[03:18] independent commission has been

[03:20] radically corrupted because remember,

[03:22] you get mostly Democrats that are on the

[03:26] independent commission. So it I you

[03:28] know, it's better than Prop 50, but even

[03:30] the independent commission could use a

[03:31] lot of work. That's that's the bottom

[03:32] line in in a state like California. But

[03:34] Jack, we let's let's turn our sites to

[03:37] the east. Okay. So we've got the three I

[03:40] was four biggest uh areas of focus is

[03:43] going to be Chidarelli and New Jersey.

[03:46] So, vote for Chitterelli. Uh, we've got

[03:49] Virginia, we've got Winom Sears, and

[03:51] then we gota you I mean and the AG race,

[03:54] which is actually probably the the

[03:56] closer of the two. We got you. So, if

[03:58] you're if you're thinking Winom Sears

[03:59] can't win and that's not it's not worth

[04:02] going out. Put those thoughts aside. You

[04:04] need to put those thoughts aside because

[04:06] here's the deal. Everybody needs to get

[04:08] out, pull the trigger for uh Winom

[04:10] Sears. That's probably the worst analogy

[04:12] I could use uh when that in that race,

[04:14] but you need to vote for Winome. You

[04:16] need to get out and vote for Winome and

[04:17] then we want we also need to get the AG

[04:19] race over the top and and that one

[04:22] really has a chance big time, I would

[04:24] say. Uh I don't know where the

[04:26] prediction markets are, but we need to

[04:27] we need everybody in Virginia to be

[04:29] think positive thoughts, get out to the

[04:30] polls and uh make sure that the top cop

[04:33] in that state does not uh end up being J

[04:37] uh Jay Jones who is uh a real problem

[04:41] who has you know fantasized and

[04:42] fetishized the murder of his political

[04:44] opponents as well as their children.

[04:46] This cannot be so Jay Jones must be

[04:49] defeated must be defeated soundly. the

[04:51] good people of Virginia get out to the

[04:52] polls that so we've got New Jersey

[04:54] Chidarelli, we've got Virginia, we've

[04:56] got Mdani versus Quuomo. There's been

[04:58] some big moves in that race. The Jack

[05:03] there there is some uh I would say

[05:06] movement in the fact that Elon Musk has

[05:08] come out and endorsed Cuomo. Uh

[05:10] President Trump has come out and

[05:12] endorsed Quomo. Now Zoron is saying this

[05:15] is a reason to vote for me, of course,

[05:17] which is exactly what you'd expect him

[05:18] to do. Do do we see any signs of life

[05:21] for the Quuomo camp? I mean, because

[05:24] there's different areas of thought here.

[05:26] There's different schools of thought

[05:27] saying that Zoron's outpaced and we we

[05:29] just can't catch up with him or are we

[05:31] seeing this race race tighten?

[05:35] you know, we are seeing there some signs

[05:37] of that. But there is one thing that I

[05:38] do want to say is that for all the

[05:41] people who will be voting today and all

[05:42] the people who need to be voting, there

[05:44] is one person who will not be voting

[05:46] today and there is a person who voted

[05:48] every single election but this for the

[05:51] first time I think I guess since he

[05:52] turned 18 who will not be voting today

[05:54] for the first election and his name is

[05:56] Charlie Kirk. Charlie will not be voting

[05:58] today. Charlie should be sitting right

[06:00] here today covering down on the election

[06:02] day coverage today and then all night on

[06:04] the super stream which was and we all

[06:06] know this. It was his favorite night of

[06:58] markets and believe it or not about a

[07:02] couple of it looked like yesterday the

[07:04] race really tightened up just as of last

[07:07] night it tightened up from like you know

[07:09] so uh suddenly the Republican Jayce

[07:11] Miari's flute I'm looking on KI he

[07:14] dropped way down to almost 50% and it

[07:17] looked like the Democrat Jay Jones was

[07:19] ticking up to above 50% at one point

[07:22] this is the prediction markets on Khi

[07:23] right and then but now all of a sudden

[07:26] today as of uh 11:00 a.m. East Coast

[07:29] time and I guess it's noon east coast

[07:31] time that suddenly now uh Jason Mores is

[07:35] pulling away with it. He's now back up

[07:37] to about 57%. So there was this strange

[07:40] tightening and now you know a diving out

[07:43] on the New York race which is the one

[07:44] you asked me about and I'm not going to

[07:45] be one of those guys who doesn't answer

[07:47] questions. We saw some really

[07:48] interesting data out of Khi and I got

[07:50] this from New Jersey as well that even

[07:52] though it looked as though Mandami was

[07:54] going is running away with it. If you

[07:56] break it down to Khi traders who have

[07:58] come in on from New York only, so if you

[08:02] parse out the data and say, okay,

[08:03] everyone who's outside of New York City,

[08:06] we're going to we're going to take that

[08:07] out. Suddenly Cuomo is up nine points.

[08:09] Well, and I want to say this too, and I

[08:10] know I know we that's a really

[08:12] interesting so insiders inside the city

[08:15] are actually more bullish on Quuomo and

[08:18] we have seen we saw that poll from Atlas

[08:20] that came that showed that the race was

[08:23] tightening in the final stretch here

[08:25] that Cuomo was making up some ground.

[08:27] Zoron was not putting his best foot

[08:29] forward. This is something we talked

[08:30] about with Mark Halprin actually last

[08:32] week that you know sort of this

[08:34] grievance politics, the the guilting

[08:37] Cuomo about not visiting a mosque or

[08:39] whatever. These were not good looks.

[08:41] Something about Zoron's uh his mojo has

[08:44] been off here in the final final uh

[08:46] stretch of this race and he's he's

[08:49] looking very very vulnerable. He's not

[08:51] talking like a winner. he's not talking

[08:52] like somebody or the contrary to that

[08:55] the the other opinion would be that he

[08:56] is assuming that he's going to win and

[08:59] the mask is fully off but regardless

[09:01] Atlas has the race very much within

[09:03] striking distance which is which is you

[09:06] know listen if we could get one miracle

[09:08] today well listen I'll take all three

[09:11] this morning we woke up uh here in

[09:13] mountain time so 2 hours off of east

[09:16] coast I'm going to get this right we

[09:17] just switched actually in Arizona or

[09:19] Arizona didn't switch the rest of the

[09:21] world did that's how it works. Um, so

[09:23] we're getting our time zones sorted

[09:25] here, but there was bomb threats in it

[09:28] looks like seven different counties in

[09:30] New Jersey. And what's hilarious about

[09:32] this is that you have Zoron mom Donnie

[09:36] claiming that this would be the work of

[09:37] Trump. And we'll explain why that

[09:39] doesn't make any sense at all in just a

[09:40] second. Let's go ahead and play 159.

[09:45] it is an illustration of the attacks

[09:49] we're seeing on our democracy. Sometimes

[09:51] they're blatant and explicit in the

[09:52] manner of these bomb threats. And we

[09:53] have to understand this as part of the

[09:56] general approach the Trump

[09:57] administration has taken to trying to

[09:59] intimidate voters.

[10:02] So he says we have to understand this as

[10:04] part of the approach that the Trump

[10:06] administration has taken to try and

[10:07] intimidate voters. So Jack,

[10:10] riddle me this. Are more conservatives

[10:13] or Democrats voting on election day?

[10:16] >> Uh it is typically more conservatives.

[10:18] So, it's going to be your Republicans

[10:20] and that it's going to be your

[10:22] conservative independents.

[10:23] >> So, so does it make any sense then that

[10:25] Trump would be responsible somehow for

[10:28] bomb threats on election day in New

[10:30] Jersey?

[10:30] >> No. And what you're seeing here is of

[10:32] course the guy who, you know, is the

[10:34] leading candidate to be the next mayor

[10:36] of New York City immediately when given

[10:38] the opportunity, what does he do? He

[10:39] attacks and demonizes his political

[10:41] opponents. This is the same thing that

[10:43] we saw Jimmy Kimmel do, by the way, in

[10:45] the wake of Charlie Kirk's murder. He

[10:47] immediately said that it was a MAGA guy

[10:49] who did this. And so what are we seeing

[10:52] again from and and again we were told,

[10:54] oh the, you know, the left doesn't do

[10:55] this. The left doesn't demonize. We need

[10:58] to unite. We need to do all of it. Well,

[10:59] here you go. This guy, by the way, he is

[11:02] going to be and and if he wins, by the

[11:04] way, and and I'm going to throw down the

[11:05] marker right now. If he wins the New

[11:08] York City's mayor race, he will be the

[11:10] Democrat front runner for 2028, for the

[11:14] presidential election.

[11:18] what's he do? He demonizes his opponents

[11:20] and blames his opponents for political

[11:22] violence when we don't have any facts

[11:24] whatsoever right now. We do know that

[11:26] there's been a lot of political violence

[11:31] course he's not here to join us and be

[11:32] able to to have that discussion because

[11:53] Jersey right now. I voted to honor

[11:55] Charlie Kirk. And in fact, because I was

[11:57] in New Jersey, I have bunch of them

[11:59] right here. So, I voted to honor Charlie

[12:02] Kirk.

[12:10] Washington. I'm anxious to see what

[12:11] you're going to see about the election.

[12:13] >> Yes, absolutely. Well, this is this has

[12:15] been a um a really it's an honor to have

[12:18] you on. I know you came on the Charlie

[12:19] Kirk show multiple times with Charlie

[12:21] both when you were running for Senate

[12:23] and then uh later on as you've been part

[12:25] of the admin. Um you Charlie would be

[12:27] here unfortunately if you can get the

[12:29] wide shot. We have his open chair here.

[12:31] Jack just did a beautiful tribute to

[12:33] Charlie that Charlie would be begging

[12:36] everybody across the country to vote

[12:38] vote vote vote vote um in New Jersey, in

[12:41] Pennsylvania, in Virginia, in New York

[12:44] City, and unfortunately he's not here

[12:46] today. So sir, the floor is yours. I

[12:47] know you had a personal friendship with

[12:49] Charlie. You texted often, and I just

[12:51] want to give you the opportunity to to

[12:52] remember him in your own words.

[12:54] >> Well, kudos to you for carrying on the

[12:56] legacy. Uh I spent a lot of time with

[12:58] Charlie. He was very helpful. Uh we got

[13:00] to know him quite quite well during the

[13:02] campaign, but we also stayed I saw him

[13:05] the last time here in Washington in June

[13:06] and we're going to do a show um we were

[13:09] at at a meal together and we but the

[13:12] bombing of Iran happened so we said well

[13:14] you know we'll do it in September and it

[13:15] speaks to u the unfortunate reality that

[13:18] life is so unpredictable. Uh I'm not

[13:20] going to take everyone through the

[13:22] trauma of that whole experience.

[13:24] Obviously, I joined the president when

[13:25] we flew out to to the event in Phoenix,

[13:28] which was one of the that top, you know,

[13:30] memorable moment in my life, and I've

[13:32] had lots of interesting experiences. But

[13:34] I think it speaks to the power uh that

[13:36] Charlie and the whole movement has had

[13:38] in waking people up uh to to the some of

[13:41] the dishonest narratives that we've been

[13:43] tricked with. But it sort of goes back,

[13:44] I think, very fundamentally to

[13:46] respecting some of those Judeo-Christian

[13:48] traditions that so often have guided us

[13:51] into successful relationships, raising

[13:54] wonderful families, uh, living in

[13:56] communities that are functional. And

[13:57] when we don't honor some of those basic

[13:59] principles, we run into trouble. And on

[14:01] this election day, uh, one of the many

[14:03] things that's, uh, being evaluated is

[14:05] what's this this government shutdown.

[14:07] And I thought I'd use this maybe as a

[14:09] jumping point to speak to those very

[14:10] values that Charlie would and you and

[14:13] others would speak to. We are in a

[14:15] nation uh that treasures work. We

[14:18] believe in our country um that business

[14:21] is good uh and you want to work in

[14:22] business and you want to do good things

[14:24] for your community through those

[14:25] businesses and build value in society

[14:27] and do things that fix problems. all the

[14:29] things that um that many of us grew up I

[14:32] think believing was incumbent uh to our

[14:36] our opportunity as Americans.

[14:38] >> Yeah.

[14:38] >> And many people came from other parts of

[14:40] the world because they know uh and found

[14:42] out that America actually still does

[14:44] those things that their country stopped

[14:46] doing like go to work, play a role in

[14:48] improving society, have agency over your

[14:50] own life uh because it matters. God put

[14:53] you here to do something. Uh and

[14:55] whatever that thing is, go out and do

[14:56] it. So when we faced as we came into the

[14:59] the administration a reality that

[15:02] Medicaid was basically insolvent because

[15:04] of some of the things that had been done

[15:06] during the pandemic but some of that

[15:08] predated the pandemic as well. We had

[15:10] generated a system that just was not

[15:12] going to be uh functional for much

[15:15] longer. That would put our most

[15:18] vulnerable at risk. I'm sitting in the

[15:20] Humphrey building in Washington right

[15:21] across from the capital. you walk into

[15:23] our building there's a quote from Hubert

[15:24] Humphrey and it says it's the uh this

[15:27] you know he uses letter as a metaphor it

[15:29] is the moral obligation of government he

[15:31] says it's moral obligation of all of us

[15:33] to take care of those at the dawn of

[15:35] life children those at the twilight of

[15:38] life the seniors and those who are

[15:40] living in the shadows now again that

[15:42] haunting metaphor is powerful it's it

[15:44] feels almost biblical so if you're going

[15:46] to protect our most vulnerable you can't

[15:49] allow fraud waste and abuse to strip it

[15:51] of vitality. So the president very

[15:54] directly told me to preserve for example

[15:56] Medicare. Don't touch Medicare, don't

[15:58] hurt the the folks who are vulnerable on

[16:01] Medicaid, but take the fraud, waste, and

[16:02] abuse out of the system. We have been

[16:04] doing that and we're going to continue

[16:06] to do that. And the Democrats have shut

[16:08] down Washington, shut the government

[16:10] down because they believe that the one

[16:12] big beautiful bill which codified many

[16:13] of the things that make sense to clean

[16:15] up Medicaid and protect it for the most

[16:17] vulnerable were wrong. They want to, for

[16:18] example, allow illegal immigrants to

[16:21] continue to get funded for their health

[16:22] care benefits. This fundamentally

[16:24] changes the equation. Democrats don't

[16:27] like there's a work requirement. But we

[16:29] tell people, fine, if you're in

[16:30] difficult spot, we'll pay for your

[16:31] healthare, but you need to actually try

[16:33] to get a job. And if you can't get a

[16:35] job, go volunteer somewhere. Go take

[16:37] care of somebody. Go get an education.

[16:38] Do something to reinforce what you

[16:41] should know deep down inside, which is

[16:43] God's got a plan for you. And go act on

[16:45] it. And these are fundamental

[16:47] differences in how folks are seeing the

[16:50] future of this country. I believe

[16:52] because work is so fundamental to who

[16:53] you are that we should have a work

[16:54] requirement. I believe that if you're an

[16:56] American citizen, you should get support

[16:58] for your healthcare. But illegal

[16:59] immigrants coming here and induced to

[17:01] stay here because they're given free

[17:03] healthare. That should not be part of

[17:06] the equation. Certainly the federal

[17:08] government should not be paying for

[17:09] that. And we know, for example, and just

[17:11] not to get into too much of the weeds

[17:12] here, that there are some states,

[17:14] there's six in the country, six out of

[17:15] 50 states allow separate money to be

[17:19] paid to illegal immigrant healthcare

[17:21] from their state budgets. They claim,

[17:23] they claim. And of course, that allows

[17:25] them to recruit and retain illegal

[17:27] immigrants despite what federal law is

[17:29] around coming across borders illegally.

[17:31] And they think that's okay. And now we

[17:33] are just identifying breaking news. I'll

[17:35] share it with you that we believe is

[17:37] over a billion dollars that has been

[17:39] taken from federal tax money to support

[17:42] these programs. In fact, they're

[17:43] starting to pay us back. So, I'm pretty

[17:45] sure we're right.

[17:46] >> Wow. Well, that's that's breaking news.

[17:49] So, a billion dollars you've identified

[17:51] that's basically fraud. It's basically

[17:53] fraud that that the states are using

[17:55] improperly. So, I I wanted to play a

[17:57] clip for you and and I do think it's

[17:58] election related because, you know,

[18:01] there is uh some polling out there that

[18:02] would indicate that the American people

[18:04] want to focus more on domestic issues,

[18:06] more on cost, healthcare, things like

[18:08] that, as opposed to foreign issues,

[18:09] foreign policy. And I I certainly share

[18:12] that that belief. But one of the reasons

[18:13] that I think this resonates is because

[18:15] Democrats messaging, and I I I hate to

[18:19] say it, but I think it's been a little

[18:20] bit more disciplined in this especially

[18:22] this election runup than some of the

[18:24] Republican counterparts. They are

[18:25] talking about healthcare and I wanted to

[18:27] play this clip for you from Rachel Matto

[18:30] and they're and it's in relation to the

[18:32] government shutdown where she's

[18:33] basically saying well if you strip these

[18:34] subsidi subsidies out of Obamacare the

[18:37] ACA then all these costs are going to go

[18:39] up for Americans right now we

[18:42] Republicans have been warning about

[18:43] these subsidies for years that they're

[18:45] they're going to make Medicaid and

[18:46] Medicare insolvent in the long run. But

[18:48] I want you to get give you a chance to

[18:50] respond to this and debunk this 137.

[18:54] Look at these numbers from from the New

[18:56] York Times tonight based on the newly

[18:58] posted information, meaning the pricing

[19:00] information that's now being posted in

[19:02] multiple states. A family of four making

[19:05] $130,000

[19:07] in Maine. So you combine the family's

[19:10] income, everybody's salaries, you got to

[19:12] do $130,000.

[19:14] That family would face an increase in

[19:17] their annual health insurance premiums

[19:19] next year of $16,100.

[19:23] That's how much their health insurance

[19:24] premiums would go up. This is what

[19:27] Democrats have been drawing the line

[19:28] about in this shutdown, telling

[19:30] Republicans that this is the thing they

[19:32] need to fix.

[19:38] respond to Rachel Maddo because that

[19:40] that clip on Facebook, by the way, had

[19:43] like a 100,000 likes. So if a lot of

[19:45] people are seeing it,

[19:50] created the Affordable Care Act, right?

[19:51] it's called Obamacare. When he uh pushed

[19:55] through Congress in a very partisan way

[19:57] the Affordable Care Act, there was

[19:59] funding for people who are at the

[20:01] poverty level. The question then

[20:02] becomes, how do you define the poverty

[20:04] level? Well, they defined it as four

[20:06] times more than poverty. So, if poverty

[20:09] level, let's make a number up, is

[20:42] and they were set to end when the

[20:44] pandemic ended. Are we out of the

[20:45] pandemic? We're out of the pandemic. We

[20:47] should not have pandemic era wartime

[20:50] rules when we're at peace. So the

[20:52] Democrats wrote the law. It expires at

[20:55] the end of this year. And so it's their

[20:57] decision. They knew it was supposed to

[20:59] expire. Original Obamacare never covered

[21:01] people making four times Medicare.

[21:03] Rachel Matto just picked an example of

[21:05] someone who's making whatever it was

[21:07] $150,000 a year who was making more than

[21:10] four times Medicare. Therefore, there

[21:12] were not ever eligible for Obamacare.

[21:15] and she's complaining that what was done

[21:17] during CO as a stop gap measure to deal

[21:19] with the pandemic um is not being

[21:22] expiring. So that's a problem for the

[21:24] Republicans. We were even willing even

[21:26] willing despite all that to negotiate

[21:29] and talk about some of these issues. But

[21:30] only if we find a true solution to the

[21:33] fundamental flaws in in a broken system.

[21:36] Obamacare pricing has increased so much

[21:38] faster than anyone ever imagined. It is

[21:40] becoming unaffordable even when the

[21:41] government's paying for it. But that's

[21:43] not what the Democrats wanted. They want

[21:44] to hold us hostage. At the last moment,

[21:46] they say, "Forget about it. If you don't

[21:48] with a gun to your head agree to extend

[21:50] all these subsidies and just pay, forget

[21:53] about dealing with the cost. Just pay

[21:54] for it. We're going to hold you up." And

[21:56] the president very wisely, very bravely,

[21:58] together with congressional leadership

[21:59] said, "No, we are not going to be

[22:01] extorted. You guys caused this problem.

[22:03] It's your issue. We will help you fix

[22:05] it, but don't blame it on us." And yet

[22:08] the legacy media, New York Times, good

[22:10] example. They tell stories that are
