[00:03] so the world seems to be on fire nobody
[00:06] knows who's really running the United
[00:08] States of America it's just come out
[00:10] that Joe Biden has dementia although if
[00:14] you've been paying attention you kind of
[00:15] knew that I have so many big stories to
[00:18] go over today and I have a special guest
[00:20] with me Charlie Kirk Charlie thank you
[00:22] so much for being on the show today yeah
[00:25] big fan I love your channel I see your
[00:26] videos a lot and uh I wanted to make
[00:28] time for this so thank you so much so
[00:30] let me give just a little bit of
[00:32] background um Charlie is a prominent
[00:35] conservative activist commentator he
[00:38] gets invited to all of the big
[00:40] conservative shows he's also the the
[00:42] founder of Turning Point USA which is
[00:45] one of the biggest uh Republican
[00:48] grassroot organizations for getting the
[00:50] word out on getting good candidates and
[00:53] getting them elected um so the the first
[00:56] thing that I wanted to to jump in on is
[00:59] uh Biden's mental health so as you know
[01:03] this uh Meritt Garland has this choice
[01:07] of do I release this report or not and
[01:10] he decides to release it special counsel
[01:13] Robert H says that Biden is weak that he
[01:17] has a terrible memory and uh that he
[01:20] can't remember being vice president he
[01:22] can't remember when his son died or how
[01:25] his son died now you have the New York
[01:27] Times and CNN who normally defends Biden
[01:31] they are turning on him what what's your
[01:33] take on this whole thing is is the Biden
[01:36] Administration dead is this thing done
[01:38] what are your thoughts well not
[01:40] necessarily I mean it's an important
[01:41] question and it's finally hitting the
[01:43] mainstream I mean we we saw signs of
[01:45] this when he was running for president
[01:47] in 2020 what's amazing and I encourage
[01:49] your audience to do this go back and
[01:51] watch a video of Joe Biden 2020 he looks
[01:54] like a spring chicken versus now I mean
[01:56] we kind of have seen this like slow
[01:58] motion collapse that we forget that even
[02:01] four years ago he he looked a lot better
[02:03] than he does now I mean he is declining
[02:05] rapidly the one part that I'll say is
[02:08] that we have this many Americans still
[02:10] have this Antiquated idea that there is
[02:12] an American president uh there is not uh
[02:15] there is an American administrative
[02:17] regime with somebody who occupies the
[02:20] White House and takes pictures with
[02:21] people every four years those are two
[02:24] totally different things so we have this
[02:25] administrative state that predates and
[02:28] will exist after the president
[02:30] and then of course during and they
[02:31] really call the shots and we have so
[02:33] many pieces of evidence for this Donald
[02:35] Trump signed executive orders and he was
[02:36] undermined I mean Joe Biden doesn't
[02:39] actually need to be consciously there
[02:40] because the administrative State runs
[02:43] the inner workings of the government
[02:44] this was developed largely during woodro
[02:46] Wilson where they built the fourth
[02:48] branch of government and Biden is the
[02:51] perfect wilsonian president where he
[02:53] doesn't really need to know where he is
[02:55] or what he does he gives a couple
[02:56] speeches once or twice a week calls a
[02:58] lid on things and the bureaucrats will
[03:01] run the the administration of running
[03:04] the government and we call this the Deep
[03:07] State that's the best term for it um and
[03:10] Donald Trump was the first one to
[03:12] actually try to run the American
[03:14] government like someone that has a
[03:16] mandate from the people where every
[03:18] other president will yield to the
[03:20] machine and will listen to The Machine
[03:23] yes sir what country shall we invade of
[03:25] course I mean Obama is a perfect example
[03:27] of somebody who made very specific prom
[03:29] proes and as soon as he became president
[03:32] decided to do almost none of them from
[03:34] GMO to the Patriot Act to you know
[03:37] transparency of passing legislation to
[03:39] drone strikes to ending Wars Obama ran
[03:42] as this populist and soon realized that
[03:44] the power of the American government was
[03:47] vested in this fourth branch of
[03:49] government so anyway I I I don't get too
[03:52] interested in the Biden thing in the
[03:54] sense that the real power is within this
[03:57] multi- thousand person midlevel
[03:59] management kind of regime where we live
[04:01] in more of an oligarchy than a
[04:03] dictatorship or even a democracy which
[04:05] we've never have been um and Donald
[04:08] Trump is getting punished because he's
[04:10] one of the only people in the modern era
[04:12] I mean Nixon and Trump are the only two
[04:15] people post World War II to stand up to
[04:18] that regime and look how that worked for
[04:20] both of them JFK maybe as well but
[04:22] that's a little bit more complicated um
[04:24] I mean I do think the government killed
[04:25] JFK but that's a separate issue for
[04:27] another time and it it really Trump's
[04:30] life would have been a lot easier if he
[04:31] just would have been this affable
[04:33] charismatic funny guy who did exactly
[04:36] what the Machinery wanted him to do he's
[04:39] disagreeable in a way that makes him
[04:41] very appealing certainly to me and so to
[04:44] go back to your question of is the Biden
[04:45] Administration over or dead not really
[04:48] because as long as Joe Biden has a
[04:50] heartbeat the the the machinations of
[04:54] the Leviathan will
[04:56] continue yeah that that's kind of my
[04:59] worry is you know is he going to be able
[05:01] to be reelected but at the end of the
[05:03] day as long as the the Deep State the
[05:06] administrative State can have a Weekend
[05:08] at Bernie's meat stick to to to you know
[05:11] puppet puppet around town he he's he's
[05:14] going to be able to stay in power and I
[05:17] I mean agree with me or disagree with me
[05:19] but I think the only reason he hasn't
[05:21] been taken out yet is Kamala Harris's
[05:24] approval rating is at 28% so they're
[05:26] like crap it's easier to have a meat
[05:28] stick that we whisper in his ear what to
[05:31] do than to actually have somebody who
[05:33] can stand there but is just as
[05:35] incompetent and unable to articulate
[05:38] ideas yeah and also it's like there's
[05:42] really no one checking in on these
[05:43] cabinet secretaries so why would they
[05:45] get rid of him I mean The graft has
[05:47] never been greater in DC they've never
[05:50] had more money flowing to more lobbyists
[05:52] and more relatives and more government
[05:55] contracts in any point in government
[05:57] history because Dad's not home right
[05:59] right I mean think about it from just a
[06:01] very simple like teenagers getting into
[06:03] The Liquor Cabinet like dad's not home
[06:05] or or Dad's on the second floor and he's
[06:07] komos right that's the that's the Biden
[06:10] government why would they trigger the
[06:12] 25th amendment I mean that Tony blinkin
[06:14] is basically more powerful than Joe
[06:16] Biden when it comes to foreign policy
[06:19] and not only is Dad not home like the
[06:20] uncle's not home Lloyd Austin is in the
[06:22] hospital and so whatever contracts they
[06:25] want for rathon north of Grumman Boeing
[06:28] the defense indust
[06:29] complex and so they're now up against
[06:32] this pesky thing called an
[06:34] election um where all of a sudden
[06:36] they're like oh maybe this guy's not
[06:38] that popular and 80% plus of the country
[06:41] thinks Joe Biden is too old to be an
[06:43] elected office and so they're but the
[06:46] people closest to Biden and this is the
[06:48] interesting thing and they're doing what
[06:51] you would expect them to do but they are
[06:53] death gripping on power because they're
[06:56] so corrupt and these people are
[06:57] criminals why would you give up power
[06:59] right why would you go into the sunset
[07:01] you lose the ability to Pardon yourself
[07:03] and run the federal government if you
[07:04] actually want to do that at times I'm
[07:05] talking about like Ron Clan and Jill
[07:07] Biden the people that are the most loyal
[07:10] um the most loyal mafia members of the
[07:12] Joe Biden cartel why why would you give
[07:15] up government and yeah the the party
[07:17] that screams about democracy is
[07:19] realizing that their figurehead is not
[07:20] that popular hilariously outside of
[07:23] Gavin Newsome which would be very messy
[07:25] and technically difficult you're correct
[07:28] that camela Harris is probably even
[07:30] harder to implement as president of the
[07:32] United States via an election and
[07:35] they're they're in a tough spot I mean
[07:36] I'm not saying that Trump is in a great
[07:38] spot I think he's in a better spot than
[07:39] we would have expected but these third
[07:41] party candidates are really interesting
[07:43] and they're starting to make a lot of
[07:45] noise and there's a lot of them Jill
[07:47] Stein Cornell West RFK um no labels
[07:50] might draft a candidate and the Democrat
[07:53] Coalition is falling apart and Joe Biden
[07:56] was able to effectively create a
[08:00] European style parliamentary election in
[08:03] the 2020 vote of no confidence against
[08:05] Trump the 2020 election was basically a
[08:07] vote of no confidence they they they
[08:09] kicked all the other candidates off the
[08:11] ballot in the key States and it was
[08:13] either you support Donald Trump or Joe
[08:15] Biden wasn't even running as president
[08:17] he was running as the anti-trump vote no
[08:20] it was almost like vote no in the
[08:22] European British system they're not
[08:24] going to have that in 2024 Trump is a
[08:28] rebel candidate a lot of people have
[08:30] good memories of the Trump era as they
[08:32] should because the country was in a much
[08:34] better stable happier place and so what
[08:37] the Democrats will do is a mystery I'll
[08:40] be honest I I'm pretty well sourced uh
[08:42] not necessarily in that world but you
[08:44] know just atmospherically I hear a lot I
[08:47] think Biden's gonna be the candidate and
[08:49] I'm kind of glad I want to run against
[08:51] Joe Biden more than Gavin Newsome yeah
[08:54] yeah absolutely um you know you
[08:57] mentioned uh third party candidates I
[09:00] actually really like RFK Jr I know that
[09:03] he is uh looking at maybe trying to take
[09:06] over the libertarian ticket I don't know
[09:08] if Jill Stein will step down my biggest
[09:11] worry about RFK Jr isn't RFK Jr it's
[09:14] that he's he is connected to all
[09:17] Democrats which means everybody that's
[09:19] going to come into his cabinet is just
[09:21] going to be a Democrat that's already in
[09:23] the cabinet you know and so it's like
[09:25] it's almost like getting four more years
[09:27] of the same person in my mind yeah he's
[09:29] not a serious Contender to become
[09:31] president I like him actually I I
[09:33] interviewed him recently I encourage
[09:36] your audience to go check it out um it's
[09:38] done very very well and I mean I I asked
[09:41] him some pretty pointed questions I was
[09:43] underwhelmed by his response I mean I
[09:45] asked him who would you put on the
[09:47] Supreme Court and he really didn't tell
[09:49] me uh an answer and I mean he's trying
[09:51] to be all things to all people right
[09:53] he's trying to appeal to everybody but
[09:55] he's a Massachusetts liberal you have to
[09:57] just keep on saying that he's a
[09:58] Massachusetts liberal
[09:59] where on guns on climate on private
[10:03] property rights on abortion and the
[10:05] trans issue is out of the lock step on
[10:08] the center right of the country or even
[10:09] the mainstream of the country and so I I
[10:12] I want to make sure I'm very clear
[10:14] though I think he's done a moral good to
[10:15] the country for exposing the
[10:17] pharmaceutical industrial complex and
[10:19] fouchy and the CDC and kind of how we're
[10:22] poisoning ourselves through
[10:24] environmental toxins I mean I'm all on
[10:26] board for that but when you run for
[10:28] president I'm sorry kind of a new gear
[10:30] kind of comes out in me and I actually
[10:33] think previously he was trimming more
[10:35] from Trump that is lesson less the case
[10:38] I I'm willing to reconsider I think he's
[10:40] trimming more and more from soft
[10:42] Democrats especially young voters that
[10:46] are kind of like pothead Rogan liberals
[10:50] that would otherwise vote for Biden but
[10:52] they're not quite yet Trump they're
[10:55] definitely more in the Rogue more in the
[10:56] RFK Camp so we'll see
[10:59] I think it's interesting he's running
[11:01] but as the trajectory continues I think
[11:04] it's going to hurt Democrats more than
[11:05] Republicans I wouldn't I said the exact
[11:07] opposite six months ago for the record
[11:09] but as more and more Republicans start
[11:12] to come home Trump is becoming more um
[11:15] he's becoming more appealing he's
[11:16] becoming more attractive to even
[11:19] Republicans who a year ago swore him off
[11:22] yeah yeah well um another topic that you
[11:25] and I are very aware of is uh sadly the
[11:29] United States is becoming a Banana
[11:30] Republic nobody seems to respect
[11:33] election
[11:34] Integrity uh we we are creating a
[11:37] two-tier justice system so just just in
[11:40] the last couple of days um we we see
[11:43] this report come out about Biden's
[11:45] mental health but that that was the main
[11:48] that was the main spin-off of that but
[11:50] the main story was Joe Biden as a
[11:54] senator stole top secret documents and
[11:57] stored them at his house and at his
[11:59] office that's funded by the communist
[12:01] Chinese party he also had stolen
[12:04] documents from when he was a vice
[12:06] president they're now saying no
[12:09] accountability no charges no
[12:12] criminality and but then they are
[12:15] leaning even heavier against Donald
[12:17] Trump is is this ruling against Biden
[12:20] going to set precedence and they're not
[12:23] going to be able to go after Trump or do
[12:25] you think that they're going to say
[12:27] we're going to lean in even harder and
[12:29] try and get this guy in jail for 700
[12:31] years it's I don't know I mean it's so
[12:34] gross and it's just so objectionable and
[12:37] this is I mean like I love Trump I've
[12:39] known him for years and I've got to know
[12:41] him as a friend he's amazing he's Larger
[12:43] than Life uh people that insult him
[12:46] don't really know him I mean obviously
[12:48] his flaws we all have flaws but I mean I
[12:50] became
[12:51] enthusiastically even more so supportive
[12:54] of him in the primary when I saw the
[12:57] Soviet Style level of criminalization of
[13:00] our justice system going after him it's
[13:03] so wrong it is so unprecedented it
[13:06] cannot be tolerated and I mean of course
[13:09] Joe Biden gets off obviously um the the
[13:12] top headline is that the dementia field
[13:14] thing I think we'll be able to use that
[13:16] politically as we should by the way
[13:18] because he can't even put together two
[13:20] sentences and the the basically the if
[13:23] you I encourage every one of your
[13:24] viewers who even might not believe me
[13:26] just read the report the the reason they
[13:28] did indict him is they said he's just so
[13:30] clueless that we wouldn't be able to
[13:32] persuade a jury basically because he's
[13:35] going to get off on you know just he's
[13:38] dementia and he doesn't know where
[13:39] anything is but look the the old the old
[13:43] expression of um what America used to be
[13:46] is truth justice in the American way and
[13:49] truth and Justice are basically the
[13:51] immune system of a functioning Society
[13:55] so if you look at America as a human
[13:58] being uh you need an immune system we're
[13:59] under attack from many attack vectors
[14:01] we're being invaded you know we have
[14:03] bacterial infection and viral infections
[14:05] we have no immune system that's why we
[14:06] feel so sick the way that you trigger
[14:08] your body's ability to make antibodies
[14:10] is by first being able to tell the truth
[14:13] and then out of Truth you get Justice I
[14:15] I firmly believe that you cannot have
[14:16] Justice without truth otherwise you have
[14:19] you know everyone's own version of
[14:20] Justice thanks to Elon Musk and thanks
[14:23] to other platforms we're starting to get
[14:26] truth back into mainstream narrative and
[14:29] then we're going to start to hopefully
[14:30] see a Revival of justice and but the way
[14:34] that we've seen a small group of
[14:37] democrat oligarchs weaponize the
[14:39] American justice system is so
[14:42] unprecedented and I I I would love in a
[14:45] different world if I was like Barbara
[14:48] Walters or something just to ask some of
[14:50] these people like do you really know
[14:51] what you're doing here like you're
[14:53] you're ending the country to defeat
[14:54] Donald Trump and I mean Donald Trump was
[14:57] a great president I don't think he's
[14:59] worth destroying the civilization over
[15:00] like even if I was a bolc or a socialist
[15:03] like you got a lot of things going for
[15:04] you you control the media Hollywood like
[15:07] just wait your turn like is it really
[15:09] worth ruining the entire established
[15:12] order of the independent Judiciary to
[15:15] get Donald Trump the answer for them is
[15:18] yes because they have a plan they feel
[15:21] like they're running out of time and
[15:24] they're willing to steamroll every every
[15:27] historical PR ENT just to destroy to
[15:31] destroy Donald Trump and I mean that
[15:33] actually should only make you like him
[15:34] more that means he's doing something
[15:36] that's a great threat to these people
[15:38] yeah I I recently had Dennis Prager on I
[15:41] know that you're uh I'm an admir of his
[15:44] he's terrific yes me too um and he said
[15:48] that for him believing the the Democrats
[15:53] believing that Donald Trump is
[15:56] equivalent to uh Adolf Hitler then of
[16:00] course through that lens you can see why
[16:03] they would do everything including
[16:04] trying to destroy the country in order
[16:06] to destroy one person right you know
[16:09] destroy one person save a nation kind of
[16:11] thinking but uh you know Dennis then
[16:13] points out but he's not he's not
[16:15] anything like Hitler and so it it's it's
[16:19] this disconnect in thinking and and it's
[16:22] this uh their emotions have been
[16:24] overridden by the fact that they have
[16:26] Trump derangement syndrome
[16:29] um but yeah it it's not good for the
[16:31] country no and it's not good for them I
[16:33] mean do they want to live in a country
[16:35] like this I mean that is that is the
[16:38] great psychological question that you're
[16:40] gonna have to have some sort of advanced
[16:43] like Swiss psychologist clinician who's
[16:46] like detached from American politics who
[16:48] can just look at things and behavioral
[16:50] patterns what drives a person or a group
[16:53] of people or a society to burn the
[16:56] country that your kids have to live in
[16:58] that that I don't that that is demonic I
[17:02] mean I'm a very religious person and I
[17:04] take my religion very seriously um I
[17:06] believe only the religious can explain
[17:08] that and I'm not here to talk religion
[17:10] I'm just saying only something in the
[17:12] invisible world of that you just you're
[17:15] just here to destroy I mean there is no
[17:18] there is no like analytical multi-step
[17:21] thinking like oh if we completely ruin
[17:24] the place maybe it will be less
[17:26] enjoyable for me it's just just just
[17:28] make everything
[17:30] Dresden that that's
[17:32] pathological yeah yeah it's like it's
[17:34] like praying that uh the pilot of your
[17:37] airplane has problems it's like no
[17:40] you're you're flying this country like
[17:42] we we want you to make good decisions
[17:45] but don't Sude Mission yes it's a
[17:47] suicide mission and that that's that's
[17:51] really dark yeah it is okay um wanted to
[17:55] get your take on this uh Texas border
[17:58] situ situation but first I want to talk
[17:59] about New York uh New York decides hey
[18:03] we're going to publicly announce that
[18:04] we're a sanctuary City uh bring us
[18:07] you're tired you're poor you're huddled
[18:09] masses you're unprepared you're you're
[18:12] broke you're don't speak English yes and
[18:15] now uh you've got illegal immigrants
[18:18] they're telling the children in New York
[18:20] whose families pay an excessive amount
[18:22] of taxes your children can't go to
[18:24] school so that we can put up illegal
[18:27] immigrants uh veterans you can't be in
[18:29] these these Posh hotels because we need
[18:32] it for illegal immigrants um people I
[18:35] know you're choosing between a meal and
[18:38] medication and medication and the rent
[18:41] but we we've got to be able to give
[18:43] thousand a month to illegal immigrants
[18:45] and I know for many of you that's more
[18:48] than what you get on Social Security
[18:50] what the heck is going on in New York
[18:53] City yeah I mean it's it's finally
[18:55] hitting a Breaking Point and this is
[18:57] where I'm different than Democrats I
[18:59] actually don't want the suffering of my
[19:01] fellow American citizens I mean it's
[19:03] tempting to say oh yeah you deserve it I
[19:06] just don't I don't like seeing people
[19:07] suffer I I I don't and I mean I don't
[19:11] necessarily feel the amount of sympathy
[19:13] I would to the southern border where
[19:15] those people are voting and trying to
[19:16] fix this but I mean you you look at Eric
[19:20] Adams and you look at they they have
[19:23] they have they've embraced an
[19:25] abstraction and they've basically
[19:27] governed the world the one of the
[19:29] world's most important city and the
[19:31] largest American city by a bumper
[19:33] sticker they basically have decided to
[19:36] govern what used to be the greatest City
[19:38] on the planet by diversity is our
[19:40] strength like that's it like no no other
[19:43] thinking no other cost benefit analysis
[19:46] just like yeah a bumper sticker and a
[19:48] billboard will determine our our
[19:50] immigration policy well what if they
[19:52] start raping people and assaulting
[19:55] police offic diversity is our strength
[19:56] it's just it's just the way it is
[19:57] diversity is our strength
[19:59] and I mean this is how a second grader
[20:00] would run the country and so yeah I mean
[20:04] what's going on it's finally hitting a
[20:05] Breaking Point um everything has a cost
[20:08] to it everything in life has a price
[20:10] Dennis Prager uh really beautifully
[20:13] points that out that all things in life
[20:14] comes the price the price of mass
[20:17] migration is destabilization and so that
[20:20] that that is a fact of life and by the
[20:22] way you might want that it's just you
[20:24] cannot have mass migration without
[20:26] destabilization it's never happened show
[20:28] me an example show me even with Ellis
[20:30] Island there was destabilization and now
[20:33] we took we took it and but the the
[20:35] solution is that if you have temporary
[20:37] destabilization then the only way to
[20:38] solve that is assimilation that's the
[20:40] only way so but if you don't if you have
[20:43] too many people and you have cultural
[20:44] institutions that are broken you never
[20:46] get to assimilation so whether it be
[20:48] Europe or any other place that has
[20:50] decided to bring in millions of people
[20:51] that don't speak the language have
[20:52] different religions have different
[20:53] worldviews have different politics
[20:55] different cultural backgrounds what are
[20:57] you going to do with these people
[20:58] and we've kind of just lived under this
[21:02] this idea that the worst thing in the
[21:04] west is being a racist I'm not a racist
[21:07] I don't associate with racists I think
[21:10] racism is repulsive I can actually
[21:11] Define racism where the left can't but I
[21:15] also don't believe that having that that
[21:18] fear guide that the opposite of whatever
[21:21] racism is must be the complete opening
[21:24] of every border and every person must be
[21:26] welcome and I'm afraid of being called
[21:27] the r word
[21:28] and make no mistake that in New York one
[21:31] of the main motives and what really
[21:32] drives upper middle class white
[21:34] liberalism and white wokeism is the
[21:37] constant fear of being called the rward
[21:39] is that they're so afraid of being
[21:40] called the racist they're willing to
[21:42] destroy their home they're willing to
[21:44] destroy the place they live and and and
[21:46] I I've done a lot of thinking about this
[21:48] what drives them at the de at the
[21:50] fundamental core there's a neurotic 72y
[21:54] old woman taking Xanax and sipping
[21:57] Chardonnay
[21:58] on the Upper East Side of New York
[22:00] really worried that she's going to be
[22:01] called a racist and therefore Viva La
[22:03] Revolution as long as I'm not called a
[22:05] racist you can destroy what was once
[22:08] America's greatest City yeah oh my gosh
[22:12] wow okay you mentioned being at a
[22:14] Breaking Point uh I think that we can
[22:16] still turn this around with good
[22:18] leadership RFK Jr's dad uh said if the
[22:23] policies coming out of a man are bad the
[22:26] only way to change it is to remove the
[22:28] man so we've got to remove Biden we've
[22:30] got to plug in somebody with strength
[22:32] Global Leadership fear and respect of
[22:35] the world um so we're at a breaking
[22:37] point but I want to hear more about
[22:39] turning point so tell tell my audience
[22:42] what is turning point where can they go
[22:44] how can they learn more about it yes so
[22:47] uh we have a couple different arms we
[22:49] have our strictly educational arm which
[22:51] is our best known uh we do our campus

[23:38] out um I won't say anything that I said
[23:41] that got me in jail but um I could tell
[23:43] you offline some of that stuff and uh
[23:45] then I also do three hours every day of
[23:46] a nationally syndicated radio program uh
[23:49] podcast we get millions of viewers every
[23:51] week we're also on real America's voice

[23:55] podcasting uh glory be to God it's been
[23:57] super successful
[23:58] we have tons of fun every day um we're
[24:00] very spicy we don't hold back um we're
[24:03] very inyour face but from a I think a
[24:07] Biblical uh Western perspective and yeah
[24:10] that's kind of what keeps me busy yeah
[24:14] well it's a lot and I'm going to make
[24:15] sure to put links to all of it down
