You put together theories and then you present them to everybody and you see how everybody feels about it. This is like an open-source investigation. And the biggest part from this video is I'm going to tell you exactly why Erica Kirk was put in as CEO because it would explain everything. This right here, what we're going to talk about in this video would explain everything if the theory is correct. And this is the basis of all of it. Especially why Erica had to become CEO. Okay? and it has nothing to do with her being super competent and being the right person for the job in any other reason than to solve this problem that would be the motive of the entire crime. Tyler Boyer is important because the Turning Point shell companies that Tyler Boyer managed just happened to be the same shell companies paying 110 LLC. Let me show you how Tyler Boyer describes the first time that he met Charlie Kirk. >> And I walked away from that going, I can hitch my wagon to this guy. I can hitch my wagon to Charlie Kirk. >> He was he was my best friend. We went heavy. >> He says that he was going to hitch his wagon to Charlie Kirk. He said that he was Charlie Kirk's best friend. Okay. when you get to a point where you can trick the entire, you know, an entire side of the political aisle, at least the, you know, on Twitter or whatever, and then it goes all over the place, that if someone gives you that, hey, okay, man, that that is a secret uh, you know, secret uh, you know, salute or whatever, that's that's hilarious. I was there with them. It was like, you know, the three amigos. I was with Charlie and Candace when we went to TMZ that day with Candace and Kanye. And, you know, Kanye was immediately obsessed with Candace. Tyler Boyer describes himself, Charlie Kirk, and Candace Owens as the three amigos. And for proof of this, he explains that he was there the day that Candace met Kanye West. I find this extremely strange because this is how Candace Owens describes Tyler Boyer. But it did make sense to me that Tyler Boyer uh lied about it and I don't trust Tyler Boyer and that does not that is never going to change. Similarly with Rob McCoy, he makes my skin crawl. I can't explain it. This is a I look at him and he's a bad person and nobody can make me feel one way or the other about that. >> Candace said, "Yeah, I will definitely double I I'll definitely double up on that. Dude, Rob McCoy is one of those dudes that makes me like just all all of the alarm bells I have that are like, "Do not believe anything that this guy says at face value, go off with that guy." every single I'm telling you like I you know I can't really explain it but it's like okay yeah no none okay now the Tyler Boyer thing I'll tell you what alarms go off right there okay if you have one person representing a relationship with someone as like oh my god we were so tight or you know our relationship's so deep and the other person's like yeah I don't trust that guy that is very simple okay you should definitely look at the one that said you know because you only have one of two options okay you have one option which is this other person who says they don't trust him is a crazy person who doesn't trust anyone. Okay. And that's not not from my perspective the case on Candace or the other person is someone who really shouldn't be trusted because they're pretending they're super close with a person that doesn't even like them or trust them. So, as we're getting into the next section and what he's doing here, you know, I think that her uh her instincts are, you know, at least in the right place here. says that she does not trust Tyler Boyer and compares him to Rob McCoy, who she says makes my skin crawl. So, which one is it? Were they the three amigos, or is Candace correct in saying that you cannot trust Tyler Boyer? Which one is it? I want to go back in time to 2017. A company was created called We the People USA, Inc. This was a nonprofit corporation formed in Arizona. This company is important because when you understand what people have done in the past, it becomes a template for what they're likely to do in the future. This company was created with five directors. Mike Miller, Doug Degrroot, Jake Hoffman, Dwayne Farnsworth, and Tyler Ber. Mike Miller and Doug Degrroot are both current board members of Turning Point USA. That is why they are on there. I've already explained who Jake Hoffman and Tyler Ber are. I find Dwayne Farnsworth very strange. He is a bankruptcy attorney in Mesa, Arizona. Why is this random bankruptcy attorney a director in this company with Jay Kaufman and Tyler Ber? It seems unusual. Well, you might have noticed that he has the same last name as the IT guy Terrell Farnsworth who was present at Charlie Kirk's murder. Now, I don't know if these two people are related. Maybe you internet slleuth at home can figure that out. But a lot of people have questions about the IT guy, Terrell Farnsworth. >> Okay, I'm sorry. I have to stop this because I just like I I need to make sure everyone is interpreting what's going on the way that you should. Okay. What we're talking about is the person Tyler Boyer who you're about to find out has financial, you know, he was a he was the CFO at uh at Turning Point and then he was then he became like the COO, whatever, but still had access to the to the funds. Okay. They have $100 million a year going through that place. Okay. Now, what did I say back when we first started talking about this in terms of like how you defraud an organization like TPUSA? How do you embezzle money if you are in a position to distribute funds at TPUSA? I said you have to have a person on the inside. The person on the inside is the one who could cut the checks. They are the one who can decide what's going on and then they itemize these on the balance sheet for TPUSA. And on the other side, what do you have? I said you have contractors who do business with TPU, you know, do business with TPUSA and then they write invoices and you pay those invoices. And then the person who is getting the money on the other side of the organization, the organization getting paid is going to split the money with the person who is writing the check from inside TPUSA. And what you're looking at right here is you're looking at Tyler Ber who is inside TPUSA and has the ability to write the checks. And you have him on this company over here, right, with Jake Hoffman, the the, you know, the state senator and whoever all, you know, and then and then this guy who is the brother of the dude who made the shadyiest video ever after Charlie got shot where he jumped up on the wall and is filming himself. Oh my god, they shot Charlie. Oh my god, they shot Charlie. They shot Charlie. That guy where you're like, what is he doing? What is wrong with that? Why is he acting like that? That is not normal. It is so weird that I even entertain that maybe like Charlie is sitting in Antigua somewhere because that is not how anyone would behave. Okay. The other option to that as far as I'm concerned that I would like that would make sense to me is like if a person knew this was coming, you know, they knew it was coming and if you need to understand why this is where this is going, these are people who are getting millions and millions and millions of dollars from TPUSA. Okay? sending it over, sending it over, sending it over, sending it over now to this company over here. And who are the people who are going to distribute these funds that have been paid to them by TPUSA? The guys we just mentioned. And then that guy is acting weird when Charlie gets shot. Tyler Boyer, okay, is like he just Okay, Charlie ordered an audit right before this all happened. Okay, now it's possible that all of this is coincidence, but Charlie orders a Doge style auditor and he puts someone into a position to get into the financials of TPUSA who had not been there before who is going to start deeply analyzing all of the checks that are going out. And then guess what, dude? Guess what? Who do you think it's going to fall on if he discovers millions of dollars getting paid to these weird shell corporations that Charlie didn't know about? Charlie is not on that company. Do you get it? Charlie is not on that company. He's not on that company. Okay, so this is again, this is We the People USA, Inc. directors Mike Miller, Doug Degrroot, Jake Hoffman, Dwayne Farnsworth, which is the, you know, same last name as that guy, and then Tyler Ber. All right, >> could explain it. But again, I don't know if they're related or not. The main point is to show that Tyler Boyer and Jake Hoffman have a history of doing these side businesses together. We have the paperwork. This company was formed in 2017 and then it was dissolved in 2021. That is strange because 110 LLC was created in 2021. Here is the formation paperwork signed by Jake Hoffman. I do not know why he lied about this in his post on X.com and said it was a decade old company. This was formed 4 years ago. It was formed at this address in Delaware next to several other buildings Candace Owens has identified in her podcast. Now, that's probably unrelated, but it is still a pretty strange coincidence. Just to be clear, the Delaware address Jay Hoffman is using is for Incorp, which is listed on Delaware's website as a registered agent who can set up one of these shell companies. >> So, I'm going to help him with this portion right here. Okay, everyone who has been asking why are all of these companies formed in Delaware? Okay, I know this because I've formed companies in Delaware. There's some tax stuff, but in this case, they folded the original company, We the People, Inc., whatever that thing was called that had all of those guys on it, and they re and then well, someone formed this one marketing company that we're about to look at. And here's why it's in Delaware, maybe. Okay. Delaware is famous for allowing owners to keep their identities private because it doesn't require listing LLC members and managers on public formation documents. Okay. So, they shuttered. Well, I mean, I can't know for a 100% sure, right? But he said it's a 10-year-old company. You had this one over here. That's the partnership between Tyler Boyer, Jake Hoffman, and all of those other guys. They they officially closed that one down. And then the same year, they open a new one in Delaware. And now you don't know who owns it. You don't know who the member managers are. You have no idea because you don't have to release that information in Delaware. It's private. Now, I wonder why someone would want to keep ownership of an organization private when that company is taking a bunch of money in from TPUSA where Tyler Boyer is the COO or C whatever his role is, right? Seale with access to the funds, access to invoices, access to distributing funds. Okay, maybe it doesn't look so good if he happens to be on both sides of of of a deal. Okay, maybe I don't know. Does Jake Hoffman work at TPUSA? No. So why would it be okay for him to be on the organization publicly in Delaware? Cuz he doesn't work at TPUSA if that's what's going on. Okay, this is the potential smoking gun for all of this. Now, it doesn't mean that they smoked Charlie, right? doesn't mean that they did it, but what it does mean is they would have had motive to do it. Okay, this means they would have had motive to do it because Charlie ordered a Doge style audit. And if this is what it looks like, as you're going to find out in a second, even more about it, then they would have had motive. Okay? Had wouldn't have had anything to do, you know, with uh with foreign actors necessarily. This would have been like like almost everything in the world. Follow the money. And also if all of a sudden, dude, someone is looking at federal prison time and losing everything that they have ever built ever. Okay, you get caught like I mean if this is what they were doing and you get caught embezzling millions of dollars from a gigantic one of the most powerful organizations uh political action organizations in the world. If they were embezzling money or if they were doing this whole thing and they they thought that they were about to get caught, you will I mean, what would you do? What would you do to avoid losing everything that you have and then going to prison? What would you do right now? Again, doesn't mean they didn't mean they didn't. Tons and tons and tons of evidence right now. The official story makes absolutely no sense as we've discussed many times. 306. We already I mean [snorts] and by the way, Dan and I are going to do part two of ours cuz I got 306 frangible rounds. Okay, I have those. I have eight of them. So, we're going out to Dan's uh ranch day after tomorrow and we're going to shoot the frange rounds and see if they can see what they do. You know, uh I don't know how anyone would have gotten them given the fact that I had to order them from like this. I had to buy 1945. They have these have these were made in 1945. Who knows if they're even going to shoot. Okay. So, I don't know where Tyler Robinson would have gotten them, but we'll see. Okay. So, maybe we'll solve the whole thing, dude. Maybe these were 1945 bullets, right? Like, maybe these were his his grandpa's old 1945 bullets and it's going to be like a perfect exactly the same wound. It's possible, but we have a lot more to go on that. And we have a lot to go on this and I want to tell Okay, so now we're going to get into the Jake Hoffman thing, but I want to say one other thing that's very, very, very important. Okay, so I have asked myself since the beginning, okay, why would they make Erica Kirk the CEO? Why on why on earth would Erica Kirk make sense to make the CEO? Okay, makes no sense, right? Hasn't everybody that in my opinion, everybody's been looking at her because she became the CEO. Like, and then they throw her out on the stage. She's a beauty queen. She's going through the motions and she's like uh and maybe she's coming off so weird because she is going through a horrific morning situation and she is like having to go so deep into her beauty pageant training that when she's talking it's like this robot that is not the real version of her. She might be a totally genuine person. Okay? Like she could be a totally genuine person and in reality the reason she looks so robotic is because they threw her into the situation. Now why would you do that? Okay. The reason you would do that is because they know they can control her and she has the ultimate decision on everything if she's the CEO. So they're like look like let's make her the CEO, right? We'll do this this this this. And then they're like oh just cut, you know, go ahead and cut off that audit. Well, they keep her in the dark and they shut down the audit. And they know she doesn't know anything about it. She don't you know like she doesn't know. She was his wife five minutes ago, right? She doesn't know that she needs to like overrule them and make sure that they push forward with this audit. Charlie was doing the audit. So they install Erica so that they could control her and make sure that she doesn't do the audit. Okay, now this is all theory, dude. I don't know. I have no idea. But this is a this is the first time the first time where I now feel comfortable saying TPUSA had motive to kill Charlie. Straight up. If this is what it looks like, again, I don't know if this is what it looks like, but let's look let's look a little deeper into what was going on with this uh you know this organization and how they were distributing money. Okay, so let's go through this thing right now. Okay, so this is uh this is the section. This is basically all I feel like I need to show on the Jake Hoffman portion. Uh because ultimately what we're trying to establish if we're doing an audit or an investigation is whether or not this is a real company that is trying to do real business. Okay? And the reason that this portion is important is because if it's a marketing company, if it's really a marketing company, then that's an easy, you know, an easy thing to back into, right? You need to have a website. you need to be promoting your own company, doing these things that are uh, you know, trying to draw in customers. So, if you're going out of your way to make the company essentially invisible, that is very, very hard to defend that you're a real marketing company. And if you're not a real marketing company and you're getting money paid to you by, you know, political organizations or whatever, then it's like, okay, well, what are you really doing? Okay, what's this money for? Right? Like, what's this money for? That's the question that everybody should be asking is it if okay anyway that's that's enough like for the start. Now watch this. Okay. So this is uh this is Wolves and Finance talking about uh the findability of this company. Millions of dollars. This is the mailbox. He is operating his multi-million dollar business out of this UPS store mailbox. There's no location. There's no evidence for this business other than this mailbox. I do have to correct a mistake I made in my previous videos. I made the statement that there was no website for 110 LLC. >> Oh, real quick. To be fair, to make sure that I'm covering this fairly, okay, cuz this is the this is big right here. But to make sure I'm covering this fair fairly, there are lots of businesses where their physical address is a UPS mailbox. Mine being one of them. Okay? Like mine being one of them. If someone wants to ship us things, it's at a UPS store. Now, that being said, right, so with that part, it's kind of like, all right, you know, whatever. But this is the part that is like, uh, say what, dog? Okay, so right now he's talking about their website. I have discovered that is not correct. There is a website. It's just very hard to find. It is at 110.io and I think it is very revealing. On the website, you can see a sample marketing example with Turning Point Action listed on the ad. I think it is very suspicious that he is advertising that if you pay him money, you are also going to get the support of Turning Point Action. You should go check this website out. There's not a lot on it. It is literally one page. What is even crazier is that if you look the website up using the Way Back Machine, you will see that the website has not changed at all since 2021. I will repeat this marketing company has not made a single change to its website since 2021. >> One other very important point uh before I address that is did you see the date? Did you see the date that was on that page? Okay, that was November 25th. Why is that important? Okay. It's important because when you are watching a creator, now this obviously comes uh, you know, from a person who knows what he's talking about. In this case, when you're looking at a creator, you should always be evaluating how they're coming up with the information that they're sharing with you. Okay? And Wolves and Finance is putting this video out on I think he put it out on uh the Yeah, the 28th of December. Okay. So, he's been investigating this case for over a month. Okay, like at least I mean well actually he's done multiple videos on it, but the information in this video was over a month because in the wayback machine I guarantee he probably just did four years ago, right? I mean I'm I'm making assumptions that he probably did four years ago from when he did it, but I would say very confidently probably did that on November 25th. So he's been working on this for over a month. I've never worked on a video that long ever. Ever. Okay, this is a real accountant. Like this is a real person who does real audits. That's why I was saying like when he was talking about this in the last video, I'm like, can you imagine this dude showing up at your door and being like, I would like to talk to you about some in, you know, uh some discrepancies in your uh your filings with the IRS. And you're like, uh, you know, you try to bribe him and it's just falling on deaf ears. I don't know if you guys remember that, but I was saying like this guy is someone who this is not some like slap dick YouTuber. Like this is like a dude who's doing real research. every time he puts out a video, you should listen to what he says as if it's gospel. You know, I'm not saying he can't make mistakes. Anyone can make mistakes, but this is real right here. Okay. Now, uh the other thing, too, they haven't changed their website in four years. Four years. A marketing website has not changed in four years. and and you know just to go back to what it says it's like it's like let us uh you know let us create your media or whatever like well you know let us create your media and then when he gets into the finances of who's paying them right it's like okay I'm starting to figure out what is going on here I feel like and the most damning part is coming right now additionally the reason the website is so hard to find is that it is not indexed by Google If you search on Google site110.io, you will receive zero results. So, this supposed marketing company has a website that you cannot search for on Google. This really does not do anything to convince me that this is anything other than a fake shell company. Jay Kaufman has also explained that he does not give out the address or details of his operations because of political persecution from what he calls the insane murderous left. I'm okay. So, let me just stop him right there and just kind of touch on what he just said. Okay. Number one. Okay. Number one, these guys are very powerful. I want to make that perfectly clear. Like these guys, these are people who can really really [�__�] with your life. Okay? So, I'm not trying like I try to do my my whole entire goal doing content is just to entertain people, make it funny, and in in some cases like, you know, share information that I found interesting, right? Like this is the kind of thing I'm going be totally honest with you. The reason I respect guys like this so much is because if I found this out, I wouldn't put it out, you know? Like I'm basically providing additional context from my own experience and my own knowledge base on top of what he said because he already put it out. Like these guys like him, people like him, people like Candace, people like uh I don't know like there there are people where they just put the stuff like this is brand new information. They put it out like I look at Jake Hoffman. I'm like I don't want that guy knowing my name, dude. and if he knows me as a guy who exposed his his shell company that he's taken in millions of dollars to do political favors for or whatever's going on, you know what I mean? Like I don't want that. So like if you don't respect this guy, you should. If you don't respect Candace, you should because these are people who just are not afraid of these people. I'm afraid of them. It might be because I know my own nature, you know, like I know my own nature. And if it was me that was doing this, if someone put that information out, I would literally put them on a list. Not to like hurt them or anything, but it would be like if I get the opportunity to [�__�] with this guy, like I'm going to And listen, I don't even necessarily think I'm the most vindictive person in the world. If you're more vindictive than me and you're in a position like that, like you understand these people know the president. They know that the like they know Pam Bondi. These are people who can call in favors and really mess with your life. So, mad respect to this dude and mad respect to Candace and any of the other people who are totally willing to put their neck on the line to share this information with people. Okay. Now, as it relates to it not being indexed. Okay. Like, do you understand what that means? I don't I'm pretty sure that you have to opt out of your site being indexed with Google. I think I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I I got cuz I anytime I've had a website, it just automatically after it starts getting enough traffic gets indexed, you know, like if they Google, you know, whatever whatever it is, like it'll come up. So, if it's not indexed, I'm pretty sure that that means that you have to ask for that. Okay, so think about this, right? Think about this. Why would someone do that? Why would someone ask to have their their website not be indexed? It's because they don't want anyone to find it. And so, here is the most common sense question that I can possibly pose to you. Why would you have a website if you don't want anyone to find it? Okay, common sense. If you have a website and you take steps to specifically have people unable to find that website, that means the website is serving a different purpose than what it is being presented as its purpose. Okay? And so why would you do that? Why would you need to be deceptive with the front side of your company? Very simple. It means the real purpose of your company is not what you are saying that it is. Okay? That is just 1 plus 1 equals two. Okay, now I don't know maybe maybe in this one case these guys are just the worst business people ever and they somehow are able to produce millions and millions and millions of dollars in revenue, right? or it's operating exactly how it's supposed to and they never anticipated someone going through, you know, TPUSA's like financials with a fine tooth comb because this is probably how well not even probably. Well, no, actually, I'm sorry. Probably how the entire political system works. Okay, that's why you never saw, you know, politicians get arrested previously like all that's why all of a sudden when you see the big guy going into, you know, going into trials over and over and over when he's trying to run for pre, I was like, man, these guys are going to regret this, dude. These guys are going to regret this. I I I didn't like it when they were doing it to him. But listen, dude, you know, finding finding corruption and and calling it out and then people getting prosecuted, I got no problem with that. People are people are you know people are doing [�__�] that's illegal taking money to to pass like like these are legis legislation that affects it affects us. This is exactly what's wrong with the entire country is that people take money and then they are making decisions on Capitol Hill or wherever because they're taking money as opposed to because they think it's going to help the people in their state or their district or whatever. That is how we end up with this gigantic government that we're paying for doing things that we don't want it to do. This is the core of all of it.
