His social media reaches over 100 million people per month and according to Axios, he is one of the "top 10 most engaged" Twitter handles in the world. He is also the host of “The Charlie Kirk Show,” which regularly ranks among the top news shows on Apple podcast charts.
Charlie Kirk Breaks Down RFK Jr's Viral Twitter Post on What MAGA Really Means
Charlie Kirk examines Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s viral explanation of what Make America Great Again truly represents, challenging liberal interpretations and offering a vision of national restoration. Kennedy describes MAGA as recalling a nation with vitality, a can-do spirit, and belief in itself, the world's healthiest country with the most vibrant middle class. Kirk explores how Kennedy's endorsement of Donald Trump, along with figures like Elon Musk, Tulsi Gabbard, and David Sacks, creates what he calls an Avengers Squad of change makers. The post addresses everything from ending foreign wars to tackling chronic disease epidemics, corporate influence, and free speech protection. Kirk analyzes polling data suggesting Kennedy's endorsement could deliver tens of thousands of crucial swing state votes in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and North Carolina, potentially enough to decide the entire election.
Charlie Kirk read Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s viral Twitter post explaining the true meaning of Make America Great Again. Kennedy addressed liberal concerns that MAGA represents a call to return to an America before civil rights, gay rights, and women's rights. Kirk noted that while he wouldn't have written it the same way, he welcomed Kennedy aboard, emphasizing that politics is about multiplication and addition, not division and subtraction.
Kennedy offered what he called a more generous interpretation—one true to his experience of Donald Trump. "Make America great again recalls a nation brimming with vitality, with a can-do spirit, with hope and a belief in itself," Kennedy wrote. "It was an America that was beginning to confront its darker shadows, could acknowledge the injustice in its past and present, yet at the same time could celebrate its successes."
Kennedy described an America of broad prosperity, the world's most vibrant middle class, and an idealistic belief in freedom, justice, and democracy. It was a nation that led the world in innovation, productivity, and technology—and it was the healthiest country in the world. "Now we are one of the sickest countries in the world," Kennedy observed.
A Vision of National Restoration
Kennedy explained that after talking to many Trump supporters, his inner circle, and the man himself, he understood that this is the America they want to restore. Kirk agreed emphatically, stating that restoration of the greatest nation ever to exist in the history of the world is exactly what the movement believes in.
Kirk outlined what this restoration means in practical terms:
A country that doesn't leave $80 billion of military equipment for the Taliban
A country that does not allow 10 million people to walk across the southern border
A country where half the kids are not obese
A country where people are not depressed, suicidal, anxious, alcohol addicted, and slaves of the pharmaceutical industrial complex
Kirk emphasized that Kennedy loves America and is not a stooge of the World Economic Forum, the World Health Organization, or the New World Order. "He's a nightmare for the great reset," Kirk said, noting that the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) message can appeal to voters who might not like Trump, particularly independent voters in Arizona who think it's crazy that kids are being given high fructose corn syrup and processed foods at every single meal.
The War Issue That Changed Everything
Kennedy made clear that Donald Trump will end the Ukrainian War. Kennedy said that if it was just this one issue, it is worth embracing and endorsing Donald Trump. Kirk called Kamala Harris a warmonger who should terrify Americans, describing her as one of the scariest human beings to run for the presidency in American history. He noted she was beating her chest at the DNC, more hawkish than John McCain and more aggressive than George W. Bush.
Kennedy explained his decision in a speech: "Last summer it looked like no candidate was willing to negotiate a quick end of the Ukraine war, to tackle chronic disease epidemic, to protect free speech and our constitutional freedoms, to clean corporate influence out of our government, or to defy the neocons and their agenda of endless military adventurism. But now one of the two candidates has adopted these issues as his own, to the point where he has asked to enlist me in his administration. I'm speaking of course of Donald Trump."
The Avengers Squad of Change Makers
Kirk described what he called the pro-American, patriotic, pro-liberty Avengers Squad coming together:
Elon Musk on government efficiency
Tulsi Gabbard against neoconservatism and war
RFK Jr. on public health
JD Vance on the inner workings of government and getting the legislative agenda set
David Sacks on technology
This squad of change makers is going to take back the government from the deep state bureaucrats currently squeezing it, Kirk said—from the unelected, unknown, unchecked, previously unchallengeable bureaucrats that are ruining the country. This is why they now fear the Trump movement, he explained.
Kirk pointed out that the movement has become decentralized and bigger than Trump. "If they take out Trump, you got four more," he said. "This movement is now decentralized. This movement has become bigger than Trump. It is a message of we the people taking back the government from the rotten core that it has become, from the kingdom of Washington DC."
The Phoenix Rally That Changed the Narrative
Kirk explained that the media thought there was going to be an uninterrupted coronation parade for Kamala Harris after the Democratic National Convention. But everything changed on Friday at the Turning Point Action Trump event, which drew one of the largest crowds in Phoenix political history.
Despite what Kirk called a media blackout, the rally filled every single seat at Desert Diamond Arena—the same venue where Kamala Harris held her event a couple weeks prior but was unable to fill. Kirk stated that Harris only had about 10,000 people and had to partition off the top row, while Trump filled every single seat, making it look like an NBA playoff game.
Kirk accused Harris of lying about her attendance numbers, claiming she said she had 15,000 people when event staff confirmed only 10,000 attended. The Trump event had to turn away at least 6,000 people, meaning over 20,000 people came and attended or tried to attend—more than double Harris's turnout.
The Electoral Math That Could Decide Everything
CNN's Erin Burnett went through the math showing the significance of RFK Jr. no longer being on the ballot and endorsing Trump. Kirk emphasized this is a natural fit—RFK voters are more likely to vote for Trump than for Kamala Harris, who represents more war, more censorship, more power for the government, and no border security.
The latest swing state polls show Kennedy with five or six percent of the vote. According to some calculations, this could be a net 40,000 new votes in Arizona alone—enough to make the difference of the entire election.
Expert pollster Tony Fabrizio calculated Kennedy's vote share would provide:
Plus 2.5% boost in Arizona
Plus 1.3% boost in Georgia
Plus 3.6% boost in North Carolina
Plus 5.0% boost in Nevada
Plus 1.3% boost in Pennsylvania
Plus 3.0% boost in Wisconsin
Kirk noted these translate to margins of 10,000 to 20,000 votes in key swing states—potentially decisive numbers.
A Movement of Former Democrats
Kirk emphasized a broader theme: any freethinking Democrat can now look at the election and see that RFK Jr., Elon Musk, Tulsi Gabbard, and David Sacks—all freethinking Democrats—have embraced Donald Trump and the movement. They are no longer part of what Kirk called the DNC cabal. He called on any honest Democrat in the country to leave the Democrat Party and join the movement.
During his speech, Kirk asked how many former Democrats were in the audience, and thousands of hands went up. "Our movement is full of former Democrats, independents, former Bernie Sanders people, and it doesn't matter," he said. "It does not matter what you once were. We are adding and growing and they are decreasing."
Kirk gave credit to RFK Jr. for his courage to do something he knows was not easy, something Kennedy's family opposed—going against the Democrat Party to say he doesn't recognize them anymore. Kennedy did something a Kennedy has never done because he put country above the Democrat Party.
