Candace Owens Exposes Andrew Kolvet Orchestrating Smear Campaign and Fort Huachuca Cover-Up Involving Turning Point USA

Categories: Investigation
January 5, 2026

Candace Owens returns from break to expose a coordinated campaign by Turning Point USA spokesperson Andrew Kolvet, who was caught orchestrating attacks against her through obscure YouTubers. After witness Mitch Snow claimed to see Brian Harpole and Erika Kirk at Fort Huachuca days before Charlie Kirk's assassination, a bizarre operation unfolded involving Alex Jones, manufactured controversies, and threatened lawsuits. Owens reveals how Andrew Kolvet was feeding information to YouTubers while Erika Kirk provided alibis through back channels, violating their ceasefire agreement. She also dismantles the disturbing spectacle of AmFest, where attendees took selfies under a recreation of the tent where Charlie Kirk died, and addresses the Daily Wire's strange decision to reactivate her old social media accounts to launch a show mocking her.

Welcome Back and Setting the Record Straight

Candace Owens opens 2026 with a stark message: despite the new year, the government continues its deceptive practices. She immediately addresses the Daily Wire's puzzling decision to reactivate her old social media accounts and release an old promotional trailer from her time with the company without her permission. Owens promises to explain what they're planning and why it makes her uncomfortable.

She begins by giving a shoutout to Johnny, an 11-year-old viewer from St. Louis who watches her show daily with his mother. But the pleasantries end there as she declares that everyone except Andrew Kolvet, the spokesperson for Turning Point USA, deserves a Happy New Year. Owens reveals that Kovette has been caught orchestrating smear campaigns against her behind the scenes, and today she's sentencing him to truth.

Letting the Internet Go: Reflections on AmFest

Owens admits that last year she held the internet back, defending Turning Point USA against allegations and asking people to give them time to grieve. But now she's done. She's ready to fully embrace being the media's public enemy number one because of one particular incident at AmFest that broke the camel's back.

She describes AmFest as looking like a convention for a pyramid scheme, comparing it to Disney World for adults in Las Vegas. The entire event felt disturbing and disconnected from reality. To illustrate how the public received the event, she plays a clip from comedian Tim Dillon, who brilliantly captures the unsettling nature of what everyone witnessed.

Tim Dillon's Honest Assessment

Tim Dillon describes the Turning Point event as an abomination that has turned the right wing into a bad reality show. He points out the disturbing optics of Erika Kirk walking out through pyrotechnics and sparklers in a glittering pantsuit to talk about electing JD Vance just three months after her husband was killed. Dillon notes that political figures have become exactly like the Hollywood elites they claim to oppose, and it feels like a coordinated spectacle designed to extract money from supporters. He emphasizes that people feel played, and the whole thing seems deeply off and unrelatable.

Owens validates this take as honest, noting that people can be mad at Tim Dillon or at her for playing the clip, but this represents how Republicans and the general public actually felt watching the event. The vibe reminded people of Hollywood elites mocking everyday Americans, the very thing conservatives criticized in 2015.

The Tent: A Ghastly Display

The breaking point for Owens was the tent. At AmFest, organizers set up a recreation of the tent where Charlie Kirk died at Utah Valley University in September, and attendees were taking selfies with it. Owens struggles to find adequate words to describe her horror at this display. She immediately messaged people inside Turning Point to find out who approved this decision, knowing they would later claim it fell through the cracks.

The person who approved the tent was Elizabeth McCoy, wife of Michael McCoy. Since Erika Kirk is very close with Elizabeth McCoy, there's no way Erika didn't know this was happening. For Owens, this moment crystallized a disturbing realization about the future we're living in right now.

Fighting Algorithms and Sentinels

Owens describes feeling like we're fighting machines or sentinels that look like humans but can't comprehend real human emotion. The programmers can't write code specific enough to emulate genuine human feelings, so they multiply the sentinels, sending more people to say and do obviously abnormal and inhumane things, hoping that with enough of them claiming it's fine, they can override our humanity.

She argues that removing normal human responses like post-traumatic stress or displaced anger creates situations that feel deeply wrong to people with souls. The result is that everything in our culture feels weird and wrong, which is why she kept saying last year that everything is fake and gay.

Tim Dillon on RFK Jr. and Modern Dysfunction

Owens plays another Tim Dillon clip where he discusses the profound dysfunction of our society. He notes that RFK Jr., who has leaked texts every few days, is somehow the least controversial member of the administration. Meanwhile, Kash Patel updates people on his girlfriend's country music tour, and Erika Kirk appears in glittering pantsuits throwing merchandise while talking to Nicki Minaj. Dillon's repeated question sums up the entire mess: What's going on?

Hunter Kozak and CBS's Bizarre Decision

Owens highlights another disturbing moment from the Bari Weiss interview that didn't receive enough attention. CBS brought Hunter Kozak, the last person to speak with Charlie Kirk before he died, to ask Erika a question during the interview. Owens wants to know who approved this decision because it demonstrates the disconnect between how algorithms think and how humans with souls experience trauma.

Hunter Kozak didn't do anything wrong on that day at Utah Valley University, but many people understandably have negative feelings about him because he's associated with that traumatic moment. Bringing him back to "finish asking his question" this time isn't relatable to people with normal human emotions. Owens compares it to having Jackie Kennedy get back in the car and drive to the Dallas location, suggesting the entire setup was designed to recreate the moment Charlie died, except this time his wife would survive it.

Humans Versus Machines

The real question Owens poses for 2026 is: how many humans are left? She believes the war between human consciousness and algorithmic control is already happening, and we're reaching an inflection point. Despite increased pageantry, pyrotechnics, and distractions, people are still talking about important issues like the Epstein files and seeking truth.

France Prosecutes Truth-Tellers

Owens points to a real headline demonstrating where this leads: Brigitte Macron, who was born male and committed statutory rape against a 14-year-old student under French law, has successfully secured convictions against 11 people in France for cyberbullying. The media is presenting this as proof she's a woman, but Owens clarifies it's actually proof that France has created laws to prosecute people for telling the truth if the person lying feels bullied.

Tim Dillon on Cultural Denial

In a longer, brilliant clip, Tim Dillon explains how our modern culture of nothingness emerged from denial of darker truths. He describes the uncomfortable realization that many powerful people who created our culture were involved in exploitation and abuse. The unwillingness to face these facts has produced a culture of empty materialism, amenities, celebrity chef restaurants, and constant distractions.

Dillon acts out someone trying to discuss serious issues like whether civilization is run by evil people, only to be redirected to conversations about building amenities, rooftop gardens, and exclusive restaurants. His repeated phrase captures the essence: "It is the denial of that culture that has produced this one." Owens finds this analysis brilliant because it perfectly describes how she felt last year when trying to discuss serious issues while being bombarded with more materialism and trash culture.

Daily Wire's New Show Targeting Candace

Before discussing Fort Huachuca, Owens addresses why the Daily Wire reactivated her old social media accounts. They're hard launching a show with a young woman named Madison Bransford, an intern at the Daily Wire, in what appears to be an iCarly-type Nickelodeon-feel show where she'll make fun of Candace. The show is entitled "In The No," apparently because they watch every second of her show.

Owens finds this deeply uncomfortable and describes it as behavior from a crazy ex-stalker. She notes that in a normal world, when an employer fires you, that should be the last you hear from them. Instead, the Daily Wire has followed her to events, called people to get her canceled from speaking engagements, and filed lawsuits. She just wants to be fired like a normal person and allowed to move on.

Charlie Kirk on MK Ultra and Intel Agencies

Owens plays a clip of Charlie Kirk from October 2024 discussing the CIA and MK Ultra with Justice Smith. Charlie stated there's no evidence MK Ultra ever ended and referenced Operation Mockingbird, another CIA program designed to take over news networks. He explained that the Central Intelligence Agency is actively involved in domestic mind manipulation, which is completely against the CIA charter.

Charlie described how intel agencies actually run the country, not Congress or even the executive branch. The Pentagon, CIA, and FBI constitute a super government that exists above Congress. He noted that both Trump and JFK wanted to declare war on intel agencies and bring power back to the people, and both got shot.

Owens says it would pain Charlie to see what's happened since he passed, particularly what Trump has become as part of the deep state. She's never seen a more aggressive or obvious psychological operation than what intel agencies have been running since Charlie Kirk's assassination.

Fort Huachuca and Mitch Snow

Owens recaps the Fort Huachuca story. She was contacted by Mitch Snow, who claimed he saw people at Fort Huachuca in the days leading up to Charlie Kirk's assassination. Specifically, he saw Erika Kirk on the 8th leaving the Candlewood Suites hotel on base with someone who looked similar to Kat Phillips. The next day, he saw someone resembling Kat Phillips with Brian Harpole at a top brass meeting concluding around 7:30 a.m. on September 9th.

Mitch sent receipts backing up his claims. Owens wasn't initially sure about having him on the show, particularly about asking him not to mention the Erika Kirk sighting since she was more interested in the meeting Brian Harpole allegedly attended. She couldn't jump to conclusions because there could be innocent explanations.

The Coordinated Attack on Mitch Snow

After Mitch appeared on the show, madness erupted. Alex Jones and several unknown YouTubers began an aggressive effort to discredit Mitch. Alex Jones literally declared war on Candace Owens despite her never saying a bad word about him. In a bizarre rant, Jones claimed Candace was a globalist agent working for the deep state, the Democratic Party, CIA, and MI6.

Owens had no idea what he was talking about since she'd never attacked him. She would later discover exactly what was behind this coordinated response.

The Pressure Campaign

The attackers employed a two-pronged approach. Paramount Tactical and a YouTuber named Valhalla called Mitch pretending to be brothers in arms, suggesting Candace might be funded by foreign agents. Simultaneously, Ian Carroll called Candace pretending to be a friend, pressuring her to denounce Mitch as a fraud who was never in the military.

They tried to get Mitch to turn against Candace and Candace to turn against Mitch. Owens found this suspicious and didn't take the bait. Through a third party, they threatened lawsuits if she didn't retract her support for Mitch's story.

Moving Goalposts

When the "stolen valor" claim failed after they admitted Mitch was in the military, they pivoted to character assassination, bringing women on their platforms to discuss his past behavior. When the public didn't bite, they claimed he was a pathological liar and probably wasn't even at Fort Huachuca.

Owens then dropped military police reports proving Mitch told the truth about being on base that day. They pivoted again, claiming the police report was fake due to typos and formatting issues. Finally, they decided to bring Mitch's adult son on their show to speak against him, even though Mitch hasn't spoken to his son since the son was two years old.

The Son Accidentally Confirms the Story

In a hilarious moment of accidental confirmation, the son mentions that Fort Huachuca called him on September 9th asking if he knew anything about a Mitch Snow because he was listed as the emergency contact. This confirmed everything Mitch said about what happened that morning actually occurred.

Andrew Kolvet Gets Caught

The smoking gun came when Paramount Tactical went live and accidentally read instructions from Andrew Kolvet on air. He was providing information about Erika's supposed alibi for the 9th (though no one had accused her of being anywhere on the 9th) and explicitly told them not to show the messages. Paramount Tactical apologized on air to Andrew for accidentally revealing his involvement.

This upset Owens because they'd suspected Turning Point was behind the attacks, but having confirmation that the spokesperson was directing YouTubers to attack her while refusing to communicate directly was infuriating. Alex Jones also confirmed he was in communication with Turning Point USA.

The Alibi That Raises Questions

The fact that they provided an alibi for Erika on the 9th when Mitch only claimed to see her on the 8th struck Owens as suspicious. This contradicted her meeting with Erika, where she was left under the impression that Andrew Kolvet had gone rogue on several matters.

Owens recounts being told that Andrew went rogue on the "Charlie Kirk Catholic" issue, on sharing information about threats Charlie received before he died, and on the "Superman" tweet quoting the surgeon. According to Owens's source, the surgeon never violated HIPAA or made that statement. It was a three-way call between the surgeon, Andrew Kolvet, and Erika, and the Superman quote came from Erika as she tried to process what happened.

Now seeing coordination between Erika and Andrew, Owens no longer accepts that Andrew is simply going rogue. She sees a pattern of lies told in her name.

Sentencing Andrew to Truth

Owens decides Andrew Kolvet's punishment is truth. She reveals that Andrew Kolvet was her source for the story about Benjamin Netanyahu calling Charlie Kirk at the Hamptons meeting and offering to take Turning Point to the next level. When Owens sat with Erika, she conceded that yes, she was at the Hamptons (which Candace didn't previously know), and yes, Netanyahu called, but she denied he offered to take Turning Point to the next level.

Owens told Erika that Andrew Kolvet was her source for that specific detail, and she'd confirmed it with two other independent sources. One source was someone at the dinner who Andrew wouldn't have known about, and a third person close to Andrew confirmed that Andrew said he lost a lot of money when Charlie said no to Netanyahu.

Requesting Direct Communication

After Andrew was exposed, Owens reached out directly to him and the COO in good faith, offering to communicate facts to her audience without needing to go through obscure YouTubers. She had a phone call with Justin Strife, who she believes has been well-intended throughout this situation.

Strife said he would send a message showing a conversation between Erika and Charlie on the 8th about making dinner, which would prove Erika couldn't have been at Fort Huachuca. He sent the message but blacked out the contact name. When Owens asked to see Charlie's name confirmed, they said they thought she would release it publicly and didn't want Charlie's nickname shown. She assured them she wouldn't release it but needed verification.

Despite following up four times, she still hasn't received that verification. She remains interested in confirming the conversation because she senses something significant happened at Fort Huachuca.

Tomorrow's Deep Dive

Owens promises to dive deeper into Kat Phillips and Mark Amiday, noting that she now believes she knows which congressman Mitch actually saw, and it wasn't Mark Amiday. She feels a ceasefire was violated and is no longer holding back.

Venezuela and the Pattern of Regime Change

Owens addresses viewer questions about the operation to capture Venezuelan dictator Maduro. She rejects the false dichotomy that not celebrating Maduro's removal means thinking he was a good man. She compares it to Syria and Assad, where she was proven correct that Israel wanted Assad gone for the Greater Israel project, not because of humanitarian concerns.

She predicted that after Assad's removal, Christians would be mass murdered, which is now happening. Israel worked with al-Qaeda-adjacent groups like al-Nusra, which is why these radical Muslim groups never attack Israel. Owens asks whether we prefer the devil we know or the devil we don't know, believing the end result for Venezuela won't be preferable.

She's tired of the same CIA narrative that America topples regimes because "we're the good guys." She points to Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan as examples of how this pattern leads to millions of civilian deaths, worse conditions than before, and enrichment of the oligarchy while regular people gain nothing except the possibility of their sons dying overseas.

Battle Lines Drawn

Owens concludes by saying the battle lines have been clearly drawn. People must decide what side they're on: with the sentinels or with human beings. She's chosen the people and is done holding them back because all of this is deeply weird. She's leaving behind what she calls "bubblegum Christianity" in 2025—people lecturing her about accepting evil while treating Bible verses like Snapple facts rather than understanding the deeper context that requires ordained priests to interpret properly.

She's also done with pastors on stage in ripped jeans trying to make Christianity cool while actually telling people what to think. She suggests they all look like a psychological operation trying to manufacture consent, and she'd prefer if they removed the Bible from their arguments and just stated their opinions so people can decide if they want to buy what they're selling.
