[00:00] As we all know, Candace Owens is
[00:01] spinning a lot of
[00:04] suggestions that
[00:07] there's all sorts of conspiracies out
[00:09] there about who killed Charlie. It's
[00:11] fine to ask questions. It's fine to
[00:15] um suggest that maybe this happened,
[00:17] maybe that happened, but it's not fine
[00:20] to insinuate
[00:22] that people are guilty of murder or
[00:25] they're in some sort of murder
[00:27] conspiracy unless you have really strong
[00:30] evidence.
[00:33] My friend Mikey McCoy, whom I talked to
[00:35] today, is getting death threats.
[00:37] I get what appear to be death threats.
[00:40] You never know what can happen to you.
[00:43] In fact,
[00:45] before Charlie, these gentlemen were not
[00:48] with me.
[00:51] Before Charlie, we didn't even have a
[00:52] police officer in the back of the room.
[00:56] Why do we need that now?
[01:04] Bible is very clear.
[01:07] You need two witnesses to convict
[01:09] somebody.
[01:12] You don't gossip.
[01:15] You don't slander people.
[01:18] Unfortunately, I think too much of that
[01:19] is going on.
[01:22] So far, I've heard
[01:26] that Candace and others, it's not just
[01:27] Candace, have suggested
[01:30] Netanyahu killed him, Israel killed him,
[01:34] Trump killed him, TPUSA killed him,
[01:38] u Mikey McCoy, his dad, Rob McCoy, had
[01:41] something to do with it. Um, the FBI,
[01:46] um, Egypt.
[01:48] I heard France today. I thought all
[01:51] France did was surrender. [laughter]
[01:57] Let me ask you a question, ladies and
[01:58] gentlemen. Unless
[02:01] those possible
[02:04] culprits in Charlie's murder all work
[02:07] together on some grand conspiracy
[02:10] that most of what is being said about
[02:13] this has to be false. Do you see the
[02:16] point?
[02:18] If you're going to suggest all these
[02:20] different people are involved, they can
[02:22] all be involved.
[02:24] It's it strains credul to say they're
[02:27] all somehow involved. Maybe one of them
[02:30] did it.
[02:32] But that means most of what's being said
[02:34] about this is false. And what if the guy
[02:37] who actually
[02:39] has been charged with the crime really
[02:41] did it? And every single thing that is
[02:46] being said regarding conspiracies if he
[02:48] acted alone is certainly false.
[02:54] Now
[02:56] the trial is probably not going to be
[02:58] for at least another year.
[03:02] We can't keep spinning conspiracy
[03:06] theories without evidence. People are
[03:09] going to get hurt.
[03:12] So, I plead if you're watching this kind
[03:14] of stuff
[03:16] or you know people that are,
[03:19] you need to say, "Hey, it's okay to ask
[03:21] questions. It's not okay to insinuate
[03:25] people are guilty unless you have really
[03:27] strong evidence."
[03:30] In fact,
[03:33] if I were to say, you know, I really
[03:34] think Candace Owens did this.
[03:38] I really think she did. You know why?
[03:41] because Charlie stopped inviting her to
[03:43] the big events
[03:45] and she thought if she could get rid of
[03:46] Charlie then maybe they'd ask her to be
[03:48] the head of Turning Point. And she's
[03:52] bringing all this up, citing all these
[03:54] other people to cover her own tracks.
[03:57] And I really think she's jealous of
[03:58] Erica, too.
[04:01] I think she's the one that did this. You
[04:03] know, this all checks out.
[04:06] Would that be fair?
[04:08] No, it's not fair. It's ridiculous. I
[04:12] have no evidence for it. But I submit to
[04:15] you that appears to be what she's doing,
[04:17] knowingly or unknowingly
[04:20] to people
[04:23] for which he has no evidence they were
[04:25] involved.
[04:27] I need to say one other thing about
[04:28] this.
[04:31] Candace makes a big deal of Mikey McCoy
[04:35] turning away and immediately getting on
[04:37] his phone when Charlie was shot.
[04:40] She said, "There's only three possible
[04:42] things you can do
[04:45] in a situation like this. You either run
[04:47] toward the problem, you run away from
[04:49] the problem, or you freeze."
[04:52] Candace Owens
[04:54] is not doesn't doesn't know what she's
[04:57] talking about here
[04:59] because these men in these room will
[05:01] tell you that when a traumatic event
[05:03] occurs, if they're trained to do
[05:05] something, they automatically do it.
[05:08] I was in the Navy. We had emergency
[05:10] procedures. You practice those emergency
[05:13] procedures over and over again. So when
[05:14] the disaster strikes, you don't even
[05:16] have to think. You just do it.
[05:21] Why did I run to get in the car? Because
[05:23] I fought beforehand if Charlie ever gets
[05:25] shot and I'm there, I'm going to do
[05:27] whatever I can to help.
[05:31] Didn't even need to think about it.
[05:34] Charlie drilled into Mikey, who at the
[05:36] time was only 23 years old.
[05:40] Drilled into him. If anything ever
[05:43] happens to me, the first thing you do is
[05:46] call Erica.
[05:50] Why would he run to Charlie when Charlie
[05:53] has six guys around him carrying him to
[05:57] the to the car? All he would do would be
[06:00] get in the way.
[06:02] Mikey did exactly what he was trained to
[06:05] do.
[06:09] No, once the trial comes out,
[06:15] we'll find out the truth.
[06:19] the ultimate truth. But let's not
[06:20] insinuate people are guilty unless you
[06:23] have really really good evidence. Oh, I
[06:27] I have to say this, too. Sorry, I just
[06:29] keep going on. But
[06:32] people don't seem to understand how
[06:34] prosecutions work.
[06:36] I mean, you had the the case here with
[06:38] Coberg. What what's his name?
[06:41] >> Coberger. How how many people were
[06:43] spinning conspiracy theories about that
[06:46] and frustrated because we weren't
[06:48] getting enough information from the
[06:49] prosecution.
[06:52] My friend Jay Warner Wallace who has
[06:53] prosecuted many cases. He's a cold case
[06:55] homicide detective. I had him on the
[06:57] show about a month ago to talk about
[06:58] these conspiracy theories.
[07:01] He said the prosecution will never
[07:03] reveal what they have before they have
[07:06] to. Why? Let me just give you one
[07:08] example. Suppose they're investigating a
[07:11] second shooter. And I submit to you they
[07:13] probably are.
[07:15] Why?
[07:17] Because in the trial, the defense team
[07:20] is going to say, "Did you investigate
[07:22] the second shooter?"
[07:24] "Yeah, we did." But if they come out and
[07:26] say, "We're investigating the second
[07:28] shooter."
[07:30] If a witness comes forward and says,
[07:31] "Oh, I saw the second shooter." They
[07:34] don't know if that witness really saw
[07:37] the second shooter or that person is
[07:40] making stuff up so he can make a name
[07:42] for himself
[07:47] in the jury pool. They can't tip off the
[07:50] defense.
[07:52] The prosecution's job is to convict the
[07:54] real killer. The prosecution's job is
[07:56] not to have an ongoing soap opera on
[08:00] YouTube
[08:02] to tell you what they have. That would
[08:05] defeat their responsibility
[08:09] of convicting the real killer. And I can
[08:11] tell you they are tracking down
[08:12] conspiracy theories. Why? Cuz I was the
[08:14] subject of one of them. And I was the
[08:16] guy in the white hat
[08:19] next to Charlie who people said that I
[08:21] was signaling the shooter, which is the
[08:23] stupidest thing in the world, ladies and
[08:24] gentlemen. If a shooter is on a roof
[08:26] somewhere, he can't see many me anyway
[08:29] if if he's looking through a scope. I
[08:31] mean, I was I here was Charlie. I was
[08:33] about right where Tai is here.
[08:36] He can't see me anyway. And why why
[08:39] would he need me to or anybody to signal
[08:41] who Charlie Kirk is? Charlie Kirk's the
[08:43] only guy under the tent with the
[08:45] microphone.
[08:48] So the FBI called me. Said, "Sorry, I
[08:51] have to ask you this. I'm I'm so sorry.
[08:52] But were were you signaling the
[08:54] shooter?"
[08:58] Yeah. I was telling them to steal second
[08:59] base.
[09:02] I mean, why do people believe this
[09:04] stuff?
[09:06] It's ridiculous.
[09:10] So, they are checking into conspiracy
[09:13] theories, but they're not going to tell
[09:14] you about it because if they tell you
[09:15] about it, it defeats what they're trying
[09:17] to accomplish. And that is find and
[09:19] convict the real killer.
