[00:30] Charlie Kirk married her, she was

[00:32] already at Turning Point USA, she was

[00:34] already getting involved in all of the

[00:37] things that he was up to. So why is this

[00:40] document that I'm about to show you

[00:41] being hid or not discussed? Why is she

[00:45] running for a political committeeman

[00:47] position for the Grand Old Party when

[00:50] she is supposedly having nothing to do

[00:53] with politics? She has nothing to do

[00:55] with the military. She has nothing to do

[00:57] with any of this stuff. Now, her being

[01:29] Committeemen, Sutton Precinct is what

[01:32] she ran for. So, there was seven

[01:34] candidates. There's a vote for seven.

[01:37] The Republican precinct committeeman and

[01:39] Sutton Republican party. So, it shows

[01:43] times casted, under votes, over votes,

[01:46] all the names of the candidates. And

[01:48] then you've got Erica Lane France, a

[01:51] ride in vote, one vote. The rest of them

[01:54] pulled 215, 204, 208, 209, 211, 194,

[02:00] 212. What is this, man? Are you serious?

[02:03] Why would you have one vote? And then if

[02:05] you look down here, you can see Sutton

[02:07] County, electionwide, Sutton County,

[02:09] Erica Lane France, qualified write in,

[02:12] one vote. So when we're looking at this

[02:15] write in section of total of one vote

[02:17] 0.07%

[02:19] one vote out of 391 ballots cast in that

[02:23] contest that is the current CEO of

[02:26] Turning Point USA. This is page 2,355

[02:32] pages of this document. No wonder it

[02:35] took somebody so long to find it. Thank

[02:39] bringing this to my awareness. That's

[02:41] why a community works together. This is

[02:43] so outrageous. Most people have never

[02:47] even heard of a precinct committeeman.

[02:49] And that's by design because it's the

[02:52] most powerful position in politics.

[02:55] That's why nobody talks about it.

[02:57] Precinct committeemen are the root

[03:00] access of the Republican party. They are

[03:02] the foundation.

[03:04] Every decision that flows upwards

[03:06] through the party hierarchy at the PC

[03:08] level is that's it. I mean they it

[03:12] literally flows up from the PC level.

[03:13] PCs elect legislative district chairs.

[03:16] LD chairs elect county chairs. County

[03:20] chairs elect state leadership. State

[03:22] leadership feeds the national committee.

[03:24] In Arizona and Maricopa County, 444,604

[03:30] Republican ballots were cast in this

[03:32] same August 2020 primary. This is the

[03:36] single most consequential GOP apparatus

[03:39] in a swing state. Whoever controls the

[03:43] precinct committeeman network literally

[03:46] controls the party from the ground up.

[03:48] And even if you lose a PC race, just

[03:51] filing this right here gives you

[03:54] official standing with the Republican

[03:56] party, access to party meetings, access

[04:00] to convention votes, access to precinct

[04:02] level voter data, a political record

[04:05] that exists in a certified government

[04:07] documentation. Filing for a PC is how

[04:11] you plan a flag in the party machinery.

[04:14] It's how you create credentials even

[04:16] with one vote. So, why Erica Lane

[04:18] Fronzy? Who is she? At the time of this

[04:21] filing in August of 2020, it was August

[04:24] 4th, I think it was 2020, Erikica Fronzy

[04:27] had already been dating Charlie Kirk for

[04:29] nearly 2 years, if not over. Tyler

[04:32] Boyer, the COO at the time of Turning

[04:34] Point USA, introduced them at Bill's

[04:37] Burgers in New York City. I mean, I've

[04:39] heard a lot of different introductory

[04:40] stories. All I know is they met in 2018.

[04:42] I don't know what one is true, where and

[04:45] and who they were with, all these

[04:46] different stories. I don't know because

[04:49] nothing is adding up anymore. Boyer has

[04:51] confirmed that on Fox News, but then

[04:53] we've heard they met at at something. I

[04:55] mean, I thought that she went in for an

[04:57] interview. So, I don't I don't

[04:59] understand what is going on here. Why

[05:02] everybody is lying about Erica Kirk? All

[05:04] of a sudden, the whole turning point is

[05:06] flipped upside down on their head. They

[05:08] lost all their trust, all their honesty,

[05:19] is she filing for a precinct

[05:21] committeeman position as as Maricopa

[05:23] County? Why is she doing that? She's not

[05:25] campaigning. She's not knocking any

[05:28] doors. She didn't knock a single door.

[05:30] She got one vote. It was probably her

[05:32] own vote. Seven established candidates

[05:34] are pulling 190 plus votes up over 200.

[05:38] Erica gets one one vote. She's not doing

[05:42] anything to actually substantiate a

[05:45] purpose of being inside of this race.

[05:48] This campaign is not what she was

[05:50] intending to win at all. She's creating

[05:53] a political record. She's establishing

[05:55] independent credentials in the

[05:57] Republican apparatus and she's doing it

[06:00] under the France v name. She did it nine

[06:02] months before she married Charlie Kirk.

[06:04] August, she got married. I think it was

[06:06] May May of 2021. This is the defense

[06:09] contractor's name. Think about that. How

[06:11] about that? Lorie Frony's last name.

[06:16] months before she marries Charlie Kirk

[06:18] on May 8th of 2021. Why would someone

[06:20] already inside Turning Point USA need

[06:23] their own independent credentials in the

[06:26] Republican party machinery? Because

[06:27] there's one person in Erica's orbit who

[06:30] would know exactly why that filing

[06:34] matters, why being in this position

[06:35] actually matters. There's only one that

[06:38] I can see so far. Tyler Ber's

[06:41] own bio confirms that he has served as a

[06:44] rep Republican precinct committeeman,

[06:47] legislative district chairman,

[06:48] congressional advisory chairman. He

[06:51] chaired the Republican party of

[06:52] Chandler, Sunlakes, and Gilbert,

[06:54] Arizona.

[06:56] Then he chaired the Maricopa County

[06:59] Republican Committee in 2014. So then he

[07:02] he's become an RNC National Committeeman

[07:04] for Arizona as well and then COO of

[07:07] Turning Point USA. He also sat on the

[07:10] Arizona board of regents. His own bio

[07:13] has confirmed it. The man who built his

[07:15] entire political legacy, his empire, I

[07:17] wouldn't call it a legacy. That's far

[07:19] from there. But his entire empire, I

[07:22] guess you could say, or what he's trying

[07:23] to build, he he has already done it. So,

[07:26] I'm going to ask a question. I'm not

[07:27] going to make an accusation, but I will

[07:28] ask a question. I'm asking you,

[08:47] can go to these meetings. Tyler Ber and

[08:49] Lorie Fronie sit on the same board.

[08:53] admitted on the record TPUSA gets a

[08:55] discount on super feed services in

[08:58] exchange for Boyer's board service. So

[09:03] is? Maybe I had it wrong all along. We

[09:06] couldn't figure out like how what are

[09:08] you doing with your time and super feed

[09:10] and not paying and is that what it is?
