[00:00] Zionists and the prime minister of
[00:04] Israel all lied through their teeth
[00:07] about Charlie Kirk in the immediate wake
[00:10] of the highest profile political
[00:12] assassination of my lifetime. Candace
[00:14] Owens got us that information and that's
[00:16] like very important vital information.
[00:18] And so look, if Erica Kirk is coming out
[00:21] and telling me, "Trust our judicial
[00:24] system, trust our government, then
[00:27] respectfully with all respect and
[00:29] admiration to your late husband, no."
[00:33] Dave Smith just defended Candace Sins on
[00:36] her Charlie Kirk investigation and
[00:38] against the Zionist smears and lies
[00:41] against her and actually weighs in to be
[00:43] critical of Erica Kirk at this point.
[00:46] someone who is not exactly, let's just
[00:48] say, a grieving widow only and has put
[00:51] herself into the spotlight as the CEO of
[00:54] Turning Point USA. Let's see what Dave
[00:56] has to say about this. Please like the
[00:58] video and subscribe to the channel.
[01:00] >> The week that we're filming this right
[01:02] now, yes, there's this major
[01:03] conversation of Candace Owens, Erica
[01:06] Kirk, right, which I think is important
[01:07] and I have my opinions on uh but I don't
[01:10] want to sort of ride an emotional wave
[01:12] without hearing everything out. But at
[01:14] the same time, the Justice Department
[01:16] has decided that domestic terrorism is a
[01:19] thing and that people who advocate
[01:21] overthrow of the government are
[01:22] terrorists. That's terrifying.
[01:25] And we're busy not seeing it. Now,
[01:28] there's a new uh visa requirement for
[01:30] immigrants to hand over 5 years of
[01:32] social media if you want to come to the
[01:35] US as a visitor. That's terrifying. This
[01:38] is all big brother stuff happening right
[01:41] now. And so it does feel like chaos. How
[01:44] do we scream about the right things
[01:46] right now when there's such stupid
[01:50] distraction and and the death of Charlie
[01:51] Kirk is not stupid, but you know,
[01:54] ringing in on his widow, I don't think
[01:56] is going to stop. And so I I'm really
[01:58] upset that we do see in the wake of the
[02:00] Charlie Kirk assassination, in the wake
[02:02] of, you know, um this
[02:06] idea of rising anti-semitism that we're
[02:08] going to see continuing our rights
[02:10] eroded. And I don't know what the path
[02:12] is to make that stop. Who's gonna sue
[02:15] the Justice Department for the fact that
[02:17] there there's no such thing as domestic
[02:19] terrorists. What do we do about that?
[02:22] >> Well, how about I I mean, couldn't you
[02:23] Isn't it something right just in the
[02:25] United States of America to I mean, our
[02:28] founding document is the Declaration of
[02:30] Independence.
[02:31] >> Yeah. which very clearly says at the
[02:33] very beginning of it,
[02:36] it's the most beautiful because it says
[02:41] it's self-evident that there's a God and
[02:43] that he wants us to be free, which I
[02:45] love. I love not even having to not even
[02:47] pretending that that needs to be argued.
[02:49] We take it as self-evident that God
[02:51] wants us to be free. And governments,
[02:53] they're just this institution that man
[02:55] creates to protect our freedom. And if
[02:57] they're not protecting our freedom or if
[02:59] they're tyrannical, then we have the
[03:01] right and the duty to overthrow that
[03:04] government and replace it with a new
[03:05] one. So the idea that the government
[03:07] that was created by that document could
[03:09] then ever try to say that like the
[03:11] overthrowing your own government is some
[03:13] type of like uh um ju just a moral sin
[03:17] on its face by definition is crazy. That
[03:20] >> that's exactly right. That's what
[03:22] Jefferson was saying, borrowing from
[03:24] lock in concepts that governments exist
[03:26] to protect life, liberty, and property
[03:28] under the lock social compact theory.
[03:31] And when they go beyond that, when they
[03:33] violate those rights and try to perform
[03:36] other functions, it's the right of the
[03:38] people to alter or abolish them. And
[03:40] that can come after what the document
[03:42] said was a long train of usurpations.
[03:46] and basically that it's not only the
[03:48] people's right to do that, but it's
[03:50] their duty to do that. That's in the
[03:52] Declaration of Independence. The
[03:54] founders were a generation of
[03:56] secessionists, seceding not only from
[03:59] the British crown and separating into
[04:02] independent political systems on that
[04:04] basis, but also seceded from the
[04:06] Articles of Confederation system that
[04:08] instituted a confederation congress to
[04:11] create a new constitution. So, the
[04:14] founders were secessionists. There's no
[04:16] argument against this. And no matter how
[04:18] much they want to point to the idea of
[04:20] that being unamerican, there's nothing
[04:22] more American than that. That idea is as
[04:25] American as apple pie. The whole spirit
[04:27] of the country was that you overthrow a
[04:29] tyrannical government. And you know, as
[04:32] far as the stuff you said, you know,
[04:34] look, like I I don't I don't know Erica.
[04:37] I've never met her. I I did know Charlie
[04:40] and I would would have considered him a
[04:41] friend. Um, and I do know Candace and
[04:43] she's a good friend and and like so it's
[04:46] a little bit of a weird situation
[04:48] because geez I mean
[04:50] >> would I ever want to say anything
[04:52] critical about my friend who just died
[04:55] about his widow who's raising his two
[04:57] kids alone? I mean that just feels like
[04:59] I don't want to say nothing bad about
[05:00] her. But then at the same time there
[05:02] does become this thing where like okay
[05:04] if you if you jump in the spotlight
[05:07] after this horrible tragedy where your
[05:09] husband and the father of your children
[05:10] is killed and you go you know you give a
[05:12] eulogy at the funeral or something like
[05:13] that like that to me is like a handsoff
[05:15] that that doesn't put you as like a
[05:17] public person. But if you're going to
[05:19] take over turning points and now it's
[05:21] like weeks and weeks and weeks later and
[05:23] you're out on camera leading a thing.
[05:25] You kind of are now in a realm where
[05:27] like you're a public person. we have to
[05:29] be allowed to say whether we agree with
[05:31] you or disagree with you and it's it's
[05:33] just a very uncomfortable thing. Um I'll
[05:36] say at the very least and I have not you
[05:39] know I just I I you know I'm so busy
[05:42] with the shows that I that I do and the
[05:45] the topics that I focus on and and I
[05:47] always try to focus on the things that I
[05:49] think are the biggest most important
[05:51] crises that the country is facing. So, I
[05:53] have not watched every Candace Owens
[05:55] episode and I have not like I'm not up
[05:57] on all of her like what her theory is on
[05:59] Charlie's uh assassination. What I will
[06:02] say is that I know that Candace Owens
[06:05] and Candace Owens alone revealed
[06:08] something truly remarkable. I'm not
[06:10] saying this has any implications as to
[06:12] who killed Charlie Kirk, but the fact is
[06:14] that the Zionists
[06:18] and the prime minister of Israel all
[06:22] lied through their teeth about Charlie
[06:24] Kirk in the immediate wake of the
[06:27] highest profile political assassination
[06:29] of my lifetime. That's exactly what
[06:31] happened. That is what she revealed.
[06:33] Despite all the smears against her,
[06:35] allegations of lying and going down, you
[06:38] know, endless rabbit holes with no
[06:41] proof, she did prove that. She did prove
[06:44] that the Zionists lied through their
[06:46] teeth to try to make Charlie Kirk into
[06:49] the most rigid Ben Shapiroesque Zionist
[06:52] martyr in his death. Even though 48
[06:54] hours before it, he had sent a message
[06:58] to a chat group, including Josh Hammer,
[07:01] one of the guys that lied about Charlie
[07:03] for weeks after this, saying that he had
[07:05] no choice but to lead the pro-Israel
[07:07] cause. Also, as Dave mentions,
[07:11] Benjamin Netanyahu twisted and took out
[07:14] of context one part of Charlie Kirk's
[07:17] last letter to him addressing his
[07:19] admiration for Israel, but the whole
[07:22] rest of the letter contained, you know,
[07:24] basic frustration because he couldn't
[07:26] defend the genocide in Gaza anymore. He
[07:29] said, "We were essentially getting our
[07:30] asses handed to us out here on college
[07:33] campuses by all these questions and
[07:35] people turning away from the Israel
[07:37] first mentality, which is playing out,
[07:39] especially among young people." And as
[07:41] far as Erica Kirk, I agree with Dave
[07:43] there, too. At one point, you know, I
[07:46] was not critical at all of Erica Kirk.
[07:48] Why would I be? She has a hard job. You
[07:52] know, she is wealthy, but she has to
[07:54] raise children alone that are young and
[07:56] probably won't remember her husband. But
[07:58] at some point, you just don't be only
[08:01] the grieving widow when you become the
[08:03] CEO of Turning Point and then do things
[08:06] like go on major interviews with Barry
[08:07] Weiss and say, "Stop. Stop trying to
[08:10] investigate the truth about my husband's
[08:13] death." She didn't say it in that words,
[08:15] but she can somehow what was it 11 or 10
[08:17] days after Charlie Kirk's murder find it
[08:20] within her to forgive the actual
[08:22] murderer according to the FBI. But
[08:25] that's implied to be unforgivable to
[08:28] stop, you know, searching for the truth
[08:31] here among an FBI narrative that let's
[08:34] just say there's a lot of holes in,
[08:35] especially when it comes to the 30 odd
[08:37] six, you know, George Zinn, all sorts of
[08:40] other things related to that. Yeah. And
[08:42] during an active murder investigation,
[08:44] they were lying. Josh Hammer went out
[08:46] there and said that the the the rumors
[08:49] that Charlie was turning on Israel were
[08:51] an anti-semitic conspiracy theory. Then
[08:53] Candace Owens revealed that he texted
[08:56] that to Josh Hammer. Like, I'm sorry. To
[08:59] me, that's really wild. Benjamin
[09:00] Netanyahu read a couple letter uh lines
[09:03] from that letter that Charlie Kirk read
[09:06] like immediately after his death. And he
[09:08] omitted the fact that the entire letter
[09:10] was Charlie Kirk going, "Sir, we're
[09:12] getting killed out here. You have
[09:14] totally rethink. You're losing this."
[09:16] So, like just that alone, Candace Owens
[09:20] got us that information and that's like
[09:22] very important vital information. So,
[09:24] has she, you know, I kind of look at
[09:26] Candace Owens like um she's like a
[09:28] pitbull and she's going to grab a thing
[09:31] and just ring it until whatever falls
[09:33] out falls out. Has she ever grabbed a
[09:35] hold of a thing where nothing fell out?
[09:37] Probably. But she's also grabbed a hold
[09:39] of a few other things where we all have.
[09:40] Yeah. Right. Right. But like, you know,
[09:42] so I just
[09:44] >> Yeah. Absolutely. That is what Candace
[09:46] does. She's a relentless bulldog. It's
[09:48] something that Dave Smith told me when
[09:50] we had our discussion, too, is that she
[09:53] doesn't have the same approach to issues
[09:55] as maybe someone that would create, you
[09:57] know, the most meticulous, perfect case
[10:00] against the enemy's strongest argument
[10:02] for something, she'll just take hold of
[10:04] everything, shake that tree, as Dave
[10:06] said. And some things that fall out of
[10:08] that tree, they might not be that
[10:10] pertinent to the real story, but some
[10:13] are really interesting, like some of the
[10:15] things we've already talked about. I
[10:16] agree with that totally. I look at that
[10:18] and I go, I don't think it's it's look,
[10:21] if Erica Kirk is coming out and telling
[10:24] me, trust our judicial system, trust our
[10:28] government, then respectfully with all
[10:31] respect and admiration to your late
[10:32] husband, no.
[10:35] Sorry, that's not what we do around
[10:37] these parts. Like, I'm not trusting the
[10:39] I'm supposed to trust the Justice
[10:41] Department that just got caught with
[10:43] their pounds down straight up saying
[10:45] that the Epstein files didn't exist and
[10:48] they were a Democratic hoax uh hoax and
[10:50] then they voted to release said files.
[10:53] Yeah. And there's over a million files.
[10:55] This is exactly right. Sorry. The
[10:57] default is not trust the FBI. The
[11:00] default is not trust the DOJ. The
[11:03] default is not to trust the court
[11:05] system. It's actually to be skeptical
[11:08] and question the DOJ and the deep state
[11:11] in general and the Trump administration
[11:13] when he embarks on a cover up here. And
[11:16] if not for the heroics of people like
[11:17] Marjorie Taylor Green, Thomas Massie,
[11:20] Roana, and others to force his hand into
[11:23] releasing those files that supposedly
[11:25] didn't exist, we would have no further
[11:27] answers. And you know, they've tried to
[11:29] redact whatever they can, but it's very
[11:31] clear that they lied through their teeth
[11:33] about Epstein, what he was, his
[11:36] connections to Israeli intelligence.
[11:38] They lied about the fact that the FBI
[11:41] didn't entertain the possibility of this
[11:43] being blackmail, of this having
[11:46] co-conspirators because at one point you
[11:48] can see in these leaks that the FBI says
[11:51] there were as many as 10
[11:53] co-conspirators. and they were
[11:55] entertaining that this was a child sex
[11:57] trafficking ring involving other people.
[12:00] Yeah, we're not trusting those people by
[12:02] default. Sorry, I don't care if you're a
[12:05] grieving widow. If you're in the
[12:07] spotlight as the CEO of Turning Point,
[12:09] we can critique that and you shouldn't
[12:11] feel bad about critiquing that, by the
[12:13] way.
[12:13] >> Yeah.
[12:14] >> Sorry. You've blown your your trust for
[12:16] me at least.
[12:18] >> Yeah. I mean, as a married person, you
[12:21] think if you were widowed and then the
[12:25] government narrative was so full of so
[12:27] thin. First of all, if you read the
[12:28] indictment of Tyler Robinson, it's
[12:31] extremely thin. Uh people are saying
[12:34] online, well, he confessed that he did
[12:36] not confess. His parents took him in
[12:40] because he was a known suspect, right?
[12:42] Because they thought he looked like the
[12:44] the document is very thin. The
[12:45] government has not made its case. Tyler
[12:47] Robinson is afforded presumptive
[12:50] innocence by our constitution.
[12:52] >> And so, you know, I think that as a
[12:56] married person, obsessed with every
[13:00] little,
[13:02] you know, turn and question doesn't even
[13:04] cover it. I would be obsessed with like
[13:07] I don't think they, you know, and so
[13:09] this like, no, they got it. They they
[13:11] got it. um it just doesn't comport, you
[13:13] know, sort of mother to mother, wife to
[13:16] wife. I don't know what to think about
[13:18] that. I know that I will commit to never
[13:22] saying no to somebody's questions, even
[13:24] if I don't like that person. And I I do
[13:27] quite like Candace Owens, so I'll reveal
[13:29] that bias. But never am I going to say
[13:31] don't ask that question.
[13:34] >> Yeah. Especially when we're talking
[13:35] about a high-profile political
[13:37] assassination after watching JFK and the
[13:41] feds cover up the most intricate details
[13:44] of that forever for decades. And this is
[13:46] becoming the new JFK. And you can say
[13:49] that regardless of whatever you think
[13:51] regarding who's culpable for Charlie
[13:53] Kirk's death. Was it a lone nut? Was it
[13:55] a conspiracy? Whatever you think about
[13:58] that, I'm sure glad there are people
[14:00] like Candace So asking questions about
[14:02] it. And it's ironic here, too, because
[14:05] Charlie Kirk himself was skeptical of
[14:08] lone nut theories from the feds,
[14:10] including JFK. You can find, you know,
[14:13] evidence of him talking about that on a
[14:15] college campus under one of those tents,
[14:18] saying we shouldn't be, you know, just
[14:20] buying into the FBI's JFK narrative. And
[14:23] that's kind of ironic when it comes to
[14:25] looking at Charlie Kirk and his
[14:26] situation, too.
[14:28] >> Right. And so,
[14:28] >> yeah, that's that's right. And I also do
[14:30] think that there's just like um I mean,
[14:32] I don't know. I'm not enough of like a
[14:33] religious expert to know this, but isn't
[14:35] there like like in Catholicism I think
[14:37] like the pope if the pope says something
[14:39] pertaining to religion then he is an
[14:41] authority over Catholics. But if he says
[14:44] something about football or whatever
[14:46] that has no Catholic has to follow that,
[14:48] you know what I mean? Like there's the
[14:49] different kind of like lanes. And I do
[14:51] feel too like if I could imagine like if
[14:53] I got murdered tomorrow and like I think
[14:57] if if my wife came out and want like she
[14:59] represents me in the sense that she's my
[15:01] better half. She's the mother of my
[15:03] children. She's anything that she were
[15:05] to say about like who I was as a person
[15:07] or what our home life was or anything
[15:09] like that. Like she's the authority on
[15:10] that. But if my wife came out and told
[15:12] my audience, you know, okay, you got to
[15:15] support Trump in bombing boats in
[15:18] Venezuela or something. I think my
[15:19] audience would be like, whoa, like who
[15:21] are you? You don't have the authority in
[15:22] that lane. Like you don't that it's just
[15:24] like kind of a different thing. And so
[15:27] once you once you step into that like
[15:29] Charlie's the one we respected we
[15:31] respected his opinion on this stuff. We
[15:33] respect like this is a whole different
[15:36] thing. And so I don't like no now you're
[15:39] getting into a political conversation
[15:41] and I don't have to treat you the same
[15:43] as I do where like like you get to say
[15:46] who Charlie was as a man. I I don't get
[15:48] to comment on that. You were his wife.
[15:49] You don't get to tell me how I feel
[15:51] about the Justice Department. These are
[15:52] different lanes.
[15:54] >> Yeah, that's exactly right. That's what
[15:56] we're seeing here. We're seeing a lot of
[15:58] people, especially the diehard Zionists,
[16:00] try to smear you if you try to weigh in
[16:03] and criticize Erica Kirk or how Turning
[16:06] Point USA is being run after Charlie
[16:08] Kirk's death. But the fact is, they're
[16:10] political actors. They're big-time
[16:12] political actors in control of a really
[16:15] big political activism committee, a big
[16:19] organization that Charlie helped build.
[16:21] It was his charisma that helped build
[16:23] it. I wasn't personally the biggest
[16:25] Charlie Kirk fan. I always kind of saw
[16:27] him as an establishment shill for
[16:30] Israel. We learn more and more about how
[16:32] much he truly was turning away from the
[16:34] pro-Israel mentality. I think the
[16:37] interview that brings it out the most is
[16:39] his August 6th appearance on the Megan
[16:41] Kelly show on in 2025. If you watch that
[16:45] back, he is very frustrated about people
[16:48] calling his character into question. And
[16:51] as we know at that time frame in the
[16:53] summer of 2025
[16:55] by way of the incredible journalism at
[16:57] the grrey zone by Max Blumenthal
[16:59] three-piece investigation we know that
[17:01] high ranking very rich billionaire
[17:04] Zionist donors had decided they were
[17:07] going to withdraw their donations to
[17:09] Turning Point USA. Robert Schillman and
[17:11] Bill Aman among them because he decided
[17:14] to dig in his heels and invite Tucker
[17:16] Carlson. and he invited Tucker Carlson
[17:19] to their December event, too. A speech
[17:21] that just took place. Guess who he
[17:23] didn't invite? Ben Shapiro. And there is
[17:26] evidence behind the scenes that Candace
[17:28] and others have revealed that Ben
[17:30] Shapiro and Charlie Kirk didn't have the
[17:32] best relationship. Whatever you think
[17:34] about their politics, Israel, etc., they
[17:37] weren't exactly friends. But
[17:38] nevertheless, Ben Shapiro was invited to
[17:41] Turning Point USA's December event, too.
[17:44] And what did he do with his opportunity
[17:46] on the stage? He used it to smear all
[17:48] the top conservatives on the right who
[17:51] have turned their back on the pro-Israel
[17:54] Israel first mentality. like Tucker
[17:55] Carlson, like Candace, like Nick Fuesz,
[17:59] like Steve Bannon, you know, just
[18:01] completely smearing them, calling them,
[18:04] you know, lunatic conspiracy theorists
[18:06] and all this nonsense at this Turning
[18:09] Point event that he was not going to be
[18:12] invited to from Charlie Kirk. He didn't
[18:15] appear on the early invitee list that
[18:18] was out there in August. And for good
[18:21] reason. It looks like the Zionists are
[18:23] trying to maintain the strangle hold of
[18:26] the organization, take it back from the
[18:29] direction that it looked like Charlie
[18:30] was going to lead it in. And that's not
[18:33] embracing this pro-Israel mentality and
[18:35] everything. We know in his last months,
[18:37] Charlie Kirk pled with Donald Trump not
[18:40] to bomb Iran, not to get into a regime
[18:43] change war there, and not to adopt the
[18:46] foreign policy that the neocon idiots
[18:49] like Mark Levvin and Ben Shapiro wanted
[18:51] us to. That's what we know about the end
[18:53] of Charlie Kirk's life. So, no, Erica
[18:56] Kirk is not impervious to all criticism.
[18:58] She's not immune to it simply because
[19:01] she is a widow and she is a widow. But
[19:04] she has stepped into the spotlight into
[19:06] a position of political leadership where
[19:09] she is susceptible to criticism.
[19:12] Especially when you're saying, you know,
[19:14] don't don't investigate all the angles
[19:17] to this assassination. Don't search for
[19:19] the truth. Don't reveal this stuff.
[19:21] saying that to Barry Weiss in an
[19:23] interview when asked about Candace Owens
[19:26] in particular when she said, "Stop." But
[19:28] somehow she could forgive Charlie Kirk's
[19:31] killer 10 days, 11 days after his
[19:34] murder. I'm sorry. It doesn't really
[19:36] align. It's not consistent with any kind
[19:39] of narrative that we should believe. And
[19:41] yeah, we should be skeptical of the DOJ,
[19:44] of the court system, and of the FBI.
[19:47] We'll never stop that on this channel.
[19:49] And I'm mostly with Dave Smith here.
[19:52] This is just the truth. So regardless of
[19:54] what you think about who's responsible
[19:56] for Charlie Kirk's murder, I think the
[19:58] biggest story underneath this is how
[20:00] this turning point pressure saga against
[20:02] Charlie Kirk was really a microcosm for
[20:05] the influence of the Israel lobby on the
[20:08] American government. because you saw it
[20:10] in microcosm in this organization and
[20:12] how they wanted to steer the American
[20:14] right at a time where it is being
[20:17] fractured over Israel for the first time
[20:19] in my life. That is one of the most
[20:21] encouraging things that I look at in
[20:24] politics to be honest with you. the fact
[20:26] that people are not, you know, just
[20:28] accepting wholesale all this dril that
[20:31] we should send them endless amounts of
[20:33] money, you know, get into regime change
[20:36] wars on behalf of them like we did in
[20:39] Syria and Libya and Iraq and Somalia
[20:42] still bombing Somalia and let them get
[20:45] away with welcoming Jonathan Pard on the
[20:48] red carpet by Netanyahu.
[20:51] Let them get away with genociding a
[20:54] people that's belleaguered and
[20:56] subjugated in Gaza on our dime. Let them
[20:59] get away with bombing another ostensible
[21:02] US ally in Qatar despite the fact our
[21:05] biggest US air base is there and pay no
[21:07] ramifications for it. Let them get away
[21:10] with carving out new expansions in the
[21:14] West Bank settlements in Syria and
[21:15] Lebanon and let them consummate the
[21:17] Greater Israel project in general and
[21:19] expand Israel's borders beyond what they
[21:22] are. You know, a lot of people are
[21:23] saying no. People that are in the weeds
[21:25] paying attention to this stuff are
[21:27] saying no, especially younger people,
[21:29] not exclusively, but it is younger
[21:31] people. Whereas on the right, it used to
[21:33] be just, you know, Pat Buchanan and Ron
[21:36] Paul and they were the aberrations and
[21:38] they were smeared for it routinely
[21:40] called anti-semitic. People still are
[21:42] called anti-semitic for that. The trick
[21:45] is being worn out though and it's not
[21:46] taking hold, especially when you call
[21:48] the Jewish critics of Israel
[21:50] anti-semitic. No one accepts that
[21:52] anymore. And yet that's their only tool
[21:54] in the toolbox that they use. But we'll
[21:57] see what happens from here, man. But I'm
[21:59] telling you that you can't trust the
[22:01] deep state. You can't trust the
[22:03] military-industrial complex. You can't
[22:05] trust the Israel lobby to tell you the
[22:07] truth about everything. And that holds
[22:09] to the Charlie Kirk investigation as
[22:11] well. So, I thought this was a great
[22:13] interview. What do you guys think? Let
