[00:05] annual tradition that we do at the end

[00:06] of every year. We're going to list out

[00:09] the top 10 clowns of the year.

[00:28] Number 10, Sandwich Man. I don't know if

[00:31] you remember this story. When Donald

[00:34] Trump took office, he directed ICE to

[00:36] start rounding up illegal immigrants and

[00:37] deporting them out of the country. In

[00:40] Washington, DC, a group of law

[00:42] enforcement officers were gathering

[00:43] outside a Subway restaurant. A man in a

[00:46] pink shirt got frustrated and did this.

[00:51] >> [screaming]

[01:01] >> THE MAN WAS CHARGED WITH misdemeanor

[01:03] assault with a deadly sandwich. What was

[01:06] this guy thinking? Why would he waste a

[01:09] perfectly good Subway sandwich? This guy

[01:13] is a clown. Of course, you cannot

[01:16] assault law enforcement officers. this

[01:18] guy should go straight to jail. Just

[01:21] last month, the man ended up in court

[01:23] and the DC jury actually found him not

[01:25] guilty.

[01:27] >> I am so happy

[01:29] that justice prevails

[01:33] in spite of everything happening. And

[01:36] that night, I believe that I was

[01:38] protecting the rights of immigrants.

[01:41] And let us not forget

[01:44] that the great seal of the United States

[01:46] says e plurbus unum.

[01:49] That means from many one.

[01:53] Every life matters. No matter where you

[01:56] came from, no matter how you got here,

[02:01] how you identify,

[02:04] you have the right to live a life that

[02:08] is free. Thank you. Sean, what does that

[02:11] have to do with throwing a sandwich,

[02:19] all complain about the crazy liberal DC

[02:21] juries, I think they actually got this

[02:24] one right because when the officer took

[02:27] the stand to testify, he started to

[02:29] describe his traumatic experience. He

[02:32] said the sandwich exploded all over my

[02:35] uniform. He said he could smell the

[02:38] onions and the mustard.

[02:41] Well, let's go back to the video. We see

[02:44] the sandwich getting thrown. It hits the

[02:47] officer, but wait a minute. It looks to

[02:50] me like the sandwich was still in the

[02:53] wrapper. It is clearly not exploding on

[02:56] his uniform. And for that matter, if the

[02:59] sandwich is still in the wrapper, how

[03:01] does he even know if there's mustard on

[03:03] it?

[03:04] This officer was lying on the witness

[03:07] stand about the sandwich. And of course,

[03:10] the defense attorney destroyed him on

[03:12] cross-examination.

[03:14] Why did this law enforcement officer

[03:16] have to lie? This was such a clear case

[03:19] of assault. He destroyed the entire case

[03:22] by lying on the witness stand. And for

[03:25] that reason, this DC ICE agent is my

[03:28] number nine clown of the year. Zoran

[03:31] Mandami recently won the election to

[03:33] become the mayor of New York City. He is

[03:36] a self-proclaimed democratic socialist,

[03:38] but in my opinion, if you look at his

[03:40] policies, he's a communist.

[03:44] This is what he ran on. He promised to

[03:47] raise everyone's taxes and then he was

[03:49] going to use the money to open

[03:51] governmentrun grocery stores.

[03:54] It hurts my brain to even say that.

[03:58] Raising taxes is bad enough, but he is

[04:01] raising taxes to use the money in one of

[04:04] the most stupid ways possible.

[04:07] If you think of any government agency

[04:09] that you deal with, is it pleasant?

[04:13] No. Is that really where you want to go

[04:16] to get your food? Mandami is a clown.

[04:19] And I cannot understand why the people

[04:21] of New York voted for him. What is wrong

[04:24] with them? For those of you who have not

[04:27] been following the story of Breijit

[04:28] Mcronone, Candace Owens has been doing a

[04:31] series of videos exposing compelling

[04:33] evidence that Breijg Mcronone, who's

[04:35] married to the president of France, is

[04:37] actually a biological man. The Mcron

[04:41] have been furious and filed a defamation

[04:43] lawsuit against Candace Owens.

[04:46] Just right there, this is clownish

[04:48] behavior. Why is a foreign head of state

[04:52] suing an American journalist?

[04:55] That's ridiculous. But it gets even

[04:57] worse because over Thanksgiving, Candace

[04:59] Owens received credible information that

[05:01] Mcron had paid $ 1.5 million to order an

[05:04] assassination attempt against her.

[05:07] Whether you like Candace Owens or not,

[05:09] you have to admit that this is

[05:10] unacceptable. We have already had too

[05:14] many assassinations this year.

[05:16] And I'm not a lawyer, but there has to

[05:19] be some sort of rule against this in

[05:21] civil lawsuits.

[05:23] If you are suing someone, I don't think

[05:26] you are allowed to assassinate the other

[05:28] party. Can someone confirm that? Someone

[05:31] who knows the law, can you comment down

[05:33] below and just confirm that it's against

[05:35] the rules? I think that Candace should

[05:38] go talk to the judge in this case

[05:39] because there has to be some kind of

[05:41] sanctions or something for this

[05:43] behavior.

[05:44] And I just have to say, in my opinion,

[05:47] this obviously looks like a man in a

[05:50] dress. I don't even know where to begin

[05:52] with this one. This year we saw the

[05:54] remake of Snow White played by a Latina

[05:56] actress Rachel Zgler. Here she is giving

[05:59] press for the movie.

[06:02] your version of Snow White is different

[06:05] and it's more of a 2022 version of Snow

[06:07] White. What did you mean by that?

[06:11] cartoon came out in 1937 and very

[06:37] model is to take classic movies and

[06:40] remake them super woke. Let us take a

[06:43] look and see how this is working out for

[07:03] thank goodness because he is such a

[07:06] clown. His last day as chair of the

[07:08] Federal Reserve is May 15th, 2026. We

[07:12] are 3 months away. I have criticized him

[07:15] a lot on this channel. From his

[07:17] mismanagement of the $2.5 billion

[07:20] Federal Reserve building renovations to

[07:22] his bad policy decisions that hurt

[07:24] ordinary Americans and benefit his

[07:27] friends on Wall Street. And I'm not the

[07:30] only person who does not like him.

[07:32] Listen to Donald Trump just a few weeks

[07:34] ago talking to his Treasury Secretary

[07:36] Scott Basant about how he feels about

[07:38] Jerome Powell. Mortgage rates are down

[07:42] despite the Fed. The I mean Scott, you

[07:45] got to work in this guy. He's got some

[07:46] real mental problems. No, there's

[07:49] something wrong with him. It's just

[07:52] sweet. I I be honest. I'd love to fire

[07:55] his ass. You got to work on him. Scott,

[07:58] the only thing Scott's blowing it on is

[08:01] the Fed

[08:03] because the Fed the rates are too high,

[08:06] Scott. And if you don't get it fixed

[08:08] fast, I'm going to fire your ass.

[08:15] so bad that he's threatening to fire

[08:17] Scott Basant, too. For all his blunders,

[08:23] clown of the year. And since we are

[08:25] talking about Scott Bent, he's actually

[08:28] my number four clown of the year. He's

[08:31] an even bigger clown than Jerome Powell.

[08:34] Now, a lot of you may be surprised by

[08:36] this ranking, but hear me out. I know

[08:39] that most people in the financial world

[08:41] have been singing Scott Bassent's

[08:43] praises. In Trump's first year back in

[08:45] office, Scott Basent has had some

[08:47] amazing victories, including raising

[08:49] hundreds of billions of dollars in

[08:51] tariffs. His financial management has

[08:54] been so successful that Trump has been

[08:56] talking about sending Americans refund

[08:58] checks.

[09:00] >> Just on the relay checks, sir, how soon

[09:02] could Americans see those checks? Will

[09:04] that be in time for Christmas, holiday

[09:06] shopping?

[09:06] >> No, no, not for this year. It'll be next

[09:08] year sometime.

[09:08] >> Do you have a time frame? How many

[09:09] months?

[09:10] >> Sometime during the year, next year.

[09:12] It's a lot of money, but we've taken in

[09:14] a lot of money from tariffs. The tariffs

[09:16] allow us to give a dividend if we want

[09:19] to do that. Now, we're going to div do a

[09:21] dividend, and we're also going to be

[09:23] reducing debt. We have because of Biden

[09:26] and others, uh, we have 37 trillion in

[09:30] debt. So, we're going to be doing a

[09:32] dividend which people will enjoy and

[09:34] spend and do what they want, but we're

[09:37] also going to be reducing debt very

[09:38] substantially.

[09:39] >> But if the Supreme Court rules against

[09:40] you, sir, is there

[09:41] >> Well, then I'd have to do something

[09:43] else.

[09:44] >> So, everyone thinks that Scott Bent is

[12:03] allegedly been shocking his dog. Now, I

[12:07] have to black out this video clip

[12:08] because I cannot show animal abuse on my

[12:11] channel. This is Hassan [ __ ] using a

[12:14] shot collar on his dog during his live

[12:16] stream. But it is emblematic of all of

[12:19] America's much more consequential

[12:22] violence. Okay. It's the same reason as

[12:26] to why America Ka, please just [ __ ]

[12:29] go. Just stop.

[12:35] Jesus Christ. What are you doing? You're

[12:38] being such a baby.

[13:18] This is diabolical. Now, I'm not

[13:21] completely against shot collars. For

[13:23] instance, rattlesnake training uses shot

[13:26] collars. You shock a dog to train them

[13:29] not to go after rattlesnakes.

[13:32] That is an appropriate use of a shot

[13:34] collar. Using a shot collar around the

[13:37] house to make your dog a better prop for

[13:39] your live stream is animal abuse in my

[13:43] opinion. And that makes Hassan [ __ ] my

[13:46] number three clown of the year. There is

[13:48] a long list of reasons why Gavin Newsome

[13:51] is a clown. As the governor of

[13:53] California, he has completely destroyed

[13:55] that state, but I will give you just one

[13:58] example. Many of you may have forgotten,

[14:00] but the Los Angeles fires happened in

[14:02] January of this year and completely

[14:05] destroyed large sections of the city. We

[14:08] are now a year later and let me show you

[14:11] what it looks like today.

[14:13] It says that that is complete.

[14:16] The removal of hazardous materials from

[14:19] this site

[14:21] is complete.

[14:24] Mission accomplished.

[14:28] That

[14:32] looks like there's a lot left to do,

[14:36] but I don't know. You tell me in the

[14:37] comment section what you think about

[14:39] that. This was the building where my

[14:42] grandpa got his haircut for like [music]

[14:44] 50 years.

[14:49] This is 8 months after the fire.

[15:45] So, not only did Gavin Newsome fail to

[15:47] do proper fire prevention in his state,

[15:50] not only was the emergency response from

[15:52] their woke fire chief inadequate,

[15:55] not only did they run out of water, now

[15:58] we are a year later and people are still

[16:00] waiting to start rebuilding.

[16:03] It was reported last month that out of

[16:05] the 7,000 homes that were destroyed in

[16:07] the Pacific Palisades fire, only 340

[16:10] projects are currently under

[16:12] construction.

[16:13] That is 5%.

[16:16] 5% are starting to rebuild. The first

[16:20] home was completed last month. I will

[16:24] repeat the first home was just completed

[16:28] a year later. Not only that, it turns

[16:31] out that the permit for that first house

[16:33] was submitted before the fire in

[16:36] November 2024. So, this first house

[16:39] hasn't even technically been rebuilt

[16:42] since the fire. I don't understand what

[16:44] is taking so long. There used to be a TV

[16:47] show called Extreme Makeover Home

[16:49] Edition. They used to build a house in a

[16:53] week. I know that rebuilding Los Angeles

[16:56] can be done faster than this. And I am

[16:59] now realizing that Trump tried to warn

[17:01] us. He told us that the Democrats

[17:04] bureaucracy was going to stop people

[17:06] from getting permits.

[17:11] able to go back soon.

[17:59] permit." And the permit's going to take

[18:01] them. Everybody said 18 months. You said

[18:03] 18 months. You said 18 months.

[18:11] >> It turns out that Donald Trump knows a

[18:13] lot about building and permits.

[18:17] Why didn't we listen to him? There is no

[18:20] reason that Los Angeles should still be

[18:22] in ruins today other than the fact that

[18:25] Gavin Newsome is a clown. And the number

[18:29] one clown of the year is Turning Point.

[18:32] Now, I have done a couple of videos on

[18:34] TurningPoint's IRS filings, but I will

[18:37] give you an even bigger reason. The

[18:40] employees at Turning Point keep lying

[18:42] about what happened the day that Charlie

[18:44] Kirk was murdered. And I will give you

[18:46] just one quick example.

[18:48] I'm going to show you two different

[18:50] video clips, and I want you to put your

[18:52] detective hats on. Can you determine the

[18:55] lie between these two videos? The first

[18:59] video is a recent interview of Turning

[19:00] Point's Chief of Security. I spent

[19:03] thousands of dollars on drones last year

[19:06] and 10 and got the guy's license. But if

[19:09] the area lies in the Provo, Utah

[19:11] airspace,

[19:14] I can't fly it. That's a 107B the guy.

[19:17] We can't break the rules, right? And

[19:19] then you had secondary restrictions

[19:21] probably due to heavy foot traffic for

[19:23] the school. But I I can't go in and

[19:24] break the rules. There's laws for a

[19:27] reason. And then and so now the school

[19:31] could have flown drones, the PD, but

[19:33] they didn't have them, right? And then

[19:36] and then so but ORM PD has a an a drone

[19:40] unit active and professional. And that

[19:42] police department, I will tell you right

[19:43] now, is awesome. They are they get it.

[19:47] They they were there. They helped both

[19:49] on the soft side and the hard side. And

[19:52] so I started asking questions like, "Do

[19:55] you guys have a drone unit?" "Yeah,

[19:57] yeah. Yeah, yeah, good. Good. Do you

[19:59] have anou or a mutual aid agreement with

[20:01] the school?" And they're like, "Yeah." I

[20:02] said, "Did they call you and ask for

[20:04] assistance?" No.

[20:07] I'm like, "Why? Why wouldn't you call?"

[20:10] Here's an interview with Frank Turk, who

[20:12] was also there that day. So, we're

[20:14] driving in Megan and his team has drones

[20:17] up

[20:19] um looking at the crowd from above and

[20:21] they they text him some video and

[20:23] there's thousands of people there an

[20:24] hour before

[20:27] the the start and I said, "Charlie, I

[20:30] don't like this place. There's too many

[20:31] buildings." So, was there drones or

[20:34] wasn't there drones? I have a feeling

[20:37] that someone is lying. It sounds to me

[20:41] like a coverup.

[20:43] All of the lies coming out of the people

[20:45] at Turning Point makes them my number

[20:47] one clown of the year. I know it can be

[20:51] really depressing to hear about this

[20:52] long list of really awful things. So, I

[20:56] wanted to leave you with a bonus.

[20:59] Sometimes kids can say some really smart

[21:01] things. And I wanted you to listen to

[21:03] this young man because he really puts

[21:06] things into perspective.

[21:14] if he could do it.

[21:16] >> This isn't a movie.

[21:17] >> He believed in himself

[21:19] >> and you can too.
