[04:13] America for far too long we have been

[04:16] the ATM machine of the entire planet we

[04:19] have been the piggy bank of the entire

[04:23] world you

[04:27] the nation block

[04:30] of Western Nations including even our

[04:32] our neighbors have

[04:35] been taking advantage of American

[04:39] labor for the last 50 or 60

[04:44] years USA just one example of that they

[04:48] say that they want to fund Global health

[04:51] and economic development education and

[04:54] gender equality humanitarian

[04:56] assistance this is the new acting

[04:59] director of USA ID who's also your

[05:01] secretary of state he's been a 10 Marco

[05:04] Rubio play Cut

[05:06] 45 well look I mean my frustration with

[05:08] USA goes back to my time in Congress

[05:10] it's a completely unresponsive agency

[05:13] it's supposed to respond to policy

[05:16] directives of the state department and

[05:18] it refuses to do so so the functions of

[05:21] usaid there are a lot of functions of

[05:23] USA ID that are going to continue that

[05:24] are going to be part of American foreign

[05:26] policy but it has to be aligned with

[05:28] American foreign policy I said very

[05:29] clearly when we when I during my

[05:32] confirmation hearing that every dollar

[05:34] we spend and every program we fund that

[05:36] Pro will be aligned with the national

[05:38] interest of the United States did you

[05:40] know that we created a fake Twitter

[05:42] knockoff to promote subversion in Cuba

[05:45] should we overthrow the Cuba Communists

[05:47] maybe we shouldn't do it through a fake

[05:49] humanitarian Aid organization that isn't

[05:52] accountable president Donald Trump is

[05:54] not just running on the idea of America

[05:56] First why are we sending money all

[05:58] across the world World on these little

[06:01] silly projects cut it all

[06:04] off reexamine it does it help the

[06:06] country does it help the

[06:09] Homeland and usaid oh all the worst

[06:37] invasion of Ukraine is usaid involved in

[06:41] all of the money in Afghanistan yes

[06:44] hundreds of billions of your taxpayer

[06:47] dollars sent in every little corner of

[06:49] the planet unnecessarily we have big

[06:52] hearts and so no one ever wants to go

[07:01] countries send Aid to America cuz East

[07:04] Palestine could use some Aid and Beverly

[07:06] Hills and the Palisades could use some

[07:09] Aid and North Carolina could use some

[07:11] Aid oh so we're the piggy bank of the

[07:13] world it ends we're no longer The

[07:15] Dumping Ground we're no longer the ATM

[07:18] we are no longer going to finance all
