[00:02] Let me call you on hold, sweetheart.
[00:05] Give me a sex. Wow. Okay. Laughing
[00:08] emoji. Sack. Sex, too, but not from you.
[00:11] Lol. Holy You always make me
[00:14] laugh. Erica responds, "I don't bat for
[00:17] the other team just yet." Erica Kirk
[00:20] might just be one of the darkest figures
[00:23] in American politics today. and I have
[00:26] uncovered what I can only describe to be
[00:29] a very disturbing and in my opinion
[00:32] inappropriate relationship she had with
[00:34] a minor back in 2013 and 2014 allegedly.
[00:38] But first, a little bit of context. Back
[00:40] in 2013, Erica Kirk, at that time known
[00:43] as Erica France, was just 25 years old.
[00:46] She had just won Miss Arizona and was
[00:50] running her nonprofit organization
[00:52] called Everyday Heroes Like You, which
[00:54] was the Romanian Angels Orphanage
[00:56] Project in Constansia, Romania, which
[00:59] I've done a whole day on. Very sketchy.
[01:02] I'll just put it that way. But while all
[01:04] of that was going on, she found time to
[01:07] allegedly befriend a 15-year-old girl
[01:11] from Michigan. This is the account. It's
[01:13] still active on X right now. a young
[01:15] woman named Jill Falconee from Michigan
[01:19] and we know she was underage at the time
[01:22] in 2013 2014 through one of these
[01:25] exchanges which I will now go through in
[01:28] chronological order. I'm literally
[01:30] shaking right now because the messages
[01:32] that we're about to go through that I'm
[01:33] about to show you are still on the
[01:35] internet right now. Wouldn't be
[01:37] surprised if they're a scrub by the time
[01:38] you see this video. And I don't know,
[01:41] these messages are just, you know, some
[01:43] of them are just very weird and
[01:45] uncomfortable. Here's the first message.
[01:47] 6:07 p.m. September 16, 2023. Erica
[01:51] France, you're honestly perfect. It was
[01:53] great meeting you. Okay, this was the
[01:55] first message that I was able to find
[01:58] where she tweets at Erica France's
[02:01] account. And you can see here, this is
[02:02] not a screenshot. This is the actual
[02:04] message that was posted 12 and a half
[02:06] years ago. You can see Erica France's
[02:07] account popping up right there. Let's
[02:09] keep going. This is from October 11th,
[02:11] 2013. Jill tweets at Erica France. Dying
[02:15] because you're so pretty. And then the
[02:17] reply here has since been deleted. I am
[02:20] assuming that this is Erica based on the
[02:23] next message in the thread where Jill
[02:25] writes, Erica France, we miss you, too.
[02:28] October 26, 2013. Jill tweets at Erica
[02:31] France. How you enjoying the Michigan
[02:34] weather? Smiley face, flush face. The
[02:38] reply here I can't read. I once again
[02:40] assuming this is Erica but her account
[02:42] is private on X so I can't read that. Uh
[02:45] but based on the response I'm guessing
[02:47] it is Erica because she's saying Erica
[02:49] France. A lucky you enjoy it a while.
[02:52] November 18th 2013 Jill tweets still
[02:55] waiting for that lunch date kiss at
[02:57] Erica France. This next reply was
[03:00] deleted by the author once again
[03:02] assuming it was Erica because the
[03:04] response is at Erica France. That is
[03:06] perfect. December 18th, 2013, Jill
[03:10] tweets, I want to curl up in a ball and
[03:11] cry because of how perfect Erica France
[03:14] is. Heart emoji, crying emoji. The
[03:18] response, I'm assuming this is Erica
[03:21] because she's writing back, Erica
[03:22] France. You too, love. So, I'm assuming
[03:25] Erica wrote something back to her that
[03:27] was affirming Jill's emotions there.
[03:31] Just speculating to be clear. January
[03:33] 22nd, 2014. Erica France is the best.
[03:37] January 23rd, 2014. Once again, a reply
[03:41] in quotations, Erica France. One day I'm
[03:44] going to wake up, roll over on my side,
[03:47] and kiss the love of my life. Good
[03:49] morning. So, it's clear, at least to me,
[03:52] that young Jill had somewhat of a girl
[03:54] crush on Erica at the time, which isn't
[03:57] necessarily on Erica, but it's how you
[04:01] respond to these types of situations
[04:02] that makes a huge difference. and Erica
[04:06] as the adult, the 25year-old in this
[04:08] situation versus the 15-year-old. It is,
[04:11] at least to me, her responsibility to
[04:13] handle these interactions appropriately.
[04:16] February 12th, 2014, Jill tweets, "Have
[04:19] a safe trip home. Airplane emoji, house
[04:22] emoji, kiss emoji, hope you kept warm in
[04:24] this freezing weather, smiley face, snow
[04:27] at Erica France." Now, when I read that,
[04:29] the implication is that they met in
[04:31] person. I'm just, of course,
[04:33] speculating. you can let me know how you
[04:35] would interpret that message. But here
[04:37] is where we start to get a string of
[04:38] messages that I think are undeniably
[04:42] very weird as it pertains to Erica Kirk.
[04:44] Okay, this is from February 13th, 2014.
[04:48] Jill tweets, why did Erica France just
[04:51] send me this crying laughing emojis? And
[04:54] the meme here is Nemo. This Valentine's
[04:57] Day, I'm going to touch your butt. March
[05:00] 6, 2014. We now have a screenshot of
[05:06] alleged text messages between Erica
[05:08] France and Jill. And Erica allegedly
[05:13] wrote, "Let me call you on hold,
[05:15] sweetheart. Give me a sex." Wow. Okay.
[05:19] Laughing emoji. Sec. Sex, too, but not
[05:22] from you. Lol. Holy You always
[05:24] make me laugh. Erica responds, "I don't
[05:27] bat for the other team just yet." Now, I
[05:30] don't know about you, but that appears
[05:32] to be a little bit on the flirtatious
[05:35] side. I think if that's between two
[05:36] consenting adults, I think that would be
[05:38] kind of funny. Seems like a little bit
[05:39] of a typo, but once again, this is
[05:42] between a 25year-old and a 15year-old. I
[05:45] mean, if that was your 15-year-old
[05:46] daughter, would you want her to be
[05:48] getting these kinds of messages from a
[05:50] 25year-old? I don't know. Here's another
[05:53] text exchange. Erica writes, "I forgot
[05:56] to tell you, hydrate tonight, no
[05:57] alcohol, and don't eat a lot of salty
[05:59] foods. You don't want to look bloated."
[06:02] Jill responds, "Thank you." Erica
[06:04] responds, "No alcohol, really, Erica.
[06:06] Age recognition, waffle.
[06:08] Apparently, I haven't had my coffee
[06:11] yet." Jill responds, "What the hell,
[06:14] Erica?" And Erica responds with, "Well,
[06:17] on that bite note, damn you, Siri. Come
[06:20] on. #thest struggle." Joe responds,
[06:23] "What are you trying to say? Spit it
[06:25] out, you waffle." I don't know what
[06:27] that means. I suppose it could be
[06:28] interpreted a number of different ways
[06:30] from very innocent to not so innocent.
[06:34] But what I will say is that I would
[06:37] probably not be sending these kinds of
[06:40] messages to a minor. Okay? I know some
[06:43] of it was a typo, some of it seemed sort
[06:46] of flirtatious. And look, I I'm I'm not
[06:48] a Puritan or anything like that. I just
[06:51] think that you should be really careful
[06:52] with how you interact with young people
[06:54] because they are very, very
[06:55] impressionable. As you can see here,
[06:58] March 12th, 2014. I'd be so lost without
[07:01] Erica France. This photo that Jill
[07:03] tweeted out is from April 5th, 2014. And
[07:06] it looks like a gift from Erica France.
[07:10] Jill tweets, getting this in the mail
[07:11] from Erica Franf. And the note, if we
[07:14] enlarge this, says, "Happy sweet 16,
[07:17] beautiful girl." And this is how we know
[07:19] that Jill is underage. Keep strong in
[07:22] faith and know that you're loved. But
[07:24] most of all, never forget that you are
[07:25] perfect and amazing just the way you
[07:27] are. I am so proud of you. Today is the
[07:29] first day of another 365day journey
[07:32] around the sun. Enjoy the trip, boo.
[07:35] Love you. E, once again, it's there's
[07:37] nothing really criminal about that. It's
[07:41] just it's a gift. It's a very nice
[07:42] message. There's nothing inappropriate,
[07:45] per se. Hey, it's just within the larger
[07:46] context of the situation, I think. And
[07:48] and you'll see in this next message what
[07:51] I'm talking about. This is from 2:19
[07:53] p.m. June 7th, 2014. Jill tweets, "This
[07:57] has to be the most heartfelt compliment
[07:58] I've ever gotten. Best compliment yet.
[08:01] And this is the accompanying text
[08:03] message screenshot from Erica France
[08:06] where she writes, quote, you have the
[08:08] most stunning features." Jill responds
[08:10] with, "Best compliment ever." Erica
[08:12] writes, "Your eyes, your lips, your
[08:15] skin, you're absolutely beautiful." Jill
[08:17] responds, "Crying emoji. You're making
[08:19] me cry." This one actually is right
[08:21] before she tweeted out that screenshot.
[08:23] This is from 12:42 p.m. on June 7th,
[08:26] 2014. Jill tweets, "Why doesn't Erica
[08:29] France live in Michigan, assuming Erica
[08:32] responds with some kind of message
[08:33] there, and Jill responds with Erica
[08:36] France, I need to plan a trip to LA this
[08:39] summer, heart emoji." And this message
[08:41] is the last tweet I could find between
[08:44] Jill tagging Erica France on X Twitter
[08:48] at the time. She writes, "Conversations
[08:51] with Erica France are always the best."
[08:53] And this is 7:56 p.m. June 20th, 2014.
[08:58] Once again, I will reiterate that I am
[09:00] not accusing Erica of some kind of crime
[09:02] here, or at least there's no crime that
[09:04] I can prove. But I do think that this
[09:06] kind of relationship, these kinds of
[09:08] exchanges are a little bit inappropriate
[09:10] between a 25year-old and a 15year-old. I
[09:14] mean, imagine if Erica was a man sending
[09:17] these messages. I think we would have a
[09:18] completely different visceral response
[09:20] to this. And I don't want to just throw
[09:22] out the term grooming half-hazardly, but
[09:25] this just it doesn't look good. And to
[09:27] play devil's advocate a little bit,
[09:30] could you maybe say that this young girl
[09:32] named Jill might be hallucinating this
[09:34] whole thing? Maybe. Right. She was
[09:36] clearly very infatuated with Erica.
[09:39] She's publicly tweeting at her. So, it's
[09:41] possible maybe that she sent the gifts
[09:43] to herself, pretending it was from
[09:44] Erica, I suppose. But I just don't think
[09:48] that's the most likely explanation just
[09:51] because we saw in those threads that
[09:53] Erica some account appeared to be
[09:56] responding. I assume it was Erica,
[09:59] although I can't confirm because her ex
[10:01] account is private, but I was able to
[10:03] find Jill's Instagram account. Once
[10:06] again, this is public. You can verify it
[10:08] for yourself. And if you go to this post
[10:11] from 603 weeks ago, which is about 12
[10:15] years ago, so around the time, it's
[10:16] 2014, around the time that they were
[10:18] corresponding,
[10:20] Jill made this post, quote, "Everything
[10:22] will be okay in the end. If it's not
[10:24] okay, then it's not the end." And if you
[10:27] scroll down here, this is Erica Kirk
[10:30] responding. This is her official
[10:32] Instagram account. It's verified. And
[10:35] she responds, "Always here for you, my
[10:37] love. Always." So based on that, I am
[10:40] inclined to believe that their
[10:42] relationship was real and legitimate and
[10:45] not some kind of online hallucination.
[10:48] Once again, not accusing Erica of any
[10:49] kind of crime, but I do think that there
[10:51] is sort of enough here to say that this
[10:55] isn't really that appropriate and she
[10:58] should probably explain what this was,
[11:00] right? What was her relationship with
[11:04] young Jill, 15year-old, 16-year-old
[11:06] Jill? How many times did they meet up?
[11:08] Under what circumstances did they meet?
[11:11] Right. Erica Kirk is the leader of a
[11:14] young Christian conservative youth
[11:17] organization and I would think that this
[11:20] behavior certainly wouldn't be becoming
[11:22] of their CEO and she should probably
[11:25] have some questions to answer. That is
[11:27] all for me this week. Let me know what
[11:29] you guys think. Also, if you have any
[11:31] more information regarding this, send it
[11:34] my way or make your own follow-up video
[11:36] and share it because I think we all
[11:38] deserve the truth and powerful people
[11:41] such as Erica should be held accountable
[11:42] for their actions, even if they're 10,
[11:45] 12 years ago. She should explain what
[11:46] the hell happened. Sound off in the
