Zach from WolvesAndFinance Exposes Financial Irregularities at Turning Point USA Involving Tyler Bowyer and Jake Hoffman

Categories: Investigation
December 28, 2025

Zach from WolvesAndFinance continues his investigation into financial irregularities at Turning Point USA, focusing on 110 LLC, a company receiving millions through a UPS store mailbox. He examines the connections between Arizona State Senator Jake Hoffman, Tyler Bowyer, and suspicious money flows totaling $4.7 million. The investigation reveals contradictory statements, unexplained wealth, and secret shell companies formed in Delaware. Despite mounting questions about kickbacks and financial impropriety, Turning Point's leadership refuses to conduct the independent audit that Charlie Kirk requested just days before his death. Zach explores Tyler Bowyer's sudden acquisition of $650,000 in cash, mysterious donations to political campaigns, and a pattern of suspicious business dealings dating back to 2017.

Turning Point Responds to Financial Investigation

Zach from WolvesAndFinance has been conducting a series of investigations into financial irregularities at Turning Point USA. After his initial videos, people within Turning Point have responded to his allegations. In this analysis, he addresses their comments while revealing shocking new information about the flow of millions of dollars through questionable business entities.

The investigation centers on a company called 110 LLC, listed as one of the top independent contractors for Turning Point with payments totaling $1.5 million according to IRS disclosure forms. Zach tracked down the address for 110 LLC to a parking lot of a strip mall, an address also listed in the financial disclosure statement of Arizona State Senator Jake Hoffman.

The UPS Store Mailbox Mystery

Following viewer feedback, Zach acknowledges the most likely explanation: the money is being sent to a UPS store mailbox in that strip mall, not the parking lot itself. However, Turning Point has not confirmed this basic fact, choosing instead to remain silent on the issue.

What Zach finds extremely disturbing is that since these questions have been raised, not a single person from the accounting department at Turning Point has made any statements. The chief financial officer, Arizona State Representative Justin Olsen, has said nothing. Instead, the only responses have come from marketing personnel like Andrew Kolvet, Blake Nef, and Tyler Bowyer. Zach questions whether the accountants remain silent because they know anything they say could be used against them in a court of law.

Arizona State Senator Jake Hoffman has made seven posts on X.com confirming he uses the UPS store mailbox for 110 LLC. In one post, he states: "110 is a decade old marketing company with many clients. The address I use for mail and public disclosures is a UPS store private mailbox at that address." However, Zach identifies this as a massive lie, providing documentation that the company was formed in 2021, just four years ago, not a decade ago.

Strangely, in all seven of Hoffman's posts defending himself, he never mentions Turning Point USA—the organization that sent $1.5 million to his company. The only evidence this company exists is a UPS store mailbox where millions of dollars are being delivered.

Operating a Multi-Million Dollar Business From a Mailbox

Zach returns to the strip mall parking lot to show viewers the actual UPS store mailbox. He explains his hesitation in making this connection stems from the massive implications. While small businesses commonly use UPS store mailboxes, this situation is different. This is an Arizona state senator operating a multi-million dollar business with no physical location or evidence of existence beyond this mailbox.

Zach corrects a mistake from his previous videos: there is a website for 110 LLC at 110.io. However, the website raises more questions than it answers. It consists of literally one page featuring a sample marketing example with Turning Point Action listed on the ad. Zach finds it suspicious that Hoffman appears to be advertising that if you pay him money, you also get the support of Turning Point Action.

Using the Wayback Machine reveals the website has not changed at all since 2021. This supposed marketing company has not made a single update to its website in years. Even more telling, the website is not indexed by Google—if you search for it on Google, you receive zero results. What kind of marketing company has a website that cannot be found through search engines?

Security Concerns or Shield from Scrutiny?

Jake Hoffman has explained that he does not give out the address or details of his operations because of political persecution from what he calls "the insane murderous left." Zach rejects this explanation. As a state senator, Hoffman must prove he is not taking bribes. He cannot claim security reasons as a shield to stop anyone from knowing the details of his suspicious business dealings.

Zach draws a comparison: this would be like Donald Trump deciding not to let anyone know the addresses for his hotels or anything about his golf courses for security reasons. That would be ridiculous. Public officials who choose to live a public life do not get to keep their businesses giant secrets. There is nothing wrong with a state senator running his own company, but it has to be an actual business and not a way to launder money.

Even assuming Jake Hoffman is completely innocent, Zach argues this is still a stupid thing to do. Just for appearance's sake, it looks shady. He draws a parallel: imagine if Joe Biden had a UPS store mailbox where people walked in and dropped off millions of dollars. In fact, Joe Biden did have multiple shell companies that didn't seem to do anything, and Congress held hearings about it for two years. Zach questions why Republicans who got upset over Biden's shell companies don't want to talk about what Jake Hoffman is doing.

Following the Money Trail

Using transparencyusa.org, which shows election-related expenditures in US state elections, Zach reveals that 110 LLC received over $4 million from Arizona election campaigns and a small amount from Wisconsin campaigns. This figure represents only a portion of the revenue reported as part of state elections—the actual revenue numbers are much higher because this doesn't include all the money paid by Turning Point.

Another key figure in this investigation is Tyler Bowyer, the COO of Turning Point Action and America's Turning Point. Tyler Bowyer is important because the Turning Point shell companies he managed happen to be the same shell companies paying 110 LLC.

Zach shows clips of Tyler Bowyer describing how he first met Charlie Kirk, saying he would "hitch his wagon" to Charlie Kirk and calling himself Charlie Kirk's best friend. Boyer also describes himself, Charlie Kirk, and Candace Owens as "the three amigos," claiming he was present the day Candace met Kanye West.

Contradictory Accounts and Trust Issues

However, Zach contrasts Boyer's version of events with what Candace Owens has said about Tyler Bowyer. In a clip, Candace states: "It did make sense to me that Tyler Bowyer lied about it and I don't trust Tyler Bowyer and that is never going to change. Similarly with Rob McCoy, he makes my skin crawl. I can't explain it. I look at him and he's a bad person and nobody can make me feel one way or the other about that."

Candace says she does not trust Tyler Bowyer and compares him to Rob McCoy, who she says makes her skin crawl. Zach asks: which one is it? Were they the three amigos, or is Candace correct in saying Tyler Bowyer cannot be trusted?

A Pattern of Shell Companies

Zach takes viewers back in time to 2017 when a company called We the People USA, Inc. was created as a nonprofit corporation in Arizona. Understanding what people have done in the past becomes a template for what they're likely to do in the future. This company was created with five directors: Mike Miller, Doug DeGroot, Jake Hoffman, Dwayne Farnsworth, and Tyler Bowyer.

Mike Miller and Doug DeGroot are both current board members of Turning Point USA. Dwayne Farnsworth is a bankruptcy attorney in Mesa, Arizona, which Zach finds strange—why is this random bankruptcy attorney a director in this company with Jake Hoffman and Tyler Bowyer?

Zach notes that Dwayne Farnsworth has the same last name as Terryl Farnsworth, the IT guy who was present at Charlie Kirk's murder. While he doesn't know if these two people are related, he points out that many people have questions about Terryl Farnsworth's behavior. Why did he move the chair at the crime scene to remove the SD cards with the footage of the murder? Why did he film a selfie video of himself directly after the shooting, saying "He's dead" on camera? Zach finds it extremely strange that someone who witnesses a shooting would immediately think to film a selfie video of themselves.

The main point is to demonstrate that Tyler Bowyer and Jake Hoffman have a history of doing side businesses together. We the People USA, Inc. was formed in 2017 and then dissolved in 2021. Notably, 110 LLC was created in 2021. Zach presents the formation paperwork signed by Jake Hoffman, questioning why Hoffman lied in his post on X.com claiming it was a decade-old company when it was actually formed just four years ago.

The company was formed at an address in Delaware next to several other buildings Candace Owens has identified in her podcast. The Delaware address Jake Hoffman is using is for Incorp, which is listed on Delaware's website as a registered agent who can set up shell companies. Zach asks: why does all this shady stuff happen in Delaware?

Tyler Bowyer's Unexplained Wealth

At the same time the old company was being shut down in Arizona, this new company was being formed in Delaware. Because it was formed in Delaware, all the partner information is kept secret. Zach believes it is reasonable to suggest that Tyler Bowyer was likely involved in the creation of 110 LLC. If Tyler Bowyer is a partner, that means he would receive a share of the profits of every dollar that flows through that UPS store mailbox.

Zach mentions that Tyler Bowyer lives in a massive mansion with multiple buildings, a pool, and a private basketball court. His address is listed on IRS Form 990. The shocking revelation comes from the paperwork showing when Boyer bought his house—it was purchased in 2021, four months after 110 LLC was created. The property was worth $1.95 million, and he put down a payment of $650,000.

The timeline is stunning. Court paperwork from 2017 shows Tyler Bowyer was involved in a lawsuit over unpaid fees from a condo development, a case he had been fighting since 2010. The court order states the exact condition of the judgment was $11,041.32 as of June 8, 2017. Tyler Bowyer owed this money and was taken to court. News reports indicated his wages were garnished because of this debt.

As of 2017, Tyler Bowyer was struggling financially—this is not the type of situation you see from someone who has significant wealth. This raises the obvious question: how did he get $650,000 in cash to use as a down payment on his house just four years later? Zach asks viewers if they find it suspicious that someone who was broke in 2017 could have $650,000 in cash by 2021. Tyler Bowyer needs to answer the simple question: where did he get the $650,000?

The Kari Lake Connection and Mystery Donation

The first major customer of 110 LLC was Kari Lake when she was running for governor of Arizona. Kari Lake had a super PAC called Put Arizona First. Right before the primary, Put Arizona First received a $2.3 million donation. The super PAC then turned around and gave the entire $2.3 million to 110 LLC.

To this day, the source of this $2.3 million donation remains unknown. It came from a company called PH Medical LLC. While there is a company in California called PH Medical that sells medical supplies, this is not the same company. PH Medical LLC is another shell company out of Delaware, and everyone involved in the company is kept secret. Nobody knows where the money came from.

Zach finds this outrageous. The American people deserve to know who gave $2.3 million to Kari Lake. Someone at Turning Point, Kari Lake's campaign, or among the Republican elite must know who gave this money and why it all ended up going to a UPS store mailbox for 110 LLC.

Kari Lake won the primary election, but interestingly, her official campaign did not hire 110 LLC to do their marketing for the general election. Lake hired major legitimate marketing companies with active websites, offices, and employees. She still continued to pay 110 LLC, but at a much lower level, and she ended up losing the general election.

This marked the start of many different campaigns that 110 LLC received money from in Arizona politics. For instance, one customer was David Farnsworth, with Turning Point Action creating posters supporting him. Zach questions why all these people with the last name Farnsworth are doing business with Tyler Bowyer.

The Growing Total: $4.7 Million Through a Mailbox

Multiple candidates paid money to the UPS store mailbox for 110 LLC while Turning Point was also supporting their election campaigns. It appears they are all working together. The problem is that if any Turning Point employees are also receiving money from 110 LLC, that would constitute kickbacks—Turning Point employees getting rich off these election campaigns.

Zach acknowledges he doesn't have direct evidence of this, but points out that a simple question could provide answers: are any Turning Point employees receiving money from 110 LLC?

This financial infrastructure was already in place when Charlie Kirk was murdered. The old company was closed, the new company was formed in Delaware, suddenly Tyler Bowyer had $650,000 in cash, and 110 LLC received $2.3 million from Kari Lake's super PAC. The obvious question: did any of that $2.3 million somehow make it into Tyler Bowyer's pocket?

There is another shell company that hasn't been fully discussed yet: Turning Point PAC. This is a political action committee, and Tyler Bowyer's Instagram profile shows he is also involved in this company. By looking at opensecrets.org, which tracks how Turning Point PAC spends money on federal campaigns, the pattern continues. The majority of the expenditures for Turning Point PAC are being sent to the UPS store mailbox for 110 LLC. They paid $1.1 million in the 2021-22 election cycle and $2.1 million in the 2023-24 election cycle.

Keeping track of the totals, the amount of money Turning Point has sent to 110 LLC has now increased from the originally reported $1.5 million to $4.7 million. How is this Arizona state senator with no office helping out on all these federal campaigns? Zach questions whether he is the only person who finds it crazy that millions of dollars are flowing through this UPS store mailbox.

Where is Arizona's Attorney General?

The person who could answer these questions easily is Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes. She could issue a subpoena for the accounting records at 110 LLC and Turning Point and provide answers to everyone's questions. Since people have been raising these questions, she has done nothing. Zach questions what she does all day and whether she will look into the questions about Turning Point, asking if the public could at least get a strongly worded statement from her.

Charlie Kirk's Final Memo

Fast forward to the time period before Charlie Kirk's murder. In previous videos, Zach pointed out strange things happening in the financials at Turning Point during the months leading up to the murder. There was an unusual transfer of $8.6 million from Turning Point USA into Tyler Bowyer's shell company, America's Turning Point. There was an unusually high employee expense for Tyler Bowyer's shell company that still cannot be explained. Money continued flowing from Tyler Bowyer's shell companies to 110 LLC.

Zach believes these transactions culminated in the memo that Charlie Kirk issued eight days before he was murdered, in which he appointed a new COO of Turning Point USA, Justin Strife, and requested a new "Doge style" audit. Anyone who has worked in corporate America knows what that memo implies—it is the typical memo you see when you discover someone is stealing money from the company. You replace their position, start a new audit, and work on moving that person out of your company.

Tyler Bowyer's Defense and Contradictions

Tyler Bowyer has responded to this allegation with a post on X.com stating: "Made up. I haven't been COO of TPUSA for over 3 years. You're listening to people making things up." He posted a screenshot of his LinkedIn profile as evidence, showing he was the chief operating officer of Turning Point Action since July 2022, implying he had nothing to do with Turning Point USA or Charlie Kirk's memo.

Zach finds Tyler Bowyer's post ridiculous. To his knowledge, since Boyer's title change in 2022, no one has held the position of COO at Turning Point USA until Charlie Kirk's memo appointing Justin Strife. Anyone who has worked in corporate America knows that if you get a title change and no one backfills your position, you still end up doing your old job. It is still likely that Charlie Kirk's memo was attempting to minimize Tyler Bowyer's influence at the company.

Even more compelling, Tyler Bowyer's post is contradicted by his own words. The Washington Post obtained a secret audio recording of Tyler Bowyer from late 2022, after his supposed title change. In the recording, he states: "I'm happy to share with you the history of Turning Point USA because I've learned the whole thing from the bottom up. So you do realize you're talking to the guy that basically runs everything."

He is talking specifically about Turning Point USA, not the other shell companies, and says he is "the guy who basically runs everything." These are Tyler Bowyer's own words months after he supposedly changed his title. Zach asks: which one is it, Tyler? Were you lying then or are you lying now? Or are you just lying all the time?

The Washington Post also recorded Tyler Bowyer saying: "And honestly, I have giant balls and I don't care. I'll walk in and talk to anyone. I'm a transparent piece of glass here on everything that I do and everything I'm involved with." Zach notes that Boyer does not sound like a very nice person, and if he's so transparent, why doesn't he explain why he is sending $4.7 million of Turning Point's money to a UPS store mailbox?

Erika Kirk Refuses the Audit

What makes all of this suspicious is the actions of Erika Kirk. She still refuses to do Charlie Kirk's final wish that he wrote in that memo—a Doge-style audit of the finances at Turning Point. This would be easy to do: bring in an independent third party, which takes a couple of months and would calm everyone's concerns over the finances. Why does she refuse to do an audit? The only reason Zach can think of is that it will uncover criminal activity.

When Erika Kirk is asked about the issues at Turning Point, she references chapter 6 in the book of Nehemiah, where he is building a wall and the townspeople are calling him names, asking him to come down. Nehemiah had the same message four times in a row: "I cannot come down. I am busy building." Erika says that is how she feels—she does not have time to address the noise. Her silence does not mean she is complacent, and it doesn't mean that Turning Point USA and all the handpicked staff that loved her husband and that her husband loved are somehow "in on it."

Zach responds that apparently they cannot ask about the finances because of a Bible verse. He counters with his own Bible verse—Proverbs 29:1: "Whoever stubbornly refuses to accept criticism will suddenly be destroyed beyond recovery." Turning Point is a taxpayer-subsidized nonprofit. The public has every right to demand the CEO answer questions about obvious financial irregularities.

The Baker Tilly Audit Limitation

Turning Point keeps claiming they already do an annual financial audit with the accounting firm Baker Tilly. In the opinion letter from Baker Tilly, they say nothing is wrong and there are no problems at Turning Point. But sometimes annual audits miss things—they make mistakes too. If they did miss something, they are actually incentivized not to report it because then it makes them look bad. That is why it is a good idea to rotate audit firms occasionally to new firms.

Bringing in an additional Doge-style audit would be such an easy, simple thing for Erika Kirk to do. It's clearly what Charlie Kirk wanted. Zach finds it extremely suspicious that she still refuses to do an audit.

Circumstantial Evidence and the Call for Whistleblowers

To be clear, all of this is circumstantial evidence. Currently, Zach does not have any direct evidence of a crime. But the real question is this: given all the facts he has laid out, what is the more likely possibility? That Tyler Bowyer is completely innocent or that he's doing something shady?

If viewers have more information about the finances at Turning Point and want to be a whistleblower, they can email Zach directly at tips@wolvesandfinance.com. This email goes directly to him and he can keep information anonymous. One thing he's looking for right now is information about why the salary expense for America's Turning Point is so high. He already has some information about this, but would like more.

Defending the Right to Ask Questions

Zach realizes he's going to receive hate for this video. Many people have been frustrated at anyone who criticizes Turning Point, thinking it is bad to have any fighting in the Republican party. He believes they're greatly misjudging the American people. Americans like to see debate. They want to see a party where people are free to disagree with each other. He thinks this is actually good for the Republican brand.

Zach challenges viewers: try going to a Democrat meeting and ask questions about transgender surgeries on children. You will be thrown out of that meeting so fast because you are not allowed to ask questions. The American people hate that. They want to be part of a party where people ask questions.

People want to see Turning Point managing their finances responsibly. They want to see an audit. This is a good thing for Republicans because there is nothing that makes you feel more like an American than asking questions. Zach asks viewers to share their opinion: do you think Erika Kirk should do a Doge-style audit?

Video Transcript

[00:00] I have been doing a series of videos on

[00:02] financial irregularities at

[00:03] TurningPoint. People with TurningPoint

[00:06] have now responded to my videos. We're

[00:09] going to go through their comments and

[00:10] I'm going to show you some shocking new

[00:12] information.

[00:22] [music]

[00:30] In my videos, I've been talking about a

[00:32] company named 110 LLC. This was listed

[00:35] as one of the top independent

[00:37] contractors for TurningPoint with

[00:39] payments of $1.5 million. I tracked down

[00:42] the address for 110 LLC to the parking

[00:45] lot of a strip mall. This address is

[00:48] also listed in the financial disclosure

[00:49] statement of Arizona State Senator Jake

[00:51] Hoffman. I have seen everyone's comments

[00:54] and the internet has spoken that the

[00:56] most likely explanation is that the

[00:58] money is being sent to a UPS store

[01:00] mailbox in that strip mall. So I think

[01:03] it is fair that we make that assumption

[01:05] that it is not being sent to the parking

[01:07] lot but the mailbox in the UPS store.

[01:10] Turning Point has not confirmed this. I

[01:13] don't know why because that's such an

[01:15] easy thing for them to say, but they

[01:17] remain silent. For some reason, they're

[01:20] doing everything to avoid talking about

[01:22] this UPS store mailbox. What I find

[01:25] extremely disturbing is that since these

[01:27] questions have been raised, not a single

[01:29] person from the accounting department at

[01:31] Turning Point has made any statements.

[01:33] The chief financial officer is a

[01:35] politician, Justin Olsen. He's an

[01:38] Arizona State Representative.

[01:40] Why has the CFO said nothing?

[01:44] Not a single person from the accounting

[01:46] department has said anything. We have

[01:49] heard from Andrew Kovette. We've heard

[01:51] from Blake Nef. We've heard from Tyler

[01:53] Ber. We have heard from all these

[01:56] marketing people, but no one from the

[01:58] accounting department.

[02:00] I'm beginning to wonder if the

[02:02] accountants are silent because they know

[02:04] that anything they say can be used

[02:05] against them in a court of law. Arizona

[02:08] State Senator Jake Hoffman on X.com has

[02:11] now made seven posts confirming that he

[02:14] uses the UPS store mailbox for 110 LLC.

[02:17] I will show you just one example. He

[02:20] says, "You're a clown. 110 is a decade

[02:23] old marketing company with many clients.

[02:25] The address I use for mail and public

[02:27] disclosures is a UPS store private

[02:29] mailbox at that address. Information the

[02:32] losers who created their video hid from

[02:34] you. Take off the tinfoil hat. First of

[02:37] all, it is not a decade old company,

[02:40] which I will prove in a minute. That is

[02:43] a massive lie. It is very strange that

[02:46] he would lie about that. It's like he

[02:49] doesn't want people to know how his

[02:50] company was formed. The second thing

[02:53] that is strange is that in all of his

[02:54] seven posts, he never mentions Turning

[02:57] Point. That's the whole point. The IRS

[03:01] forms tell us that Turning Point sent

[03:03] $1.5 million. And the only evidence this

[03:06] company even exists is a UPS store

[03:08] mailbox.

[03:10] Why is everyone going out of their way

[03:12] to avoid talking about this $1.5

[03:14] million?

[03:16] We are back here in the parking lot and

[03:18] Jake Hoffman is concerned that I am

[03:21] hiding information from you. So, let's

[03:23] talk about the UPS mailbox. Jay Hoffman

[03:27] wants us all to talk about the UPS

[03:29] mailbox.

[03:31] So, I'm going to show it to you. One of

[03:34] the reasons I've been so hesitant to

[03:35] make this connection is because of the

[03:37] massive implications.

[03:39] I understand that small businesses use

[03:41] UPS store mailboxes all the time, but

[03:44] this is different. This is not your mom

[03:47] and pop shop. This is not your typical

[03:49] small business. This is an Arizona state

[03:52] senator. He has a UPS store mailbox

[03:55] where people are dropping off millions

[03:57] of dollars.

[03:59] This is the mailbox.

[04:02] He is operating his multi-million dollar

[04:04] business out of this UPS store mailbox.

[04:08] There's no location. There's no evidence

[04:10] for this business other than this

[04:12] mailbox. I do have to correct a mistake

[04:15] I made in my previous videos. I made the

[04:17] statement that there was no website for

[04:19] 110 LLC. I have discovered that is not

[04:22] correct. There is a website. It's just

[04:26] very hard to find. It is at 110.io

[04:30] and I think it is very revealing. On the

[04:34] website, you can see a sample marketing

[04:36] example with TurningPoint Action listed

[04:38] on the ad. I think it is very suspicious

[04:41] that he is advertising that if you pay

[04:43] him money, you are also going to get the

[04:45] support of Turning Point Action. You

[04:48] should go check this website out.

[04:50] There's not a lot on it. It is literally

[04:53] one page. What is even crazier is that

[04:56] if you look the website up using the way

[04:58] back machine, you will see that the

[04:59] website has not changed at all since

[05:02] 2021. I will repeat, this marketing

[05:05] company has not made a single change to

[05:07] its website since 2021.

[05:11] Additionally, the reason the website is

[05:13] so hard to find is that it is not

[05:15] indexed by Google. If you search on

[05:19] Google site10.io,

[05:22] io you will receive zero results.

[05:25] So this supposed marketing company has a

[05:28] website that you cannot search for on

[05:31] Google.

[05:32] This really does not do anything to

[05:34] convince me that this is anything other

[05:36] than a fake shell company. Jay Kaufman

[05:39] has also explained that he does not give

[05:41] out the address or details of his

[05:42] operations because of political

[05:44] persecution from what he calls the

[05:47] insane murderous left. I'm sorry, Jay.

[05:49] Kaufman, but that explanation is not

[05:52] good enough. You are a state senator,

[05:55] and you have to prove you are not taking

[05:58] bribes. You cannot claim security

[06:01] reasons as a shield to stop anyone from

[06:04] knowing the details of your suspicious

[06:06] business.

[06:08] This would be like if Donald Trump

[06:09] decided not to let anyone know the

[06:11] addresses for his hotels. You could not

[06:14] know anything about his golf courses for

[06:16] security reasons.

[06:18] That would be ridiculous. You chose to

[06:21] live a public life. You do not get to

[06:23] keep your business a giant secret.

[06:27] There's nothing wrong with a state

[06:28] senator running his own company, but it

[06:31] has to be an actual business and not a

[06:34] way for him to launder money. Let's

[06:36] assume that Jay Hoffman is completely

[06:39] innocent.

[06:40] This is still a stupid thing for him to

[06:43] do. It is stupid.

[06:46] Just for appearanc's sake, it looks

[06:49] really shady.

[06:51] Imagine if Joe Biden had a UPS store

[06:54] mailbox where people would walk in and

[06:56] drop off millions of dollars. Oh yeah,

[06:59] Joe Biden did have multiple shell

[07:01] companies that didn't seem to do

[07:02] anything and we had hearings about it

[07:04] for 2 years.

[07:06] How come all these Republicans got upset

[07:08] over Joe Biden, but no one wants to talk

[07:11] about what Jake Hoffman is doing? So,

[07:14] let's take a closer look at 110 LLC.

[07:18] You can go to transparencyusa.org,

[07:20] which shows election related

[07:22] expenditures in the US in state

[07:24] elections. 110 LLC received over $4

[07:27] million from Arizona election campaigns

[07:30] and a small amount related to Wisconsin

[07:32] campaigns. Now, this is just a portion

[07:34] of the revenue that was reported as part

[07:36] of state elections. We know the actual

[07:39] revenue numbers for 110 LLC are much

[07:41] higher because this doesn't even include

[07:43] all the money paid to them by

[07:45] TurningPoint. Another person I talked

[07:47] about in my videos is someone named

[07:49] Tyler Ber. Just as a reminder, Turning

[07:52] Point is made up of four main shell

[07:54] companies, and Tyler Ber is the COO of

[07:57] Turning Point Action and America's

[07:58] Turning Point. Tyler Ber is important

[08:01] because the Turning Point shell

[08:03] companies that Tyler Ber managed just

[08:05] happened to be the same shell companies

[08:07] paying 110 LLC. Let me show you how

[08:11] Tyler Boyer describes the first time

[08:12] that he met Charlie Kirk.

[08:14] >> And I walked away from that going, I can

[08:17] hitch my wagon to this guy.

[08:20] I can hitch my wagon to Charlie.

[08:25] >> He was He was my best friend.

[08:28] We went everywhere.

[08:30] >> He says that he was going to hitch his

[08:32] wagon to Charlie Kirk. He said that he

[08:35] was Charlie Kirk's best friend.

[08:38] We're going to see how good a friend he

[08:40] was. And does anyone know what this hand

[08:43] signal is? This is very strange.

[08:47] Then there is this clip where he talks

[08:48] about Candace Owens.

[08:50] >> What is a story that you have about

[08:52] Charlie and Candace that Candace didn't

[08:54] share?

[08:55] >> Oh, well, there's a lot. I put one out

[08:56] that was right away. I was there with

[08:58] them. It was like, you know, the three

[09:00] amigos. I was with Charlie and Candace

[09:02] when we went to TMZ that day with

[09:05] Candace and Kanye. And, you know, Kanye

[09:08] was immediately obsessed with Candace.

[09:09] >> Tyler Boyer describes himself, Charlie

[09:11] Kirk, and Candace Owens as the three

[09:14] amigos. And for proof of this, he

[09:16] explains that he was there the day that

[09:18] Candace met Kanye West.

[09:21] I find this extremely strange because

[09:23] this is how Candace Owens describes

[09:25] Tyler Boyer.

[09:27] >> But it did make sense to me that Tyler

[09:28] Boyer uh lied about it and I don't trust

[09:30] Tyler Boyer and that does not that is

[09:32] never going to change. Similarly with

[09:35] Rob McCoy, he makes my skin crawl. I

[09:37] can't explain it. This is a I look at

[09:39] him and he's a bad person and nobody can

[09:41] make me feel one way or the other about

[09:43] that. Candace says that she does not

[09:45] trust Tyler Boyer and compares him to

[09:47] Rob McCoy, who she says makes my skin

[09:50] crawl. So, which one is it? Were they

[09:53] the three amigos, or is Candace correct

[09:55] in saying that you cannot trust Tyler

[09:58] Boyer?

[09:59] Which one is it? I want to go back in

[10:02] time to 2017. A company was created

[10:05] called We the People USA, Inc. This was

[10:08] a nonprofit corporation formed in

[10:10] Arizona. This company is important

[10:12] because when you understand what people

[10:14] have done in the past, it becomes a

[10:16] template for what they're likely to do

[10:18] in the future. This company was created

[10:20] with five directors. Mike Miller, Doug

[10:23] Degrroot, Jay Kaufman, Dwayne

[10:25] Farnsworth, and Tyler Ber. Mike Miller

[10:28] and Doug Degrroot are both current board

[10:30] members of Turning Point USA. That is

[10:32] why they are on there. I've already

[10:34] explained who Jake Hoffman and Tyler Ber

[10:36] are. I find Dwayne Farnsworth very

[10:40] strange. He is a bankruptcy attorney in

[10:43] Mesa, Arizona. Why is this random

[10:46] bankruptcy attorney a director in this

[10:48] company with Jake Hoffman and Tyler Ber?

[10:51] It seems unusual.

[10:53] Well, you might have noticed that he has

[10:55] the same last name as the IT guy Terrell

[10:58] Farnsworth who was present at Charlie

[11:00] Kirk's murder. Now, I don't know if

[11:03] these two people are related. Maybe you

[11:05] internet slleuth at home can figure that

[11:07] out. But a lot of people have questions

[11:09] about the IT guy, Terrell Farnsworth.

[11:12] Like, why did he move the chair at the

[11:14] crime scene to remove the SD cards with

[11:17] the footage of the murder?

[11:21] Why did he film a selfie video of

[11:23] himself directly after the shooting?

[11:27] >> He's dead.

[11:30] >> God help him.

[11:37] I find this extremely strange.

[11:40] Who witnesses a shooting and immediately

[11:43] thinks to themsself, "I want to film a

[11:45] selfie video of myself."

[11:47] I think that's odd. So, a lot of people

[11:50] have been questioning why this IT guy

[11:52] acted so strangely. Well, I can give you

[11:55] one possibility. if his relative was

[11:58] involved in shady business dealings on

[12:00] the side with Tyler Ber that could

[12:02] explain it. But again, I don't know if

[12:05] they're related or not. The main point

[12:07] is to show that Tyler Boyer and Jake

[12:10] Hoffman have a history of doing these

[12:12] side businesses together. We have the

[12:15] paperwork. This company was formed in

[12:18] 2017 and then it was dissolved in 2021.

[12:22] That is strange because 110 LLC was

[12:26] created in 2021.

[12:29] Here is the formation paperwork signed

[12:32] by Jake Kaufman. I do not know why he

[12:34] lied about this in his post on X.com and

[12:37] said it was a decade old company. This

[12:39] was formed 4 years ago. It was formed at

[12:42] this address in Delaware next to several

[12:45] other buildings Candace Owens has

[12:46] identified in her podcast. Now, that's

[12:49] probably unrelated, but it is still a

[12:52] pretty strange coincidence. Just to be

[12:54] clear, the Delaware address Jake Hoffman

[12:56] is using is for Incorp,

[12:58] which is listed on Delaware's website as

[13:00] a registered agent who can set up one of

[13:02] these shell companies. My question is,

[13:05] why does all this shady stuff happen in

[13:08] Delaware? So, at the same time the old

[13:11] company was being shut down in Arizona,

[13:13] this new company was being formed in the

[13:15] state of Delaware.

[13:17] Because it was formed in Delaware, all

[13:19] the partner information is kept secret.

[13:22] We cannot see who is involved. But I

[13:25] don't think it is a stretch to say that

[13:26] it is my opinion that Tyler Boyer was

[13:29] likely involved in the creation of 110

[13:32] LLC.

[13:34] If Tyler Boyer is a partner, that means

[13:37] that he would receive a share of the

[13:38] profits of every dollar that flows

[13:40] through that UPS store mailbox. Now, I

[13:44] don't have any evidence of this, but

[13:46] there are some interesting facts that

[13:48] you should know. I mentioned in my

[13:50] previous video that Tyler Ber lives in a

[13:53] massive mansion. I'm not going to show

[13:55] it on the video, but you can go look for

[13:57] it yourself. His address is listed on

[13:59] the IRS 9990 forms. His house is

[14:02] luxurious. There are multiple buildings,

[14:05] a pool, a private basketball court.

[14:09] Well, I have the paperwork from when he

[14:11] bought his house. And this is pretty

[14:14] shocking. It was also purchased in 2021,

[14:18] 4 months after 110 LLC was created. The

[14:22] property was worth $1.95 million, and he

[14:25] put a down payment of $650,000.

[14:30] Let me explain how wild this is. Here is

[14:33] court paperwork from 2017 of a lawsuit

[14:36] where Tyler Buer was involved. He had

[14:38] been fighting this lawsuit since 2010

[14:40] over some unpaid fees from a condo

[14:42] development. The court order says the

[14:45] exact condition of the judgment is

[14:47] $11,41.32

[14:50] as of June 8th, 2017. So Tyler Boyer

[14:54] owes this money and he was taken to

[14:55] court. It was reported in the news that

[14:58] his wages were garnished because of this

[15:01] debt. So as of 2017, Tyler Boyer was

[15:04] struggling financially. This is not the

[15:07] type of thing you see from someone who

[15:08] has a lot of money. This begs the

[15:11] obvious question.

[15:13] How in the world did he get $650,000

[15:17] in cash to use as a down payment on his

[15:20] house? Do any of you find this

[15:22] suspicious that someone in 2017 can be

[15:26] broke and in four years have $650,000

[15:30] in cash?

[15:32] Tyler Ber needs to answer the simple

[15:34] question, where did he get the $650,000.

[15:39] The first major customer of 110 LLC was

[15:42] Carrie Lake. Carrie Lake at this time

[15:44] was running for governor of Arizona.

[15:47] Carrie Lake had a super PAC called Put

[15:49] Arizona First. Right before the primary,

[15:52] Put Arizona First received a $2.3

[15:55] million donation. put Arizona first,

[15:58] then turned around and gave the $2.3

[16:00] million to 110 LLC.

[16:05] To this day, we still do not know who

[16:07] was behind this $2.3 million donation.

[16:11] It came from a company called PH Medical

[16:14] LLC. Now, if you are doing research,

[16:17] there's a company in California called

[16:19] PH Medical that sells medical supplies.

[16:22] This is not the same company. SPH

[16:25] Medical LLC is another shell company out

[16:28] of Delaware. And once again, everyone

[16:31] involved in the company is secret. So,

[16:34] we have no idea where the money came

[16:36] from. I find this outrageous.

[16:41] I think the American people deserve to

[16:42] know who gave $2.3 million to Carrie

[16:46] Lake.

[16:47] Who was it?

[16:50] Someone knows who it was. Someone knows

[16:52] either at Turning Point, Kerry Lakes

[16:54] Campaign, or the Republican elite.

[16:57] Someone should be able to tell us who

[16:59] gave this money and why it all ended up

[17:01] going to a UPS store mailbox for 110

[17:04] LLC. Now, of course, Carrie Lake won the

[17:08] primary election. But what is

[17:10] interesting is that her official

[17:11] campaign did not hire 110 LLC to do

[17:14] their marketing for the general

[17:16] election. Carrie Lake hired major

[17:18] legitimate marketing companies with

[17:21] active websites and offices and

[17:23] employees.

[17:25] She still continued to pay 110 LLC, but

[17:28] at a much lower level, and she ended up

[17:31] losing the general election. This was

[17:33] the start of a lot of different

[17:35] campaigns that 110 LLC received money

[17:37] from in Arizona politics. For instance,

[17:41] one customer was David Farnsworth. Here

[17:43] is a poster from TurningPoint Action for

[17:46] David Farnsworth. Why are all these

[17:48] people with the last name Farnsworth

[17:50] doing business with Tyler Ber? So, we

[17:53] have all these candidates paying money

[17:55] into this UPS store mailbox to send to

[17:57] 110 LLC and then Turning Point is also

[18:00] supporting their election campaigns. It

[18:03] is almost like they are all working

[18:05] together.

[18:07] Here's the problem.

[18:09] If any Turning Point employees are also

[18:11] receiving money from 110 LLC, that would

[18:14] be kickbacks.

[18:16] That would be Turning Point employees

[18:18] getting rich off these election

[18:20] campaigns.

[18:22] Again, I don't have any direct evidence

[18:23] of this, but we could know for sure with

[18:26] a simple question.

[18:29] Are any Turning Point employees

[18:31] receiving money from 110 LLC?

[18:34] I'm going through all of this history so

[18:37] that you understand that this was the

[18:39] financial infrastructure that was

[18:40] already in place when Charlie Kirk was

[18:42] murdered. So, the old company was

[18:45] closed. This new company was formed in

[18:47] Delaware. Suddenly, Tyler Boyer has

[18:49] $650,000 in cash and 110 LLC receives

[18:52] $2.3 million from Kerry Lake's super

[18:55] PAC. The obvious question is, did any of

[18:58] that $2.3 million somehow make it into

[19:01] Tyler Boyer's pocket? But there is

[19:03] another shell company that we have not

[19:05] even talked about yet. Turning Point

[19:08] Pack. This is a political action

[19:10] committee and we know from Tyler Boyer's

[19:12] Instagram profile that he is also

[19:15] involved in this company. We can see how

[19:17] TurningPoint Pack spends money on

[19:19] federal campaigns by looking on

[19:21] opensecs.org.

[19:23] And surprise, surprise, we can see that

[19:25] the majority of the expenditures for

[19:27] Turning Point pack are being sent to the

[19:29] UPS Store mailbox for 110 LLC. They paid

[19:33] $1.1 million in the 2122 election cycle

[19:37] and $2.1 million in the 2324 election

[19:41] cycle. So, if you've been keeping track,

[19:44] the amount of money Turning Point has

[19:45] sent to 110 LLC has now increased from

[19:48] $1.5 million to $4.7 million.

[19:54] How is this Arizona state senator with

[19:57] no office helping out on all of these

[19:59] federal campaigns?

[20:02] Am I the only person who finds it crazy

[20:05] that there are millions of dollars

[20:06] flowing through this UPS store mailbox?

[20:10] The person who could answer these

[20:11] questions very easily is Arizona

[20:13] Attorney General Chris Maize. She could

[20:16] issue a subpoena for the accounting

[20:18] records at 110 LLC and Turning Point and

[20:21] give us the answers to everyone's

[20:23] questions. Since people have been

[20:24] raising these questions, she has done

[20:27] nothing. We have not heard a word from

[20:30] Chris Maize.

[20:32] What is she doing? Honestly, what does

[20:36] she do all day long? Is she in her

[20:39] office drinking margaritas?

[20:41] Is she going to look into the questions

[20:43] about Turning Point?

[20:46] Can we at least get a strongly worded

[20:48] statement from her? Anything? Fast

[20:51] forward to Charlie Kirk's murder. What I

[20:54] pointed out in my previous videos is

[20:56] that in the months leading up to Charlie

[20:57] Kirk's murder, there were strange things

[20:59] happening in the financials at Turning

[21:01] Point. There was the unusual transfer of

[21:04] $8.6 $6 million from Turning Point USA

[21:06] into Tyler Boyer Shell Company,

[21:08] America's Turning Point. There was the

[21:11] unusually high employee expense for

[21:13] Tyler Boyer Shell Company that we still

[21:15] cannot explain. There was all the money

[21:17] that was sent from Tyler Boyer Shell

[21:19] Companies to 110 LLC.

[21:22] I believe these transactions culminated

[21:24] in the memo that Charlie Kirk issued 8

[21:26] days before he was murdered where he

[21:28] appointed a new COO of Turning Point

[21:30] USA, Justin Strife, and requested a new

[21:33] Doge style audit. Now, anyone who has

[21:36] worked in corporate America knows what

[21:38] that memo implies. That is the typical

[21:41] memo that you see when you discover

[21:43] someone is stealing money from the

[21:45] company. You replace their position, you

[21:48] start a new audit, and you work on

[21:49] moving that person out of your company.

[21:52] Now, Tyler Buer has responded to this

[21:54] allegation with this post on X.com. He

[21:57] says, "Made up. I haven't been COO of

[22:01] TPUSA for over 3 years. You're listening

[22:04] to people making things up." He posts a

[22:07] screenshot of his LinkedIn profile as

[22:09] evidence, showing that he was the chief

[22:11] operating officer of Turningpoint Action

[22:13] since July 2022, implying that he had

[22:16] nothing to do with Turning Point USA or

[22:18] Charlie Kirk's memo. I find Tyler Ber's

[22:21] post ridiculous.

[22:23] We were not born yesterday.

[22:26] To my knowledge, since Tyler Boyer's

[22:28] change in title in 2022, no one has held

[22:32] the position of COO at Turning Point USA

[22:34] until Charlie Kirk's memo appointing

[22:36] Justin Strife. And anyone who has worked

[22:39] in corporate America knows that if you

[22:41] get a title change and no one backfills

[22:44] your position, you still end up doing

[22:46] your old job. So, it is still likely

[22:49] that Charlie Kirk's memo was attempting

[22:50] to minimize Tyler Boyer's influence at

[22:53] the company. What is even more

[22:55] compelling is that Tyler Buer's post is

[22:57] contradicted by his own words.

[23:00] The Washington Post obtained a secret

[23:03] audio recording of Tyler Ber. This is

[23:05] from late 2022

[23:08] after his supposed change in title. Take

[23:11] a listen.

[23:12] >> I'm happy to share with you the history

[23:14] starting point USA because like I've

[23:15] learned the whole thing from the bottom

[23:17] up. So you do realize you're talking to

[23:19] the guy that basically runs everything.

[23:21] Notice he is talking specifically about

[23:24] Turning Point USA, not the other shell

[23:26] companies. And he says, "You are talking

[23:29] with the guy who basically runs

[23:31] everything."

[23:33] This is Tyler Boyer in his own words

[23:36] months after he supposedly changed his

[23:38] title.

[23:39] So which one is it, Tyler? Were you

[23:41] lying then or are you lying now? Or are

[23:45] you just lying all the time? The

[23:48] Washington Post also recorded Tyler Ber

[23:50] saying this.

[23:51] >> And honestly, I have giant balls and I

[23:55] don't care. I'll walk in and talk to

[23:56] anyone. I'm a transparent piece of glass

[23:59] here on everything that I do and

[24:00] everything I'm involved with. [snorts]

[24:02] >> So apparently he has giant balls.

[24:06] I'm just going to put this out there. He

[24:08] does not sound like a very nice person.

[24:12] And if he's so transparent, why doesn't

[24:14] he explain why he is sending $4.7

[24:17] million of Turning Point's money to a

[24:20] UPS store mailbox? What makes all of

[24:22] this so suspicious is the actions of

[24:25] Erica Kirk. She still refuses to do

[24:28] Charlie Kirk's final wish that he wrote

[24:30] in that memo, a Doge style audit of the

[24:33] finances at Turning Point.

[24:36] This would be so easy to do. You bring

[24:39] in an independent third party. It takes

[24:41] a couple of months. It would calm

[24:43] everyone's concerns over the finances.

[24:46] Why does she refuse to do an audit? The

[24:49] only reason I can think of is that it

[24:51] will uncover criminal activity. When

[24:54] Erica Kirk is asked about the issues at

[24:56] Turning Point, she says something like

[24:58] this.

[24:59] >> It reminds me so much of chapter 6 in

[25:03] the book of Nehemiah.

[25:05] He is building a wall and the town's

[25:08] people are at the base of that hill

[25:10] saying Nehemiah calling him all these

[25:12] names, saying all these things, come on

[25:14] down.

[25:15] Every single time he had the same

[25:17] message four times in a row, I cannot

[25:20] come down. I am busy building. That is

[25:22] how I feel. I do not have time to

[25:24] address the noise. My silence does not

[25:27] mean that I am complacent. Mhm.

[25:29] >> My silence does not mean that somehow

[25:31] Turning Point USA and all of the

[25:34] handpicked staff that loved my husband

[25:36] and my husband loved them is somehow in

[25:38] on it.

[25:39] >> Apparently, we cannot ask about the

[25:41] finances because of a Bible verse. Well,

[25:44] Erica Kirk, how about this Bible verse?

[25:47] Proverbs 29:1.

[25:50] Whoever stubbornly refuses to accept

[25:52] criticism will suddenly be destroyed

[25:54] beyond recovery. Turning Point is a

[25:57] taxpayer subsidized nonprofit.

[26:00] We have every right to demand the CEO

[26:02] answer our questions about some pretty

[26:05] obvious financial irregularities.

[26:07] Turning Point keeps claiming that they

[26:09] already do an annual financial audit

[26:11] with the accounting firm Baker Tilly. In

[26:14] the opinion letter from Baker Tilly,

[26:16] they say that nothing is wrong and there

[26:18] are no problems at Turning Point. But

[26:21] sometimes annual audits miss things.

[26:23] They make mistakes, too. And if they did

[26:26] miss something, they are actually

[26:28] incentivized not to report it because

[26:30] then it makes them look bad. That is why

[26:33] it is a good idea to rotate your audit

[26:35] firms occasionally to new firms.

[26:37] Bringing in an additional Doge style

[26:39] audit would be such an easy, simple

[26:42] thing for Erica Kirk to do. It's clearly

[26:45] what Charlie Kirk wanted. I think it is

[26:47] extremely suspicious that she still

[26:49] refuses to do an audit. Now, to be

[26:53] clear, all of this is circumstantial

[26:54] evidence. Currently, I do not have any

[26:57] direct evidence of a crime. But the real

[27:00] question is this. Given all the facts I

[27:03] have laid out, what is the more likely

[27:05] possibility? That Tyler Ber is

[27:07] completely innocent or that he's doing

[27:10] something shady? Let me know in the

[27:12] comments down below. If you have more

[27:14] information about the finances at

[27:16] TurningPoint and want to be a

[27:17] whistleblower, you can email me directly

[27:19] at tipswolves andfinance.com.

[27:22] That is tipswolves andfinance.com.

[27:25] This email goes directly to me and I can

[27:27] keep your information anonymous. One

[27:30] thing I'm looking for right now is

[27:31] information about why the salary expense

[27:33] for America's Turning Point is so high.

[27:36] I already have some information about

[27:38] this, but I would like some more. So, if

[27:40] you know anything, go ahead and send me

[27:42] an email. I realize that I'm going to

[27:44] receive a lot of hate on this video. A

[27:47] lot of people have been frustrated at

[27:48] anyone who criticizes Turning Point.

[27:51] These people think it is bad to have any

[27:53] fighting in the Republican party. I

[27:56] think they're greatly misjudging the

[27:58] American people.

[28:00] Americans like to see debate. They want

[28:04] to see a party where people are free to

[28:06] disagree with each other. I think this

[28:08] is actually good for the Republican

[28:10] brand. And if you think I'm wrong, try

[28:14] going to a Democrat meeting and ask

[28:16] questions about transgender surgeries on

[28:18] children. You will be thrown out of that

[28:21] meeting so fast because you are not

[28:23] allowed to ask questions. The American

[28:26] people hate that. They want to be part

[28:29] of a party where people ask questions.

[28:32] People want to see Turning Point

[28:34] managing their finances responsibly.

[28:37] They want to see an audit. This is a

[28:39] good thing for Republicans because there

[28:42] is nothing that makes you feel more like

[28:44] an American than asking questions.

[28:48] Now, I want to hear from you. Do you

[28:50] think that Erica Kirk should do a Doge

[28:51] style audit? Let me know in the comments

[28:54] down below. And if you like this video,
