[00:26] what happened to Charlie was wrong. But

[00:36] Charlie and others will continue to take

[00:38] the punishment, the shame, the vitriol,

[00:42] the hatred, the violence for the

[00:51] happened to Charlie made me feel sad. I

[01:35] can learn from it, but there was nothing

[02:01] that was responsible for this heinous

[02:03] crime, this assassination of a good man.

[02:06] And the FBI has has made mention, and

[02:09] I'll let him say it out of his own

[02:10] words, that they were able to track the

[02:13] person onto the campus, onto the roof,

[02:15] off the roof, into the community. They

[02:18] were able to find a weapon with indicia

[02:20] of violent script on the weapon, on the

[02:25] ammunition pertaining to anti-trans and

[02:28] fascist or anti-fascist quote unquote

[02:31] statements. And I'll let the FBI

[02:34] director or the FBI Salt Lake division

[02:36] director take it away. Wrote a clip.

[02:38] >> So the headline came at the end there,

[02:40] Dana. We have images of the suspect

[02:43] >> that after they gave us a number of

[02:45] details that we were not privy to prior.

[02:49] So they say a number of individuals

[02:51] questioned. They've been released. They

[02:52] asked for privacy for them. At 11:52

[02:55] a.m. Utah time. They track the suspect

[02:58] to that building. They later after the

[03:01] shooting tracked him jumping off the

[03:03] building, fleeing into a neighborhood,

[03:06] and they're asking neighbors in that

[03:08] area if they have doorbell cameras to

[03:11] turn over anything that may uh produce

[03:13] an image. What they didn't say is

[03:15] whether or not he ran there on foot or

[03:17] drove a car.

[03:19] >> But later they said, "We do have good

[03:21] video of this individual. We are

[03:22] confident in our abilities." And with

[03:24] with regard to that, they say they have

[03:27] footwear prints. So perhaps he he was on

[03:30] foot

[03:31] >> and also palm prints

[03:34] >> and they asked for any video and images

[03:36] uh tipped to the website there. This is

[03:38] a boltaction rifle. It is manually

[03:42] operated. It is extremely accurate and

[03:47] according to a lot of gun experts, it

[03:50] has fewer moving parts

[03:52] >> which would give the killer an

[03:54] opportunity

[03:56] to take a more accurate shot.

[03:58] And based on the graphic images that the

[04:01] world saw yesterday afternoon,

[04:04] um that shot was

[04:08] a kill shot. It took one and Charlie

[04:11] Kirk barely had a chance of survival.

[04:15] >> I can tell you that this was a targeted

[04:17] event. Um we don't believe that the

[04:19] community is is at risk. However, we are

[04:22] exhausting every resource to find him.

[07:46] stairs. So, people have seen him, people

[07:50] know him, somebody that know him and see

[07:52] him. At first, I told you to send it to

[07:54] me because I'd love to go to Salt Lake

[07:56] and take care of this, but I want to do

[07:58] the right thing and be and what would

[08:00] Charlie want me to do? Notify the Salt

[08:02] Lake or your local FBI office. The Salt

[08:05] Lake office is the one that's handling

[08:07] this investigation. If you know it,

[08:08] inform them first. If you somehow don't

[08:11] know how to inform them, call the local

[08:13] law enforcement or call the FBI uh

[08:15] office in your local city. They can

[08:17] disseminate the information across. But

[08:19] when somebody identify this guy, send

[08:21] the information in so he can go to jail.

[08:23] And also, there's a $100,000 reward that

[08:26] the White House has put out on persons

[08:29] who give information that lead to his

[08:31] arrest. There's a lot of rumors out

[08:33] here. There's a lot of speculation out

[08:35] here that I want to dismantle. And well,

[08:38] opinion on because I don't really know

[08:40] for a fact. Some people that think that

[08:42] this guy was an amateur, it's not true.

[08:44] I do also believe that this guy wasn't a

[08:46] professional hitman. So that's also I

[08:48] don't think it's true that this guy was

[08:50] some hit professional MSAD agent or

[08:53] something. People blaming the Jews. I

[08:58] footage, the boltaction rifle and I and

[09:00] I'm I was on a tactical SWAT team, but I

[09:06] make that shot. There's too many

[09:08] components that go into that. You have

[09:09] to zero the rifle. You have to at 200

[09:12] yards, you have to factor for win. If

[09:14] you have to have your ammo, right? You

[09:17] have to have your breathing right. You

[09:18] have to have trigger pull. A random

[09:20] person can't get on there because they

[09:22] saw it on TV or they just thought and

[09:24] they bought a boltaction rifle. You got

[09:25] to you got to they had multiple

[09:27] ammunition. You got to know how to use

[09:28] the bolt action. It's it's a little more

[09:33] understand how somebody would say, "Oh,

[10:04] about breathing. 200 yards. Breathing is

[10:08] imperative to make a shot at 200 yards.

[10:14] little less training can do center mass,

[10:16] but a but a a next shot when you have

[10:19] someone moving right before you shoot

[10:21] the person from 200 yards in an elevated
