[00:00] What's up everybody? So before we get
[00:02] started, I want to address something
[00:04] from the video that I covered yesterday
[00:06] where I where I covered what Candace
[00:09] Owens said in her interview with Myron
[00:12] Gaines. I don't follow Myin, so I only
[00:15] saw the interview published by Candace
[00:18] over the weekend. I think it was on
[00:20] Friday. Many of you all lovingly
[00:24] informed me that the interview was
[00:26] older. I appreciate you. I think the
[00:28] points that I made were still very valid
[00:31] though and relevant. The funny thing is
[00:33] Candace told Myin that she had no reason
[00:37] to suspect Erica Kirk because there were
[00:39] no verifiable lies that Erica had told
[00:42] at the time. What you're about to see
[00:45] changes that for sure. But I have built
[00:48] this channel by being timely with
[00:51] commentary and being quick with it.
[00:53] Quick to report what's going on. When I
[00:56] saw the interview with Myron Drop on
[00:58] Candace's channel, I watched it and I
[01:02] literally told my wife, I was like,
[01:04] "Casey, this is hot." Like, I think I
[01:06] might actually have to go and do a video
[01:08] about this this weekend to get it out
[01:11] there. And then I went to X and I saw
[01:13] that no one else was talking about it.
[01:15] And I was like, damn, am I going to be
[01:17] the one to break this? Like, this is
[01:18] huge. only come to find thanks to you
[01:21] all that the video was like three months
[01:25] old. So anyway, that's my bad. But in
[01:29] any case, Candace Owens straight up
[01:32] called out Erica Kirk over a blatant lie
[01:35] that Candace caught Erica in. Charlie
[01:39] Kirk actually debunks what Erica says.
[01:43] And I'm going to share with you my
[01:45] biggest concern that I cannot shake when
[01:48] it comes to Erica Kirk and her behavior
[01:51] since Charlie was killed. It all comes
[01:54] down to well, Zionism. And this all ties
[01:58] together. We are officially in scary
[02:00] times. And I'm going to weave you
[02:02] through all of this today. Police
[02:05] detectives in Miami, Florida. Yes,
[02:07] America, showed up at a woman's home and
[02:10] interrogated her over a post that she
[02:12] made on Facebook criticizing Miami Mayor
[02:16] Steven Miner for his views on the
[02:18] Israeli Palestine conflict. And if you
[02:21] thought that police officers in America
[02:24] showing up at your door over a social
[02:25] media post was bad, just wait until you
[02:28] hear what the Miami police chief said to
[02:31] justify what his what his department had
[02:34] done. This isn't just a local issue. In
[02:38] Miami, though, we've all been wondering
[02:40] what Pam Bondi has been doing. You know,
[02:43] not releasing the Epstein files or
[02:45] making deep state arrests. Well, now we
[02:48] know as she delivered an address at the
[02:51] Israeli American Council, I am very
[02:54] concerned that we are experiencing what
[02:57] is going to become the most historical
[02:59] crackdown on the First Amendment and
[03:01] free speech America has ever seen. And I
[03:05] think Erica is Erica Kirk is now
[03:09] involved in that. This is bad. Let's get
[03:11] started. I'm Zach Costello and welcome
[03:14] to the Zack Costello Show.
[03:19] Okay, so a Miami resident was
[03:21] interrogated
[03:23] by police detectives who came to her
[03:25] door over a social media post wherein
[03:27] she was criticizing the foreign policy
[03:30] views of Miami Mayor Steven Miner.
[03:33] Regardless of what side of these issues
[03:36] you are on, listen to what she posted
[03:38] and tell me if you think this is
[03:40] inflammatory and whether this is
[03:43] justice.
[03:45] Um, I refuse to answer questions without
[03:48] my lawyer present. So, I really don't
[03:51] know how to answer that question either.
[03:53] >> Like I said, you're not going
[03:54] >> freedom of speech. This is America,
[03:56] right? Veteran.
[03:56] >> All right. And I agree with you 100%.
[03:58] We're just trying to see if it's you cuz
[04:00] we're not talking to the right person.
[04:01] We want to go see who the right person.
[04:02] >> Okay. How can I help you? So pretty much
[04:04] it's just a statement that was made as
[04:05] far as uh you know uh
[04:08] >> it says the guy who consistently calls
[04:10] for the death of all Palestinians tried
[04:12] to shut down a theater for showing a
[04:14] movie that hurt his feelings and refuses
[04:16] to stand up for the LGBTQ community in
[04:18] any way even leaves the room when they
[04:20] vote and unrelated matters wants you to
[04:23] know that you're all welcome clown face.
[04:25] Clown face. Clown face 3 days ago.
[04:28] >> You don't know if it was you.
[04:30] >> I'm not going to answer whether that's
[04:31] me or not.
[04:32] >> Okay. the concerning part
[04:34] >> and not concerning for for the person
[04:36] who's posting it. What we're just trying
[04:39] to prevent is somebody else getting
[04:42] agitated or or or agreeing with the
[04:44] statement. We're not saying it's true or
[04:46] not.
[04:46] >> Understood.
[04:47] >> That guy who consistently calls for the
[04:49] death of all Palestinians
[04:51] >> that can probably incite somebody to do
[04:53] something radical. That's all we're here
[04:54] to talk about
[04:56] >> and we wanted to get your side if it was
[04:57] you that posted that
[04:59] >> to I would think to refrain from posting
[05:01] things like that cuz that could get
[05:02] something.
[05:04] >> I appreciate your concern. I appreciate
[05:05] you coming out here.
[05:06] >> Okay, that's it.
[05:07] >> That is it. I'm going to maintain my uh
[05:09] my amendment rights to uh not answer the
[05:12] question about whether that's I hope we
[05:15] appreciate it.
[05:16] >> Thank you.
[05:17] The Miami police chief, Wayne Jones,
[05:20] defended sending these detectives to the
[05:22] woman's house. Quote, given the real
[05:26] ongoing national and international
[05:28] concerns surrounding anti-semitic
[05:31] attacks and recent rhetoric that has led
[05:33] to violence against political figures.
[05:37] Look, calling out an elected political
[05:39] figure over their foreign policy views
[05:42] is not inflammatory and very much
[05:44] protected under the First Amendment. It
[05:47] looks like I'm probably aligned with the
[05:49] mayor's anti-LGBTQ
[05:51] agenda. But American citizens have the
[05:55] right to say and post what they believe
[05:58] regardless of which side they are on
[06:00] without police coming to their door and
[06:03] questioning them about it. Who is the
[06:05] determiner of what is inflammatory? Who
[06:08] decides what is hateful? And right now,
[06:11] and this is the critical issue, who
[06:13] decides what is anti-Semitic?
[06:16] This is not a local issue. This is a
[06:18] national issue. Here is Trump Attorney
[06:21] General Pam Bondi bragging about how she
[06:23] is using the full weight of the
[06:25] Department of Justice to wage lawfare
[06:28] against what they define as
[06:31] anti-semitism.
[06:32] Listen to this.
[06:34] >> Is for way too long anti-semitism has
[06:37] been allowed to grow unchecked in this
[06:41] country. Too many institutions have
[06:45] abdicated their moral responsibility to
[06:47] speak up. Too many so-called leaders
[06:51] have stayed quiet.
[06:53] Actions have consequences
[06:56] and inaction has consequences, too.
[07:01] >> [applause]
[07:05] >> We've sued violent protesters under the
[07:07] Face Act for intimidating Jewish
[07:09] Americans worshiping at synagogues. This
[07:12] is the first time since its passage, the
[07:15] FACE Act in 1994 that it has been used
[07:19] to protect a house of worship. Working
[07:23] with Secretary Linda McMahon, who has
[07:25] been a champion for you as well, and
[07:27] Har, we have secured a $200 million
[07:31] settlement with Colombia University for
[07:34] violating the civil rights of Jewish
[07:36] students [applause]
[07:39] and Jewish employees. We've secured a
[07:42] $75 million settlement with Northwestern
[07:44] University for anti-semitic conduct.
[07:47] [applause]
[07:48] We've secured a $60 million settlement
[07:51] with Cornell that includes provisions to
[07:54] halt anti-semitic
[07:56] conduct. And we've launched a full
[07:59] investigation into University of
[08:01] California's system for systematic
[08:03] anti-semitism.
[08:09] Good job, Pam. It's like she talks a big
[08:13] game about everything else, but like she
[08:15] actually delivers on this issue. But
[08:19] here is the very real problem. The
[08:22] definition of anti-semitism has now been
[08:25] stretched to include things that are not
[08:28] anti-semitic. to persecute and/or
[08:31] discriminate against a person who is
[08:33] Jewish and to consider that person
[08:36] subhuman or inferior because of what
[08:39] they believed is anti-semitism and
[08:41] that's wrong. However, the nation state
[08:44] of Israel is not the Jewish people.
[08:47] Anti-Zionism is not anti-semitism.
[08:51] In fact, there are Jews that do not even
[08:54] believe in Zionism. I do not believe
[08:57] that the nation state of Israel is
[08:59] biblically entitled to that land. This
[09:03] doesn't mean that I hate Jewish people
[09:05] and it doesn't mean that I don't want
[09:08] Jewish people to not have a home. That
[09:12] is pure gaslighting and that's not true.
[09:15] It means that I do not consider my
[09:17] evaluation of the nation state of Israel
[09:20] to be a religious one, which way too
[09:23] many of America's leaders do. This leads
[09:28] to unwavering support and imprudence in
[09:31] American foreign policy, and it has
[09:33] allowed for the nation state of Israel
[09:36] to have an incredible amount of weight
[09:38] and influence on American politics and
[09:41] media. I believe Israel has a right to
[09:45] exist just like any other country in the
[09:49] world has the right to exist just like
[09:51] the UK, just like Germany, just like
[09:54] France, just like America has the right
[09:57] to exist. And I believe that the
[09:59] evaluation of Israel as an ally should
[10:03] be considered prudently with America's
[10:06] best interest as the highest priority,
[10:10] not as a religious belief. Look, I'm a
[10:14] religious person. I'm actually a very
[10:16] religious person. I am a radical
[10:19] Christian. Okay? I run my household as a
[10:23] Christian monarch with my queen. Our
[10:27] kids do not have a choice in the matter
[10:30] as long as they are living under my
[10:32] roof. The laws of my household are very
[10:34] strict as it relates to our Christian
[10:36] faith. This is not how I would run a
[10:40] country or a state. Ted Cruz, for
[10:43] example, as a United States senator,
[10:45] saying that he is unwavering in his
[10:48] support of Israel, no matter what,
[10:50] because the Bible tells him so, is not
[10:54] the prudent makeup that we need from a
[10:56] leader and decision maker in the
[10:58] American government. If Ted Cruz is
[11:01] going to apply his religious extremist
[11:04] beliefs to his US foreign policy
[11:06] decisions, he should not be a US
[11:08] senator. His religious interests exceed
[11:12] his national interest. And his national
[11:15] interests are his job. But you know
[11:18] what? And this is the last thing I'll
[11:20] say before we get to Candace and Erica
[11:22] Kirk and and Erica's involvement in all
[11:24] of this. You know what really pisses me
[11:27] off about what Pam Bondi just said right
[11:29] there? She brags in this clip about how
[11:32] they've used the Face Act to arrest all
[11:35] of those people who have obstructed
[11:37] Jewish people from attending synagogue.
[11:40] Don Lemon and a group of ICE protesters
[11:44] just literally invaded a Christian
[11:46] church in Minnesota. They they stormed
[11:48] the Christian church, the service, and
[11:50] they filmed it. Is Pam Bondi going to
[11:53] arrest Don Lemon for violating the Face
[11:55] Act? Is she going to stand up for
[11:58] Christians in America or does this only
[12:01] work one way? Now, before we get to
[12:04] Candace calling out Erica Kirk and how
[12:06] Erica is contributing to all of this,
[12:09] I'm going to take a brief break and tell
[12:11] you about today's sponsor. If you're
[12:13] taking ibuprofen or Tylenol every day
[12:15] just to deal with aches and pains,
[12:17] you've got to hear this. Those drugs
[12:19] don't solve problems. They just cover it
[12:21] up. For most people, the real issue is
[12:23] chronic inflammation. That's why I want
[12:26] to talk to you about Native Path krill
[12:28] oil and why it's actually better than
[12:30] regular fish oil for pain. Krill oil
[12:33] delivers omega-3s in a phospholipid
[12:36] form, which means your body absorbs them
[12:38] more efficiently. Fish oil just passes
[12:40] right through you. Krill oil also
[12:42] contains asisanthin, a powerful natural
[12:45] antioxidant that helps protect those
[12:47] omega-3s and supports a healthier
[12:50] inflammatory response. The result,
[12:52] better joint comfort, less stiffness,
[12:54] and support at the root cause, not just
[12:57] a temporary fix. And it's not just about
[12:59] pain. Those same omega-3s are excellent
[13:02] for brain health, supporting focus,
[13:04] memory, and overall cognitive function.
[13:07] This is why I'm so big on it. I've been
[13:09] taking crow oil for years. And what I
[13:11] like about the Native Path Crow oil is
[13:13] there's no fishy burps throughout the
[13:16] day. I urge you to look into the
[13:18] benefits of krill oil as it relates to
[13:19] your overall health, brain health,
[13:22] physical health. Right now, visit
[13:24] getnatypath.com/zac
[13:27] for more information and a special
[13:29] bundle deal at a fraction of the retail
[13:32] price backed by a risk-free 365day
[13:36] guarantee. Save your gut lining and try
[13:38] a cleaner allnatural but powerful
[13:41] approach. Native Path Krill Oil helps
[13:43] your body manage inflammation the way it
[13:46] was designed to. Again, that site
[13:49] gnatypath.com.
[13:52] Getnativepath.com/zac.
[13:57] Okay, so Candace Owens did some digging
[14:00] here and caught Erica Kirk in a blatant
[14:02] lie. Candace actually used Charlie Kirk
[14:05] to debunk Erica's claim here. Listen to
[14:08] this and then I'm going to share with
[14:10] you my concern about Erica that I just
[14:13] cannot shake as it relates to all that
[14:16] we've talked about today.
[14:17] >> Inconsistencies. For example, last week
[14:19] I told you that in working on this
[14:21] investigation, the theme of sex
[14:22] trafficking, it's coming up too much.
[14:25] Child sex trafficking in particular. And
[14:27] so I was interested in uh Erica having
[14:32] said that while she was quote unquote
[14:34] living in China, she was working with
[14:37] victims of sex trafficking. Okay, I want
[14:40] you to remember what she said. Take a
[14:42] listen.
[14:43] >> It kind of grew into uh something more
[14:46] global. I was living in China and doing
[14:48] a lot of work with um the victims from
[14:52] sex trafficking. um and then began to um
[14:57] phase that into working with the Marine
[14:59] Corps um and the Army and then was able
[15:03] to uh work with a orphanage in Romania
[15:07] um to help sustain them during um their
[15:11] winter seasons and and giving them more
[15:14] clothing items or tangible items rather
[15:16] than just money.
[15:18] Then I told you guys that having asked
[15:21] this question to through an official
[15:23] channel Turning Point USA, I received a
[15:24] response alleging that Erica never lives
[15:26] there. So that's coming from Erica. She
[15:28] actually never lived there. They said
[15:29] that she simply visited for 2 weeks, you
[15:32] know, like a tourist just to visit the
[15:34] Great Wall and perhaps see other
[15:36] monuments in history. Then somebody
[15:39] emailed me an interesting video of
[15:42] Charlie Kirk and apparently he disagrees
[15:46] with that new assessment. This is a
[15:49] video of Charlie debating someone named
[15:52] Ben Corollo. Take a listen.
[15:55] >> When you go to China, let me just tell
[15:56] you, you'll drive down the street and
[15:58] you will see dead people laying in the
[16:00] middle of the street. You will see
[16:01] people defecating. You
[16:02] >> go to China, Ben. Go to China. Take a
[16:03] video cameras. Go to China. Take a video
[16:06] with these cameras. I right now.
[16:08] >> Unlike you, my wife lived in China for 6
[16:11] months and she'll show you the videos.
[16:12] She'll show you the images. They don't
[16:13] have a dis they don't have a regard for
[16:14] human life. They don't they don't value
[16:16] people as the individual.
[16:21] >> What's going on here? Okay. Will the
[16:23] real Erica Kirk please stand up? Okay.
[16:26] Because this isn't you can't you can't
[16:27] say you lived there and say you didn't
[16:28] live there. Were there for and now
[16:30] you've got your husband saying my wife
[16:32] lived there. So he clearly thought you
[16:33] lived there. You thought you lived there
[16:34] and then somehow now you don't want to
[16:36] live there.
[16:39] I mean, will the real Erica Kirk please
[16:42] stand up? That's quite the quote. And
[16:45] look, I want to come out and make the
[16:48] bold stand. I want to be able to come
[16:51] out here and say without a doubt that I
[16:53] don't think Erica Kirk had anything to
[16:55] do with Charlie's death, as is being
[16:58] speculated by many. I imagine what it
[17:01] would be like to come to you all here
[17:03] and and just to say, "No, no chance. I
[17:06] don't think that the way that she
[17:07] grieved tells us anything. I don't think
[17:09] her taking over of Turning Point USA to
[17:12] continue Charlie's work is suspicious.
[17:15] They were both ambitious. This isn't
[17:16] surprising. It can be argued that a
[17:19] helpful way for her to cope was to take
[17:22] on that mission. I don't think her
[17:24] decisions as a mother mean anything.
[17:26] She's gotten criticism in her role as
[17:28] CEO and the m and the mishaps and all
[17:30] the communication that have taken place.
[17:32] incompetence as a CEO isn't suspicious
[17:35] to me. But now here is what I cannot
[17:39] shake. Why she decided to take Turning
[17:42] Point USA in the direction that Charlie
[17:46] was turning it away from. I think
[17:49] Candace's most valuable contribution,
[17:52] not the only one, but the most profound
[17:54] contribution that she has had to this
[17:56] Charlie Kirk assassination case was her
[17:59] presenting the text messages from Andrew
[18:01] Kovvette of Charlie saying that he
[18:15] leaving him no choice. We know BB
[18:19] Netanyahu considers social media
[18:21] influence a weapon of modern warfare
[18:23] because he said so himself. We know
[18:26] Charlie turned down the opportunity from
[18:28] BB Netanyahu for Turning Point USA to be
[18:31] a mouthpiece for Israel or the Zionist
[18:34] propaganda in America. We know that
[18:37] Israel has the goal of recruiting 10,000
[18:40] Christian pastors in America to fight
[18:43] misinformation about Israel and
[18:46] anti-semitism. among young people. And
[18:49] we [snorts] know that Turning Point USA
[18:51] Faith, since Charlie was killed on
[18:53] September 10th, 2025, has recruited and
[18:57] added over 4,000 churches to their
[19:00] organization. They also cancelled the
[19:02] Doge audit that Charlie had called for.
[19:05] Erica is the CEO. I'm assuming that she
[19:08] made that call.
[19:10] Andrew Kovette, the turn the uh the
[19:12] Turning Point USA spokesman, one of
[19:14] Charlie Kirk's closest friends, the
[19:16] executive producer of the Charlie Kirk
[19:17] show, was initially outspoken and
[19:20] letting Candace in on his last Texas me
[19:23] last text messages with Charlie. He was
[19:26] concerned over the is Israel messages in
[19:28] particular that he himself submitted to
[19:31] authorities because he considered those
[19:33] messages important evidence.
[19:36] Now he's totally quiet on the matter.
[19:40] This doesn't sit right with me that
[19:42] Erica has now been caught making
[19:44] dishonest statements about her past like
[19:46] we wouldn't find out. [laughter]
[19:48] And she's taking Turning Point USA, this
[19:52] influential and powerful organization
[19:54] that had just flipped a US presidential
[19:56] election in a direction that seems
[19:59] counter to where Charlie wanted it to
[20:01] go. Charlie was prying this organization
[20:06] away from Zionist and it seems like
[20:09] Erica is giving it right back to him.
[20:13] I'll see you guys tomorrow. I'm uh
[20:16] looking to go live probably between 1
[20:18] and 300 p.m. that time frame daily. So,
[20:21] make sure you guys are subscribed so
[20:23] that you get the notifications. I'm Zach
[20:25] Costello.
