The Independent Forensic Analysis of Charlie Kirk's Crime Scene

Showing 23 Crime Scene Investigation videos from Charlie Kirk's video collection.

Crime scene investigation into Charlie Kirk's assassination became a genre of its own online, with multiple independent analysts physically returning to Utah Valley University to examine the rooftop and surrounding terrain themselves. Investigative journalist Stephen Gardner made repeated visits to the Losee building roof, working with forensic experts to analyze fingerprints, sound mapping, and cell phone geo-fencing data, ultimately finding the evidence largely corroborated the FBI's account despite his own initial skepticism of official narratives. Gray Hughes and Gary Melton conducted their own on-site walk-through of Tyler Robinson's alleged route, securing previously unreleased surveillance footage from a local resident and documenting fingerprints and drag marks in rooftop dust that they compared against footage of Robinson's descent. A forensics expert interviewed separately walked through the physical evidence in detail, describing the single shot's path just left of the midline of Kirk's neck, the involuntary neuromuscular response that raised his arm before he collapsed, and why the resulting cervical spine injury made survival essentially impossible regardless of medical response time. Ballistics specifically became its own point of dispute: analysts including Dr. Chris Martinson argued the recovered .30-06 round's lack of an exit wound was consistent with the ammunition used, while other investigators using ballistics gel and hunting footage argued the physical damage looked inconsistent with that caliber; both sides continued reexamining the same recovered evidence rather than reaching a shared conclusion.
