The reason I call all of you my cousins is because I view my platform like a family dinner table. Sometimes we fight, often we laugh, and you guys roast me sometimes. But no matter what the disagreement is, we always welcome discourse. That's what democracy is really about. And no one embodied that more than Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk was a great man and someone who just earlier this year became a true friend and mentor of mine. He deserved to go home at night alongside his wife and two children. Instead, his life was cut short at only 31 years old because he dared to invite discourse on an American college campus in 2025. Only a coward who's terrified of truth would shut down respectful dialogue, let alone try to silence it permanently. But taking Charlie Kirk's life didn't silence him. It amplified everything he ever stood for. Charlie Kirk embodied the mantra of God, family, and country. I always admired how he was willing to hear out anyone, no matter if they disagreed. He continuously sought to uplift new, unique voices. He truly left a cultural shift and dare I say a revolution of guiding young people to love America. It was working. It was happening. Young people are patriots again. Young people realized that we could disagree and still work towards goals together. And personally, every conversation I had with Charlie made me feel a stronger sense of purpose. He taught me to never underestimate the power of my own voice. Without him, many of us would still be afraid to speak up. But Charlie, he championed fearlessness. He's a hero and that's why his life and legacy will forever embody the deepest price of freedom. May God cover the Kirk family and may we thank him for our time with Charlie Kirk. Hey cousins, welcome to another episode of Respectfully. Now you guys know how I feel about Jubilee episodes. I think they are such chaotic messes. But I'm actually particularly excited to see more of this episode today. It is Patrick BetDavid, the capitalist versus 20 anti- capitalists. Now, I intentionally have avoided watching too much of the show. I've seen a couple small clips that were on Twitter and I was so mortified by them because it really, from what I saw, it looked like it should be a capitalist versus a bunch of communists, but I cannot wait to see what it is that Patrick David has to say to these young kids with I was going to say with plenty of aspiration, but seems like the opposite. Y'all know the vibes. Be sure to like, comment, share, and subscribe. Welcome to Respectfully. Well, speaking of capitalism, be sure to send in your super chats, you guys, because I got clocked the last time I reacted to a Jubilee video and I tried to turn on that YouTube monetization and they got me good. So, to keep this show and the lights on, please go ahead and send in a super chat. And more importantly, click the link in our bio to go over to prageru.com and send a taxdeductible donation today. Now, let's get into this first clip. I have no idea which ones Mr. Rodriguez chose for me today. Oh, I haven't seen this one. >> Thinking about this in in very capitalist terms, which makes sense. You're a capitalist, but >> because it works. That's the idea. Because it's produced about these scenarios in a situation where market mechanisms are in place. And this is the problem that I have with so many capitalists is they can't exit their worldview and try to see a world where socialism um could be in place because they don't understand the untapped potential of socialism. And I'm >> pause. Why can I just look at you and know you're not a capitalist? I think that's something worth noting. Why do they always look a certain way? And it's not even just the the clothing. I have so many things I could say, but I'm going to keep it cute and keep it nice. But it's like just the entire aesthetic. It's like some people embrace the aesthetic of being broke with no means of trying to get out of it. It's the combination of things going on here. But even just I already know this is this is going to be the most unintelligible thing that she I assume she has to say because you you're not looking at the examples of socialism that have worked because there are none. There are there's literally not a single example of socialism working. But I digress. Let's keep going. >> Democratic socialist. I think that we need to build forward to towards that um with reforms and I think we need to work with the government. I don't think that we should abandon the state. I also don't think that we should give state elites the complete control over society. I do think that we should work with the state to instill these reforms and then eventually erode capitalism. >> But unfortunately, socialism has had hundreds of years. >> But you're thinking in terms of competition produced results and it hasn't worked. Do you know why it doesn't work though? >> It's been sabotaged. >> It's been sabotaged or it's because it forces people to do something they don't want to do. >> Does capitalism not do the same? >> No. There's 7 million people in this country who have to work multiple jobs just to get by. >> Have to work multiple jobs. >> They're forced to do that because either they do that or they starve. So if the options are to work or to starve, that's not freedom. That's economic coercion. >> If you respectfully, if you do that for a period of your life, I understand. >> I'm sorry. Can we pause? >> The notion of that is insane. It's either you work or you starve. Yeah, that's kind of how it works. Where do you think your food comes from, Miss Mama's? You know, I would respect that sentiment. No, I wouldn't. That was a lie. I would h I would pretend to respect that sentiment if this person was a hunter gatherer. Okay. What do you mean you either work or you starve? What is the other alternative there? That is just so disrespectful to all the people that are working hard for our food. Okay. Do you realize how hard farmers work? Do you realize how hard butchers work, how hard hunters work, all the fishermen, whatever your diet is? It doesn't matter if you're a vegan or if you're a carnivore, there is hard work that goes into getting your food. So, what do you think? Why do you think that you're entitled to that? Why do you think you're entitled to give no monetary value or even a barter system over to these people? Because even if you barter, that still means that you have to work to see what you to get what you have. So why do you think that you're entitled to eat for free? Why do you think that you're entitled to have people bring the goods that they have worked for over to you? It makes no sense. It makes no sense at all. Like these soup kitchen socialists kill me. Come on now. You have to work or you're going to starve. Half the people here have big backs. So either they must be working real hard, real hard to have that with. Let's keep going. >> If you're doing that for 30 years, you're doing something wrong. You shouldn't be working multiple jobs for the rest of your life. >> So first of all, I'm not going to argue with this moral argument. I think that people who live in poverty, especially when we look at how many people live in poverty in this country, and also it depends on how you define the poverty line, but there's 40 million Americans who live below the poverty line in this country. There's three guys in this country that own 40% of the wealth. How does that work in a country that is >> You really want to go there? You want to go there? Okay. So, let's talk about it. So, when we talk about the rich people at the top, okay, and and you say, "Well, the rich don't pay enough taxes." Do you know what the bottom 50% of taxpayers in America pay towards the revenue that the government gets in taxes? Do you know Do you know what the bottom 50% pays? >> 1%. >> Tell me. >> 2% of taxes. >> Do you know what the top 1% pays? >> There's been several years. >> Do you know what the top 1%? Hang on a second. This is from the IRS. I'm not writing a blog from Huffington Post. This is not Daily Beast. I'm telling you the story. The top 1% pays 42%. >> I'll say this. is about to pay a lot less in taxes because of the provision that just went up even more revenue to the >> beautiful bill. >> Thank you so much. >> Thank you so much. >> At least there was a handshake and respect at the end. But it's like you kind of embarrass yourself like that person. She doesn't seem like a terrible person. She seems like her heart is in the right place, but she does have this victim mentality, which is what I feel like everybody that is anti- capitalism tends to have. Um but this notion like for you to that's why Patrick McDavid was even like are you really going to go there? You really want to do that cliche argument of, "Oh, the rich don't pay their fair share." The rich pay a disproportionate amount of money. It's insane how much some of them pay and then they're like, "Oh, well, they go and they do all these like walkounds to not pay taxes." It's like, oh, god forbid they donate to a charity and now they get to write some of it off. That that's such a bad thing. Or their expenses are higher because they're giving out bonuses. That's like Taylor Swift, everybody's favorite champagne socialist, how she went and gave out those massive multi00,000 worth of bonuses. Do you know why she did that? I mean, I'm sure she probably cares about her crew at that. I'm I I'll give her that credit. I'm sure she really does have a good relationship with her team, but from a financial standpoint, it's a tax write off. It's either you give your money to the government that's going to ship your money overseas or to something you don't care about, or you go ahead and make sure your whole team eats. So yeah, those are the type of walkarounds and loopholes that the wealthy that the wealthy are doing. You should be taking notes. Uh just unserious. What else do we have here? >> You define socialism cuz I think you're >> Can I be mean for a second? And I'm so serious. I'm so dead serious. I literally left the gym halfway through my workout yesterday because somebody who looked like her walked in with a big black bag. I'm not taking risk anymore. I hate to say it. I'm not even trying to make a joke about it. I'm I'm just being so for real. I'm not taking any risk. If you are a gothic non-binary, I am not taking a risk. If you are a Cuz the emos, I can even deal with the emos. A gothic non-binary is my personal Pearl Harbor. The second you walk into a to an enclosed facility, I'm scurrying away. I'm clutching my pearls. I'm grabbing my bag and I am running to my Tesla and going home. In that order. in that order. Let's continue >> misunderstanding what anti- capitalist ideals look like. I think we are just trying >> I can't even pay attent and the bad part because you look at her her facial structure. She's not a bad looking girl. If she put her eyebrows back on, >> if she peeled a little bit of that eyeliner and put it right there on her brows and then I don't know what that inverted widow's peak is, but if she got a civilized haircut that looks like she cares about herself, she could be a pretty girl. Okay, can we rewind? Cuz I couldn't even listen. I was just a gas. We We listen, we look, and we judge. here >> you define socialism cuz I think you're kind of misunderstanding what anti- capitalist ideals look like I think we are just trying to advocate for basic rights for our people in this country and across the world of course but I don't think it's necessarily about equal wealth disparity around around the world for most people that are anti-opolis I think it's more about just standard rights that are provided by the government >> standard rights that are provided by the government >> okay Right. >> Yeah. So >> go a little bit deeper. So for you when when the claim here is >> if the money in the world divided equally will return to the same pockets within 5 years. Do you disagree? >> Yes. >> Tell me why you disagree. >> Yeah. So I disagree because I don't even think many people are trying to argue for that. >> People are not trying to argue. >> Who are you arguing in this debate? What I'm trying to say? >> There's like a very select amount of people that are trying to argue for equal wealth disparity. Most people are at least trying to at least advocate for wealth and at all for people that have that don't have access to healthare right now that don't have access to a good education right now that don't have access to their basic needs like food. >> Do you think our system right now allows people to stay in those situations long term? >> They force them to stay in those situations long term. >> Okay. So, part of me actually agrees with you, but why do you think they force them to stay in those situations long term? I think because the they are trying to convince the working class that they don't have rights. >> I I actually don't think that's what it is. Although that's fair to your point here. What's the chances that any of you here voted for Donald Trump in 2024? >> Exactly. Right. What is the What is the chances that all of you here can't stand the phrase MAGA Donald Trump? Any of that stuff? Is that a fair assessment? Fair. Okay. >> Yeah. So So think about it this way. So maybe you're right that the Democratic party that's been earning your vote for a long time wants to keep you there because they'll have you for the rest of your life. >> They have never earned my >> Who did you vote for in 2024? >> In 24 I voted for the socialist candidate. >> Who was that? >> Claudia de la Cruz, I believe. >> Who did you vote for in 2020? >> Um I was actually not able to vote. I was in a hospital. >> Oh, I'm so sorry. >> Because of results of capitalism. Tell me more. I knew there was a proper healthare or even access to a proper job that would sustain me as a disabled person. >> Are you comfortable being specific on what happened? >> Uh I guess I mean I'm also mentally ill so that was something I had to deal with. >> I went to church on Sunday, so I'm not going to say anything crazy. Let's continue. But um I'm mainly mentally ill because I am disabled in a capitalist country. >> Tell me more about mentally ill. Who qualified you as somebody that's mentally ill? >> Um me and my doctor team. >> Who who who convinced you that you're mentally ill? >> Um me and my doctor team. >> What's the specific uh category of mental illness? Is there one? >> You know why I asked this question? Let me explain to you why I asked this question. >> I don't even like the psychological industry. I don't really stand for like sigman freudian politics or anything like that. So if you're going to debate the the um ethics of psychology where I'm going with this is going back to the same thing with if the money was were to divide it equally it'll end up being worse out within 5 years. My trouble is >> can we pause for >> I don't know what she was alluding to. I mean if there's one thing I believe that she said it's that she's mentally ill. No shade. But that being said, this whole era that we're in of people just like embracing mental illness like that's that's like it's trendy. Like I've talked about before like it really annoys me how everybody cosplay cosplays autism now. Like yes, we do have a lot more people on the spectrum of autism now and that's largely because of artificial sugars in my opinion. Some people say the you know the jabs. I personally think that that could be contributing, but I think the biggest thing are the biggest two things are microplastics and artificial ingredients that we have inside of her food because that's also what's causing Alzheimer's and dementia. But all that to say, these people love to cosplay autism or ADHD. It's like, no, you don't have ADHD. You're just undisiplined a lot of the time. Some of you actually do, but yeah, that's just like, why are you tiptoeing around it? Like if you just volunteered the information to the class, you might as well just be transparent about what it is that you're dealing with. But I also don't think I don't understand why you're in a circle that's supposed to be full of intellectuals if you literally are lacking brain capacity to put your thoughts out there. But let's watch the rest of this case. Somebody you and I look up to will say something to us that we choose to believe for the rest of our lives. Unfortunately, it could be something where you have ADHD, you're mentally ill, you're poor, you're this, you're that, and we get to choose to buy into that or not. And if you do, >> so you're saying I'm not mentally ill or I'm not >> disable you are or you're not. I would challenge it to go a little bit deeper to see if there's anything you can do about it. >> So, you're asking me about my health. You're asking me about my disability. >> I will say we are in a market where, stay with me here. God forbid he says improve your health profit to convince you to have you have issues to take the medication because they're making money. >> I don't have access to the medication. I don't have access to even a result or a solution to my disability as someone with a connective tissue disorder. It's genetic. >> Have you been able to go to different doctors and get yourself tested and see you have? >> Yes. And >> how does she diagnose herself with that? >> Not enough. I I can't find a specialist. >> You can't find a specialist? >> I can't find a specialist. Is there anyone in your life that's willing to pay for specialist? >> Well, they could if or they would if they had money, but they >> would be okay if I pay for >> I find this insufferable. I I I'm just kind of over her. I I I just don't even see where this is going. This is just a waste of I'm voting her out just like with the red flags, too. I don't even She just wanted someone to talk to. >> Well, they could if or they would if they had money, but yeah. >> Would you be okay if I pay for a specialist for you to go see? >> Yeah. >> Would you take money from a capitalist to help you go see specialist? I mean, yeah, sure, why not? >> I'm going to have you go see two Where do you Do you live in California? >> Yeah. >> I'm going to have you go see two specialists. But would you also be open to >> seeing somebody else I choose as a psychologist that may >> No, you're not. >> No. You choose as a psychologist. You're choosing who gets to determine what my mental health looks like. >> She acts like going to a psychologist is going to make her more crazy. It's like, girl, if he tells you you're crazy, you don't have to believe him, but you should. It's like I don't even know why she would turn that offer down. It's like you have this thing that you're complaining that you don't have in front of you and you just let you just declined your own blessing. I feel like that's kind of the story of these people's lives. It's like they they shoot down their own blessings before they even have a chance to acquire it. It's a shame. Sorry to that lady. >> Final claim is the US is more socialist than capitalist today. If you hate the system, you're antisocialist. >> Oh, that's kind of crazy. >> You're definitely not capitalist. you're not socialist, you want to go full communism. >> So what do you think that looks like though as a thing, right? So what what Markx actually wanted was for us to reach a point where we no longer have the scarcity of resources that has kind of predicted, you know, history as it looks like now. It wouldn't happen now. It would happen as we automate. At this point in time, we can decommodify housing and food um and education for around 5% of the government budget. That's one um a little bit over one of what we spend on the military already. We don't because we we're living in the state where we we it almost seems utopian that things like food were the first time you thought you wanted to be a communist. How old were you? >> Is that is that a response to any of the statistics? >> No, because the stat statistics are against you. >> The statistics childish mindset. There's so many Cubans that move to Miami. They politics in Russia. They do because it didn't work. It killed so many almost like it wasn't communist. It's almost there was communistic argument. It's almost like you're not replying to any statistics that I've presented to you. I think that's the biggest problem. >> You're a dictator telling me what would not be allowed under communism. >> Dictators end up of course running communism. If somebody is taxing 100% what is a dictatorship again how much money in taxes? What is communism? How much money dictatorship? How much money do you think would it take to I don't know allow everyone food, shelter, water, and education in this country? How much money would it take? Yeah. But going back to your question here with communism, stay on that point there with communism. >> Everything I say is respond to I'm trying I'm trying to find out from real quick. So like the thing is is like what is there to say that what she's saying? Like what she's saying is like the most literal aggressive version of capitalism and I know she's been studying Dean and Parker because like that's the definition they immediately run to about the stateless, moneyless, classless society. Like just hearing that just like puts hair like makes a hair stand up on my back. But it's like we literally see what communism looks like. And like PBT said, like I'm a gasast to even hear her say that. Like she thinks the way that she's dressed alone is going to be allowed in a communist society. If it is, they're probably going to be doing stuff to her against her consent. If we're being so honest, if we're being so for real, like the premise, just the concept of thinking that you would be better off in a communist society is insane. When has that ever not been the worst case scenario? Every time there's been communism, that's it's been a mess. And you're never going to have a situation where like there's just no leadership because how can you function as a society with no leadership. That just doesn't make sense. You want autocracy. I mean, and it goes to show that people on the far radical left and the far radical right are so similar because it reminds me of when we reacted to that one far right guy um that was like actually fringe and all right who talked about how much he wants autocracy and then his job fired him and then he got all upset that he got fired. Oh, I thought you liked autocracy. Well, how about the autocracy at the company that you work at? And it's like it's just so wild. Like you think you're broke now, just imagine when it's communism. It's like your problem isn't the fact that you're broke. Your problem is that you want everybody to be broke with you. That's what it is. >> You're saying communism is not dictatorship. >> No. >> Define dictatorship. >> Yeah. So when one person or when one when one when one when one when one when one when one when one when one when one when small entity you know is able to you know enforce its will on on the people when we have a private ownership when we have a when we have a system based on private ownership that's what happens every dictatorship is private ownership. >> Yeah. So private so under communism can I under communism doesn't Elam Musk exist? >> Yeah. No. >> No. So that's dictatorship. Thank you. >> That's completely incorrect. Under capitalism we don't have you know the freedom for people to >> you do under capitalism right we don't we don't see that commodification. >> Would you consider China communism? Would you consider China communism shelter or water or education we can with 5% of the budget? Why don't we say that? >> Would you consider China communism? Why haven't you answered any of my questions? >> Would you consider China? >> Why haven't you responded to any of my statistics? >> Would you consider China communist? >> It's almost like we're not having a conversation and you're >> having a conversation where you have an argument that's been proven that it's not working. >> It's almost like I just gave you a definition of communism for you to critique and you haven't been able to. >> If it's such a great system, why are >> it hasn't happened yet? Because it's never we've never been in a point. >> In her defense, I PBD is like everything he's saying is valid and it's like pretty much just like the premise of what she's saying. He's poking holes in it, but he hasn't addressed directly what she said. So, I can understand her frustration here to play devil's advocate >> because we've not found a noble person who can do it the right way. That's not >> If you were to read the plain text of Markx, we would see that he wanted >> I've read Communist Manifesto. I've got >> I promise you if you have, you would read that capitalism. Have you read Wealth of Nations? >> Yes. So, I've read um Das Cap. I've read um the Communist Manifesto as well. Well, Angel's collective works etc. What do you think if you think that that communism is in any way us having wages um or us having you know a privatized dictatorship production. You don't know what it is. >> I choose my dreams and I refuse to do that. >> Who are you to dictate my dream? >> Where did you get that from? >> What do you mean? >> That was interesting. I will say like obviously I lean more to PBD side on that. I don't agree with his prompt though. Like yes, I feel like we're moving towards socialism more than we're moving toward expanding capitalism or at least we were before this new administration. But I don't think I would reach as far to say that we're full-blown a more socialist country than we are capitalist. We're kind of at that point like the way they want to give everybody half of everything like the socialism of it all the the Bernie Sanders of it all. I do and I see that like the Marxism like I see I see what he's getting at. I just feel like his prompt is a bit inflammatory but on purpose. I just I just don't think we're all all the way at that point yet. And if we were child I would have left already. I if we were full-blown socialism I would have been left already. We could we could have been probably if uh if a couple you know a couple individuals took office that wanted to if anything we're closer to Sharia law in some of our major cities than we are to socialism but they're handinand at this point. >> How's it going? >> What's your name? >> James. >> So one of the things that you have stated is that we have options. >> Okay. So just to give you a little bit of my background um I come from a divorced family >> and we live >> already playing the victim. You and who? You and everybody else. I do not care that your mama and your daddy couldn't make it work. I'm already annoyed. >> You are 45, sir. Talking about your parents are divorced. >> Let's keep going. >> Level from the time that I was born uh until now, frankly. Um so I'm one of those people that you're talking about that uh isn't pulling themselves up by their bootstraps enough, which like I didn't have boots to begin with. And like I don't know if you've ever had boots but like legs or load bearing structures. >> I relate. >> And like you can't really pull up a boot when you're wearing it, you know? >> So where exactly am I failing >> when I am working 80 hours a week? >> I am taking the only jobs that will hire me. I have put in >> 477 applications over the last two and a half years. >> Not even gotten a call back once. >> Why do you think? >> You tell me. You're you're a job creator. >> But I don't know your resume. You know your life better than I do. Why do you think you have not gotten a call back on 477? >> Because I do not have a degree. >> Okay. >> Because I do not have a degree because I could not afford one. >> Okay. >> I live in an area where the physical job market is very limiting. >> Where do you live? >> Uh I live in rural Texas. >> Okay. >> So in that like in the town that I grew up in for instance, there are eight jobs. >> Mhm. >> Period. >> Does all does your family live there? Mom, dad, everybody's in that same city. >> Uh everybody was at one point. >> Okay. Most of them are dead and they moved. >> Okay. Sorry to hear. >> Nah, it is what it is. >> It's poverty. >> Oh, they died. >> You know, we're kind of used to that on this side. Um, >> okay. What a pickme. What a You are a grown man with a bald fade and a ponytail in the back that's two-toned. What is going on? What? And not too much in the two-tone hair, but but at the same time, it's like, bro, you're sitting here like, "Oh, we're used to people dying. We're we're poor, so we're used to people dying, so rich people don't die. Like that's crazy. We're used to people dying over here. We're poor. That's probably one of the dumbest arguments I've ever heard in my life. This guy is insufferable. I guarantee you his resume is full of just pity party and typos. >> You're a victim. Why do you feel like you're a victim? Why do you feel like the way you speak like you know you're the victim where all this happened to you? because I exist and things happen to me and such things happen and that's why I say that they happen to me. >> A good-looking guy. Why do you think you're a victim? >> Why do you think you're somebody that's got into a situation because it's not fair what happened to me? Let me let me give you a couple options. Are you open to leaving the city you're in? >> I've already left it. >> So, what city? >> I've left multiple cities. >> So, if somebody else gave you a job in a different place, you'd be willing to move there 100%. >> Okay. On your resume, on your resume, >> what do you have on your resume? skill set. What do you offer? >> Uh, transportation expertise, logistics expertise. >> You consider yourself a hard worker? >> I mean, I I feel like 80 hours a week. That's a hard worker. >> Sure. >> How about we do this? How about I interview and I give you a job? >> Would you move to Fort Lauderdale? >> How's Florida? Sure. Why not? >> Would you move to Fort Lauderdale? >> Sure. Why not? >> How about you and I document this after this? You come, I do an interview with you and I give you a job and let's see what you do 90 days later. >> Okay. Let me and I'll I'll look up your company and all that kind of stuff and I'll see it. You see what just happened? Watch what you just did. >> Sure. >> You just said you applied to 477 companies who's not gone back to you. >> A business owner who's hiring aggressively just made an offer to you. >> You said you're willing to move. Then you said I'll look at it. You became selective. >> I didn't say I look at it to let me finish my sentence. Go ahead. I want to hear it. >> I would like to look into your company to see exactly what you guys do. >> You would like to >> cuz I don't know what you guys do. So, as far as I'm concerned, I may be wasting my time going, if you guys are a finance company, if you guys are a bank or something like that, I don't have the certifications. I don't have the interviewing me. >> If I gave you a job period to work 80 hours a week, would you take it and I paid you a reasonable wage? >> Are we talking a livable wage or a reasonable wage? And whose version of reasonable are we talking about? Your version of reasonable or my version of reasonable? >> You see, so now for me, what I'm noticing from you is >> is I need specifics? >> No. No, not necessarily. You know, most of the people I hired need specifics. The difference is I'm trying to hire them. In this instance, you're trying to get a job and you're being selective. It's going to work against you. >> I mean, I'm not trying to get a job. Originally, I was trying to ask you where the moral fails are off the table because you're going to be difficult to work with. >> Okay. Sure. But my question was, where is my moral failing? Like, where is it that you are saying that I am not working hard enough and I am not doing >> does this guy not realize the way he just blocked his own blessing? Now, PBD is genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met. Like, he's one of those people. He is just aggressively trying to put people on, give people a bag. Like, he is that guy. This is someone that has left Iran, a place with real oppression, with real struggle, with real chaos going on over there, came to America, lived out the American dream, and handled business. So for this guy to sit here in front of him and try to act like he knows better than PBD and it's like okay you get hired for a job and you don't necessarily have a skill set yet for it. Build the skill set. Are you incapable of learning? Like is it a confidence thing? This is a combination of every negative leftist stereotype all in one person. It's the victim mentality. It's the laziness. It's the complacency. It's the lack of self asssurance, the insecurity. It's everything. The entitlement. How dare you? You're sitting here like questioning him down about what the salary is going to be. You don't even know what job you're going to be getting yet. At least go entertain the interview. What do you have to lose? Get a grip. And then he's like, "Oh, Florida, you're broke in rural Texas. It's not much better for you from what you're saying." And like I I've never in my life been able to fathom this type of mindset cuz I grew up broke. And you know what I did? Every time I could have been around somebody like PBD, I would have went far and wide. You know, when I was in my early 20s, I would go to every networking mixer that had nothing to do with me because I was trying to network and meet people and figure out like what can I figure out? Who do you know that I should know? And here you have PBD, someone who has his who is kneede in so many industries, and so many bags. And this guy could have put you on. And if you played your cards right, you played your cards right, PBD is the type of person I feel like could be friends with someone that disagrees with him even politically. So, this is somebody that if you played your cards right, this could have been the most lucrative connection in the history of your bloodline and you fumbled the bag because you decided to be a pretentious there's so many words I want to call him. I'm just going to call him a pretentious disappointment because it was at the point where I was almost rooting for him. the fact that he might have just got this blessing. This could have been such a cool turnaround story, but he just had his he just stopped his own bag in 8K. And I know when he watches this bag when he's sitting on his couch with his flat pillows and going back and forth between his cold, lonely toilet seat and that pillow that probably has some busted cushions in it. I know he's going to think back at this moment and be like, "Wow, I could have been working for a very successful man that was more than happy to put me on." That's crazy. And that's what's crazy. Wow. You're talking about you have logistics skill sets and you have all this range of skill sets. Like that's like for him to sit here and be like, "Oh, I have to check out your company." If you especially if you have a background in like transportation logistics, you if even if you're working for Walmart as a truck driver, you don't need to know what the CEO's business is. You don't need to know what the Walmart family or the what is it? Wall-ally. Wall-ally, who are them people? The Walton. The Walmart family. You don't need to know what their business is. You don't need to know who they voted for. All you know is that at your level, you have a job. You're acting like you need to agree with every single person in the company in order to have a job. This is why I can't stand the socialists and the cap the anti- capitalists because they just don't want success and it shows >> right now because you the way you just handle this situation. >> Got it. So I should accept anything that somebody gives me first blush if it is a guaranteed thing. >> No, not necessarily. >> I agreed to I agreed to do your interview. I agreed to be interviewed by you and you agreed to to consider me for hiring. So therefore, I am taking that opportunity. I've chosen to. But because I am asking you for specifics, your immediate reaction is that, "Oh, well, you're trying to be picky when I'm not. I'm asking specifics." I You could have said, >> I said, "I need to look up your company." That's all I said. >> All you could have said is, "I'm willing to have the interview." You would have had the interview >> and I did. >> No, you said it depends. I know. Let me look. >> Yeah, sure. I would look into your company. That's all I said. >> I appreciate you. >> All right, cousins. That is all that I can handle cuz these people I find absolutely insufferable. But if there's any other specific ones that you want to see me react to, let me know. I might do some more on my socials as well. Thank you for tuning in for another episode of Respectfully.
