[00:00] I have made two videos on Turning Point.
[00:03] Two videos and people have lost their
[00:07] minds over these videos. Some people
[00:09] like them, some people hate them. One of
[00:12] those people is Tim Pool. He has now
[00:16] made multiple live streams about my
[00:18] videos and said some really horrible
[00:20] things about me. I'm going to go through
[00:22] his comments and provide a response.
[00:27] Before
[00:31] [music]
[00:42] we get started, if you're wondering why
[00:44] my voice sounds strange, I'm just
[00:45] getting over a cold, so you're going to
[00:47] have to bear with me. On December 5th,
[00:50] 2025, Tim P had a 2-hour live stream
[00:53] with Milo Yiannopoulos and George
[00:55] Santos. Here, Tim P is talking about how
[00:58] Candace Owens discussed my video on her
[01:00] show.
[01:01] >> I'm gonna give you a specific example
[01:02] from her show.
[01:03] >> Yeah.
[01:03] >> She highlighted uh claims that Turning
[01:06] Point was committing fraud and these
[01:09] claims were uh there were a few.
[01:10] >> This is about the the tax something,
[01:12] right?
[01:12] >> Right. And it's all lies. Uh the tax
[01:14] form thing is all lies and
[01:16] manipulations. And let me let me let me
[01:18] let me Yes. Absolute lies. The man
[01:20] behind these videos claims to be an
[01:21] accountant. Okay. So, either he's lying
[01:23] about being an accountant or he's lying
[01:25] to you. Just for the record, I'm a
[01:27] certified public accountant. Here's my
[01:29] initial certificate. I have been an
[01:31] active CPA for the last 10 years in both
[01:34] New Mexico and Arizona. I was the former
[01:36] chief financial officer of Spaceport
[01:38] America, the world's first purpose-built
[01:41] commercial spaceport. I became a
[01:43] whistleblower when I uncovered financial
[01:45] mismanagement by the governor of New
[01:46] Mexico and her staff, including evidence
[01:49] of a4 billion dollars of fraud. I have
[01:51] spent the last four years in a massive
[01:54] whistleblower lawsuit against the state
[01:56] of New Mexico. Tim Pool clearly does not
[01:59] know anything about me, including the
[02:01] fact that I have spent years fighting
[02:03] for truth, justice, and exposing
[02:05] government corruption. No one is paying
[02:08] me to make these videos. I'm completely
[02:10] independent. I have worked in the
[02:12] private sector, government, and the
[02:14] political world for a long time. I am
[02:17] the perfect person to make these videos
[02:20] about Turning Point.
[02:21] >> He said the tax forms were missing as if
[02:24] to imply they did not file or they
[02:26] should have
[02:26] >> they had not filed. Yeah.
[02:27] >> In fact, they f He even mentions, I'm
[02:30] pretty sure in his video, the October
[02:31] deadline.
[02:31] >> Tim P is flatout lying about what I said
[02:34] in my video. If we're going to talk
[02:37] about the missing 990 forms, let's get
[02:39] the facts straight. On Sunday, November
[02:42] 16th, 2025, I posted a video explaining
[02:44] that three of the four and 990 forms
[02:46] were missing for Turning Point Shell
[02:48] Companies. I have the screenshots from
[02:51] ProPublica, which is a website that
[02:53] pulls from the IRS database, which shows
[02:56] the forms were not posted. That is
[02:59] unusual.
[03:00] I'm not out of line for asking Turning
[03:03] Point where their 990 forms are. Then
[03:06] the forms finally get posted the
[03:08] following Thursday. What was so
[03:10] confusing for everyone was Turning
[03:12] Point's response. They said nothing. If
[03:16] Turning Point did file all 4990 forms on
[03:18] 5152025,
[03:21] why didn't they just tell us that?
[03:23] Wouldn't that have been the simple
[03:25] response to my video? It seems to me
[03:28] that if someone asks where your missing
[03:30] IRS forms are, a normal response would
[03:32] be to simply say, "Yes, I did file the
[03:35] forms and here they are."
[03:38] Why didn't they just give us the forms?
[03:41] People were posting about this all over
[03:43] social media on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,
[03:48] Wednesday, and then the form showed up
[03:50] on Thursday through the IRS database for
[03:54] those previous four days. Why didn't
[03:56] Turning Point just give everyone the
[03:58] forms?
[04:00] Why stay silent about it? for turning
[04:03] point to ignore. This was one of the
[04:05] biggest PR blenders they have ever done
[04:08] because they could have stopped it on
[04:09] day one by just giving us all the
[04:12] missing forms. And you have to wonder if
[04:15] I had not asked that question, would the
[04:17] forms have shown up the following
[04:19] Thursday? So, the correct response for
[04:22] Turning Point should have been, "Thank
[04:24] you, Zach, for asking that question.
[04:27] Here are the forms."
[04:29] Turning Point did not respond at all
[04:31] until a tiny comment by the spokesperson
[04:34] Blake Nef on Wednesday, December 3rd.
[04:37] That is 17 days after I posted my video.
[04:41] We have never missed a 990 deadline.
[04:45] >> Come on, that is really disingenuous and
[04:48] not what happened. We were asking for
[04:50] the 990 forms and you would not give
[04:53] them to us. That is what happened. For
[04:56] Tim P to say that I am the one spreading
[04:58] misinformation is an extremely dishonest
[05:01] description of what took place.
[05:03] >> Isn't it true that they filed on the
[05:04] day?
[05:05] >> Well, I don't know exactly. And isn't it
[05:07] true that when he said that they hadn't
[05:08] filed yet?
[05:09] >> No.
[05:10] >> Uh was there a way for him to know they
[05:12] had filed because there is an enormous
[05:14] gap between when you file your taxes and
[05:16] when it shows up on the IRS website?
[05:18] >> Indeed. Which means they could have
[05:19] filed it in May.
[05:20] So, so in order
[05:22] >> So, that means in order So, in order to
[05:23] say that it is a lie, what you have to
[05:25] do is
[05:26] >> No, no, no. I'm not done. How about you
[05:27] let me finish?
[05:28] >> Sorry. You're right. You're right.
[05:28] You're right. Right. Right.
[05:29] >> I have to say that Milo is a really
[05:32] smart guy. I don't know this for sure,
[05:35] but Milo strikes me as someone who can
[05:37] smell nonsense a mile away. Do you know
[05:41] someone like this? I think for some
[05:44] reason Milo has this rare ability to
[05:47] tell when someone is trying to pull
[05:48] something over on him. And so when Tim
[05:50] goes on his rant, Milo stops him and is
[05:53] like, "Tim, did Zach really say that? Is
[05:57] that really what Zach said?" So in his
[06:01] latest video, he claims that the new
[06:04] filings, which quote mysteriously
[06:06] appeared, which they literally didn't. I
[06:08] mean, it's it's framing. He says that
[06:11] 1.4
[06:12] $1.4 million was paid by Turning Point
[06:15] over 3 years to a parking lot.
[06:17] >> In fact, that's just false. He's just
[06:19] making things up.
[06:20] >> It was 110 LLC registered to a UPS store
[06:24] where there are mailbox. A single member
[06:26] LLC is likely a contractor who uses an
[06:29] LLC for business purposes. And
[06:31] [clears throat] this these are the these
[06:33] are the stories. Once again, Temple is
[06:36] lying about what I said. Temple is
[06:39] talking about my comments in the parking
[06:40] lot of a strip mall.
[06:42] >> So, TurningPoint is putting on their IRS
[06:45] form that they are sending $1.5 million
[06:49] to this parking lot. Well, I'm sitting
[06:52] here in the parking lot. The business is
[06:55] not here as far as I can tell.
[06:59] What is going on?
[07:01] >> Yes, I will admit that Tim is correct.
[07:03] There is a UPS store in that strip mall.
[07:06] But let me show you what is on the IRS
[07:09] form. There is no suite number, no
[07:12] mailbox number. This is just the address
[07:15] for the parking lot. So Tim Pool, tell
[07:18] me where do you see the UPS suite
[07:22] number?
[07:24] I'm waiting because it is not on there.
[07:28] Timool was lying about what I said in my
[07:31] video. Now, if Tim Pool wants to assume
[07:34] that Turning Point lied on their IRS
[07:36] form and put the wrong address
[07:38] information, he could do that. It may
[07:41] have been an honest mistake or
[07:43] intentional. We don't know. But Turning
[07:46] Point has not yet confirmed that the
[07:47] address on the IRS form should be the
[07:50] UPS store. So, we still do not know that
[07:53] for sure. But, I find the way that Tim
[07:55] talks about the address very
[07:57] interesting. He talks about it like he
[08:00] knows for certain that it is the UPS
[08:02] store. That's odd because it has not
[08:06] been confirmed. So my question for Tim
[08:08] is did he talk with someone inside
[08:11] Turningpoint who confirmed that it was
[08:13] supposed to be the address for the UPS
[08:15] store? We know that he has phone calls
[08:17] with people at Turning Point. I think
[08:20] that Tim needs to answer that question
[08:22] for all of us. And be very careful how
[08:25] you answer Tim because if that phone
[08:28] call took place that means that Tim Pool
[08:31] has inside knowledge that Turning Point
[08:34] falsified their IRS documents by putting
[08:36] the wrong address information. If that
[08:39] phone call did not take place, that
[08:42] means that Tim is pulling all of this
[08:44] out of thin air and lying to all of us.
[08:47] So which one is it, Tim? I am asking
[08:50] reasonable questions about addresses on
[08:52] the IRS form that do not make any sense.
[08:56] Timpool's statements about my video are
[08:58] so dishonest, disingenuous, and
[09:00] completely misrepresenting what I said.
[09:04] When I was in that parking lot, I was
[09:06] just filming my honest reaction.
[09:10] I didn't know what I was going to find
[09:11] when I drove out there. To be honest, I
[09:14] expected to find a storefront for a
[09:16] marketing agency.
[09:19] Turning Point is paying all this money
[09:21] to Jake Hoffman, an Arizona state
[09:23] senator. If we were to accept Tim Pool's
[09:27] assumption that the money was sent to a
[09:29] UPS mailbox, I'm not sure that is any
[09:32] better. This politician is getting all
[09:35] this money dropped off in a UPS mailbox.
[09:40] Tim Pool, you don't think that sounds
[09:42] suspicious?
[09:44] Jay Kaufman as a politician has a
[09:47] responsibility to make his businesses
[09:49] look like legitimate operations and not
[09:52] bribes.
[09:54] He's not even trying to make this look
[09:55] like a legitimate company. There's no
[09:58] website. There are no offices. What is
[10:00] he doing with all of this money?
[10:03] >> Okay, I I I I'm I'm not going to tell
[10:05] you because I haven't looked into this
[10:07] that he's not wrong. But
[10:08] >> he's completely wrong.
[10:09] >> I accept accept what you say.
[10:12] When when Candace without vetting you to
[10:14] call him a liar, it's not about calling
[10:15] him a liar. Intentionally manipulating
[10:18] information.
[10:18] >> Most importantly, to call Candace a
[10:20] liar, you have to reach uh you have to
[10:22] do two things that you cannot do. The
[10:24] first is you have to travel in time. And
[10:25] the second is you have to reach inside
[10:27] her head and see what her thought
[10:28] process was. You can you can she are you
[10:31] can you seriously doubt it? I just think
[10:33] it is funny that in all this discussion
[10:35] about Turning Point, the one person
[10:37] who's coming out looking like a saint is
[10:40] Milo Yiannopoulos.
[10:42] Isn't that ironic? The other guest in
[10:45] this live stream was George Santos. He
[10:47] was a Republican congressman who went to
[10:49] prison for fraud. Then Trump commuted
[10:52] his sentence. I will stick up for George
[10:55] Santos even though he trashed me in this
[10:58] live stream. I think he was unfairly
[11:00] treated and should never have gone to
[11:02] prison. I am shocked that Tim P does not
[11:06] see the connection. George Santos went
[11:09] to prison for so much less than what we
[11:12] are talking about here.
[11:14] George Santos never picked up $1.5
[11:17] million from a UPS store mailbox. George
[11:21] Santos never did anything like that and
[11:23] he still went to prison.
[11:25] Am I the only person who sees the irony
[11:28] in that? I also have to point out that I
[11:31] am very measured and reasonable in my
[11:34] videos. I say over and over again that
[11:38] there could be an innocent explanation
[11:40] for all of this. I started out in my
[11:42] very first video saying about how I like
[11:45] Turning Point. I hope they succeed. I
[11:48] make it very clear that I am open to
[11:49] alternative explanations and the staff
[11:51] at Turning Point could be completely
[11:54] innocent.
[11:56] It is okay if they made a mistake. No
[11:59] one is going to hold it against Turning
[12:01] Point if they made an honest mistake.
[12:04] They just have to tell us that. Did they
[12:07] screw up on the address? If there is an
[12:09] explanation, everyone would move on.
[12:12] That is all Turning Point has to do.
[12:15] Now, I understand that TurningPoint is
[12:17] arranging to do a live stream soon where
[12:20] they answer questions, so hopefully they
[12:22] address some of these concerns. If you
[12:25] watch Tim P's full 2-hour live stream,
[12:28] the overall point that he is making is
[12:30] that both Candace Owens and everyone
[12:32] making videos about Turning Point are
[12:34] lying in our videos for clicks. And he
[12:37] says that it is evil. And Candace Owens
[12:40] is doing the lowest grade but well done
[12:43] social assumptive reasoning manipulation
[12:45] and it's and and it is evil. You are
[12:47] okay. So I I think it's ridiculous for
[12:49] you earlier on to claim that you're not
[12:51] saying what she's doing is morally wrong
[12:52] and then to call what she's doing evil.
[12:54] I think it's disable.
[12:54] >> I think it is morally. What do you mean?
[12:56] >> You are calling us evil.
[12:59] That is crossing the line. Tim, it's one
[13:02] thing to disagree with us. It's one
[13:04] thing to come up with alternative
[13:06] arguments. You are just calling us evil.
[13:10] That is uncalled for, especially when I
[13:12] have been so measured and reasonable in
[13:15] my videos. I really want Tim Pool to
[13:18] clarify this. I am an accountant talking
[13:22] about tax forms.
[13:24] How am I evil? But hold on, it gets
[13:28] worse.
[13:30] I'm going to give you more information
[13:31] about what was happening behind the
[13:33] scenes because what you do not know is
[13:36] that I was communicating with Tim Pool's
[13:38] team before he went off on his rant.
[13:42] The person who books guests for Tim P is
[13:44] someone named Lisa Reynolds.
[13:46] After I did my first video on Turning
[13:48] Point, she emailed me if I would do a
[13:51] 30-inute interview with Tim P on his
[13:53] morning show. This was just a few days
[13:56] after my first video. I intentionally
[13:59] decided that I was going to wait to do
[14:01] any other videos or interviews about
[14:03] Turning Point. My approach is that if I
[14:06] ask questions of someone in a video, I
[14:08] think it's only fair to give them some
[14:10] time to respond. I never want to gang up
[14:13] on people. I think that's a professional
[14:16] and measured way to do social media.
[14:19] I could have done a video every single
[14:21] day and gotten tons of clicks and tons
[14:23] of money, but I decided not to do that.
[14:27] Here's how I responded. Hello, thank you
[14:30] for reaching out. I would like to wait
[14:32] some time to allow Turning Point to
[14:34] respond to some of the concerns before
[14:36] saying anything further. I am not
[14:38] prepared to do a hit at this time. Also,
[14:41] be aware that the video that was shown
[14:42] on De's podcast contains some incorrect
[14:45] statements. Sections of my video have
[14:47] been removed and republished at the
[14:48] following link. And she responds, "I
[14:51] completely understand. Thank you for
[14:53] letting me know." So, what I'm referring
[14:55] to is that in my first video on Turning
[14:57] Point, I was notified that I made a
[14:59] mistake. I immediately corrected it. I
[15:01] think within the first 8 hours, I edited
[15:04] the video and I reposted it. I posted a
[15:07] correction statement on YouTube and
[15:09] X.com. The original video was shown on
[15:11] another podcast called Dee Got a
[15:13] Podcast. I also contacted Dee directly
[15:17] and he also posted a correction on his
[15:19] YouTube channel. And by the way, it
[15:22] turns out that Dee is a super nice
[15:25] person and you should go check out his
[15:26] podcast.
[15:28] So, I'm explaining all of this to Tim
[15:31] Pool staff. I'm explaining how I'm
[15:34] allowing Turning Point Time to respond
[15:36] and I'm careful about not posting false
[15:38] information. If I get something wrong, I
[15:40] make corrections and I don't just leave
[15:42] things up to get more views. Now, I
[15:46] cannot say for sure if Tim Pool
[15:48] personally ever saw my email, but let's
[15:51] be real. I am sure he heard about my
[15:54] email. This is why I find it so shocking
[15:58] that Tim goes on his live stream
[16:00] accusing me of being evil and lying in
[16:02] my videos for clicks when I have sent an
[16:04] email to his staff saying the complete
[16:07] opposite.
[16:09] If you just look at my behavior, it is
[16:11] the complete opposite. I am showing you
[16:15] evidence that Tim Pool knew that he was
[16:17] lying about me. He is doing the exact
[16:20] same thing he is accusing me of doing.
[16:23] Now, to put this in additional context,
[16:26] Tim Pool is one of the largest creators
[16:28] on YouTube and across social media. He
[16:30] has millions of subscribers.
[16:34] I'm a small channel. I'm a nobody.
[16:37] This is what is known as punching down.
[16:41] Timpool is lying about me to his
[16:44] millions of subscribers, smearing my
[16:46] name, and trying to destroy a small
[16:48] channel that he doesn't agree with. This
[16:51] is awful behavior.
[16:54] Tim P, I'm speaking to you right now,
[16:58] humanto human. This was a really messed
[17:01] up thing you did to me. Punching down at
[17:04] small YouTube channels is really messed
[17:06] up.
[17:08] I am requesting that Timool give me an
[17:10] apology for all the lies he told about
[17:12] me to his millions of subscribers. I
[17:16] also think it is really telling that Tim
[17:18] is talking about me at all. Just think
[17:21] about this. I'm a tiny channel. Why are
[17:25] people attacking a nobody? Is it because
[17:28] what I am saying is actually credible?
[17:32] It is kind of strange that Timool is
[17:34] losing his mind over my video.
[17:37] I'm asking questions about an address on
[17:40] an IRS form. He has now spent multiple
[17:44] live streams bashing my video.
[17:47] Don't you think that is a little
[17:48] overreaction?
[17:50] I think that there is something that I
[17:51] said in my last video that really makes
[17:53] the people at Turning Point nervous.
[17:56] Otherwise, there would not be all this
[17:58] uproar about it. I have other things to
[18:01] make videos about. The only reason I'm
[18:04] still making videos about Turning Point
[18:05] is because you keep making such a big
[18:07] deal about it. You keep attacking me, so
[18:11] I have to respond. The fact that people
[18:14] are going ballistic makes it seem like
[18:16] something I said is making people
[18:19] scared.
[18:20] I have to say that I've always liked Tim
[18:22] Pool. I have personally watched a lot of
[18:25] his videos. If he were to look at his
[18:27] records, he would see that I used to be
[18:30] a paying member of Timcast.
[18:33] I will tell you this, I will not be a
[18:36] paying member in the future. I'm not
[18:38] making this video so that people feel
[18:40] sorry for me. I don't need Tim Pool to
[18:43] like my videos. I've been through a lot
[18:46] in my life. If Tim wants to hate me, it
[18:49] really doesn't bother me that much. I
[18:52] understand that Tim Pool is friends with
[18:54] all of the people at Turning Point. I
[18:56] realize that they probably called him
[18:58] and asked him to discredit my video. I
[19:00] realize that social media is a rough and
[19:02] tumble business and I get it. I have no
[19:06] bad feelings towards Tim P. You don't
[19:08] have to send him any hate. I am making
[19:11] this video to show you my evidence of
[19:14] the type of person Tim Pool actually is.
[19:17] So that the next time that Tim Pool
[19:19] starts going on his rants about Candace
[19:21] Owens, you can put it in perspective. I
[19:24] want to take you back in time to when
[19:26] this all started.
[19:28] Most people have forgotten about this.
[19:31] When Candace Owens first started talking
[19:33] about Breijit Mcronone, she posted this
[19:35] tweet on March 12th, 2024.
[19:38] I would stake my entire professional
[19:40] reputation on the fact that Breijgit
[19:42] Mcronone is in fact a man. Let me show
[19:46] you what Tim Pull said on his show that
[19:48] day.
[19:49] >> I'm like, sometimes I wish I had the
[19:52] gall to say such a thing because you get
[19:55] headlines, you build followers, you make
[19:57] a lot of money.
[19:58] >> What bank what bank is going to take the
[20:00] house when that's not true?
[20:01] >> I'm I'm here from the career bank and I
[20:04] would like your career.
[20:05] >> I'm not saying I'm not I'm not literally
[20:07] talking about a bat. saying like Candace
[20:08] Owens saying such a provocative thing
[20:12] certainly will make her a household name
[20:14] and and and her her and her career is is
[20:17] benefiting from it. There's no loss of
[20:18] her career from saying anything like
[20:19] this. Uh I don't doubt her that she
[20:21] truly believes this. I'm just saying I
[20:23] wish I sometimes believe these things
[20:24] and then I could make videos like that
[20:26] instead of just being like probably not.
[20:28] >> He said sometimes I wish I had the gall
[20:31] to say such a thing. He is jealous. He's
[20:35] jealous of Candace Owens. He has been
[20:37] for the last two years. He wishes that
[20:40] he can talk about the Breijit Mcronone
[20:42] scandal, but he knows that if he does,
[20:44] it will upset all of his political
[20:46] friends. And it is the same thing that
[20:49] he's doing today. He is still jealous of
[20:52] Candace Owens. He is still frustrated
[20:54] and he is still protecting his political
[20:57] friends. You can see it in the video. In
[21:01] Tim Pool's rant against me, he's
[21:03] basically giving me advice. He's telling
[21:06] me to shut my mouth.
[21:08] I can tell you, Tim, that is not going
[21:11] to happen. But now, let me give you some
[21:13] advice, Tim. If I were you, I would be
[21:17] very careful about staking your
[21:19] reputation on claiming that Turning
[21:21] Point is this wonderful company with no
[21:24] financial problems.
[21:26] I know that you are off somewhere in
[21:28] West Virginia. I'm here on the ground in
[21:32] Phoenix, Arizona, where Turning Point's
[21:34] main offices are. I am talking to people
[21:37] and I am hearing the stories about what
[21:39] is really going on behind the scenes in
[21:41] the financial records at Turning Point.
[21:44] And I will say there is a lot more that
[21:47] I did not include in my last two videos.
[21:50] There are people working on stories
[21:52] about corruption at Turning Point and
[21:55] how they are using their show companies
[21:56] to inappropriately move money around for
[21:59] politicians.
[22:00] People have not published these stories
[22:02] because they were afraid of Charlie
[22:04] Kirk.
[22:06] Charlie Kirk has been dead for 3 months.
[22:09] These stories are going to start to come
[22:11] out. So before you base your reputation
[22:15] on singing the praises of Turning Point,
[22:18] I would think twice if I were you.
[22:20] This is a case of don't shoot the
[22:23] messenger. I'm just giving you a heads
[22:25] up about what is coming. Tim's big
[22:28] argument is that we have to support
[22:30] Turning Point because it is splitting
[22:32] the Republican party. How she is telling
[22:35] people to pull their funding from
[22:36] Turning Point.
[22:37] >> Yeah.
[22:38] >> And she's destroying the the coalition.
[22:41] Democrats are going to win in the
[22:43] midterms because of what she is. who
[22:44] cares who's who's and she said, "I I
[22:47] actually would prefer it not if the
[22:48] Democrats win the midterms and then
[22:50] start committees and then start
[22:52] arresting media personalities and doing
[22:55] impeaching Trump."
[22:56] >> We knew that when we elected the guy. We
[22:57] knew that was coming. It's either coming
[22:58] now or it's coming in two years or it's
[23:00] coming in four years. I mean, what's
[23:01] your point?
[23:01] >> It doesn't have to come.
[23:03] >> Oh, just not now. Um,
[23:04] >> no, it doesn't have to come. If we if we
[23:06] stop the self-inflicted
[23:07] >> Oh, yeah. Sure. No, there's
[23:08] >> these are self-inflicted.
[23:09] >> There'll never be another Democrat
[23:10] president. So, that's
[23:11] >> I'm not saying that, Milo. I'm not
[23:13] saying that. I baked in when we re when
[23:16] >> we don't have we don't have to forego
[23:19] the entirety of Congress to the
[23:21] Democrats only so that they can spend
[23:23] the next two years after the
[23:24] >> midterms because they're so effective.
[23:27] >> This is an outrageous statement for
[23:29] anyone who has been paying attention.
[23:32] Turning Point themselves has been
[23:35] viciously attacking other Republicans.
[23:38] Just last month, a Republican city
[23:41] council member, Julie Spillsbury, was
[23:44] recalled in an effort led by Turning
[23:47] Point. She was kicked out of office in
[23:50] the middle of her term. Now, I don't
[23:52] know that much about her, but she looks
[23:55] like a sweet, nice person.
[23:58] Honestly, she looks like someone I would
[24:00] be friends with. She looks like a decent
[24:03] human being. This is a city council
[24:07] person. Turning Point went to her and
[24:09] said, "If you do not vote the way
[24:11] Turning Point tells you to vote, we're
[24:13] going to kick you out."
[24:16] Spillsbury is not a rhino. We're not
[24:18] talking about someone like Liz Cheney.
[24:20] This is a mainstream Republican. Turning
[24:24] Point destroyed her life. Now, this is
[24:27] not illegal. It's just dirty politics.
[24:30] So, I get it. But why is Tim P
[24:33] supporting this? For Tim P to argue on
[24:36] his show that we all need to just shut
[24:38] up and support Turning Point for
[24:40] Republican unity, that is the height of
[24:42] hypocrisy.
[24:44] How can you say that, Tim Pool, when
[24:47] last month they went after and destroyed
[24:50] a fellow Republican?
[24:52] Why are they not trying to recall, I
[24:54] don't know, the Democrats?
[24:57] Why not go after the Democrats? That is
[25:01] not what they're doing. They are using
[25:03] their donations to go after Republicans.
[25:06] Tim P, you need to open your eyes and
[25:09] you need to do it fast. Let me also
[25:11] point out something else strange.
[25:14] As far as I'm aware, Turning Point's
[25:16] Chief Financial Officer, Justin Olsen,
[25:19] is not a CPA.
[25:22] He's a politician.
[25:24] He's in the Arizona State House of
[25:26] Representatives.
[25:28] Tim Pool, don't you think that's a
[25:31] conflict of interest?
[25:33] One simple explanation for all of this
[25:36] is that maybe Turning Point should not
[25:38] have a politician as their CFO.
[25:41] It is entirely possible that Justin
[25:43] Olsen has no idea what he is doing.
[25:47] Another problem that I mentioned in my
[25:49] last video that I find outrageous is
[25:52] that in the 990 form for America's
[25:54] Turning Point, Tyler Ber, the COO, is
[25:57] listed as an independent contractor.
[26:01] Tim P, come on. You run a business. You
[26:06] know, this is weird. How is the COO an
[26:10] independent contractor?
[26:13] There are strict rules around this with
[26:15] the IRS. Is this a mistake? How does
[26:19] Tyler Ber fall under the IRS definition
[26:22] of an independent contractor? So, we
[26:24] have already discussed two possible
[26:27] major accounting errors on these forms.
[26:29] The address for 110 LLC being incorrect.
[26:32] That looks like an error. Tyler Boyer
[26:34] being listed as an independent
[26:36] contractor. That looks like an error.
[26:38] How many errors did this politician CFO
[26:42] put in their IRS forms? And why is Tim P
[26:46] calling me evil for asking these
[26:48] questions? I want to give a message to
[26:51] all the people who are complaining that
[26:53] the Republican party is fighting.
[26:56] I think you forget what makes
[26:58] Republicans great. We are the people who
[27:01] put American flags in the front yard. We
[27:05] are the people who like baseball and
[27:06] apple pie. We are the people who if you
[27:09] raise taxes on our tea, we're going to
[27:11] throw it in the harbor. And yes, we ask
[27:14] questions. And yes, we demand
[27:16] accountability. If we have criminals in
[27:19] our midst, we do not become a stronger
[27:22] party by ignoring them. We become a
[27:24] stronger party by cleaning them out. It
[27:27] is time that we remember who we are. We
[27:31] are Americans and no one should make fun
[27:34] of you or call you evil because you are
[27:36] standing strong and fighting for the
[27:39] country that you believe in. Now, I want
[27:41] to hear from you. What do you think
[27:44] about Tim Pool? Let me know in the
[27:46] comments down below. And if you like
