Zach Costello Exposes FBI Whistleblower Claims of Foreign Conspiracy in Charlie Kirk Assassination Investigation
Zach Costello separates viral distractions from real evidence in the Charlie Kirk assassination investigation. While social media grifters focus on gas station footage and parking lot videos of suspect Tyler Robinson, former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin reveals credible sourcing pointing to an online conspiracy involving foreign actors, AI bot networks, and possible grooming through Discord and Reddit. Meanwhile, journalist Elizabeth Lane uncovers that Robinson's defense attorney is allegedly being selected by the state prosecutor, a practice that raises serious questions about corruption and the integrity of the case. Costello calls for discernment in the search for truth.
As a Christian American, the assassination of Charlie Kirk ignited a fire in Zach Costello to be a better man and fight for truth in the political and cultural arena. Arriving at the truth about what happened is very important, not just to him, but to many Americans who feel the same way. Costello emphasizes that he's not looking to be right—he just wants to know the truth. He has been digging through different arguments and perspectives every single day, considering them carefully and bringing them to his audience.
Discerning, weighing, and considering without jumping to a final conclusion or judgment is extremely important in this case. There are many people grifting, puffing, and exaggerating to get clicks and views, distorting the truth for their own gain and making it harder for those genuinely seeking truth by muddying the waters. Major developments were uncovered, but they're not getting the attention they deserve because of two new pieces of footage showing Tyler Robinson's movements after he allegedly shot Charlie Kirk. These videos have been blown up by grifters as bombshells that are going to change everything and disprove the FBI.
The Viral Distractions: Gas Station and Parking Lot Footage
Two videos are currently going viral of Tyler Robinson after he allegedly shot Charlie Kirk. The first was video footage taken from a gas station in Cedar City, Utah at 7:15 a.m. on September 11th—the morning right after he allegedly shot Charlie. The footage shows a Dodge Challenger pulling into the top left pump. Robinson gets out of the car and fills up his tank. Scripps News obtained this video footage after Cedar City police were instructed by the FBI to get the camera footage from this gas station to see if Tyler Robinson disposed of anything at the location. As the footage shows, he did not. He filled up, got back into his car, and left.
This helps with the timeline and location, but investigators already knew that he traveled back home from UVU to Washington, Utah after the shooting took place. Cedar City is located right along that route. Why is this a distraction? Because this footage is being used to prove that Tyler Robinson didn't take the shot based on how calmly he fills up his gas tank. If he had really killed someone, they say, he wouldn't have been filling up his gas tank like this. Therefore, the FBI is lying.
Costello makes clear he's not convinced that Tyler Robinson is the shooter, but not for this reason. This logic is seriously stupid, shallow, and just a grift, he says.
The Parking Lot Video That Changes Nothing
The second piece of video footage came from Ryan Mata, who posted what he called neverbeforeseen video footage with an intro hook that would make viewers think Tyler Robinson broke free from custody and spoke to him in the flesh. The video shows CCTV footage of Tyler Robinson at a different location than the university 20 minutes after the shooting.
The footage, timestamped at 12:44, shows Robinson's vehicle driving through a parking lot and stopping. The car sits there for about 2 minutes, from 12:44 to 12:46. Another video at 12:47 shows the car driving back through the parking lot. Mata presents this as the biggest story to ever break in the case, throwing shade on the FBI's narrative. He questions what Tyler Robinson was doing just posted up hanging out in a parking lot 20 minutes after he allegedly killed Charlie Kirk.
But if you use your brain and critical thinking skills for just a minute, Costello argues, you would actually see that this increases the likelihood of the FBI narrative and aligns with the text messages. Tyler Robinson allegedly says in the text messages, "I'm wishing I had circled back and grabbed it," talking about his rifle, "as soon as I got to my vehicle." This means that after the shot, he allegedly went right back to his car. If this is actually him in the car and he started driving away from campus, that proves what he's saying in the text messages.
The Fallacy of Behavioral Analysis
The puffery and exaggeration is really just not helpful, Costello emphasizes. There was the same thing with the Dairy Queen photo—people arguing Tyler most definitely could not have taken the shot because how could he be eating 6 hours after shooting someone. This logic extends to: How could he fill up his gas tank calmly? How could he drive his car and sit in the parking lot? How could he eat right after killing someone?
It's incredibly dumb, Costello says. If this person hated Charlie Kirk and thought that the world would be better off without Charlie in it, he didn't have any remorse. He probably felt fully justified in what he had just done. All of that being said, none of what was just covered is very helpful, and it certainly doesn't prove anything about Tyler Robinson.
The Real Bombshell: Prosecutor Choosing Defense Attorney
What is helpful and actually does matter are two pieces of information that just came out. The first is what Candace Owens shared from journalist Elizabeth Lane, who went on the Redacted podcast and explained how Tyler Robinson's defense attorney is being chosen by the state prosecutor. This is insane, corrupt, and stinks to high heaven.
Lane explained that she looked at Tyler Robinson's case and thought she would get him a lawyer. They couldn't find the guy a lawyer and were scrambling around to figure out who was going to be his lawyer. She started approaching different firms in Utah trying to get him a lawyer pro bono. To this she got a very rude response that only Scortis is allowed to find representation for Tyler Robinson. Scortis is a guy who's running as a state prosecutor.
The problem is that a state prosecutor cannot be responsible to find a lawyer for a defendant. That's illegal. They would be choosing their own opponent. Lane notes that while Scortis is running as a state prosecutor and it's not quite illegal for him to find a lawyer for Tyler since he's not yet in that position, it is highly unethical.
What Elizabeth Lane is saying is that she tried to help Tyler Robinson get an attorney, but was told that only the state prosecutor could select Tyler's defense attorney. Let that sink in. The prosecution is picking the person who is supposed to defend Tyler. This is illegal, shady, and a mockery of justice. A corrupt system controls the narrative and they control the courts. This is the kind of stuff that makes people think there's a conspiracy. And you're not a crazy conspiracy theorist for thinking so—you are actually more in tune with reality, Costello argues.
This leads to the second piece of information. Gary at Paramount Tactical has done a great job sifting through arguments about the Charlie Kirk case. He had on FBI whistleblower and former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin, who is former FBI because he was permanently suspended for refusal to get the COVID shot and for bringing whistleblower charges against former Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland for spying on parents during schoolboard meetings. When people who refuse the money and remain true to their values speak, Costello listens to what they have to say.
Sarafin spoke about how very real a conspiracy could be and it's being investigated when it comes to the Charlie Kirk case. He mentions a source who has informed him that this is something that is being taken very seriously. Sarafin states that he thinks there is zero chance that other people Robinson knew didn't know about this, including his furry trans boyfriend. He also thinks there is a really good chance that people in his Discord chat and some of these other online accounts and people within his inner circle were aware. He believes this was almost kind of a sense of bravado and that Robinson was probably bragging about this within his inner circle or at least planning about it. He thinks there's a good chance that there could have been more things involved than just letting them know.
Sarafin reveals that he's had some sourcing already let him know that there is an investigation into a conspiracy, and the conspiracy is 100% online. There are some additional things that will be found out in the next couple days. Some of the stuff he's not at liberty to talk about because it's not his story, but he's been read in on them and the sourcing is pretty credible.
Foreign Actors and AI Bot Networks
On a lot of these online platforms—Discord, Reddit, Facebook, even X to a lesser degree—there is infiltration and there is infiltration of sophisticated AI capabilities and bot networks that are indistinguishable from human interactions, will carry on for years, and they're operated by nation state level actors. They are not operated by some random person or some fed that's trying to jam up a case.
There is an investigation into an online conspiracy which would have involved multiple individuals and/or AI and bot infiltration operated by foreign actors. Were these deep online furry trans pornography boys influenced, groomed, and developed online by a foreign operator? Did this foreign operator influence or even fund a trans militant group in Utah? Was this trans militant group used to do the work of a foreign nation?
These are answers that reasonable truth seekers are looking for when it comes to the assassination of a major political figure like Charlie Kirk.
