How Charlie Kirk Tracked Trump's Executive Orders

Showing 33 Executive Orders videos from Charlie Kirk's video collection.

Charlie Kirk treated Trump's executive orders as the clearest evidence of the administration actually delivering on campaign promises, starting with the roughly 200 signed on inauguration day alone, covering everything from a southern border national emergency to eliminating DEI programs inside the military. He gave particular attention to orders that got comparatively little coverage, arguing that eliminating disparate-impact liability, a fifty-year-old legal doctrine he traced to the 1971 Griggs v. Duke Power case, mattered more for dismantling DEI's legal foundation than most of the more publicized fights, and separately championed an executive order threatening federal funding for universities that failed to protect free speech, framing it against his own experience being removed from campuses years earlier. Not every order Kirk covered was uncontroversial even among his own allies: he moderated a debate between Jack Posobiec, Blake Neff, and Tyler Bowyer over an order addressing flag burning, where Posobiec argued for treating the flag as a protected national symbol and Neff pushed back as a free-speech absolutist wary of European-style restrictions. Kirk also connected specific orders to broader vindication narratives, citing Trump's decision to unseal grand jury testimony from the Ghislaine Maxwell case as proof that patience with the administration's promises on transparency was justified.
