Brandon Lehman Exposes Ilhan Omar's Disappearance Amid Federal Investigations and Deportation Threats
Brandon Lehman examines the escalating investigations surrounding Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, who hasn't been seen publicly in weeks. With at least 12 family members subpoenaed, two federal criminal investigations underway, and the Trump administration reportedly seeking denaturalization and deportation, even CNN acknowledges the severity of the situation. The investigations span from alleged citizenship fraud involving falsified documents and ages to financial disclosure irregularities showing unexplained wealth jumps and potential connections to Minnesota welfare fraud schemes that may have funneled money to terrorist organizations in Somalia. Lehman dissects the legal implications, historical context of Omar's family background, and what this unprecedented case could mean for immigration enforcement going forward.
Federal Investigations Intensify
Congresswoman Ilhan Omar faces mounting legal trouble as the Department of Justice has subpoenaed at least 12 of her family members and launched a second federal criminal investigation. Perhaps most notably, Omar herself hasn't been seen publicly for weeks, leading to speculation about her whereabouts.
Even mainstream outlets like CNN are acknowledging the gravity of the situation. Legal analysts on the network confirmed that a magistrate judge signed off on search warrants after reviewing evidence and determining probable cause that a crime was committed. What makes this particularly significant is that the investigation began under the Biden administration before being continued and expanded under Trump's Justice Department, undermining any potential claims of political persecution.
The judge who signed the search warrant wasn't merely a Democratic appointee — he was also a Democratic Party donor. This suggests the evidence presented was so compelling it couldn't be ignored regardless of political affiliation. CNN legal experts admitted Omar might have fared better had she proactively approached the Biden Justice Department to address any issues rather than letting them escalate into the Trump era.
Denaturalization and Deportation on the Table
According to the Wall Street Journal, the Trump administration's stated objective is to denaturalize and deport Ilhan Omar. This represents an unprecedented escalation in how the federal government handles allegations of immigration fraud involving sitting members of Congress.
The legal basis for this action centers on allegations that Omar obtained her citizenship through fraudulent means. Specifically, investigators are examining whether she falsified her date of birth to claim derivative citizenship through her father when she was allegedly under 18 years old. Multiple sources indicate Omar has claimed different ages at different times, raising questions about her actual birth date.
Legal experts explain that if citizenship was obtained through deliberate falsification — not honest mistakes like wrong street addresses or minor errors, but intentional fraud to secure immigration benefits — it can be revoked even decades later. There is no statute of limitations for citizenship obtained fraudulently.
The Father's Naturalization Mystery
A fundamental problem with Omar's citizenship claim involves her father's naturalization status. She allegedly received derivative citizenship when her father, Colonel Muhammad, became a U.S. citizen. However, the Department of Homeland Security conducted a search in 2023 under the Biden administration and found no record of her father ever being naturalized. His paperwork simply doesn't exist.
This absence of documentation raises serious questions. Omar's father reportedly served as a colonel in Somalia's military dictatorship under Siad Barre, a regime that carried out genocide resulting in as many as 200,000 deaths. Colonels in that military structure commanded brigades and regiments of thousands of soldiers. The army Omar's father served in planted landmines, poisoned wells, and dug mass graves under orders to "kill all but the crows."
Many Somali military officers, including reportedly Omar's father, received training in the Soviet Union as puppets of Moscow during the Cold War. He allegedly ran a military academy and remained loyal to the bloody regime until its collapse. In 1995, a few years after the regime fell, he arrived in America as a refugee.
The question becomes: how did a high-ranking officer in a genocidal military dictatorship qualify as a refugee? And if he didn't legitimately qualify, how did his family — including Ilhan Omar — obtain citizenship based on his status?
Financial Disclosure Irregularities Trigger Second Investigation
A second criminal investigation, being conducted by U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro's office, focuses on Omar's financial disclosures. The numbers tell a striking story: the combined reported value of two businesses tied to Omar's husband, Tim Mynett, jumped from approximately $51,000 in 2023 to between $6 million and $30 million in 2024.
After this dramatic increase became public, Omar amended the filings in April, reducing the couple's combined reported assets back down to between $18,004 and $90,000. This massive revision — from potentially tens of millions to under $100,000 — raises obvious questions about accuracy and intent.
The theory investigators are pursuing is that these financial disclosures were initially filed accurately by accountants or attorneys who wouldn't risk their professional licenses by lying. When the staggering wealth increase became apparent and potentially pointed to participation in Minnesota's massive welfare fraud scheme, the disclosures were quietly revised downward.
Minnesota Welfare Fraud Connection
The financial investigation connects to a broader welfare fraud operation in Minnesota's Somali community. Evidence has already established that Omar received campaign contributions from individuals involved in these fraudulent schemes. She also vouched for and protected some of these fraudsters politically.
The investigation now seeks to determine whether Omar personally profited from the criminal activity beyond just receiving campaign contributions. Federal agents executing search warrants and seizing phones are looking for communications that might show she was in cahoots with others to either benefit from the stolen money or cover up for people benefiting from it.
What makes this investigation even more severe is reporting that some of the stolen welfare money was laundered and wired back to Somalia, potentially ending up in the hands of terrorist organizations. If Omar is found complicit in hiding or facilitating that transfer, the charges could extend far beyond financial fraud into territory involving support for terrorism.
Omar's Disappearance Raises Questions
Despite being a regular presence on cable television and social media, Ilhan Omar hasn't been seen publicly for weeks. Her absence from the cameras has been longer than that of James Talerico, whose disappearance generated significant media attention.
Omar has made no public statements about the investigations. For someone who typically maintains a high media profile, this silence and absence are notable. Some observers speculate she may have fled the country, following what they characterize as her family's historical pattern — when faced with potential justice in Somalia, they fled rather than face accountability.
The Broader Immigration Enforcement Implications
Beyond the specifics of Omar's case, these investigations represent a significant shift in immigration enforcement philosophy. The argument being made is that immigration to America is not a human right but a privilege extended at the nation's discretion to add value to the country.
The perspective presented challenges the post-1965 immigration framework, which shifted American policy from selecting immigrants based on skills and cultural compatibility to accepting refugees and family-based migration regardless of qualifications. Critics argue this change was driven by globalist ideology holding that wealthy nations have obligations to improve living standards in poor countries by accepting their populations.
The contrast is drawn between immigrants of the past — who came to untamed land seeking opportunity through hard work and wanted to become American — versus modern immigrants and refugees who come seeking safety or higher wages while maintaining primary loyalty to their countries of origin. The question posed is: how can someone have deep ties to America when 95% of their family lives elsewhere and foundational American figures like George Washington are just characters in stories rather than shared heritage?
Setting a Precedent
The investigation into Ilhan Omar is framed as necessary to establish that entering the country under false pretenses with malicious intent, then joining the government with goals of undermining the United States from within, will not be tolerated.
The broader argument is that America's "guilt-fueled acceptance" of cultural destruction is ending. If these investigations result in denaturalization and deportation of a sitting congresswoman, it sends an unmistakable message that naturalized citizens who obtained their status fraudulently can face consequences regardless of their current position or status.
The Division of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) has handled denaturalization cases before, though they're relatively rare due to the time-consuming and costly nature of the process. However, when deliberate falsification can be proven — not honest mistakes but intentional fraud to obtain immigration benefits — citizenship can be revoked.
What Comes Next
With search warrants executed, phones seized, family members subpoenaed, and two separate federal criminal investigations underway, the legal pressure on Ilhan Omar continues to build. The fact that one investigation began under a friendly Biden administration and involved a Democratic donor judge signing warrants suggests the evidence meets a high threshold.
Whether Omar will reemerge to address these allegations publicly, where she currently is, and what the investigations ultimately uncover remains to be seen. But the precedent being set — that naturalized citizenship obtained fraudulently can be revoked even for sitting members of Congress — represents a significant development in immigration enforcement that extends far beyond one controversial politician.

Things have gone from bad to worse for
Ilhan Omar. At least 12 of her family
members have been subpoenaed by the
Department of Justice. She's now facing
a second federal criminal investigation.
Oh, and nobody has seen Ilhan Omar for
weeks with some reports speculating that
she has fled the country. As always,
like the video and subscribe to the
channel. But we have to start with even
CNN admitting Ilhan Omar is cooked.
Justice Department had to get this
magistrate judge to sign off on the
search warrant. What does that tell you,
if anything, about the seriousness of
this investigation?
>> Well, it means that at least some
external person, this magistrate judge
outside of the Justice Department
reviewed paperwork and determined that
there's probable cause that a crime was
committed. That's a lower standard, of
course, than proof beyond a reasonable
doubt. And that prosecutors or agents
were likely to find evidence of that
crime in the place they're searching.
Just quickly, if this is true, would it
not have been wiser for the
congresswoman to have gone to the Biden
Justice Department and said this has
happened and there was a mistake and I'd
like to come clean and pay whatever fine
and then that way this, you know, not
left up to the Trump Justice Department.
Is that I mean has that occurred to you
or
>> It's a really tricky dilemma that any
subject of this type of investigation
might have and indeed she might have
fared better under the Biden
administration. But look, it's an
important point of all this. There was
some investigation, as I think Evan just
said, that was started under the Biden
administration, reopened under the Trump
administration. So I think that's going
to undermine any argument she may have
down the line that this is politically
selective and vindictive. I mean, this
investigation starting under Joe Biden
means that Ilhan Omar is so unbelievably
crooked that even a friendly
administration was forced to investigate
to maintain the appearance of
impartiality. Not to mention the judge
who signed the search warrant wasn't
just a Democratappointed judge. He was a
Democrat party donor. That means the
evidence presented to justify probable
cause was so overwhelmingly
incriminating it could not be ignored.
And the Trump administration is planning
to drop the hammer on Ilhan Omar with
the Wall Street Journal reporting the
Trump administration's stated goal of
this investigation is to denaturalize
and deport Ilhan Omar. And you can call
it throwing red meat to the base, but
I'd prefer to call it karma and a fair
application of justice. And even Ilhan
Omar must know there's merit to this
investigation because she's gone into
hiding and nobody has seen her in weeks.
Take a look.
>> Multiple Omar family members have also
been subpoenaed. Where is Ilhan Omar?
>> Well, so that's not even her real name.
I mean, I think it's very important to
understand how fraudulent she's not
using a real birth date. She wasn't a
minor when her father allegedly got
natural naturalized. There's no record
of her father being naturalized. By the
way, Rob, do you know that her father
was a war criminal from Somalia and
worked and was trained in the Soviet
Union, worked under a Marxist genocidal
regime. They were run out by a
revolution that they lost in Somalia.
That's because the Somali people were
going to have their own justice on the
Omar family. Uh [snorts] but again,
that's not even their last name. The
entire operation was fraudulent. Their
entire family should have never been
allowed on American soil in the first
place. And Ilhan Omar is doing what her
family does best. When they were run out
of Somalia, well, they ran. Okay? They
didn't face justice there. They didn't
face their own countrymen. They got as
far away as possible. And that's exactly
what they're doing right now. Nobody's
seen Ilhan Omar. Nobody's seen Ilhan
Omar for weeks. Nobody knows where she
is. She's been gone longer and away from
the cameras longer than James Talerico.
And we made a big deal about Terico. And
I think this is a much bigger deal.
Where is Ilhan Omar? Uh has where has
she fled to? She hasn't made any
statements. She's ubiquitous on cable
TV. This investigation is so important
because a precedent must be set that you
cannot enter our country under false
pretenses with malicious intent and join
our government with the goal of
undermining the United States of America
from within. Ilhan Omar, like every
other third world invader, isn't here to
assimilate into American life, to add
value and contribute to our high trust
society. They're here to weaponize white
guilt and to leverage our cultural and
historical shame to rob our country dry
to loot the welfare services we provide
to children and the disadvantaged and
enrich themselves and send that money
back home. It is a global Marxist
redistributionist racket disguised as
empathy and compassion. And that's why a
second criminal investigation has been
launched into Ilhan Omar.
>> Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar now
facing a second investigation. This one
being executed by US Attorney Janine
Piro's office just looking into her
financial disclosures after this quote.
The combined reported value of two
businesses tied to Omar's husband Tim
Minette climbed from approximately
$15,000 to $51,000 in 2023 to between 6
million and $30 million in 2024. Omar
then amended the filings in April,
reducing the couple's combined reported
assets to between $18,04
and $90,000. Ilhan Omar's financial
disclosures were likely filed by her
accountant or her attorney, people who
aren't willing to risk losing their
license to lie on her behalf. And so
they filed it accurately, listing her
net worth somewhere between $6 to $30
million. But because the only explicable
reason for that massive jump in just a
period of 1 to two years likely points
to participation in the Minnesota
welfare fraud scam, she just went back
and revised it to something
significantly less eyepopping. And
because it's already been proven that
Ilhan received campaign contributions
from these fraudsters and covered,
vouched, and protected them, it's
looking increasingly likely that she
also profited from the criminal
activity. And that's bad enough. But
what makes this second investigation
even more severe is this stolen welfare
money has ended up in the hands of
Islamic terrorists in Somalia. And if
Ilhan is found complicit in hiding or
helping that, well, that explains why
she thought it might be necessary to
flee the country,
>> what kind of things can you extract to
prove a case of fraud, of money
laundering, abuse of campaign funds?
>> I think that warrant and the seizure of
the phones show it's not just about
citizenship. that the Justice Department
has to be looking at. For example, did
she benefit in any way or was she part
of a conspiracy to benefit or cover up
the massive welfare fraud we're seeing
in her home state in the community that
she represents? What about the strange
disparities in her financial reporting
forms? Uh what which one was true? Why
were they changed so rapidly in such a
large amount? And so you're looking at
the phone because you want to see who
was she talking to. Was she in cahoots
with other people either to benefit from
the money or to cover up people back
home who are benefiting from the money?
Well, part of the concern about what's
been happening with the fraud, welfare
fraud in Minnesota is that that money
has been, as you said, laundered, wired
back to Somalia, maybe back into the
hands of terrorist groups. There's been
some reporting that some of this money
is actually in the ended up in the hands
of terrorist organizations.
>> Our postartseller immigration policies
have allowed our country to be taken
over by people who at best have
long-standing grievances with the United
States and at worst consider themselves
enemies of the United States. The
Somalis are here to steal as much money
as they can and send it back home before
they get caught. The Islamists are here
to make United States foreign policy
more sympathetic to Islamic terrorism
and to act as a standing army on our own
land to intimidate us into doing what
they want. The Hispanic politicians
support open borders and mass amnesty to
benefit their people. And it all started
from globalist communists who decided it
was unfair that the rest of the world
doesn't get to participate in American
hgemony. Now, in my last video, I read a
few comments saying, "Brandon, this will
never happen. There are statute of
limitation laws." Well, here's a lawyer
explaining when it comes to this kind of
case, statute of limitations does not
apply.
>> So, you're saying if we find out
obviously decades later that something
was falsified in order for her to get
this citizenship, not only can it be
challenged, but it can actually be
revoked. Correct. Even decades later.
>> Yes, citizenship has been revoked. They
don't do it very often because it's a
very timeconuming and costly process and
you know the government has only so many
lawyers. Uh but the the the division of
uh DHS it's called uh Immigration and
Customs Enforcement. Everybody's heard
of ICE divided into enforcement and
removal operations and then Homeland
Security Investigations. HSI are the
guys doing this investigation. They've
done it before. They know what they're
looking for. It it's not the question
of, you know, her changing the name of
the street address or missing a number
here or there, making a an honest
mistake. It's did somebody deliberately
falsify the date of birth in order to
get an immigration benefit? And if that
happened, then she's got some splendin
to do.
>> We don't know how old she is. She is
asserted different ages at different
times. You know, and here's the crux of
the problem. She got uh derivative
citizenship through her father. When her
father, Colonel Muhammad, became a
citizen. At one point, she claimed to
have been under 18 and got derivative
citizenship from him. If she was not
under 18, then that citizenship was not
legally obtained. If she was over 18,
she never formally applied for
citizenship.
>> Immigration to America is not a human
right. Immigration is allowed at our
discretion to add value to the country
and no serious person can make the
argument that there is any tangible
benefit to bringing in people from
Somalia. It only happened because
globalists decided it's unfair that some
countries are rich and some countries
are poor. As the most powerful and
prosperous country in human history, we
have an obligation to improve the
standard of living of the people of
Somalia. And we were indoctrinated to
accept and celebrate this
self-destructive policy to make up for
our historical wrongdoings. We're mean,
bad people. We took this land from the
Native Americans. Now we have an
obligation to let the rest of the world
take it from us. And even if Ilhan Omar
received derivative citizenship from her
father, well, it turns out her father
was never even naturalized. The
Department of Homeland Security under
Biden in 2023 did a search and found no
record of him ever being naturalized.
His paperwork doesn't exist.
And why would that be? Because Omar's
father probably didn't qualify to come
here as a refugee.
Mr. Muhammad was a colonel in Somalia's
military dictatorship. Sead Bar, the
self-proclaimed victorious leader of a
powerful Somali clan, ruled the African
nation
more of a as a warlord. Ilhan's father
served under him in an army that carried
out a genocide. As many as 200,000
people were slaughtered. Now, a colonel
isn't just some low-level soldier.
Colonels command brigades and regiments,
thousands of soldiers. And he did both
in an army that planted landmines,
poisoned wells, and dug mass graves. A
Somali general famously ordered his
troops to kill all but the crows. Those
generals puppets of Moscow. The Soviet
Union armed and trained Somali officers,
including Omar's father. He reportedly
trained in the Soviet Union. Now, we
don't know if he specifically committed
any war crimes, but he served for over a
decade in an army that did. Ilhan's
father stayed loyal to this bloody
regime until it fell. A former officer
says he even ran a military academy.
Then in 1995, a few years after his
regime collapsed, he arrived in America
as a refugee. Immigrants of the past
came to America because they actually
wanted to be American. They didn't come
for handouts. They didn't come to milk
the welfare system. They didn't come to
undercut the existing labor pool. They
came because there was an open, vast,
untamed land where they could stake
their own claim and improve their lives
through hard work. And the philosophical
assumption was if everybody in the
country is trying to become the best
version of themselves, that amalgamation
of hustlers, go-getters, ambitious
entrepreneurs would create a robust
nation. But the immigrants of today are
coming for a very different reason. The
refugees of today are just trying to
escape violence. They're coming here
because it's safer than their home
country. They're not coming here to
assimilate into our way of life. They
want to preserve their culture, their
language, their tradition, their
religions. They just want to do it
safely in the United States. The
Hispanic immigration over the last 60
years has been people coming here to
undercut American wages and send the
money back home. They still want to be
Mexican or Guatemalan. They just want a
higherp paying job than what they can
get in Mexico or Guatemala. George
Washington doesn't mean to these
people. He's just a guy in a story. If
95% of your family lives in another
country, how can you possibly have deep
personal ties to this country and to
these people? And that's why these Ilhan
Omar investigations are so important. It
makes it clear the days of the United
States being taken advantage of by
malicious foreign actors is over. our
guiltfueled acceptance of our country
and our culture being destroyed is over.
And if this can happen to Ilhan Omar, it
can happen to any of these naturalized
infiltrators. But let me know what you
