The Fold AR Inventor Steps Forward
An investigator working on what she calls the "Egyptian plane timeline" received contact from a whistleblower who feared for his life but felt compelled to speak out about Charlie Kirk. Corby Hall, the inventor and sole owner of Fold AR, a firearms development company specializing in compact rifles that can deploy from a backpack within seconds, came forward with allegations about pastor Victor Marx.
Hall explained that his company produces uniquely positioned firearms using patented technology. In December 2023, at the request of Victor Marx, Hall and his then-girlfriend Melody drove from Texas to Colorado Springs to demonstrate the Fold AR. Marx had been seeking what he described as the ultimate compact weapons system for high-risk missions.
Who Is Pastor Victor Marx?
Victor Marx, a Turning Point Faith-affiliated pastor, is a Marine veteran currently running for governor of Colorado. He announced his gubernatorial intention at a Charlie Kirk memorial event in Denver on September 14th, just days after Kirk's assassination. Marx stated that given the weight of the assassination, he felt God was calling him to run.
Pastor Victor Marx and his wife Eileen were among the very first people to visit and comfort Erika Kirk in the days following Charlie's assassination, with cameras rolling to capture these intimate moments.
Marx's real name is Vaughn Victor Kennedy, though his military record lists it as Vo without the N. By age 17, he had lived in 17 homes and attended 14 schools, involved with drugs, fights, and theft. He regularly shares stories about the abuse he endured at the hands of his stepfather, whom he refers to as Mr. K.
A Family History of Criminal Activity
Marx's stepfather, Gloyce Dean Kennedy, served in the army doing counterintelligence work. Afterward, he ran an international drug smuggling ring out of Jamaica, for which he eventually pled guilty and was convicted of conspiracy in 1987 for attempting to import 1,400 pounds of marijuana from Jamaica. Charges included money laundering and aiding and abetting. He was sentenced to 14 years in prison.
Victor's brother, Mike Kennedy, who later became an attorney, also pled guilty as a co-conspirator in that drug trafficking ring. He took a plea deal and served only a year and a day in exchange for testifying against his stepfather Gloyce.
Victor Marx's biological father, Karl Marx, was a pimp, drug dealer, and world-famous martial arts expert who spent time in a mental hospital for homicidal tendencies. His grandfather on his father's side killed his grandmother before turning the gun on himself and committing suicide in public.
A Childhood Trauma and Military Service
Victor Marx openly shares that he killed a man at age seven, though he clarifies his stepfather forced him to do it in a moment of terrifying abuse. In his own words, Marx describes how his stepfather brought him to a wooden house with a hole cut through the floor. When another man present said he didn't want to participate anymore, Marx's stepfather knocked him unconscious, dragged him to the hole, handcuffed him, and forced young Victor to shoot the man in the head.
Marx describes how his stepfather placed the pistol in his hand, put one hand on his wrist and his finger over the trigger finger, then pushed while Victor pulled. After the man was killed, his stepfather wiped his hand on the blood on the floor and slapped it in Victor's face and mouth, saying "Boy, that's your first kill of a man."
Some people struggle to believe his stories, but Marx is open about his past. Growing up in this environment, Marx likely learned about moving illegal product across borders.
At age 18, Victor joined the Marine Corps. He served for only two years during peacetime, stateside with no deployments, before being discharged. During this period in 1986, while stationed at Camp Pendleton in California, Marx says he found Jesus Christ and began attending the nearby Calvary Chapel. In 1988, he married his wife Eileen Brining Marx, and they went on to have five children and grandchildren. In 2003, he and his brother, who was now out of prison, began All Things Possible Ministries.
Calvary Chapel has a long history of similar characters becoming pastors and getting involved in various operations, so Marx's faith journey starting there fits an established pattern.
Marx as Husband, Father, and Pastor
Marx openly admits that he punches holes in the walls of his house about once a year and tells his wife and kids not to cover them up so people can see what he's done when they visit. He also openly states that he struggles with suicidal and homicidal tendencies.
Despite these admissions, Marx is running for governor of Colorado and operating as a pastor through All Things Possible Ministries.
The First Meeting and Divine Prophecy
After the December 2023 demonstration of the Fold AR, Mr. and Mrs. Marx invited Melody and Corby into their house. Marx proclaimed that he felt the hand of God on them and stated that God told him an abundance was headed their way. Melody and Corby agreed with the Marx's conclusion that God was doing something significant, as the coincidences seemed too powerful to ignore.
Marx then performed what he described as a "retooling prayer" on both Melody and Corby. This practice involves Marx pretending to summon and extract information from demons inside people. He instructs subjects to kneel in a circle, using patterns that parallel practices found in occult ritual frameworks. He confronts the demons and demands they tell the truth about what God is trying to communicate to the person. Essentially, he commands demons to reveal what God wants, giving demons considerable power in determining divine will.
On January 24, 2024, Marx married Melody and Corby in his hotel room with several industry friends present.
The Haiti Mission and Illegal Export Request
In late fall 2024, Marx flew into the airport in Henderson, Texas to tour the Fold AR facilities. During this visit, Marx stated he needed 50 rifles for a mission to Haiti where he would drop off and leave the firearms. Hall responded that this would constitute illegal exporting and he couldn't help. Hall advised Marx not to do it with any other firearms either, and asked what good dropping off firearms in Haiti would accomplish anyway. Marx offered no material response.
In October 2024, Marx invited Hall to his house in Colorado Springs, requesting he bring a 1,000-yard capable rifle with a scope and scope camera mounted. Hall built the rifle and drove to deliver it. Upon arrival, Marx explained he was trying to protect an orphanage in Haiti and that his team was already packing gear to leave shortly.
Marx stated the long-range rifle and camera would be used to shoot anyone attempting to scale the orphanage fence, with the video used as propaganda to deter further gang attempts. Hall questioned the strategy and its moral implications, offering a different solution: simply use a watermelon. Hall stated he would not leave the rifle if Marx was going to kill someone with it. Marx eventually responded in slightly annoyed agreement.
Marx then explained his team was actually going to capture or execute Jimmy "Barbecue" Chérizier, the top gang leader of Haiti at the time. Hall suggested Marx simply go have a meeting and talk with the man instead. Hall departed, leaving the long-range configured Fold AR rifle with him.
The Haiti Trip and Gang Leader Evangelism
Marx did make it to Haiti, and according to CBN News coverage, had an opportunity to evangelize some gangsters. The FAA had banned US flights to Haiti after three planes were hit by gunfire over Port-au-Prince. At the center of the chaos was the leader of a deadly group of gangs.
After a visit from Marx, that gang leader pledged to protect orphanages and Christian workers. CBN's Chuck Holton reported that Port-au-Prince felt like a war zone, with gangs controlling the majority of the city.
Marx explained he was in Haiti doing high-risk missionary work because he responded to an urgent request from an orphanage under imminent threat of attack by what many considered the most notorious gang in Haiti, the Moïse de 400. While the orphanage was saved, a desperate population remained.
Gang leader Jimmy "Barbecue" Chérizier faced sanctions from the US and the United Nations. Entering his territory uninvited was considered suicidal. Yet when he offered an interview, Marx and his team quickly accepted.
Marx stated that Chérizier was truly fighting for reformation and some level of better equality of opportunity. Marx noted that Chérizier didn't make himself out to be a saint, but they got to pray with him. The footage showed Marx praying that God would fill Chérizier with his spirit, dim his eyes and heart, and increase his capacity for love.
The Investment Offer and IDF Weapons Deal
In the first quarter of 2025, Marx offered to help find an investor for Fold AR. He knew that Corby and Melody were barely getting by financially, as there is not much margin and significant risk in manufacturing rifles in a saturated and volatile market.
Corby and Melody were willing to make a deal with Victor Marx on two conditions: the guns would be used for school resource officers with school security as the primary and permanent mission, and they would receive enough money from selling the company that they would no longer have to work.
As stress built up, Corby drove to Marx's house to discuss personal and business matters. When he arrived late at night, Marx and his COO, Chaz Yandle, who also goes to Haiti, met him at the hotel. Both were wearing bulletproof vests.
They sat down in the dining area and Marx stated he intended to perform another retooling prayer on Corby. Corby politely rejected the offer, advising it would be akin to making an idol of Marx, as continually seeking deliverance from man is man worship. Marx appeared to respect the rejection, though later he would reveal his underlying reaction.
Yandle stayed at the hotel that night in a room down the hall. Marx had a bodyguard near Corby, and all were wearing bulletproof vests at all times. Marx represented that they were just breaking in the vests. Corby proceeded to train the bodyguard on how to deploy the Fold AR.
The Shocking Proposal
Corby spent three days with Marx discussing biblical prophecy and times, underground bunkers, marriage, salvation, and finding an investor for the business. Marx revealed he was discussing the acquisition with Sig Sauer and their top shooter Daniel Horner, who Marx stated had received and tested the Fold AR and given the thumbs up for Sig's involvement. Marx stated his accountants could only come up with a $2 million valuation including the patent, and that he personally wanted to purchase 51% of the company.
While Corby presented challenges to the proposal, he didn't initially accept or reject it. He wanted to see where the plan would lead. As Marx talked further, he apparently assumed Corby was on board.
As they walked Marx's property track discussing this, Marx stated that the IDF needed the guns. Corby responded that would be great, as they have 3,700 schools. He turned to Marx, who stopped walking and stated: "No, they need 50,000 guns for operations in Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria."
Being a person who usually avoids continuous eye contact, Corby dead-stared Marx in the eyes waiting for a response as Marx waited for his. After telling his bodyguard to step back a few paces, Marx responded: "Do you know that I could whoop your ass right here and there's nothing that you could do about it?"
Corby remained motionless, staring Marx in the eyes with no response while Marx became fidgety. After about 15 seconds, Marx started walking again and said, "That's why I'm never going to engage in scripture with you," following prior discussions where Corby had challenged Marx's plans and doctrine using scripture in the most respectful and tempered way.
During that walk, Corby eventually reaffirmed he would not accept an investor or buyer who would not fully commit to the obvious mission of protecting children in schools.
The Underground Bunker Complex
While at Marx's residence, he showed Corby a structure being built behind his house which included a large underground bunker, a front-facing firearm port built into the concrete structure, and an indoor shooting range. Marx stated the complex would be used for spiritual retooling of traumatized officers who worked child sex trafficking cases in partnership with local, state, and federal agencies. It was going to be exclusively funded by donors.
The Relationship Deteriorates
Days after Corby left Marx's residence, they continued conversations in a different tone. Marx continued saying there was no longer a need for folding ARs in schools, citing school shooting data statistics incorrectly. Corby kept responding that despite any error in those statistics, temporary statistics don't matter while dormant sleeper cells remain an issue.
It eventually became clear to Marx that a deal was not going to happen. At the end, Marx asked Corby if they were still friends. Corby responded yes, they could still be friends, but he no longer considered Marx his or Melody's spiritual mentor, and requested Marx not contact Melody anymore. Marx could discuss anything directly with Corby.
That same day, Marx sent a group message to Corby and Melody, the couple he had married just a year prior. After rambling about how much he had helped them, Marx stated that Corby was demonically influenced because he refused a retooling prayer.
What followed was Marx allegedly pursuing Melody, creating friction in the marriage as Corby and Melody separated during this period because Corby would not do the alleged business deal to send 50,000 weapons overseas for the IDF.
The Stolen Gun and September 10th
On June 6, 2024, Corby met with a buyer who wanted to purchase one Fold AR. The buyer was a Texas deputy who purchased a Fold AR with serial number 02735.
About a month later, on July 4, 2024, the Texas deputy contacted Corby and told him the gun was stolen at a gas station in Midland, Texas. He said he had accidentally left the car windows down and someone grabbed the backpack with the Fold AR inside.
Fast forward to September 10, 2025, the morning of Charlie Kirk's assassination. At 9:33 a.m. Central time, a full year and two months after the gun went missing, Corby received an email from the ATF. They were conducting a trace on that exact gun.
The ATF, the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, got involved in Charlie Kirk's case quickly and came back with an inconclusive trace on the Tyler Robinson gun. When the ATF conducts a trace by email, they are seeking to identify the first retail purchase of a firearm they have determined is involved in a crime.
On the morning of Charlie's assassination, the ATF reached out to Corby, effectively saying the gun was involved in a crime, asking where he sent it. They required a response within 24 hours. Corby responded, but mysteriously heard nothing back. There was no follow-up.
Corby felt very weird about it given the assassination of Charlie Kirk and everything surrounding the gun, the missing gun, magic bullets. He decided to reach back out to the Texas Deputy Sheriff who purchased the gun. The deputy picked up the phone and said no, the ATF never contacted him. The deputy also told Corby he had checked a system he has access to and that gun is somehow not even reported as missing.
There has been no follow-up on the trace. Corby forwarded the email from the ATF, which has been confirmed as real. He forwarded all evidence for everything he is saying and all conversations he has had. His testimony appears credible regarding what happened when he created the Fold AR and how people wanted to use his company. The suggestion that his company is worth only $2 million is described as ridiculous.
The Bigger Picture
This story is being shared because there have been months of attempts to dissuade people from the idea that something bigger could be going on. The investigator has been saying something is not right specifically with Turning Point Faith, pointing to background history, Calvary Chapel, characters like Rob McCoy, their commitment to Israel first and foremost and always, their backgrounds and connections to the military.
Now there is a stunning example: a person willing to testify about Victor Marx and his experience with what was allegedly asked of him and what he declined to do for Israel. This introduction to the Victor Marx story is intended to remove people from the media illusion that it is crazy to think pastors, churches, government entities, and multiple nations could all be involved in a trafficking ring.
Everyone around Erika is committed to trafficking, charitably speaking, rescuing people in high-risk situations. Victor Marx says he dealt with the Taliban and ISIS. The question arises: is this CIA contracting work? Is this what happens?
The investigator states she has said from the beginning that her sense is Charlie was betrayed. After looking at this for seven months, it appears obvious that these pastors who claim to be evangelizing, these people who work at Turning Point USA with stories of "I used to be an arms trafficker dealer and then I found God," may be using faith as a perfect cover. A perfect cover to continually say you are committed to God and the Lord when you are committed to anything but.

[00:00] Victor Marx says he dealt with the
[00:01] Taliban, he dealt with ISIS. So like the
[00:04] American government, is that what we're
[00:05] talking about?
[00:07] Is this like CIA contracting work? Is
[00:09] this Was this what happens? Some
[00:11] shocking news for you today.
[00:13] Because for months I have just been
[00:15] quietly working on my Egyptian plane
[00:18] timeline. Started with one plane, then I
[00:19] realized there was two planes, three
[00:21] planes, four planes.
[00:23] Never paying attention to the noise,
[00:24] right? I rather early realized a bizarre
[00:27] pattern
[00:28] that that appeared to me at first, at
[00:31] second, and at third glance. I went
[00:34] Why do I feel like I'm I'm looking at
[00:37] trafficking of some description. Anyway,
[00:39] as I was working through this
[00:41] spreadsheet even more last week,
[00:44] we were contacted by someone who said
[00:46] that he was afraid for his life,
[00:50] that he felt that he had to speak out
[00:52] and tell the truth
[00:54] for Charlie. So I'm going to tell you
[00:55] about this young man, his name is Corby
[00:57] Hall, and Corby Hall you should know
[01:00] manufactures guns.
[01:02] Specifically he began to manufacture a a
[01:05] specific gun, which I'm going to tell
[01:08] you more about, that a Turning Point
[01:11] Faith affiliated pastor named Victor
[01:13] Marx
[01:15] was interested in owning. He wanted to
[01:18] to purchase his company. Now,
[01:20] like many of the affiliated pastors with
[01:23] Turning Point Faith, he also happens to
[01:25] be a Marine veteran. He is currently,
[01:29] you should know, running for governor of
[01:30] Colorado.
[01:32] And he chose to make to announce his
[01:34] intention to run for governor of
[01:36] Colorado at a Charlie Kirk memorial
[01:39] event in Denver on September 14th, just
[01:42] a couple of days after Charlie was
[01:45] assassinated. He said that he felt in
[01:47] that moment, given the weight of the
[01:49] assassination, that God was calling him
[01:52] to run. Pastor Victor Marx and his wife
[01:54] Eileen Marx were one of the very first
[01:56] people to go see and greet Erica in the
[01:59] days following Charlie's assassination.
[02:01] They comforted her
[02:03] with cameras rolling, of course, because
[02:04] as we have established, it is perfectly
[02:07] normal to record these intimate, private
[02:10] moments of you grieving and seeing your
[02:12] friends after your husband was brutally
[02:14] assassinated in front of the world. But
[02:15] there's more of it you should know about
[02:16] Pastor Victor Marx, cuz he's a very
[02:18] complicated fellow, like all of the
[02:20] pastors that I come across that are
[02:21] affiliated with Turning Point Faith.
[02:23] Now, on background, you should know
[02:25] about his real name is Vaughn Victor
[02:28] Kennedy. Well, he says it's Vaughn. His
[02:30] military record says it's Vo with no N
[02:32] at the end, but we'll say Vaughn Victor
[02:34] Kennedy.
[02:35] Now, by the time he was 17, he had lived
[02:38] in 17 homes and attended 14 schools. He
[02:41] was involved with drugs, fights, and
[02:43] theft in high school. He regularly tells
[02:46] the story about the abuse that he
[02:47] endured at the hands of his stepfather,
[02:50] a man that he refers to as Mr. K.
[02:54] But his stepfather's real name was
[02:56] Gloyce Dean Kennedy.
[02:58] And his stepfather served in the army
[03:01] and
[03:02] did counterintelligence. And thereafter,
[03:05] he ran an international drug smuggling
[03:08] ring out of Jamaica, for which he
[03:10] eventually pled guilty and was convicted
[03:13] of conspiracy in 1987 for attempting to
[03:16] import 1,400 lb of marijuana from
[03:19] Jamaica.
[03:21] Uh also charges which included money
[03:22] laundering, aiding and abetting.
[03:25] He was sent sent sentenced to 14 years
[03:26] in prison, okay? Now, Victor's brother,
[03:29] Mike Kennedy, who would uh
[03:32] go on to become an attorney, also pled
[03:34] guilty as the co-conspirator in that
[03:37] drug trafficking ring. He took a plea
[03:40] deal, so he only served a year and a day
[03:43] in exchange for testifying against his
[03:45] stepfather, Gloyce.
[03:47] What about his biological dad?
[03:49] Victor Marx's biological dad was
[03:50] apparently cut from the same cloth. His
[03:52] name was Carl Marx.
[03:55] Okay? And he was a pimp, a drug dealer,
[03:57] and also a world-famous martial arts
[04:00] expert who spent time in a mental
[04:03] hospital for his homicidal tendencies.
[04:06] Now, I know what you're thinking. You're
[04:07] thinking, "Maybe Victor had angelic
[04:11] grandparents who kept him safe from all
[04:13] of this dysfunction."
[04:15] But you would be wrong.
[04:16] Now, unfortunately, his grandfather, on
[04:19] his dad's side,
[04:20] killed his grandmother before he turned
[04:23] the gun on himself and committed suicide
[04:25] in public.
[04:27] What about Victor himself?
[04:28] Well, Victor
[04:30] killed a man at the age of seven.
[04:32] But to be clear, Victor is very open
[04:35] about that story, as he is with every
[04:37] story. Some people don't believe his
[04:38] stories. I'll let you be the judge. And
[04:40] he makes it clear that his stepfather
[04:43] made him do it in a moment of terrifying
[04:46] abuse, and I will let you hear Victor in
[04:49] his own words tell that story. Take a
[04:51] listen.
[04:52] When we walked in, there was another
[04:54] fellow in this little wooden house.
[04:57] There was a hole cut through the wood
[04:59] floor. You don't run. You don't tell,
[05:01] cuz there's no way out. You don't have
[05:03] any control over your life, so you just
[05:05] do. And I hear them discussing, and this
[05:07] guy says, "I don't want to do this
[05:09] anymore." I thought, "This is the day
[05:11] he's just going to kill me." And I heard
[05:13] my stepfather tell him, "Oh, it's okay."
[05:15] When that guy kind of relaxed, my
[05:16] stepfather punched him. Bam! Knocked him
[05:18] unconscious. Dragged him to the hole in
[05:21] the floor, set him up on his knees,
[05:23] handcuffed him, and then he pulled out a
[05:25] pistol. And he said, "Come here, boy.
[05:27] You're going to shoot this man." I was
[05:28] standing behind him, and he placed the
[05:29] pistol in my hand. I was just like, "I
[05:31] can't." My stepfather, he put one hand
[05:33] on my wrist, and he put his finger over
[05:35] my trigger finger. And then he pushed,
[05:37] and I pulled, and I shot the guy in his
[05:39] head, and it killed him. And he slumped
[05:41] over. He wiped his hand on the blood on
[05:44] the wood floor, and and slapped it in my
[05:45] face and mouth, like they do when you
[05:47] kill your first deer. And he said, "Boy,
[05:49] that's your first kill of a man."
[05:51] Again, some people struggle to believe
[05:53] some of his stories. I'm not here to
[05:55] judge his stories. I'm just going to
[05:56] tell you what he says.
[05:58] I think it would be fair
[06:01] uh for us to suggest that growing up in
[06:02] this particular environment, Victor Marx
[06:04] might have learned a thing or two
[06:07] about moving illegal product across
[06:11] borders. Is that fair assessment? Right.
[06:12] I'll tell you what happens next. At the
[06:14] age of 18, Victor joined the Marine
[06:16] Corps. To be clear, he only served for
[06:18] two years uh during peacetime,
[06:20] stateside, no deployments before he was
[06:22] discharged, but this is a crucial period
[06:25] because that is when he says he found
[06:26] Jesus Christ and um
[06:29] he was stationed at Camp Pendleton in
[06:32] California and began attending the
[06:34] nearby Calvary Chapel.
[06:37] Honestly, my personal favorite church at
[06:39] this point.
[06:40] That happened in 1986. Two years later
[06:43] in 1988, he married his wife, Eileen
[06:46] Brining Marx or Brining Marx.
[06:49] And they would go on to have five kids
[06:50] and grandkids.
[06:52] In 2003, he and his brother, who got
[06:55] that light sentence,
[06:57] um who was out of prison now, began All
[07:00] Things Possible Ministries. Okay, that's
[07:03] it. They were saved, of course. Calvary
[07:07] Chapel, as we have shown you in the
[07:08] past, has a long history of these sorts
[07:11] of characters going on to become pastors
[07:14] getting involved. So, the fact that he
[07:16] got his story started with faith with
[07:19] Calvary Chapel, this this checks This
[07:21] makes sense to me. So, how is Victor as
[07:23] a husband and a father, you might be
[07:24] wondering? Well, he openly admits that
[07:27] he punches holes in the walls of his
[07:29] house about once a year, and he tells
[07:32] his wife and his his kids not to cover
[07:34] it up so that people can see what he's
[07:36] done when they come over.
[07:38] He also openly states that he himself
[07:40] struggles with suicidal and homicidal
[07:43] tendencies.
[07:47] What does that mean?
[07:48] Did I mention that he's running for the
[07:49] governor of Colorado? Good luck,
[07:51] Colorado. See you never if this man
[07:54] wins.
[07:56] Anyway, so what does this have to do
[07:57] with Charlie Kirk and Turning Point and
[07:58] September 10th? Well, I am going to tell
[08:01] you because Victor,
[08:02] like a stepdaddy, was allegedly
[08:05] interested in trafficking,
[08:08] particularly arms over to Haiti, and he
[08:11] contacted a man named Corby Hall to get
[08:14] this done. I, Corby Hall, am the
[08:16] inventor, the founder, and the sole
[08:19] owner of Fold AR, a uniquely positioned
[08:22] firearms development company that
[08:24] specializes in producing the most
[08:26] compact rifles that have ever been
[08:29] created. By way of my patented
[08:31] technology, Fold AR manufactures and
[08:34] sells full capability rifles that remain
[08:37] fully assembled and deployable from a
[08:40] standard-sized backpack within seconds.
[08:43] He writes that on or about December 1st,
[08:46] 2023,
[08:48] at the request of Victor Marks, Melody,
[08:50] my then-girlfriend, who earned her place
[08:52] as COO of Fold AR, and myself drove from
[08:56] Texas to Colorado Springs to provide a
[08:58] demo of the Fold AR to Mr. Marks.
[09:01] Melody had followed Mr. Marks on social
[09:03] media for many years and noted that he
[09:05] was seeking the ultimate compact weapons
[09:08] system to use on {quote} "high-risk
[09:12] missions." After the demo, Mr. and Mrs.
[09:14] Marks invited Mel- Melody and I into
[09:16] their house, and he proclaimed that he
[09:18] felt the hand of God on us and stated
[09:20] that he was told by God that an
[09:23] abundance was headed our way. Mel-
[09:25] Melody and I were in agreement with the
[09:27] Marks' conclusion that God was doing
[09:28] something significant as the
[09:30] coincidences were too powerful to
[09:32] ignore.
[09:33] Mr. Mark then performed what he
[09:35] described as a retooling prayer on both
[09:38] Melody and myself, which is a whole
[09:40] different topic further a worth further
[09:43] discussion separately. Now, he did send
[09:45] that retooling prayer over to me and I
[09:47] do want to let you know that Victor Marx
[09:49] is effectively what he does is he
[09:51] pretends that he is going to summon and
[09:54] then extract information from demons
[09:57] that are inside of you.
[09:59] Um
[10:00] don't know how he became qualified to do
[10:02] that. He tells you that he needs you to
[10:04] kneel um in a circle. This he says the
[10:08] pattern's actually parallel practices
[10:10] that are found in occult ritual
[10:11] frameworks. He then confronts the demons
[10:13] in this in these in these prayer setups
[10:16] and he demands that the demons tell them
[10:18] the truth about what God
[10:22] is trying to tell the person. So, he
[10:24] commands the demons to tell them what
[10:26] God wants.
[10:28] Well, that gives demons a lot of power.
[10:30] The demons are telling you what God
[10:32] wants. Anyway, I digress. On January
[10:34] 24th, 2024, Mr. Marx married Melody and
[10:38] I in his hotel room with several of our
[10:41] industry friends present. In the late
[10:44] fall of 2024, Mr. Marx flew into the
[10:47] airport in Henderson, Texas to tour the
[10:49] Fold AR facilities. During this time,
[10:51] Mr. Marx stated to me that he needed 50
[10:54] rifles for a mission to Haiti where he
[10:56] would drop off and leave the firearms. I
[11:00] responded that it would constitute
[11:01] illegal exporting to do that, so I
[11:03] couldn't help him. And I advised him to
[11:05] not do it with any other firearms as
[11:07] well. I also asked him the question of
[11:09] what good dropping off a bunch of
[11:11] firearms would do in Haiti's any in
[11:13] Haiti anyways with no material response
[11:16] offered by Mr. Marx. In October of 2024,
[11:20] Mr. Marx invited me again to his house
[11:22] in Colorado Springs requesting that I
[11:24] bring a 1,000-yard capable rifle with a
[11:27] scope and a scope camera mounted. I then
[11:29] built the rifle and drove to his house
[11:31] to deliver it. Once I arrived, Mr. Marks
[11:34] explained that he was trying to protect
[11:37] an orphanage in Haiti.
[11:39] And that the team was already packing
[11:41] their gear to leave shortly. Ah!
[11:45] This must be like Haitian angels
[11:48] or something. They're pretty They Well,
[11:52] it's just a theme.
[11:53] Visions from God, godly visions. This is
[11:56] what God wants you to do in your life.
[11:57] It's giving
[11:59] Erica Kirk.
[12:00] I got to say it. He stated to me that
[12:03] long-range rifle and camera would be
[12:06] used to blow the head off of someone
[12:09] if they attempted to scale the fence of
[12:11] the orphanage.
[12:12] Then the video would be used as
[12:14] propaganda to deter further attempts by
[12:17] gangs around the area.
[12:19] As I usually do, I questioned his
[12:20] strategy and its moral implications,
[12:22] offering a different solution. Simply
[12:24] use a watermelon.
[12:25] I stated that I would not leave the
[12:27] rifle with him if he was going to kill
[12:28] some random person with it. He
[12:30] eventually responded in slightly, but
[12:32] noticeably, annoyed agreement. He then
[12:35] explained that his team was actually
[12:36] going to capture or execute Jimmy
[12:39] Barbecue,
[12:41] the top gang leader of Haiti
[12:44] at the time. Assuming that this would be
[12:46] the last that I would have to redirect
[12:48] Mr. Marks to the fleeting concept of
[12:50] what would Jesus do, I told him, "Why
[12:52] don't you just go have a meeting with
[12:53] the guy and talk?"
[12:55] I then departed and left the long-range
[12:58] configured fold AR rifle with him. Now,
[13:02] I'll have you know that Victor Marks
[13:03] does make it to Haiti, but this amazing
[13:06] thing hap- He actually was able to
[13:09] evangelize. It was an opportunity to
[13:10] evangelize some of these gangsters.
[13:13] Take a listen to this news clip on CBN
[13:15] News.
[13:17] The FAA has banned US flights to Haiti
[13:20] after three planes were hit by gunfire
[13:22] over Port-au-Prince this week. At the
[13:25] center of the chaos in Haiti's capital
[13:27] is the leader of a deadly group of
[13:29] gangs.
[13:30] After a visit from an American
[13:32] missionary, that gang leader is now
[13:35] pledging to protect orphanages and
[13:37] Christian workers. CBN's Chuck Holton
[13:40] has this exclusive report.
[13:44] Port-au-Prince feels like a war zone.
[13:46] Gangs control the majority of the city
[13:48] and want more. Even so, missionary
[13:51] Victor Marx is still investing in ways
[13:53] to ease the suffering. The reason I'm
[13:56] here in Haiti
[13:58] doing all this high-risk
[14:01] missionary stuff is a while back we
[14:03] responded to the urgent request of a an
[14:06] orphanage that was under imminent threat
[14:08] of attack by
[14:10] what many consider the most notorious
[14:12] gang in Haiti
[14:14] the Moïse de 400. It broke my heart to
[14:16] think of the possibilities were if this
[14:19] gang attacked
[14:20] to take control over that area. While
[14:23] the orphanage was saved, a desperate
[14:25] population remains. Some say gang leader
[14:28] Jimmy "Barbecue" Chérizier is Haiti's
[14:30] most dangerous man. He faces sanctions
[14:33] from the US and the United Nations.
[14:35] Entering his territory uninvited is all
[14:37] but suicidal.
[14:39] Yet, when he offered an interview, Marx
[14:41] and his team quickly accepted. He's
[14:44] truly fighting for
[14:47] reformation
[14:49] and
[14:50] some level of better equality at least
[14:53] of opportunity.
[14:55] And he doesn't make himself out to be a
[14:56] saint, but yet, you know, prayed with
[14:59] him.
[15:00] We got to pray with him.
[15:01] Here he is pouring for vision. Praying
[15:05] he fills him with his spirit, God dims
[15:06] his eyes and heart, increases his
[15:08] capacity for love.
[15:11] That is just amazing. Isn't that That's
[15:14] just a beautiful story.
[15:16] Beautiful beautiful story. In the first
[15:18] quarter of 2025, Mr. Marx had offered to
[15:20] help find an investor for Fold AR. After
[15:23] all, he knew that we were just barely
[15:25] skimping by financially as there is not
[15:27] much margin and a lot of risk in
[15:28] manufacturing rifles with a very
[15:30] saturated and volatile market. So, yeah,
[15:32] jumping into 2025, he and his wife are
[15:34] wanting to sell this company. They're
[15:36] cash strapped. They're willing to make
[15:37] this deal with Victor Marks on
[15:39] essentially two conditions. The first is
[15:41] that the guns are going to be used for
[15:42] school resource officers. They wanted
[15:44] school security to be the primary and
[15:47] permanent mission. The second um is that
[15:50] they wanted to have enough money that
[15:52] they agreed to sell the company that it
[15:53] would be enough money that they would no
[15:54] longer have to work. So, those were
[15:56] pretty simple uh two conditions that
[15:58] they had.
[15:59] He tells us that as the stress of this
[16:01] had built up on my wife and I, I drove
[16:03] to Mr. Marks's house to discuss both
[16:05] personal and business related matters.
[16:07] When I arrived late at night, Mr. Marks
[16:09] and his COO, Chaz Yandle, he goes to
[16:12] them with hate to Haiti by the way, met
[16:15] me at the hotel. They were both wearing
[16:17] bulletproof vests. We sat down in the
[16:19] dining area and Mr. Marks stated that he
[16:21] intended to perform another retooling
[16:24] prayer on me.
[16:26] I politely rejected his offer advising
[16:27] him that it would be akin to me making
[16:29] an idol of him as continually seeking
[16:32] deliverance from man is man worship.
[16:34] He appeared to respect my rejection,
[16:36] although later he would reveal his
[16:38] underlying reaction.
[16:40] Mr. Yandle stayed at the hotel that
[16:42] night in a room down the hall from me.
[16:44] Mr. Marks had a bodyguard near me and
[16:47] all were wearing bulletproof vests at
[16:48] all times. I thought nothing of it as
[16:50] Mr. Marks represented to me that they
[16:52] were just breaking in the vests and I
[16:54] proceeded to train his bodyguard on how
[16:57] to deploy uh the Fold AR.
[17:00] I spent three days with Mr. Marks where
[17:02] we discussed all sorts of topics from
[17:04] biblical prophecy and times, underground
[17:06] bunkers, marriage, salvation, and
[17:09] finding an investor for the business.
[17:11] As part of this, Mr. Marks revealed that
[17:13] he was discussing the acquisition with
[17:16] Sig Sauer and their top shooter Daniel
[17:19] Horner who Mr. Marks stated had received
[17:22] and tested the Fold AR and had given the
[17:24] thumbs up for Sig's involvement. He
[17:27] further stated that his accountants
[17:29] could only come up with a $2 million
[17:31] in value valuation including the patent.
[17:35] Then he stated that he personally wanted
[17:37] to purchase 51% of the company.
[17:40] Now while I did present some challenges
[17:42] to his proposal, I did not initially
[17:43] accept or reject it. I let him continue
[17:45] to try to sell his reasoning. At this
[17:48] point, I wanted to see where this plane
[17:49] would land. As he talked further, I
[17:51] suppose that he assumed that I was on
[17:53] board.
[17:54] As we were walking his track around his
[17:56] property discussing this, he then stated
[17:59] that the IDF needed my guns.
[18:02] I responded, "Oh yeah, that would be
[18:04] great. They have 3,700 schools." And I
[18:07] turned to him.
[18:08] As he stopped walking, he stated, "No,
[18:10] they need 50,000 guns for operations in
[18:14] Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria."
[18:17] Being a person who usually avoids
[18:18] continuous eye contact, I dead stared
[18:20] him in the eyes waiting for his response
[18:23] as he waited for mine. After telling his
[18:25] bodyguard to step back a few paces, his
[18:28] response to me was, "Do you know that I
[18:30] could whoop your ass right here and
[18:31] there's nothing that you could do about
[18:32] it?"
[18:34] I remained motionless staring him in the
[18:36] eyes with no response while he was
[18:37] getting fidgety.
[18:39] After about 15 seconds, he starts
[18:41] walking again and he says, "That's why
[18:43] I'm never going to engage in scripture
[18:45] with you."
[18:46] Which followed prior discussions where I
[18:48] had challenged his plans and his
[18:49] doctrine using scripture in the most
[18:51] respectful and tempered way.
[18:54] During that walk, I eventually
[18:55] reaffirmed to him that I would not be
[18:56] accepting an investor or a buyer who
[18:59] would not fully commit to the obvious
[19:00] mission of protecting children in
[19:01] schools.
[19:03] While at Mr. Marks's residence, he
[19:05] showed me a structure that was being
[19:06] built behind his house which included a
[19:09] large underground bunker and a
[19:10] front-facing firearm port built into the
[19:13] concrete structure and an indoor
[19:15] shooting range.
[19:17] He stated that the intention of the
[19:18] complex would be used for spiritual
[19:21] retooling of traumatized officers who
[19:25] worked child sex trafficking cases in
[19:28] partnership with local, state, and
[19:30] federal agencies.
[19:31] It was going to be exclusively funded by
[19:33] donors.
[19:35] Days after I left his residence, we
[19:36] continued our conversations in a
[19:38] different tone.
[19:40] He continued on telling me that there is
[19:41] no longer a need for folding ARs in
[19:44] schools. He cited some school shooting
[19:46] data statistics in error. I kept
[19:48] responding that despite any error in
[19:49] those stats, temporary statistics don't
[19:52] matter while dormant sleeper cells are
[19:54] the issue. It eventually became clear to
[19:56] Mr. Marks that a deal was not going to
[19:58] happen.
[19:59] At the end, Mr. Marks asked me if we
[20:01] were still friends. I responded, "Yes,
[20:02] we can still be friends, but I no longer
[20:04] consider you mine or Melody's spiritual
[20:07] mentor, and I am requesting that you
[20:09] don't contact
[20:10] contact her anymore. You can discuss
[20:12] anything directly with me."
[20:15] That same day, Mr. Marks sent a group
[20:16] message to my wife and I, the couple
[20:18] that he had married just a year prior,
[20:20] and after a bunch of rambling about how
[20:22] much he's helped us, he stated that I am
[20:25] demonically influenced because I refused
[20:27] a retooling prayer.
[20:30] So, what happens thereafter uh is he
[20:34] explains that he actually he he pursued
[20:38] his wife and I'm talking about Victor
[20:39] Marks and his wife and him
[20:42] uh are separated in this moment because
[20:44] he does not want to do a business deal.
[20:47] And I will say this is allegedly
[20:50] allegedly allegedly
[20:52] um for the IDF to send 50,000 weapons
[20:56] overseas, but this has caused caused
[20:59] friction. On June 6th
[21:02] uh of 2024,
[21:04] Corby met with a buyer a who wanted to
[21:07] purchase just one of his Fold ARs. And
[21:10] it was a a Texas deputy, no less.
[21:14] And he purchased a Fold AR with the
[21:16] serial number 02735.
[21:21] Fast forward about a month later, on the
[21:23] 4th of July in 2024,
[21:26] that Texas deputy contacted Corby, and
[21:29] he told him that the gun was stolen
[21:31] at a gas station in Midland, Texas. He
[21:34] said that he had accidentally left the
[21:36] car doors, the windows down,
[21:39] uh and someone grabbed the backpack with
[21:42] the Fold AR inside of it. We're going to
[21:45] fast forward again to September 10th,
[21:49] 2025, the morning of Charlie Kirk's
[21:51] assassination at 9:33 a.m. Central. So,
[21:55] again, this is a a full year
[21:58] and 2 months later after this gun went
[21:59] missing, and Corby receives an email
[22:03] from the ATF.
[22:05] They're conducting a trace on that exact
[22:07] gun.
[22:08] What does it mean?
[22:09] Well, the ATF is of course the Federal
[22:11] Bureau of Alcohol and Tobacco and
[22:14] Firearms and Explosives. They are
[22:17] involved got involved in this case
[22:18] quickly, as we know, came back with the
[22:21] inconclusive trace
[22:23] on the Tyler Robinson gun.
[22:27] And when they are doing a trace, when
[22:29] they email you and say that they are
[22:30] conducting a trace, what it means is
[22:31] that they are seeking to identify
[22:34] the first retail purchase of a firearm
[22:38] that they have determined is involved in
[22:40] a crime.
[22:42] So, let me restate that to you. On the
[22:43] morning of Charlie's assassination,
[22:46] they reached out to Corby, effectively
[22:47] saying, "This gun is involved in a
[22:49] crime,
[22:50] and you are the manufacturer, and we'd
[22:53] like to know where you sent it. You have
[22:54] 24 hours to respond to these emails, by
[22:57] the way." Corby did,
[22:59] and mysteriously he heard nothing back.
[23:01] There was no follow-up.
[23:02] He felt very weird about it given the
[23:04] eventual assassination of Charlie Kirk,
[23:06] everything that was surrounding the gun,
[23:09] no gun, magic bullets that went through.
[23:12] And so, what he did was he decided to
[23:13] reach back out to the person he sold the
[23:16] gun to, the Texas Deputy Sheriff guy.
[23:18] And he picked up the phone and he said,
[23:20] "No. No, ATF never
[23:23] never contacted me."
[23:25] The person who the gun was sold to, uh
[23:28] the deputy also told him that he had
[23:29] checked some system that he has
[23:31] available and he has access to and that
[23:33] gun is is somehow not even reported as
[23:36] missing.
[23:38] Again, there has been no follow-up on
[23:40] that and he forwarded me the email from
[23:42] the ATF. It is real. I have confirmed
[23:44] it. He is not making that up. It's
[23:45] really happened. He forwarded me all of
[23:47] the evidence for everything that he is
[23:48] saying.
[23:50] Uh the conversations that he has had,
[23:53] I believe him. I can tell you that. I I
[23:56] I believe uh his testimony of what
[23:58] happened to him, where his part was when
[24:00] he created this fold AR, uh and
[24:03] how people wanted to use this company,
[24:06] telling him it's worth $2 million is one
[24:08] of the most ridiculous things I've ever
[24:09] heard. Why am I telling you all this?
[24:10] Why am I sharing the story? Well,
[24:12] because they have spent months
[24:15] um uh trying to dissuade you in this
[24:18] idea that something bigger could be
[24:20] going on, right?
[24:21] I've been telling you that something's
[24:23] not right specifically with Turning
[24:24] Point Faith. Background, history, the
[24:26] Calvary Chapel, Rob McCoy type
[24:28] characters, their utterly bizarre
[24:31] commitment to Israel, Israel first and
[24:35] foremost and always, their backgrounds,
[24:37] their shady backgrounds, their
[24:39] connections to the military.
[24:41] And now we have a stunning example
[24:43] before us, a person who is willing to
[24:45] testify
[24:46] about Victor Marx and his experience
[24:48] Victor Marx and what was asked of him
[24:51] and what he declined to do for Israel,
[24:54] allegedly, I will say. I wanted to
[24:57] introduce you guys to this story about
[24:59] Victor Marx again so that you can be
[25:02] removed from this media illusion that it
[25:05] is crazy to think that pastors and
[25:09] churches and your government and
[25:11] multiple nations could all be involved
[25:14] in a trafficking ring cuz like I said at
[25:17] the top of the show, it's just not
[25:20] possible.
[25:21] And everyone around Erica
[25:24] is so committed
[25:27] to trafficking charitably. You know,
[25:29] like rescuing people in high-risk
[25:31] situations. Victor Marx says he dealt
[25:33] with the Taliban, he dealt with ISIS. So
[25:36] like the American government, is that
[25:38] what we're talking about?
[25:40] Is this like CIA contracting work? Is
[25:42] this Was this what happens?
[25:44] Pay attention to this
[25:46] because I have said from the beginning
[25:48] my sense is that Charlie was betrayed.
[25:51] I have
[25:52] been looking at this now for 7 months
[25:54] and it's very obvious to me that these
[25:56] pastors who claim to be evangelizing,
[25:59] these people that work at Turning Point
[26:00] USA, well, I used to be an arms
[26:02] trafficker dealer and then I found God.
[26:04] Wow, there's a lot of that going around
[26:06] here at Turning Point.
[26:08] Yeah, I used to do and then I found God.
[26:11] What a perfect cover.
[26:13] A perfect cover to continually say that
[26:16] you are committed to God and you're
[26:17] committed to the Lord
[26:19] when you are committed to anything but.
