I was talking to Charlie just before he took the stage and I was in very very close proximity. I see what happened." However, moments later when directly asked "Did you see what happened, Phil?" he responds simply with "No" and laughs.

These connections become even more suspicious when considering the Romanian Angels situation. There are obscure but notable connections linking individuals in these photographs to Romanian Angels and allegations of trafficking. While the evidence remains difficult to verify conclusively, Erika Kirk reportedly spoke highly of a certain military individual who was subsequently or previously identified as someone who may have been involved in unscrupulous business activities.
The fact that Lyman knew Erika Kirk prior to her marriage to Charlie Kirk, and that they were photographed together in Romania, adds another layer of complexity to an already convoluted situation.
Suspicious Behavior Captured on Video
Multiple video clips show Lyman engaging in suspicious behavior at the scene. In one clip, Lyman is seen with his phone in his hand, standing directly in front of a witness who is attempting to describe what he saw. This witness states clearly: "I saw Charlie Kirk get shot. He collapsed in his seat. He fell over to the side. He was carried off. He had blood on his arms. He had blood on his shirt. He was dragged off and carried out of the venue. There was a gunshot that rang out."
When the witness expresses that he's not okay because he "saw someone get shot today," the witness is later seen being physically removed from the area. In another clip, this same witness describes: "I saw him slump over in his chair forward. He slumped over. He had blood coming from the left side of his neck down his shirt and he slumped over and he was carried off." Shortly after, someone can be heard saying "Get off me" as the witness appears to be dragged away.
The positioning of Lyman in these videos, combined with his contradictory statements and laughter, creates an extremely suspicious picture of his involvement or knowledge of events.
Lyman's Response to Candace Owens
When Candace Owens raised questions about Phil Lyman, he responded by claiming she was slandering him. Lyman posted that what Owens was saying was slanderous and false. However, the video evidence and photographic connections are not matters of slander but documented facts that show odd behavior and suspicious connections.

The weapon cannot be traced, yet it had expensive modifications. The injury pattern does not match the round allegedly fired.
The Missing Video Evidence
Perhaps one of the most suspicious aspects of the entire incident is the lack of clear video footage. Thousands of people were in attendance, with thousands of phones pointed at Charlie Kirk when the incident allegedly occurred. Yet there is not one clear video of what happened. There are a couple of clips from independent content creators and a few people who made videos about how they felt that day, but considering how many phones would have been recording, the absence of clear footage is extremely bizarre.
Where is all the footage? Where are all the videos and clips? With the prevalence of smartphones and social media, you would expect the internet to be flooded with videos from multiple angles, yet they are nowhere to be found.
The Rapid Cover-Up
Adding to the suspicious nature of events, the area where the incident occurred was paved over almost immediately. The speed at which this was done is remarkable—the slabs appeared to have been ordered and ready to go, with the work completed so quickly it would be impossible to arrange in most normal circumstances. This rapid alteration of the scene prevents any future forensic examination of the location.
The Alleged Confession and Upcoming Court Date
Text messages allegedly from the accused have surfaced, but they appear suspiciously written, with verbiage that seems more like it was written by a law enforcement officer than a civilian. The explanation given was that the accused's parents had taken him to speak to an ex-cop, but this does not fully explain why the confession would be written in such specific law enforcement terminology.
