Zach Costello Reveals New Evidence Challenging Official Tyler Robinson Narrative in Charlie Kirk Case

Zach Costello examines new revelations from Candace Owens that challenge the official narrative surrounding Tyler Robinson and the Charlie Kirk shooting. According to Owens, Robinson's family does not believe Tyler committed the crime, he never confessed, and they've been placed in witness protection. Costello analyzes edited FBI video footage, explores Dr. Chris Martinson's ballistic analysis showing evidence of a high-speed cavitation event, and examines discrepancies in the stairwell photos. With the judge announcing the trial will be public and Robinson appearing in person, questions about what really happened at UVU campus continue to mount. Multiple pieces of evidence suggest the official story may not be the complete picture.

Family Does Not Believe Tyler Robinson Is Guilty

The narrative surrounding Tyler Robinson's arrest has been significantly challenged by new information revealed by Candace Owens. According to the official story, Tyler Robinson's mother recognized him from FBI-released photos of an individual in the stairwell at UVU. His mother allegedly told his father, who then called Tyler, talking him out of ending his own life. They then consulted with a family friend in law enforcement who helped convince Tyler to turn himself in peacefully.

What Candace Owens reveals flips that narrative completely. According to Owens, Robinson's parents do not believe their son committed this crime. This stands in stark contrast to what the media has been reporting. The media presented a story where the father realized his son was guilty and phoned a friend to help convince Tyler to turn himself in because this mysterious individual had a connection with Tyler and they eventually told him to do the right thing.

Owens reports that it was actually the opposite. The family friend, who was a former detective with strong ties to the police station, informed the family that Tyler had been identified as the shooter. He recognized Tyler, knows him personally, and gave the family a heads up. The way Robinson got arrested was because that family friend, neighbor, and former detective told him it was best to turn himself in because there were only two options: either turn himself in peacefully or have the SWAT team come in and arrest him, which could get chaotic.

According to Owens' source, the former detective went to the Robinson house, Tyler was called over, and Tyler was bewildered. He disputed the idea that he had murdered Charlie Kirk. In fact, according to the source, Tyler has never even stepped foot on UVU campus. The family says that the photo of the young man coming up the stairs, the blurry image that was shared publicly, is definitively not Tyler Robinson.

The Stairwell Photo Does Not Match Tyler Robinson

Candace Owens makes a compelling point about the stairwell photo that many observers have noticed. The face looks different, more narrow than Tyler Robinson's face. The person in the photo also looks taller than Tyler Robinson. Tyler Robinson appears to have full lips, but even though the image is blurry, the person in the stairwell does not appear to have fuller lips. Tyler Robinson also looks broader than the individual walking up the stairs.

Owens agrees that the person walking up the stairs is not Tyler Robinson and suggests the image was intentionally blurred. They never provided video footage of the person in the stairwell, only a static blurred image. In order to blur the image, they would have needed to use a static frame rather than video footage.

One question that remains is about the Dairy Queen photo of Tyler Robinson. If Tyler never set foot on UVU campus, what is the significance of the Dairy Queen photo showing him in the area? Many have asked about reports of a Dairy Queen closing, but this claim is not accurate. The claim was originally reported by George Webb in a video, but the location he filmed at 1545 is not in Orem, Utah. It's near the BYU campus. This video was spun into a false narrative that the Dairy Queen in Orem was closed, which it has not been. The Orem Dairy Queen location at 813 East 800 North remains open.

FBI Video Shows Signs of Editing

Video footage released by the FBI of the suspect running across the roof, jumping down, and running off campus appears to have been edited. This analysis comes from Dr. Chris Martinson in his Peak Prosperity video. The FBI video shows several bizarre anomalies that raise serious questions.

A sharp-eyed observer noticed something strange about the shadow. As the individual runs across the roof, the shadow appears and disappears inconsistently. When running on white reflective surfaces where the shadow should be strongest, there is little to no shadow visible. There are just small blips where a shadow should be clearly visible.

Additional strange elements appear in the video. You can see the individual running past windows, and those images flicker in and out. A pedestrian visible in the frame suddenly disappears. The person goes behind a tree and never emerges, as if they took a hard right turn and walked through the bushes.

All of these anomalies are visible in the original video that the FBI released. These are not artifacts from someone zooming in or analyzing the footage. These editing errors are present in the official FBI release. Why are we receiving poorly edited videos? Why doesn't the FBI release the whole video showing what happened before the individual started running across the roof? Why don't we get the full unedited 10 minutes before the shot? Why don't we get the full video of the individual walking up the stairwell so it can be properly compared to Tyler Robinson?

Evidence of High-Speed Cavitation Event

While questions remain about whether Tyler Robinson is the lone shooter, Dr. Chris Martinson's analysis does provide solid evidence that Charlie Kirk was shot by a high-speed rifle round in the neck from the front. This analysis helps debunk theories about exploding microphones, hidden guns, or shots from behind.

Dr. Martinson explains what happens when a high-speed round enters a human body, known as a high-speed cavitation event. This severe overpressure event is the same whether the round enters a human body, a deer, or ballistic gel. To demonstrate this, Martinson references footage from Lena Miculek, who carries on her father Jerry Miculek's shooting tradition. The footage shows a 300 Blackout round, which is much less energetic than the 30-06 round allegedly used, but it is still instructive.

The footage, shot with an ultra-high-speed camera running at least 10,000 frames per second, shows what happens when a bullet strikes. There is a massive temporary cavitation as all the water in the tissue has to go somewhere. All of the energy of the bullet gets dumped, creating a huge expansion. This is clear evidence that a high-energy, high-speed round entered the body and dumped all of its energy into the body.

Looking at the frame-by-frame analysis of Charlie Kirk at the moment of impact, you can see evidence of this cavitation event. The microphone and shirt are barely moved at the first moment of impact. The body is just beginning to expand and pull. Because the body puffed and pulled with that cavitation event, that is what threw the shirt and grabbed the lapel microphone as part of the shirt.

Everything that moved upward indicates that the body swelled up significantly more on the left side, which pulled the shirt in that direction. The exact frame captures the cavitation event in that first 1,000th of a second, but there hasn't been enough time to transfer that energy to see everything travel upward. You can watch the neck expand, particularly on the side where he was shot. There is a huge outward bulging from that overpressure event. That is what grabbed the shirt and threw it upward.

This analysis provides solid evidence that Charlie Kirk was shot by a high-speed rifle round in the neck from the front. It was not an exploding microphone, as you can see the mic doesn't move or explode at all. It wasn't someone from the front row with a hidden pistol, as pistols do not cause the cavitation pattern observed.

Questions About Shooter Location and Bullet Trajectory

Dr. Martinson makes the claim that because Charlie Kirk was shot by a high-speed round but there was no exit wound, the shot could not have come from where the alleged shooter was located on the Lowe's building. He claims that the only way for there not to be an exit wound is if the shot came from a different angle where the bullet could have hit the chest cavity and entered the center mass of the thoracic vertebrae.

Martinson identifies a potential shooting spot with a line of sight between two trees that comes down near where Charlie's tent was located. From this position, the measured angle would have been about 43 degrees with a 20-degree downslope angle because the building is closer. It's almost as high as the other shooting position but much further back, which lowers the angle.

At a 20-degree angle instead of 10 degrees, there's a much better chance that the round would come straight into the body. From that shooting position at a 20-degree angle, the bullet would travel much further down into the body. At this angle, you start to hit rib bones if you're off-axis, but you also start to hit the center of the spinal column. At a 43-degree angle, the first thing the bullet would encounter is the center mass of the thoracic vertebrae, possibly C7 but likely T1. Autopsy photos and X-rays would help resolve these questions, but there is now doubt that an autopsy was even performed on Charlie Kirk.

However, there is a simpler explanation for the angle question. Paramount Tactical provides an excellent counter-analysis. If someone is perfectly squared up and a line is drawn from 10 degrees to the left, it would enter on one side and exit without hitting the spinal column or vertebrae. But this analysis doesn't account for multiple variables.

If the chair is slightly offset one way or the other, if Charlie moved slightly one way or the other, based on available information, there is no way to definitively say what angle Charlie's body position was in relation to the shot. This completely changes everything. Whether he was bending over, moving his shoulders one way or another, these small movements matter. In relation to the chair, even if he was looking straight ahead, we don't know if that chair was set slightly in any direction. When talking about such a small angular difference, these variables must be checked before coming up with any definitive answer.

The turn of Charlie's shoulders, the angle at which the chair was set, and the fact that Charlie was moving back and forth from the table with the microphone as the shot rang out all change the angle from which the shot entered his body.

Trial Will Be Public With Robinson Appearing In Person

What is becoming clearer is that the shot was taken by a high-speed rifle and Charlie was hit in the neck from the front at a downward angle, which resulted in the bullet hitting his chest cavity and thoracic vertebrae, likely preventing an exit wound. But was it Tyler Robinson and did he act alone?

The judge in the case has announced that the entire trial will be public and Robinson will be attending in person and participating in the trial. The proceedings will be open to the public, conducted in accordance with the law, and handled with diligence and competence to ensure that justice is never compromised. It is the standing order of the court that Robinson shall be allowed to appear in person so he can fully engage with his attorneys and participate in these legal proceedings.

If what Candace Owens is saying is true, Robinson's parents should be testifying in court in public on video so everyone can see it. As the narrator notes, if his son was in this situation and being wrongfully accused, and there were entities or people threatening them to prevent them from coming out with the truth, he would risk his life to tell the truth for his son. Any good parent would understand this sentiment. Lance Twiggs, who is currently in protection, needs to testify, and we need to hear the story directly from Tyler Robinson's mouth.

The next hearing is scheduled for October 30th. The investigation continues as more questions emerge about what really happened.
