Candace Owens Uncovers Military Witness to Pre-Assassination Meeting Involving Brian Harpole at Fort Huachuca

Candace Owens shares explosive testimony from Harry Meyers, a former military intelligence operative who stumbled upon what appears to be a high-level military planning meeting at Fort Huachuca on September 8th—just one day before Charlie Kirk's assassination. Meyers, who originally exposed a Sinaloa cartel tunnel in 1990 and found U.S. military commanders photographed with El Chapo, was interrogated for seven hours after accidentally walking into a meeting he believes included Brian Harpole and numerous lieutenant colonels. After 35 years of silence under military NDA, Meyers came forward following a divine coincidence—Owens prayed for evidence the day before receiving his email. She has verified his military records, police reports, and incident documentation. Additionally, Owens reveals she received credible intelligence that Arcadi Gaydamak, a convicted French intelligence agent and arms trafficker connected to Angola-Gate, may be operating in Nashville under the alias Jonathan Sch

A Prayer Answered: The Email That Changed Everything

Candace Owens begins by describing how everything unfolded. On the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, a holy day of obligation in the Catholic Church, she attended Mass and prayed specifically for evidence that would help piece together the full picture of Charlie Kirk's assassination. After returning home that evening, she opened her tips inbox and the very first email she saw was from a young woman urging her to call her friend immediately—he had urgent information. Within five minutes of the email arriving, Owens was on the phone with a man named Harry Meyers, and what he shared would prove to be a swiftly answered prayer.

Harry Meyers: 35 Years of Silence

To understand the significance of Harry Meyers' testimony, Owens takes listeners back 35 years to 1990. At just 20 years old, Meyers was assigned to a brand new military command—Joint Task Force Six, created under President George H.W. Bush as part of the War on Drugs initiative at the southern border. This came just after the Iran-Contra affair, the massive CIA scandal that exposed U.S. government involvement in drug and weapons trafficking throughout South America. Bush, who had been Reagan's vice president during that scandal, needed to demonstrate a tough stance on drugs at the border.

Meyers was assigned to Operation Catacomb as what he describes as a "lowly military sensor guy" tasked with covering half of Arizona and Mexico. In just six days, he planted sensors, translated data, and discovered something extraordinary—the first ever Sinaloa cartel underground rail tunnel. Bypassing his chain of command, he went directly to lower-level Border Patrol agents to obtain a warrant and raid the tunnel, avoiding the risk of tipping off compromised commanders working with the cartel.

The raid was successful and resulted in a major bust. But what they found inside was shocking—photographs on the walls of the Mexican side of the tunnel showing their Joint Task Force commander, a high-ranking Border Patrol official, posing with El Chapo Guzmán, his architect Felipe, and other U.S. Marine officers and Mexican law enforcement. The tunnel was a sophisticated engineering feat costing at least a million dollars and had been in operation for six months to a year.

Betrayal and a Life on the Run

Meyers' superiors took credit for the discovery, giving him only a small Army medal. But Border Patrol members who recognized his critical role in the bust resented his higher-ups for stealing the credit. Then things took a dark turn. In the immediate days after the bust, before the United States received the photographs from Mexican authorities, Meyers' personal information was given to the cartels. His clearance packet—which should have been locked in the custody of the Joint Task Force 6 commander whose picture was about to be discovered with El Chapo—was compromised.

While continuing the mission in Naco, Arizona, Meyers was approached by a cartel member who confirmed his identity by reciting his mother's name and address, his high school, his friends' names—everything listed in his classified clearance packet. He narrowly avoided being taken hostage or killed. The Border Patrol agent he was with believed the young 20-year-old must have somehow compromised his own identification.

The next day, Meyers had a debrief with the Army Criminal Investigation Division and a prosecutor from Tucson who informed him how his identity became compromised. He was told he would be put in witness protection. His orders restricted him from any further work in counter-narcotics, from being stationed on or south of the border, and from working with Border Patrol. He was also placed under a military NDA gag order dated from 1990 to May 2025 to prevent him from mentioning the entire ordeal. But the witness protection entrance never happened—the ball was dropped, and a deal was apparently made with the compromised Border Patrol commander.

For the next 35 years, Meyers lived under a new name, constantly harassed, hacked, and pursued. He reports hitmen coming after him, abusive litigation from what he calls "narco attorneys," and police records that were virtually disappeared—though he has since recovered them thanks to county clerks who did the right thing.

September 8th, 2025: A Return to Fort Huachuca

In May 2025, Meyers was finally released from his 35-year military NDA. Now 56 years old, he decided to confront his past and seek answers. He wanted to know why he was never protected, why the FBI didn't do their job despite being informed. He made up his mind to travel from his home in Washington back to Fort Huachuca in Arizona, where it all began.

On the evening of September 8th, at approximately 5:37 PM, Meyers checked into the Candlewood Suites military hotel on base. As someone who had spent 35 years looking over his shoulder, he was highly attuned to his surroundings. In the lobby, he noticed someone he recognized as special forces and a young woman who came down thereafter. The two spent time in the lobby while he checked in, then got into a green pickup truck and drove off.

The next morning, September 9th, Meyers woke around 5:30 AM to watch the sunrise. He failed to find the Army Criminal Investigations Department, so he drove just off base to get coffee in Sierra Vista. There, he ran into soldiers wearing 10th Mountain Division patches—his old unit, which he thought had been disbanded. They told him the old Joint Task Force Six was now being continued as Joint Task Force Southern Border, and gave him directions to the new command center housed in a temporary building.

The Meeting That Changed Everything

At approximately 7:37 AM on September 9th, Meyers entered the temporary JTF headquarters. He saw two men he identified as E5s and E6s—lieutenant colonels—checking him in, which impressed him as unusually high-ranking personnel for such a task. He walked in at the exact moment a meeting was concluding and saw approximately 12 to 13 lieutenant colonels. Meyers emphasized to Owens that you don't see that many high-ranking officers unless you're at the Pentagon or the White House.

Then he saw three men walk out, one of whom was clearly the center of attention—gray hair, glasses, approximately 5'10". With him was someone Meyers is certain was Brian Harpole. After the men passed, the personnel who had been friendly suddenly changed their demeanor. Someone hit a panic button, and two captains came out to escort Meyers out of the building, beginning what became a seven-hour interrogation.

They accused him of being a spy, demanding to know how he knew about the meeting. They accused him of being a bomb threat because he had been special forces EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) in the military. They attempted to gaslight him, trying to angle accusations that he was a threat to others or himself. After conferring with the base commander and presumably verifying he wasn't there to spy on that particular meeting, they decided to send him off post.

The commander who led the interrogation was identified as Captain Neff, approximately 36 years old with brown hair, who Meyers says was the commander of force protection. After seven hours, Neff had a change of heart, realized Meyers was not part of any spy network, and escorted him off base. The incident was recorded with report number 8611-2025-MPC446, which Meyers believes can be FOIA requested.

The Divine Coincidence

Meyers drove to Tucson, got a hotel room, and the next morning turned in his rental car and flew home with a stop in Salt Lake City. Upon landing and turning on his phone, his wife told him about Charlie Kirk's assassination. By coincidence, Meyers happened to be in the Salt Lake City airport at the exact time Owens had previously discussed strange flights taking place there in connection with the assassination.

Meyers explained to Owens that based on his military experience, the type of meeting he stumbled upon—with that many high-ranking officers in an isolated location—is the kind of final planning meeting held before confirming an operation. He feels confident he recognized some of the individuals when they appeared on Fox News and at the massive memorial stadium event in the days following Kirk's assassination.

Owens has extensively fact-checked Meyers' story, verifying elements including his military service, the 1990 tunnel discovery, his awards and writeups, police records, court documents, NDAs, incident reports, hotel bookings, timestamps, and call logs. She states unequivocally that he is being honest about where he was and why he was there.

A Terrifying New Lead: French Intelligence in Nashville

After discussing Meyers' testimony, Owens reveals another shocking development. Following her previous episode about Pierre Falcone and his partner Arcadi Gaydamak—both involved in Angola-Gate, a massive global trafficking operation involving weapons and intelligence agencies—she received a flurry of seven emails from people certain that Gaydamak is living in Nashville.

Gaydamak, born in Russia and an early Israeli citizen, was factually a French intelligence agent. He was sentenced in absentia for trafficking weapons after failing to appear for his court hearing. According to the emails, he moved to Nashville around June 2025 and is working under the alias Jonathan Schmidt as a technology officer for a company called Root Brands. He allegedly secured jobs for Ukrainians who he claims are fleeing the war, brought in by a businessman named Clay Thomas. One of the Ukrainians working with him is named Alex Smirnoff.

Owens states she is "positively terrified" by this information and has reached out to Clay Thomas and Root Brands requesting information about this Russian-Israeli employee. She has reported the information to authorities and specifically to Tulsi Gabbard's office, which she says is the only office that has responded to her concerns about French intelligence agencies working with Israel in connection with threats against her.

She urges Tennesseans, particularly those in Franklin, Nashville, and Brentwood, to be vigilant. If anyone has seen this individual, knows Jonathan Schmidt, or has heard stories about Ukrainians "fleeing the war," she encourages them to contact authorities immediately and send information to moretips@candace.com. She warns that during wars, the most dangerous people are often allowed into countries under the guise of being refugees.

Tim Pool's Attack and Response

Owens addresses Tim Pool's recent attacks on her character, in which he called her vile names and claimed she has inadequate security. She characterizes his behavior as "a display of estrogen" rather than masculinity, noting that men who speak to women this way are not tough and would never dare speak to another man in that manner.

She points out that Pool lacks the intellect to understand that she featured him in a thumbnail because he accused her, in a full episode with Milo Yiannopoulos, of being someone who benefited from Kirk's assassination. She calls him a "chronic fence sitter" who pretends every year that people are trying to kill him, and notes that attacking her in the wake of Kirk's assassination is "only the safest thing you can do"—hardly the act of bravery Pool presents it as.

Owens characterizes Pool as fundamentally weak, acting like "a person who's having financial issues and yet decides to go out and put $100K on a poker game, and when he loses and is further $100K in the hole, comes back home and beats his wife and kids and thinks he's a tough guy." She states clearly: "I'm not your wife. I'm not your kids. Get your affairs in order and stop blaming me because I'm actually traversing down the path that hasn't been traveled."

The Path Forward

Owens concludes by emphasizing that she doesn't care about midterm elections or Republican Party unity when it comes to seeking truth about Kirk's assassination. She refuses to stand next to people who would cover it up. She encourages her audience to support other brave investigators like Ryan Mata and Melissa (Village Crazy Lady) who are doing excellent work, particularly on the faith infiltration angle at Turning Point USA.

She notes it's a fact that Turning Point USA recently hired former cartel weapons traffickers from Poland who claimed to have found God—people who had been trafficking through Mexico. She questions who would present such individuals with employment and wonders what level of corruption or coercion might be involved.

Meyers is willing to tell his story publicly after 35 years of forced silence. Owens believes this is God moving and that despite the demonic level of collusion required for the assassination to happen, the truth will not remain hidden. She trusts that Tennessee residents and Americans across the country will form their own grassroots intelligence networks in their communities, staying alert to stranger danger and sharing information, since they clearly cannot trust the government to protect them if it didn't protect Charlie Kirk.
