[00:00] What do you call it when a guy lies
[00:03] about being the president of a
[00:05] multi-million dollar company?
[00:08] Suspicious.
[00:09] [laughter]
[00:10] What do you call it when someone puts a
[00:14] nonexistent address on their IRS forms?
[00:19] Suspicoso, which is Spanish for
[00:22] suspicious.
[00:25] What do you call it when a company
[00:27] declares over $3 million in salaries and
[00:32] wages but declares that they have no
[00:35] employees? We call it
[00:39] Hello everyone. If you're a new viewer,
[00:41] welcome. If you're a returning viewer,
[00:42] welcome back. If this is your second,
[00:44] third, or fourth time watching one of my
[00:45] videos and you are not yet subscribed,
[00:47] we already go together. Okay, make it
[00:49] official and hit that subscribe button.
[00:52] In today's video, we have to talk about
[00:54] the financial situation at Turning
[00:56] Point. I went over their publicly
[00:57] available financial statements, and I
[01:00] noticed some things. Okay, but before I
[01:03] get into the really juicy stuff, I do
[01:05] need to debunk something. There's a
[01:07] viral video that has gotten hundreds of
[01:08] thousands of views on YouTube, hundreds
[01:10] of thousands of views on X, and I'm not
[01:13] going to name that video, but there was
[01:15] a a greasy looking guy. He was a guest
[01:18] on someone else's channel and he said
[01:20] some things that are very salacious, but
[01:23] they're not true. He says that he
[01:24] audited TPUSA's financials and he
[01:27] claimed that Charlie Kirk paid himself
[01:29] over a million dollars in salary and to
[01:32] do this he spread his income over the
[01:35] various entities. So there's Turning
[01:36] Point USA, America's Turning Point,
[01:38] Turning Point Action, and Turning Point
[01:41] Endowment. And this guy claimed that
[01:43] Charlie Kirk paid himself a salary from
[01:46] all four of those companies to disperse
[01:48] his income. And in total, it was all
[01:50] more than a million dollars. And the guy
[01:52] claimed that Charlie Kirk did this to
[01:56] conceal his his true salary, which was
[01:58] the quote unquote million dollar or over
[02:00] a million dollar salary that this guy
[02:02] was claiming Charlie Kirk paid himself.
[02:04] And
[02:06] >> that's not true.
[02:07] >> That's not true. And I will show you why
[02:09] that's not true. Here is page seven from
[02:12] the 2023 Turning Point Action filing.
[02:15] Box D is how much money this
[02:18] organization paid him, which was
[02:20] $99,840.
[02:23] And we see box E, which is how much
[02:25] money the other TPUSA affiliate entities
[02:28] paid him, which was $289,351.
[02:33] And box F is income from other
[02:35] organizations related to TPUSA and the
[02:39] amount is $3,675.
[02:41] So this is the 2023 Turning Point action
[02:44] filing. Now let's compare it to the 2023
[02:47] Turning Point USA filing. We see that
[02:49] box D shows us how much this
[02:52] organization paid him, which was
[02:54] $289,351.
[02:57] Box E shows that $99,000. and box F is
[03:01] that same $3675.
[03:04] As you can see, it's all the same
[03:05] numbers for a total of $392,866.
[03:10] If you look at the IRS forms for all the
[03:12] TPUSA organizations, his income total is
[03:16] the same because it is the same income.
[03:19] IRS rules require it to be disclosed on
[03:22] each organization's forms because all
[03:24] the organizations are related. So, no,
[03:27] he wasn't hiding income. And that greasy
[03:29] looking guy who claims to be an auditor
[03:31] should have known that. But like I said,
[03:32] Charlie Kirk paid himself a salary of
[03:35] just under $393,000.
[03:38] And considering that the company made
[03:40] over $81 million that year, he paid
[03:43] himself a pretty modest salary
[03:45] considering he was the face and CEO of
[03:48] the company. I know many of you watching
[03:51] probably wouldn't have paid yourself
[03:52] such a small salary if you were in
[03:54] charge of a company making over $81
[03:57] million. But not only did Charlie Kirk
[04:00] pay himself a reasonable salary, as we
[04:02] all know, this internal memo leaked
[04:05] which shows that on September 2nd, 2025,
[04:08] Charlie Kirk announced that he was
[04:10] creating a Doge style committee to weed
[04:12] out wasteful spending and become more
[04:14] costefficient. Obviously, Charlie Kirk
[04:18] had concerns with the movement of money
[04:20] at TPUSA and the other associated
[04:24] organizations and so that's why he
[04:26] decided to create a Doge style committee
[04:29] and almost a week later he was taken
[04:32] out.
[04:32] >> That's suspicious.
[04:37] >> Yeah,
[04:38] >> that's weird.
[04:40] >> And as far as we can tell, the Doge
[04:42] style audit is not happening. And it
[04:44] wasn't until people started asking
[04:46] questions that their most recent IRS
[04:49] filings miraculously became available
[04:51] for viewing many months late. And so in
[04:54] this video, I'm going to be discussing
[04:57] some of the interesting things that I
[04:59] noticed in the filings. There are a lot
[05:01] of things that are suspicious about
[05:03] these IRS forms. There are some
[05:04] individuals that I haven't seen anyone
[05:06] talk about that I think deserve a closer
[05:08] look. There's just a lot of things that
[05:10] stink. But there's something that
[05:12] doesn't smell funky, and that is me. As
[05:14] a matter of fact, I smell like vanilla,
[05:17] strawberries, and peies.
[05:20] That's a flower, in case you're
[05:21] wondering. Recently, I've been exploring
[05:23] different fragrances to match my moods
[05:25] and routines. But committing to
[05:28] full-sized bottles without knowing if I
[05:30] love them, not ideal. Okay, that's why I
[05:34] use Sunbird, a fragrance subscription
[05:36] service that lets me try out a variety
[05:38] of fragrances without the full
[05:40] commitment. Each month, you get to
[05:42] choose from over 900 authentic designer
[05:44] and niche fragrances. Sunbird offers
[05:47] perfumes and cologn, so there is
[05:49] something for everyone. Sunbird sends
[05:51] you a generous 8mml vial which lasts 30
[05:54] days. Perfect for about 120 sprays, so I
[05:58] get to smell like a million bucks
[06:00] without breaking the bank. This month,
[06:02] I've been trying Fiery Passion from the
[06:04] Melanie Martinez line. This one I love
[06:06] to wear to the gym because it has a
[06:08] light and sweet scent. And I've also
[06:10] been trying Violet from Oak Essentials.
[06:12] It's one of my favorites because it has
[06:14] a sultry and elegant scent. And I get a
[06:17] lot of compliments with this one. Now, I
[06:18] like to get the most out of my
[06:19] fragrances. So, for maximum impact, I
[06:22] spray once on the chest and then behind
[06:25] each ear or once in the air and walk
[06:27] through it. This method gives you a
[06:29] subtle aura so you don't smell like
[06:31] you're doing too much. Like, you know
[06:32] what I mean? We've all encountered those
[06:34] people and it's not pleasant. You just
[06:36] you want just enough. All right. If you
[06:38] haven't tried ScentBird, you're missing
[06:39] out. Whether it's for you or a Christmas
[06:41] gift for someone you love, you got to
[06:43] take advantage of this offer. 55% off
[06:46] your first month when you use code Nissi
[06:48] 3 or scan the QR code on the screen.
[06:50] That means you get to try your first
[06:52] fragrance from ScentBird for only $8.97
[06:55] and your next month will only be $17.95.
[06:58] That's Nissy3 for 55% off your first
[07:02] month. All right, now back to the next
[07:03] topic. Okay, because things are about to
[07:06] get wild. Now, under the Charlie Kirk
[07:10] Turning Point USA umbrella, there are
[07:12] four nonprofit organizations. There's
[07:14] Turning Point USA, which has Charlie
[07:16] Kirk as the president. Turning Point
[07:18] Endowment, which has Charlie Kirk as the
[07:20] president. Turning Point Action, which
[07:22] has Charlie Kirk as the president, and
[07:25] America's Turning Point, which has Bryce
[07:27] Eddie as president. Now, you might be
[07:30] asking,
[07:30] >> who the is that guy? Who the is that
[07:34] >> and how did he end up the president of
[07:37] America's Turning Point? I did a bit of
[07:39] digging into him, and he's an
[07:41] interesting character. But before I tell
[07:42] you what I learned about him, here he is
[07:45] in his own words introducing himself on
[07:47] a podcast.
[07:48] >> Friend, tell us about yourself.
[07:50] >> All right. Yeah, sounds like a plan.
[07:52] >> Uh, listen, I'm a longtime business guy,
[07:54] entrepreneur. Um, I have, uh, several
[07:58] things I'm doing in my life. Um, once my
[08:00] youngest daughter asked me, um, I think
[08:03] she was maybe nine at the time, "Dad,
[08:05] what do I tell people you do for a
[08:06] living?" I And I just said, "Honey, just
[08:08] tell them I'm a layered onion." Um, in
[08:11] addition to my business life, I'm a
[08:13] black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Uh,
[08:15] been around that world for a long time.
[08:17] I, um, have a podcast on Salem's
[08:20] network, political podcast, but, um,
[08:23] it's really more of a long form
[08:25] conversational style podcast where I
[08:27] just interview people who are
[08:29] interesting to me, but of course, we're
[08:31] an interesting time, so we're talking a
[08:33] lot about that stuff. Um I was on
[08:35] Charlie Kirk's board um at uh one of his
[08:39] four entities that make up the TPUSA
[08:42] family and um you know obviously lost a
[08:45] dear friend in uh his murder and so I'm
[08:48] talking about things like that. Of
[08:50] course I um am about to launch a cigar
[08:54] brand and I've got a few other irons in
[08:57] the fire. So, he mentioned that he used
[09:00] to be on the board of one of Charlie
[09:03] Kirk's companies.
[09:04] >> Um, I was on Charlie Kirk's board.
[09:06] >> According to the Arizona Business
[09:09] Registry, he still is. And according to
[09:12] IRS filings, he has been the president
[09:14] since 2020. So, I thought, "Oh, well,
[09:17] that's interesting. Why did he make it
[09:19] seem like it was past tense? And why did
[09:21] he downplay his role at the company by
[09:23] saying, "Oh, he was just a board member.
[09:25] He was and still is the president, the
[09:28] top member of this organization. Why is
[09:31] he being weird about it? Now, catch
[09:32] this. According to the IRS filings for
[09:36] America's Turning Point, the
[09:37] organization which Bryce Eddie is the
[09:40] president of, in 2022, when Bryce Eddie
[09:43] was the president, they declared just
[09:45] over 3.3 million in salaries and wages,
[09:49] but listed the number of employees as
[09:52] zero. In 2023, they apparently hired 24
[09:55] employees and declared just over $4.1
[09:58] million in salaries and wages, which
[10:01] averages out to about a salary of
[10:04] $172,000
[10:06] per employee. So, we can kind of already
[10:08] see why Charlie Kirk created a doge.
[10:10] Because what the is that? This place is
[10:14] you and me, we're family.
[10:17] >> Promise never to do. But before I dig
[10:19] deeper into the financials, let's talk a
[10:22] little bit more about who the this Bryce
[10:24] Eddie guy is. A fed. Did you guys hear
[10:27] that? Did you guys hear that? Did you
[10:29] hear something? Bryce Eddie is a very,
[10:31] very, very, very, very, very, very busy
[10:33] guy. He is president of America's
[10:36] Turning Point. He has his own podcast.
[10:38] He does jiu-jitsu and I believe he has
[10:40] his own jiu-jitsu gym. He's starting a
[10:42] cigarette company. According to his
[10:44] LinkedIn, he fairly [clears throat]
[10:45] recently became the principal at
[10:47] Commercial Insurance Associates. He also
[10:49] has his own insurance company registered
[10:51] in California called Bryce [music]
[10:53] Whitfield Eddie, Inc., which is still
[10:55] active. He also has a company called
[10:58] Freedom Square. How does one person have
[11:01] enough time to do all of that? But not
[11:04] only that, look at his work history on
[11:06] LinkedIn. From 2019 to July 2025, he was
[11:10] the [music] executive vice president at
[11:12] Assured Partners while simultaneously
[11:15] serving as the senior vice president at
[11:17] Tolman Wer Insurance Services. And that
[11:20] over overlapped with strategy and risk,
[11:22] a security [music] and investigations
[11:24] company. Before that, from 2008 to 2013,
[11:27] he was the senior vice president of
[11:29] Palms and Associates. Before that, he
[11:32] was the senior vice president of Sander
[11:34] A. Kesler and Associates. And before
[11:37] that, from 1997 to January 2003, he was
[11:41] the vice president of Peter C. Foy and
[11:43] Associates. Just so you guys know, in
[11:46] 1997, he would have been 23 years old.
[11:50] How is it that his entire work
[11:52] experience is being vice president of
[11:54] various insurance brokerages starting
[11:56] from the age of 23 years old and
[11:58] onwards? This guy has never ever ever
[12:01] worked a [ __ ] entry- level position
[12:02] in his life according to his LinkedIn.
[12:05] That just makes no [ __ ] sense. I
[12:06] mean, it's just [ __ ]
[12:08] >> Something interesting to note is that
[12:10] Charlie Kirk had a life insurance
[12:12] policy. And I do wonder if Bryce Eddie
[12:16] had any involvement in brokering that
[12:18] insurance policy because Bryce Eddie has
[12:21] a long history of being the senior vice
[12:23] president of a shitload of insurance
[12:25] brokerages. As you can see here, GGLF
[12:29] LLC paid for a split dollar life
[12:32] insurance policy for the president/CEO
[12:35] of Turning Point USA, aka Charlie Kirk.
[12:39] Annual premiums for this policy are
[12:42] massive, $350,000
[12:45] per year, meaning that the death benefit
[12:48] for someone who is 31 years old and a
[12:51] non-smoker would be between 20 and $50
[12:55] million. All of this information is
[12:58] public because TPUSA is a registered
[13:02] 501c3
[13:03] nonprofit. So, you can go ahead and look
[13:06] up this information for yourself. The
[13:08] timing of taking out such a large policy
[13:11] so close to the date he was executed is
[13:14] interesting considering this was far
[13:17] past the time that he had nationally
[13:19] broken out and become a huge public
[13:21] figure with TPUSA. It could of course be
[13:25] because he got married and had two
[13:27] children and wanted to make sure that
[13:29] they were protected in case anything
[13:31] happened, but that's making an
[13:32] assumption that we know who received
[13:35] this money. Even though this tax
[13:38] information is public, how much the
[13:41] policy paid out and who the beneficiary
[13:44] is is private. Now, one would assume
[13:46] it's Erica Kirk, but if it was somebody
[13:48] else, that would be quite interesting.
[13:51] So, one pattern that I noticed when
[13:53] researching the financial statements and
[13:56] the various LLC's being paid large sums
[13:59] of money from TPUSA is that there
[14:01] appeared to be this like click of people
[14:03] that were doing a lot of side business
[14:05] together. And one of the people in the
[14:08] side click is a person that many of you
[14:10] guys will probably recognize if you've
[14:12] been following the case. Do you remember
[14:15] this guy? As soon as Charlie Kirk was
[14:17] hit, this guy runs around the corner,
[14:19] goes up on the hill, and records a video
[14:22] of himself.
[14:23] >> They just shot Charlie. They just shot
[14:26] Charlie. They just shot Charlie.
[14:29] [cheering]
[14:48] There's a shot Charlie.
[15:02] Get out. Get out.
[15:04] >> He's dead.
[15:06] >> As soon as Charlie was hit, he ran away.
[15:08] So, how could he say that Charlie was
[15:10] dead when he didn't even fully see what
[15:12] happened? And who the starts recording
[15:14] themselves in a moment like that? This
[15:16] man's name is Terrell Farnsworth. He is
[15:19] an audiovisisual guy for TPUSA. And this
[15:21] is the same guy who then stood on
[15:23] Charlie Kirk's chair and took the SD
[15:26] card out of the camera. And this is the
[15:28] same guy who normally doesn't show up to
[15:30] these events, but on this particular
[15:33] day, they were trying something new.
[15:35] Well, I have some interesting
[15:38] information to share with you about Mr.
[15:41] Farnsworth. As some of you may know,
[15:43] Terrell Farnsworth is not a direct
[15:46] employee of TPUSA. Rather, he is a
[15:49] contractor who has been working with
[15:51] them for many years through his company,
[15:53] Visual Impulse. And when you search
[15:55] Terrell Farnsworth's name on the Arizona
[15:58] Business Registry, two businesses come
[16:00] up. There's Visual Impulse and this
[16:02] other nonprofit called Free Markets USA,
[16:06] Inc. According to the articles of
[16:08] incorporation, the purpose of this
[16:10] nonprofit organization was Social
[16:12] Welfare Education and Advocacy for the
[16:15] Principles of Free Market Capitalism.
[16:18] Listed under the members of this company
[16:20] is Terrell Farnsworth, the audio and
[16:22] visual guy from TPUSA, Mike Webb, who
[16:24] appears on multiple organizations
[16:26] alongside Jake Hoffman, an Arizona
[16:29] senator. Why did a TPUSA visual audio
[16:33] contractor and an Arizona senator set up
[16:36] this nonprofit organization? Was it to
[16:39] embezzle money from Turning Point USA? I
[16:42] don't know what their plans were for it.
[16:44] After they opened it, they didn't file
[16:46] the necessary paperwork and it
[16:48] essentially went delinquent and became
[16:50] inactive. But it is weird that that
[16:54] group of people would get together and
[16:57] open this type of nonprofit
[17:00] organization. It's also weird that they
[17:02] opened this nonprofit organization using
[17:05] this address, 18521
[17:08] East Queen Creek Road, Suite 105503.
[17:11] Now, I'm going to come back to that
[17:13] address in a moment because it's very
[17:14] important. But another apparent click
[17:16] from TPUSA opened a corporation called
[17:19] We the People USA. This corporation has
[17:22] the senator Jake Hoffman. Tyler Bowerer,
[17:25] Ber Boyer, I don't know to pronounce
[17:27] this guy's name. This Tyler guy. Okay.
[17:29] There's Dwayne Farnsworth who appears to
[17:31] be a lawyer and a relative to Terrell
[17:34] Farnsworth. Michael Miller who is on the
[17:36] board of directors of TPUSA. and Doug
[17:39] Degrroot who is also a board member at
[17:41] TPUSA. The corporation didn't do the
[17:44] appropriate filings and is now inactive.
[17:47] So I keep seeing this pattern where
[17:49] people from Turning Point USA keep doing
[17:52] these side missions and opening these
[17:54] nonprofit organizations with each other.
[17:57] And like I previously mentioned, Jake
[17:59] Hoffman is one of those people. The
[18:01] state senator from Arizona who also did
[18:03] some work with Turning Point USA. Now,
[18:06] Jake Hoffman has a business called 110
[18:09] Management. And 110 Management has
[18:11] received quite a bit of money from
[18:14] Turning Point USA. In 2023, 110
[18:17] Management received over 137,000 from
[18:20] America's Turning Point and over 469,000
[18:24] from Turning Point Action. According to
[18:26] the 2022 forms, they received over
[18:29] 721,000
[18:30] from Turning Point Action and the 2021
[18:34] filings show over 128,000 paid to 110
[18:37] management from TurningPoint Action. In
[18:40] addition to all of that, between the
[18:42] dates of July 27th, 2022 and June 16th
[18:46] of 2025, 110 Management received over
[18:51] $1.8 8 million from Turning Point USA's
[18:55] pack.
[18:56] >> Cocaine isn't cheap.
[18:58] It's expensive. Got to make money.
[19:01] >> So, this 110 management organization has
[19:04] received over $3.2 million from TPUSA in
[19:09] the last 3 years. But for what? The
[19:12] channel Wolves and Finance asked the
[19:14] same question, and this is what he
[19:16] discovered.
[19:17] >> I am on location in Queen Creek,
[19:19] Arizona. And if you don't know, Queen
[19:21] Creek is a suburb of Phoenix. So, I'm at
[19:24] the address that was listed on the 990
[19:26] form. And this is strange.
[19:30] This is a strip mall. So, I'm going to
[19:33] get out. I'm going to take a walk around
[19:34] and see if I can find the business 110
[19:37] LLC.
[19:38] Okay, I've walked past all the suites.
[19:42] I've checked all the doors. The business
[19:45] 110 LLC, as far as I can tell, is not
[19:48] here.
[19:50] What is going on? So, TurningPoint is
[19:54] putting on their IRS form that they are
[19:56] sending $1.5 million to this parking
[20:01] lot. Well, I'm sitting here in the
[20:03] parking lot. The business is not here as
[20:06] far as I can tell.
[20:08] >> So, the address 18521 East Creek Road,
[20:12] Sweet 105, actually belongs to UPS and
[20:16] 503 is likely the PO box. So, this
[20:19] so-called multi-million dollar business
[20:23] is using a PO box and Jay Kaufman has
[20:26] many LLC's registered using this exact
[20:29] same address and I do believe some of
[20:31] these other organizations like Forge
[20:33] Communications are also paid contractors
[20:36] of TPUSA. So, my question is, do any of
[20:39] these transactions have to do with the
[20:41] reason behind Charlie Kirk creating a
[20:44] Doge at TPUSA? Was Charlie Kirk
[20:47] investigating this? And would that be an
[20:49] incentive, a motive, a reason, or
[20:52] whatever you want to call it for someone
[20:54] to eliminate Charlie Kirk? I don't know.
[20:56] Anyways, that is all I have for this
[20:58] video. What do you guys think of all of
[21:00] this? I'd be very curious to know what
[21:01] you guys think. And if you guys have any
[21:04] interesting information that you want to
