Candace Owens Exposes Daily Mail Investigation Into MAGA Influencer HouseInHabit's Marriage Scandal and Escort Website Claims

Candace Owens details a Daily Mail exposé revealing explosive allegations about MAGA influencer Jessica Reed Kraus, known as HouseInHabit. After Kraus allegedly attacked Ashley St. Clair unprovoked, St. Clair disclosed that Kraus had discovered her husband's presence on escort review websites. The Daily Mail investigation confirmed the details, uncovered mortifying text messages from Kraus's husband, and included accounts from former employees describing her as a manic alcoholic. Owens connects this scandal to what she describes as desperate dirty tricks operations involving Andrew Kolvet and Turning Point USA, criticizing their association with unstable operatives attacking her family while distancing herself from the Trump administration.

The Daily Mail Exposé

A massive Daily Mail investigation has exposed troubling details about MAGA influencer Jessica Reed Kraus, better known by her online persona HouseInHabit. The headline reads: "MAGA influencer HouseInHabit's marriage secrets revealed. Insiders blow the lid on explosive escort claims. Socialites call her effing insane behavior and her husband's mortifying texts regarding her, which they published."

The investigation stemmed from a seemingly random 3 a.m. attack Kraus launched against Ashley St. Clair, someone she had previously been friendly with. St. Clair, bewildered by the unprovoked assault, decided to share a deeply personal story about an incident involving Kraus and her husband.

The Escort Website Discovery

According to St. Clair's account, she was present when Kraus discovered her husband's presence on escort review websites. These platforms apparently allow sex workers to rate clients, helping them identify safe individuals who won't pose a danger. The review associated with Kraus's husband's phone number read: "He's a white man, safe to see, and brought a donation as agreed." The post was dated October 5, 2024.

St. Clair told the Daily Mail: "Kraus became distraught. She left the table. I'll never forget watching your face as we read those reviews, and you did the math, and the review was while you were out of town."

The Daily Mail conducted their own investigation and confirmed the review was real and connected to his phone number. When contacted, Kraus did not deny the incident but disputed its characterization, claiming her husband's number appeared on the app because her family is targeted by spammers as public political figures. She stated she was confused at the moment and claimed to have photo evidence and witnesses proving her husband was at a friend's wedding when the review was posted.

Kraus's husband acknowledged the number was his but expressed uncertainty about how it ended up on the Mr. Number app.

Behind Closed Doors: Text Messages and Employee Accounts

Beyond the escort website allegations, the Daily Mail article revealed troubling text messages Kraus's husband sent to others about the state of their marriage. The messages painted a picture of an abusive relationship where Kraus allegedly yells at him and calls him "effing lazy."

Former coworkers described Kraus as "a manic drunk, highly abusive, gets high on the abuse." These descriptions align with patterns of behavior observable in her online presence and interactions.

The Andrew Kolvet and Turning Point Connection

Candace Owens connected this scandal to larger political operations, specifically mentioning Andrew Kolvet and his work with Turning Point USA. She referenced dirty tricks operations and Kolvet's alleged collaboration with problematic figures like Kraus.

Owens recalled a conversation with Kolvet from when their relationship was still positive, where he allegedly asked her in earnest if she was a witch. He had observed that when people attacked her, negative consequences seemed to boomerang back into their lives remarkably quickly. He cited several examples including DailyWire+ personalities and writers who experienced unfortunate events after criticizing her.

She noted that Kraus had been attacking her husband George over recent weeks, including posting what Owens described as an "obviously fake AI photo" of George wearing a silk shirt with Milo Yiannopoulos, attempting to claim he was gay. Owens clarified that Milo had never met her husband when they both lived in London, as they did not run in the same circles.

A Pattern of Desperate Operations

Owens characterized these tactics as indicative of political desperation. "When people are in a state of desperation, when no one wants to partner with them or work with them or believes in them anymore, when they can't do things the clean way and the right way, they resort to these sorts of miserable people who take swipes at people because of what's going on in their own home. They're always in glass houses."

She questioned why Turning Point would associate with such individuals: "These are the people that Turning Point is now dealing with? This is who Andrew Kolvet has running his PR or a piece of his PR going out to these certain people. Why would you work with these sorts of dogs if you didn't want to get fleas?"

Owens described these operatives as people "drinking so they can get into Mar-a-Lago, completely sloshed and willing to try to inflict harm," characterizing them as desperate individuals hanging around the White House attacking people.

Distancing From MAGA and Trump

In closing, Owens made a significant statement about her current relationship with the MAGA movement and former President Trump. She stated she wants nothing to do with the White House and is "completely embarrassed" that she supported Trump in the past, citing his complete reversal on his entire base.

"It used to be cool to wear a MAGA hat. No one would be caught dead wearing a MAGA hat nowadays," she said, distinguishing between what she called "old MAGA, old school MAGA" and the "MIGA movement" that might still support the former president.

She viewed the Daily Mail exposé as "perfect karma" for Kraus after the attacks on her husband, who she emphasized has nothing to do with DC, and herself, who also claims no connection to Washington politics. The scandal serves as what Owens sees as a reflection on the current state of politics and the type of desperate, unstable operators willing to engage in personal attacks while living in glass houses themselves.
