Max Blumenthal Exposes FBI's Charlie Kirk Assassination Narrative and Deep State Deflection Under Kash Patel

Max Blumenthal shares the unsettling truth about the FBI's investigation into Charlie Kirk's assassination and why so many within the America First movement refuse to accept the official narrative. From unanswered questions about the autopsy and ballistics report to Kash Patel's dismissal of legitimate concerns raised by Tulsi Gabbard's Director of Counterintelligence Joe Kent, the handling of this case mirrors the same coverup tactics used in the Epstein files. With a Tennessee man jailed for questioning the FBI's story, cameras banned from the courtroom, and critical evidence still withheld from the public, Blumenthal explains how the deep state continues to operate unchecked regardless of who sits in the White House. The corruption, the deflection, and the suppression of transparency reveal a disturbing pattern that threatens free speech and accountability in American politics.

The Unanswered Questions Surrounding Charlie Kirk's Body

Within the America First movement, distrust of the official story surrounding Charlie Kirk's assassination continues to grow. Many do not trust the FBI investigation, and they do not trust Kash Patel's handling of the case. Critical questions remain unanswered: What happened to Charlie Kirk's body? Where is Charlie Kirk's body? Was there an autopsy? What do we know about the autopsy? What do we know about the ballistics report?

Max Blumenthal shared the dark truth about the FBI's Charlie Kirk assassination narrative and explained why so many people still don't buy into it, or at least parts of it. His analysis reveals what this tells us about American politics today, the corruption of the deep state, and what Kash Patel has been doing to deflect from any reasonable suspicion about this narrative in recent days.

Will We Ever Find Out What Happened?

Charlie Kirk seems to be fading from the news cycle, with only Candace Owens continuing to discuss the case. There will be a trial of Tyler Robinson, the alleged shooter, but so far the judge has banned all filming and taping of the proceedings. A petition by friends and supporters of Charlie Kirk now seeks to allow taping from inside the courtroom. Turning Point USA officially supports this effort.

A story in the New York Times suggests that those trying to learn more about the FBI investigation—whether there was a second shooter, whether there was any foreign connection, whether there was anything suspicious beyond the official story—should be shamed. The official story claims a disturbed young man angered by Charlie Kirk's anti-trans rhetoric shot him for political reasons.

Joe Kent and the Deep State Pushback

The New York Times article focused on Joe Kent, the Director of Counterintelligence in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. He works directly under Tulsi Gabbard. The article was obviously inspired by leaks and comments from the FBI, which was angry that Joe Kent had begun prying into the FBI's investigation on behalf of elements in the White House and within the America First movement who do not trust the official story and don't trust Kash Patel.

Kash Patel fumbled badly during the first 72 hours of the investigation and was responsible for various embarrassing displays, including comments about seeing Charlie Kirk in Valhalla. Joe Kent was shamed in the article and painted as a crazed conspiracy theorist for simply seeking to vet the FBI's investigation from within a civilian position. This is the kind of accountability that people who supported Donald Trump and Charlie Kirk likely want.

Transparency Promises Abandoned

The promise was to drain the swamp and bring transparency to deep state crimes and conspiracies that affect us all, undermine our elected government, and undermine basic liberties. That was the smoke screen used to get elected, but it has been completely abandoned, especially under the Epstein coverup. Joe Kent, working from within the administration in a very high-ranking position at the Department of National Intelligence, brought potential leads to the FBI and to Kash Patel, only to be dismissed outright.

This is how the administration handles business—exactly the same way they handled the Epstein story, by covering it up, calling it a hoax, and saying it would compromise the information they have. Kash Patel was open about exploring all leads and entertaining theories and abnormalities people on the internet had been discussing. But in this case, he is completely dug in against it, troubled that Kent had the gall to question the investigation and believing it would compromise his work. Instead of entertaining legitimate concerns, he wants to dig his heels in on the narrative they have.

Why the Public Remains Skeptical

There are legitimate reasons people don't believe this narrative completely. The FBI couldn't get their story straight in the first days. They stumbled on how many times the suspect switched clothing and had differing opinions regarding the disassembly or reassembly of the firearm, which was then discarded by the time of the indictment.

The official story threatens to unravel a narrative that has been weaponized by the Trump administration and the broader conservative movement to further erode free speech in the United States. People have been stripped of their visas for making tasteless comments about Charlie Kirk. A Tennessee man was jailed for comments he made about Charlie Kirk online. This case has been used to ramp up the security state and enact an FBI COINTELPRO-style operation against the left on the bogus grounds that Tyler Robinson was a member of the left, when he was clearly a nihilist acting outside of any political movement's parameters.

Where Is the Autopsy and Ballistics Evidence?

What happened to Charlie Kirk's body? Where is his body? Was there an autopsy? What do we know about the autopsy? What do we know about the ballistics report? Where is the body buried? Is it buried? These are questions that remain unanswered, and this data could put all of the supposed conspiracy theories to rest.

Utah has a law requiring an autopsy on the deceased. It's not clear that hasn't been done in Charlie Kirk's case. It's not even clear that he's been buried. There have been media reports of a private burial not attended by many people, but these cannot be confirmed. To release autopsy information would require consent from the family, which doesn't seem to have been given.

It would be pertinent to see if ballistics could be done on the bullet that was supposedly stuck in Charlie Kirk's neck—the 30-06 bullet that went into his neck and somehow stuck there. People have debated endlessly whether that's even possible or fathomable. Some hunters say they can't believe it's remotely possible that it wouldn't pierce completely through his neck and go out the back. Footage from the side and mostly from the back doesn't seem to show that. Other people say it's impossible to know unless you know the kind of bullet, as many bullets are designed to do different things and can behave unexpectedly when striking flesh.

The Path Forward and Lingering Questions

It behooves the FBI and the state to divulge this information to the public and the family if they want people to stop having conspiratorial thoughts. Many at Turning Point USA have called those seeking truth akin to being addicted to pornography. But there are still lingering questions. You're not insane if you bring them up. The mentality of painting people as insane without actually refuting allegations draws greater suspicion toward the FBI.

This case likely won't go to trial. If the defense can't deal with the accusations of the parents against Tyler Robinson and the text messages, he's going behind bars for life. If they really think the messages are fake, they have access to the phone and subpoena power to the actual phone, to the phone of the other recipient, and to AT&T or Verizon records to confirm whether the texts are true. That's easily confirmed. If the texts are falsified, this guy will walk. That wouldn't be a minor error—it would be a complete hit job by the FBI to frame someone for something he didn't do.

Whether other people were involved is another question. The George Zinn situation is still interesting and hasn't been much reported or explored since he was released by police after saying he tried to help distract so the real shooter could get away. That's pretty interesting and has gone by the wayside with many people paying attention to minutia.

The FBI's History of Deception

If you're going to entrap people in schemes like January 6th and the Whitmer kidnapping plot, kill women and children in Waco and Ruby Ridge, ruin the life of Richard Jewell, wiretap Martin Luther King, Stokely Carmichael, and Malcolm X, try to get Martin Luther King to commit suicide, then you can't wonder why people are skeptical about your narratives and your ability to investigate cases like this. The FBI has no one to blame but itself and its criminal agency that needs to be abolished. It can't be reformed. It's not going to be steered in a better direction just by getting a favorite steward like Kash Patel.

More answers are needed. Maybe some will come out in subsequent court releases or if the case goes to trial. The indictment mentions the parents talking to authorities and saying Tyler did it because Charlie Kirk spread too much hate. The family was involved in identifying him in surveillance footage and spoke to Tyler, learning he was involved. It's potential the family signed an affidavit to this effect before any charges were made. That would be very hard for the defense to dismiss or counter.

Discord messages released by Tyler Robinson essentially imply he was involved in the murder. A YouTuber named Turkey Tom released a video analyzing three leaked Discord server scripts sent to him, presenting interesting information that sheds more light on the case.

The deep state remains supreme regardless of who gets elected. The deep state remains the same regardless of the names. No more war, no more debt, no more inflation, and no more empire.
