Jeremy Boreing Confronts Candace Owens' Claims About Charlie Kirk Murder Trial in Provo

[00:04] Utah, prosecutors began laying out the

[00:06] evidence against Tyler Robinson, the man

[00:08] accused of murdering Charlie Kirk. The

[00:10] forensics, the video, the medical

[00:12] examiner's findings, Charlie's parents

[00:14] are sitting in that room. His widow is

[00:15] sitting a few feet from the man accused

[00:17] of killing her husband, listening to the

[00:19] worst day of her life read back to her

[00:21] over and over under oath.

[00:23] Candace Owens looked at that and called

[00:24] it a show trial, telling her audience to

[00:26] expect nothing but, quote, "Erica's

[00:28] tears and an orbit of her payrolled

[00:30] influencers trying to convince you that

[00:32] the unvetted evidence is overwhelming

[00:35] and undeniable."

[00:36] She said the, quote, "real trial" would

[00:38] come later.

[00:40] One of the more extraordinary things a

[00:41] Free People does is sit down under

[00:43] rules, under oath, in front of the

[00:44] cameras for the whole world to see and

[00:46] establish with facts and evidence what

[00:48] really happened to a man executed in

[00:50] broad daylight in front of thousands of

[00:52] witnesses has been dismissed by Candace

[00:54] as theater because the truth threatens

[00:56] to shatter her empire of lies.

[00:58] And, of course, the whole thing is a lie

[01:00] in its own terms because a preliminary

[01:02] hearing isn't actually a show or a

[01:04] trial. It's a procedure to decide one

[01:06] thing, whether the case is strong enough

[01:08] to actually go to trial. Candace knows

[01:10] that, of course. She's betting that her

[01:12] audience doesn't.

[01:14] As the hearings in Utah began, she

[01:15] posted something else, quote, "One more

[01:17] fight, Charlie," she wrote. "I don't

[01:19] fear these demons. We will win."

[01:23] Candace has cast herself as the warrior,

[01:24] the one with spiritual insight, the one

[01:27] with strength who perceives the demons

[01:29] that the rest of us are too asleep or

[01:30] too compromised to see, and has picked

[01:32] up Charlie's sword to go to war with

[01:34] those demons on his behalf.

[01:36] So, okay, she wants to talk about

[01:37] demons, that's fine. There is something

[01:39] truly demonic about this entire affair,

[01:42] but the demonic force here isn't Erica

[01:43] Kirk, a widow now raising two children

[01:45] without their father, and it isn't

[01:47] Charlie's closest friends, either, the

[01:49] men and women who stood beside him in

[01:50] life and now stand beside his family in

[01:52] the wake of his death.

[01:54] And, of course, it's not the

[01:54] organization that Charlie bled to build

[01:56] or the mission that he poured his life

[01:58] into. That's mission now straining by

[02:01] the way trying to carry on the work of

[02:03] Charlie Kirk without Charlie Kirk is no

[02:04] small thing.

[02:06] It also isn't Israel which has

[02:08] absolutely nothing to do with Charlie's

[02:09] death and it isn't our own federal

[02:10] government which also has nothing to do

[02:12] with it. It's not the Egyptians or the

[02:14] French or whoever else is going to be

[02:15] named on a list that seems to grow every

[02:17] day, an endless roster of people and

[02:19] nations and institutions that Candace

[02:21] has slandered one after another after

[02:24] another. No, the demons here are in the

[02:26] man who pulled the trigger and the

[02:28] demons are in Candace Owens.

[02:31] The name Satan means accuser as in the

[02:33] one who stands and points at the

[02:35] innocent and says guilty. That's exactly

[02:37] Candace Owens to a T. Her entire

[02:40] enterprise is built on accusations and

[02:42] lies. A commingling of narcissism and

[02:45] resentment and ambition and probably

[02:47] some real grief. Charlie was once her

[02:49] friend after all. All of that though has

[02:51] fused into something genuinely sinister.

[02:54] A person who can look at a grieving

[02:55] widow in a courtroom full of evidence

[02:57] and calculate coldly that the profitable

[02:59] play is to set fire to both isn't

[03:02] confused. She's not misinformed. She's

[03:04] doing evil and she's doing it on

[03:06] purpose. She's doing it for money and

[03:08] she's doing it for fame.

[03:09] Blake Neff said it best on X this week,

[03:11] quote, as Charlie once told us, Candace

[03:14] is very easy to understand once you

[03:16] realize all she cares about is money.

[03:19] I would add to Charlie's indictment

[03:22] and fame.

[03:23] Candace wants to be Oprah. She wants to

[03:24] be very rich and very famous, the

[03:26] wealthiest and the most famous person

[03:28] that she can be.

[03:30] But you can't slander the dead and

[03:32] torment the living and profit from the

[03:33] whole affair and walk away with your

[03:36] soul intact. It just doesn't work that

[03:38] way. Candace is gambling her own soul as

[03:40] she's playing with other people's lives

[03:42] and she's going to lose both bets.

[03:45] Now, I understand that in her mind she's

[03:46] sitting on top of the world right now.

[03:47] She's the most famous she's ever been.

[03:49] She's the most followed she's ever been.

[03:51] She's being rewarded more than she's

[03:52] ever been rewarded for anything in her

[03:54] life. If you do the math on what her

[03:56] podcast, which was number one in the

[03:58] world, is actually generating in ad

[04:00] revenue right now, the number is

[04:02] staggering.

[04:04] But she isn't slaying the demons, she's

[04:06] carrying them. And she's applauded for

[04:08] it by a gullible and spiritually broken

[04:10] audience every single day. Just today,

[04:13] she tried to spin a whole new

[04:14] conspiracy, this one about Ben Shapiro.

[04:16] Ben mentioned that his security team was

[04:17] in touch with Charlie's security team

[04:19] almost immediately after the shooting.

[04:22] Candace framed this as, quote, Ben

[04:24] confesses.

[04:25] Just one little problem, Candace and Ben

[04:27] had the same security firm working for

[04:29] them at the time. Ben's only security

[04:31] firm, by the way. He He doesn't have

[04:33] some special secret IDF security firm

[04:35] also working for him. He only has the

[04:37] one. And it also represented Candace

[04:39] Owens at the time. Interestingly, I was

[04:41] having lunch with the founders of that

[04:43] security firm at the very moment that

[04:45] Charlie was shot.

[04:47] Yes, they did find out right away. Yes,

[04:49] they were in touch with the members of

[04:51] TPUSA security team right away. Yes,

[04:54] they consulted with their own team right

[04:55] away to ensure that their clients, which

[04:57] included Candace and Ben, were also

[04:59] safe. That's called being good at your

[05:01] job, and these guys are very good at

[05:03] their job.

[05:05] So, I guess if that implies that Ben is

[05:06] guilty of involvement in Charlie's

[05:08] murder, it also implies that Candace

[05:09] herself is guilty of involvement in

[05:12] Charlie's murder.

[05:13] But of course, it doesn't actually

[05:14] suggest either thing. It's just another

[05:17] random fact taken out of context by

[05:18] Candace, then surrounded with

[05:20] implications and suggestions and nods

[05:23] and winks and side glances and all the

[05:25] rest, and then thrown out to the

[05:27] internet as still more proof that

[05:30] something.

[05:31] I'm not actually sure what it is we're

[05:32] trying to prove, except that whatever it

[05:34] is that is the official narrative can't

[05:36] possibly be the truth.

[05:38] The whole thing would be comical if it

[05:39] weren't so tragically sad and so damn

[05:42] evil.

[05:44] Ben said on his show that it's a sin to

[05:45] listen to Candace.

[05:47] Just so.

[05:48] If you're listening to her for

[05:49] entertainment, you should be ashamed. If

[05:51] you're listening to her for research,

[05:52] you should guard your soul and guard

[05:54] your mind.

[05:56] But listen, this whole thing was never

[05:57] Candace's story to star in in the first

[05:59] place, no matter how bad she needs it to

[06:00] be. It's Charlie's story, and right now

[06:03] a real proceeding is underway in an open

[06:05] courtroom laying out piece by piece

[06:07] exactly what happened to Charlie on that

[06:09] terrible September day.
