Two Conflict-of-Interest Disputes in the Kirk Case and TPUSA

Showing 12 Conflict of Interest videos from Charlie Kirk's video collection.

Two unrelated conflict-of-interest stories that happen to share a name surface in this material. The larger one concerns Tyler Robinson's defense team, who moved to disqualify the entire Utah County Attorney's Office from prosecuting his death-penalty case after learning a relative of one prosecutor was present, within feet of the shooting, at the event where Charlie Kirk was killed. Legal analysts including Matt Corey and John Yoo have generally described the motion as a long shot, noting it's rarely filed and even more rarely succeeds, and have framed it as a delay tactic rather than a serious bid to remove the prosecution. The second, entirely separate story involves Turning Point USA's own internal finances: commentator Jesse ON FIRE, drawing on an internal audit Charlie Kirk himself had ordered before his death, highlighted that TPUSA chief operating officer Tyler Bowyer and Erika Kirk's mother, Lori Frantzve, both sit on the board of the same company, Superfeed Technologies, that has received payments from Turning Point USA, raising questions about whether Bowyer had influence over vendor decisions involving his own board colleague. Neither story has been resolved as of this writing; the prosecutorial motion remains pending before a judge, and no independent accounting of the Superfeed relationship has been published.
