37] So rushed in, but supposedly this is
[14:40] where he left the gun
[14:42] back there behind this chicken coop.
[14:45] This isn't just about the identity of
[14:47] the shooter anymore. Even the evidence
[14:50] itself looks questionable. The strong
[14:53] case against Tyler seems to rest on
[14:56] private texts he sent to a roommate and
[14:59] the confessions he made to his online
[15:02] friends.
[15:02] >> Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old suspect
[15:05] charged in Charlie Kirk's murder,
[15:07] confessed, and I want to read this.
[15:08] According to the Washington Post,
[15:10] writing on Discord, that social media
[15:12] chat group uh that the FBI says he used,
[15:15] quote, "Hey guys, I have bad news for
[15:17] you all, it was me at UVU yesterday. I'm
[15:21] sorry for all of this." What's
[15:23] interesting is that just 55 minutes
[15:27] before the shooting, Tyler was allegedly
[15:29] playing Wordle and bragging about his
[15:32] score to the same friends. And yet, the
[15:35] media didn't even report on this.
[15:37] Instead, they focused almost entirely on
[15:40] what he supposedly confessed to Lance
[15:44] Twigs.
[15:44] >> Robinson, I am still okay, my love, but
[15:47] I'm stuck in Orum for a little while
[15:50] longer yet. Shouldn't be long until I
[15:53] can come home, but I got to grab my
[15:55] rifle still. To be honest, I had hoped
[15:58] to keep this secret till I died of old
[16:00] age. I am sorry to involve you,
[16:04] roommate. You weren't the one who did
[16:07] it, right?
[16:09] Robinson, I am I am I'm sorry.
[16:12] Roommate, I thought they caught the
[16:14] person. Robinson. No, they grabbed some
[16:18] crazy old dude, then interrogated
[16:20] someone in similar clothing. I had
[16:23] planned to grab my rifle from my drop
[16:25] point shortly after, but most of that
[16:28] side of town got locked down. And here's
[16:31] the question. If Tyler had been trying
[16:33] to protect his roommate, why make him an
[16:37] accomplice by sharing all the details?
[16:40] Also, why didn't he confess face to face
[16:43] since he lived with his supposed
[16:45] boyfriend? And Lance Twigs, who is the
[16:48] star witness, has somehow vanished. We
[16:52] were told he had to relocate, possibly
[16:55] under protection. But reports now
[16:58] suggest he's simply moved out of state
[17:01] with little to no law enforcement
[17:03] oversight.
[17:04] >> I spoke with one of Lance Twig's family
[17:07] members uh who told me about his
[17:09] relationship with Tyler Robinson. Also
[17:11] the fact that he was in hiding
[17:13] apparently under FBI protection. Uh that
[17:15] is no more. He is not being protected by
[17:18] the FBI anymore. and the family member
[17:20] actually casted some doubt about whether
[17:22] he will actually be cooperating with
[17:24] authorities uh moving forward.
[17:26] >> So, the question remains, if this case
[17:30] is as airtight as we're told, why does
[17:33] it feel like it's being held together
[17:35] with duct tape? Harvard just revealed
[17:37] that this cocoa powder makes you harder
[17:40] to kill and harder to kill. 27% less
[17:44] likely to die and 80% improvement in
[17:48] morning wood. The study was done on
[17:51] 21,000 people, not on lab rats getting
[17:54] tiny, you know, real humans not dying
[17:58] and doing the deed better. But don't
[18:00] take it from me. Let me show you a clip
[18:02] from Harvard scientist Dr. William Lee
[18:06] that actually backs this up. Cacao has
[18:08] been shown to actually double the number
[18:10] of stem cells flowing in your
[18:11] bloodstream just by having two cups of
[18:14] hot chocolate made with 80% high
[18:16] flavonol. Well, there was a study done
[18:18] uh at UCSF in San Francisco that looked
[18:20] at 60-year-old men with heart disease.
[18:23] So, these are people whose blood vessels
[18:25] were already not doing so well and their
[18:27] blood flow wasn't going so well either
[18:29] and their blood vessels were kind of
[18:30] sick. That's kind of the definition of
[18:32] heart disease. By having the stem cells
[18:34] coming out, they were able to actually
[18:36] double the resiliency, the function of
[18:39] their blood vessels. So, they they got
[18:41] better rebound, the better agility. Um,
[18:43] their their blood vessels are in better
[18:44] shape because their stem cells are
[18:46] regenerating their circulation.
[18:48] >> This isn't your kid's hot chocolate.
[18:51] Regular chocolate has 50 mg of dead
[18:54] flavonol. This Black Forest high
[18:57] flavonol cocoa powder has 1,200 mg of
[19:01] pharmaceutical extracted flavinols. It's
[19:04] the difference between drinking
[19:06] non-alcoholic beer and whiskey not in
[19:09] the same league. The first and only of
[19:12] its kind Black Forest high flavonol
[19:15] cocoa powder made right here in the USA.
[19:18] What makes it so unique is that they
[19:20] take the finest cocoa and they extract
[19:23] the flavonoids into it and concentrate
[19:26] it into this. The exact same stuff that
[19:29] they used in those Harvard studies. Them
[19:32] damn hippies, they're paying $80 for a
[19:35] ceremonial cacao that has just 40
[19:38] milligrams of flavonoids in it. Regular
[19:41] chocolate is processed to death. About
[19:44] 99% of the flavinols are destroyed. My
[19:47] golfing buddy who's a cardiologist saw
[19:50] the study in his response. Why ain't I
[19:52] telling everybody about this? Good
[19:54] question, Steve. Getting older and want
[19:57] to die hard instead of dying soft. Well,
[20:00] this is your insurance policy. Cheaper
[20:03] than the blue pill. Better than the
[20:05] white ones. I dropped the link. Pick it
[20:08] up. And here's the thing. I worked out a
[20:10] short New Year 40% off access window
[20:13] with Black Forest on their high
[20:15] flavvenol cocoa. Right now, pricing is
[20:18] significantly lower than normal, but
[20:21] only for the next 48 hours. This stuff
[20:24] sells out every time they do this, so
[20:27] don't wait. Lock it in while this window
[20:29] is open. Link is in the pinned comment
[20:32] and description. Take control of your
